A New Dusk

Defiant green stared into cold blue

"Where are we?" Asked Mordred as she broke eye contact to see the Stone Statues of Knights towering over her kneeling and holding the ceiling above them, their stone forms withstood the test of time. "A Tomb" came the rhetorical reply as Arturia stared at the Very round table she founded Camelot her hands drifting over the stone carvings of brotherhood and oaths, A symbol of hope now lost. Old banners of the Red dragon draped over the seats as helmets sat upon the 10 of the twelve seats, This broke Arturia's unbeating heart and a small tear tore its way down her cheek barely noticeable from the dim lit room.

"A tomb of my creation, My King..." came an aged voice, a old man draped in white robes but the perverted smirk and stark white hair immediately identified who the man was "Merlin" "Yes, well a Projection of me... That Nimue, locked me in that infernal tower and bound me by magic, it wont be long before she catches on" Merlin answered Arturia, he continues "So Ill keep this brief, This tomb" he gestured with his hand "Was designed to keep you safe, Your Rebirth into Vampires is a dangerous one, both of you have Dragoncores and dragon blood meaning your vastly more powerful than your average one, That damn Dracula warned me of you both being now undead" as he spoke he strolled over to the stone table.

"Undead?" came the Question of the younger pendragon "Yes undead, if you haven't noticed... Time has passed and it has not been as kind to me as it has you two, further more I've been reading into this, you live off the blood of others, creatures and men alike because Blood is the very currency of the soul, You both have been fed drops of blood each day of the knights of the round table, the 10 knights are now your familiars and can call upon them, but be warned they are not immortal like you are, do be careful hmm..."

He was about to speak up before he began to fade into white specs of magic "Well it looks like my time is up, Arturia and Mordred pendragon, Do be safe you are the only ones left" his eyes seem to age a millennium "Everyone who I considered a friend is dead, please... there is no Camelot, No Morgan, No Throne anymore." then he faded into the White specs of magic that lost their light and faded too, his voice echoing "Seek a new life" then Silence reigned supreme once more.

Arturia taking the Initiative stepped over to her coffin and grasped the rest of her armour and the sheath of Excalibur, her shadows coated the armour and blade and put them in a sort of pocket dimension, her steel boots echoed against the stone floor as she stepped out of the tomb with Mordred doing the same and the door Ancient seals closing it behind them, walking out an empty mineshaft as the screaming scared all the miners away, they climbed a ladder which lead to the surface out near the now old ruins of Camelot.

"where to now 'Father'" Mordred softly toned as she gazed upon the ruins she wrought "Camlann" "why back there?" Arturia gazed upon the empty grasslands "For that is where we shall gather our strength, Mordred... Dracula will call for our aid, when I do not know, but I know eventually."

A short time skip

After arriving to a small town just off where the Battle of Camlann took place they settled in a small home away from the town, out the way of nosy neighbors and unneeded Idiocy, Arturia Aged her body to that of a young woman to look the part of being the single mother while Mordred stayed the same but over the years... The British being superstitious called them witches and the sort but it didn't warrant any investigation... well so they thought

Mordred was studying under Arturia when a soft knock was at their door "one moment" Arturia Called as she drew Excalibur and hid it with magic for the blade to be invisible, She creaked the door open and peaked out to see a towering man, his form covered by a brown duster but a visible VH could be seen on a metal plate, A cross tie clip as he took off a hat and placed it onto his chest, his face worn and rugged, his black hair slicked back, a short stubble could be seen in the late hours of dusk, his brown eyes held a old firm but gentle look, "Good evening Madam, I am doctor Van Hellsing, Some of the locals are worried about your health and have asked me to visit" Seeing no deceit in the Doctors eyes Arturia stored Excalibur "please, Doctor do come in, Tea?" came Arturia's Soft voice, it losing most of its icy edge over the years but it still remains when she goes 'King mode' as Mordred dubs it "yes please" The doctor stepped in having to lean slightly due to his height.

Closing the door behind him he glanced at Mordred reading a book, King Arthur and the knights of the round table from the corner of his eye he could see Arturia's soft smile "please doctor take a seat, I'll be with your tea in just a moment..." heeding the former kings advice he sat down next to the fire, not a moment after Arturia came with the doctor's tea and sat across from him "I shall get to the point madam, The locals are not worried of your health but of what you are, Rumors are a way to get noticed by men like myself" he sipped from the tea and watched her, a silent moment passed only filled with the crackling of the fire before a Black sword with red Runes was pointed at him, Arturia's now Gold eyes glared down at him with her hands expertly gripped the sword threatening him.

Mordred watching the exchange as it was more entertaining than the book, Van Hellsing stared at the gold eyes of Arturia before he leaned back into his chair "you are no witch, no records of one wielding a sword nor your gold eyes..." he further sipped his tea "what are you?" came his resounding question "Dragon blooded" came her only reply, his eyes furrowed "Dragon blooded?" he repeated "Dragons don't exist-" "they did, long time ago before the time of Christ" she interrupted. she watched his eyes grow like dinner plates "That would mean-" "No I was born after that, After the Fall of Rome, This gift was a blessing of the Fae" she lied "I... See, I doubt your name is Elizabeth" Van Hellsing mused "Okay, Miss Dragon, I see no reason to bother you or your daughter any further "good"

He stood up, put his coat on and was at the door "Tell me this, Miss dragon... Those fangs, are they part of your Fae gift?" his eyes glancing behind him "how, I didn't Even-" Arturia Stuttered "You didn't but your Daughter did, Now Vampires are my specialty however you have done no harm... But" he paused he turned to face her, his towering height dwarfed her "you are now under watch Miss Dragon"

Another time skip (Want to get to the juicy bits)

The Date is June 14th 1999

The Hellsing Organization is more active than ever, guided under the Stern hand of Integra and executed by Their personal monster Alucard.

Now both members are just out side of the town of Cheddar, A forgettable town with a forgettable population... Its population has been evacuated because of the reports of the priest being a vampire, Police squads have been sent out all have fallen, the last officer now running for her life, the undead hot her heels.

This officer is Seras Victoria, a recent recruit for the Police was having the worst day of her life, from dealing with the common drunk to inappropriate comments, now its Vampire priests and the undead. The worn road providing a path before she comes across an open field where the red eyed priest was waiting with a condescending smirk "well it looks like your the last one left girl, but before I kill you, I'll need to make sure I cant make a Draculina, We don't want free will now do we?" his mocking tone drawls out the field over the groans of the encroaching undead "Paul, James" she sees the shambling corpses of her friends.

An abrupt Clap rang out from the hill, A man standing at the top of the hill, standing with a mad smirk his eyes behind orange tinted glasses, his form covered in a red duster and a hat sat on his head "Who are you?" Spat the priest "A killer" "okay Killer, kill him" he snapped his free hand, all the undead rose their weapons and fired at the man, his body being reduced to a scraps of flesh and his red duster "now, Where were we, Ah yes" grinning with glee he gropes Seras before they both freeze at the laughter ringing out from the Presumed corpse.

The moon gains a red hue, bats fly from the sky into the body and it rises, his form reconstructs itself then the priest realizes what he had done "you... you are a vampire too, say we team up?" the tall vampire strode forth, his duster trailing behind him then in a flash of silver his hand cannon as it was far to big to be considered a pistol blazed, undead forms dropping, it ended in a second. A mere second, the vampire priest was sweating bullets "I... I have a hostage, you don't want to kill her now" his arrogant tone laced with fear "girl" came the smooth voice "do you want to live" "y-yes" was all Seras could say "Are you a virgin?" "WHAT YOU CA-" "answer the question girl" The tall man interrupted the priest "YES, I AM" A painful nanosecond later a Loud gunshot echoed as she was shot and the bullet hit the priest, causing him to drop the girl and open his guard which the man took advantage of and struck the priests heart.

Seras' life was fading her blood pooling onto the mud, her vision dimming but she could see the tall man standing over her, A tower of red. he kneeled down and lifted her up "what a fine night indeed" before turning her into a Draculina, wrapping her form in a cloth, he lifts her and walks back to his master "Alucard" was the last thing Seras heard

"Alucard" spoke Integra "yes my master?" "what did you do" Alucard's grin grew, Integra's face took a frown "get her to base" "you wish to speak to the ones before her" "wait... What!?"

Meanwhile...
