Shocked, Kim was staring at her schoolbag as if she had never seen it before. The voice inside the bag said again :
- It's me, Pumpkin ! Shego ! Could you please help me get out of here ? It smells like fish in there, and I'm stuck between your history book and your bad grade in french…
Kim, to stunned to answer, went to her bag like a robot, opening it again and plunging her hand inside. Shego said :
- Ah ! No ! I'm here ! Open it fully so you can see me !
Kim obeyed, finally seeing Shego. Well not really Shego as she was used to seeing her, but a miniature version of her, which was indeed stuck between a book and a test sheet. She removed the test from the bag, throwing it on the desk. She heard Shego say :
- You can try to hide it, but I have already seen it, Kimmie !
Kim was tempted to let her get out of the bag by herself, because this version of Shego was already annoying her. But she wanted to know what had happened, and she was happy to see that the vilainess wasn't dead or something. Well...or something. She wasn't dead, but she wasn't like she usually was either. Kim caught the mini Shego in her hand, which seemed huge around the now little green woman. The teen hero lifted her easily, as she weighted no more than a feather, like that. As Shego arrived near her head, she inspected the mini vilain. Shego said :
- Hey ! I am right here, you know ! It is not polite to look at my body like that ! I know I have great proportions, but please contain yourself !
Blushing at the comment, Kim suddently found the wall to be very interesting, muttering :
- Sorry, Shego...It's just, I have never seen such a tiny human in my life, and you have the size of my old dolls ! I might still have the house somewhere…
- Ah ! Well I suppose I'd do the same if you had become mini Kim. Do I look cute like this ? I'm sure you'd be very cute as a doll…
Kim didn't answer the question, choosing to avoid it, instead saying :
- That's not even creepy when you say it like that...Would you keep me in a small house ? Was it Drakken's plan ? Is that how you ended up like that ? I didn't even ask what the machine did this time !
Shego answered, pouting :
- I'm hurt, you don't even want to tell me if I'm cute like this ! I'll tell you everything if you tell me if I am cute.
Kim got annoyed :
- Why on earth do you want so badly to know that ? Are you…
- I like my body very much, and many people do as well, thank you very much ! Now…
- Okay ! You look very cute, Shego. Happy ?
- Very. Now let me tell you my story…
Shego told her that when she had fallen on Drakken and his machine, she had felt something change and seen a flash, but it took five minutes to really happen, and so when Kim was still there Shego had not changed, but when Global Justice arrived, she had already become mini Shego and she had been able to escape. Now, she was stuck like that, and she had climbed in Kim's bag since that morning, because she knew Kim was the only one who would be able to help her. Anyone else had seemed dangerous because of their big sizes and since she couldn't defend herself as she was now, she had chosen to ask her enemy who she knew was good and would not throw her out of her house in that state.
Kim sat there, looking at a miniature version of Shego trying to kick her leg (which was huge compared to Shego's foot) and failing because Kim litteraly couldn't feel the hit because it was so feeble. After Shego tried at least ten times, Kim got tired of it, and she caught the mini woman in her hand :
- Stop that ! You're going to hurt yourself. Why are you doing that anyways ? I already told you that I would help you !
Shego stopped, and Kim let go of her. The vilainess fell face first into the cover of the bed, making Kim laugh before asking if she was all right when the woman didn't try to stand up again. Shego answered :
- I'm okay, but I am so tired…
Kim told her to sleep, that she would call Wade to ask him to help with this situation. Shego turned on her back, closing her eyes and falling asleep right where she was. Kim smiled, a little endeared by the cute sight. Because even if Shego forced her to say that she was cute, it was still true. Kim called Wade and explained everything to him in a few minutes. He asked her to do a scan of Shego with the kimmunicator to try and understand how he could help her change back. Kim passed the machine over Shego's miniature body, trying not to wake her up. She succeded, and Wade told her to wait for his call. He was going to run some experiments with his computer.
Kim then looked for a tissue and covered her mini enemy with it. Shego woke up a few hours later, apparently feeling better, because she went to annoy Kim while she was doing her homework, walking in the ink to spread it where it shouldn't be spread, laying on the text so that Kim couldn't read it, and so on. Shego also tried to jump to the bed, only to scare Kim to death because she missed the cover by a centimeter, having misscalculated the distance. The teen hero caught her in her hands at the last second, falling herself from her chair.
When Kim's homework was done, Shego said that she was hungry. Kim went downstairs and brought her some food back which was way too big for mini Shego. However, Shego adapted by cutting the food with her powers (which she still had but it was tiny bursts of it). Kim left her alone to go eat dinner with her family. When she went back in her room, she found Shego sleeping on her pillow, on the bed. She sighed and lied down beside her, chuckling when she heard the little snores coming from mini Shego.
