Once Tails felt well enough to get out of bed, he helped Sonic find a birthday present for Amy.

Sonic: I'm so glad your feeling better, Buddy. I would've been lost without you here.

Tails: Not a problem, Sonic. But still I can't remember a thing from last night.

Sonic: I can explain more when we get home. You think these flowers should be enough?

Tails: Well, I mean, if that's what you want to give her.

Sonic was confused. He'd never seen Tails act so nervous. He thought to was because of last night. But then he realized something. He had seen a cat's scar on Fiona's face.

Sonic: Could Fiona be cheating on him? Tails, can I ask you something?

Tails: Sure. What's up, Sonic?

Sonic: It's about...Fiona. Did you two hook up last night?

Tails: I don't know. At least that's not what I remember. I do remember her bringing me home before I passed out.

Sonic: Hmm. Let's talk about this more later. Right now we gotta find us some outfits.

A few hours after Sonic and Tails got home, Fiona came over to check on Tails.

Fiona: Sonic! Tails! Are you there?

Sonic: Fiona! Hey!

Fiona: I just came to check and see if Tails is feeling any better.

Sonic: He's doing better now. But I gotta ask ya. What exactly happened last night?

Fiona: Well, from what I remember, we had a few drinks went dancing and then we kissed.

Sonic: Alright. But what about the scar on your face?

Fiona: Oh. Uh, That was there for a while. Anyway, glad to hear he's feeling better. Gotta go. See you at the party.

And with that she ran off. Sonic scratched his head in confusion.

Sonic: That was weird. Maybe she is cheating on him.

Tails: Hey, Sonic. Who was that?

Sonic: That was just Fiona. She came to see if you were ok. But then she got nervous when I asked about her scar and left. I'm worried she might be cheating on you, Buddy.

Tails: I hope not. You know how much I loved her, Sonic.

Sonic: I'm sure she's just busy. Come on. Let's head back inside. It's getting dark.

The next evening, Tails and Sonic were on there way to Amy's house. Sonic rang the doorbell and Amy answered.

Amy: Tails! Sonic! You made it!

Sonic: Happy birthday, Amy.

Sonic gave her the flowers and Amy smiled at him.

Amy: Oh, Sonic. Thank you. Come on, You two. The party just started.

Once inside, everyone was there. Fiona was waiting for Tails in a corner of the room.

Tails: Hey, Fiona. Why are you sitting by yourself?

Fiona: Oh, Hey. I was waiting for you. I wanted us to hang out.

After she said that, she went to grab a drink for him. This time one that wasn't as strong.

Tails: Thanks.

Fiona: Just don't drink to much that you get tipsy again.

Tails: Alright. I'll try.

Around 8 o'clock everyone was dancing. Except for Sonic and Amy. Sonic had pulled her aside to talk to her.

Sonic: You know, Amy. I've never hung out with a prettier girl than you. I think we're actually meant to be together.

Amy: Huh? I thought you were never gonna say that, Sonic.

Sonic: Yeah. Me neither. I also wanna say this. I love you, Amy Rose.

Amy: I love you too, Sonic the hedgehog.

And with that, Sonic pulled Amy in close and Kissed her. And she kissed him back. Meanwhile, Tails was looking everywhere for Fiona. But couldn't find her.

Tails: Fiona, where are you?!

He then heard some Kissing noises coming from another room, he peeked in and saw Fiona with Silver.

Silver: Babe, He's much better for you. Just practicing the what you'll say to him.

Fiona: Ok. 'I'm breaking up with you, Tails.'

Sliver: Perfect. Now go out there and tell him just that.

Tails: You d-don't have to.

Tails then swung the door open all the way with tears forming in his eyes.

Fiona: Tails?!

Tails: [Teary] H-How could you, Fiona?! I heard everything!

Fiona: Tails, Listen to me. I...

Tails: [Teary] I hate you! Don't ever talk to me again.

Tails couldn't take anymore. He burst into tears and ran outta the house. Sonic and Amy called after him but he didn't listen.

Sonic: I'm so sorry, Amy. But I gotta go check on him.

Amy: I understand. Thanks you coming, Sonic.

Sonic smiled sadly and dashed after Tails. He ran all the way home. And found Tails in his room Having a mental breakdown.

Tails: H-HOW COULD SHE?! I LOVED HER!

Sonic Took Tails in his arms as he was sobbing into his chest. Tails could hardly speak. He began sobbing harder but Sonic softly rubbed his back to calm him down.

Tails: [sobbing] S-S-Sonic?

Sonic: Shhhh. It's alright, Lil bro. I'm here. Sonic's gotcha. Just tell me what's wrong.

Tails: [Sobbing] I [Sniff] I can't tell you, Sonic. I-I just can't.

Sonic: Of course you can. You know I'm always here to listen.

Tails looked at him with tears in his eyes. Then he broke down again and told Sonic everything. He knew that tears were steaming like a waterfall down his face but he didn't care. Sonic felt so bad. He'd never seen his lil brother cry this hard before.
