Kim woke up all of a sudden, not really knowing why. She looked for Shego but couldn't find her on the bed. A little cry brought her attention to a nearly flattened Shego under her arm. She had her arm ON mini Shego ?! She immediately freed the poor Shego who was now moaning in pain, eyes closed and trembling. Panicked, Kim lied down to be at Shego's level :
- Shego ! I'm so sorry ! Are you okay ? I didn't want to hurt you ! Are you seriously hurt ?
Shego slowly opened her eyes :
- Ouch Pumpkin ! Did you want to show me that you could off me even in your sleep ? I really thought it was the end ! I think everything's working. It's just painful from having been nearly flattened by your enormous arm !
Still in shock because of what she had nearly done, Kim didn't answer, simply taking a miniature arm between her fingers and making it move slowly, to see if it was really « working », as Shego had said. Shego let her do it for her other arm and her legs, not showing more signs of pain, even saying :
- Do you want to play doctor further, Kimmie ? Or should you stop here before it becomes…
Kim got up suddently, blushing. Why was Shego so...blunt, sometimes ? But at least, it proved that she was fine, just enough to make somewhat dirty jokes. Kim went out of the room, muttering something about bringing something back for Shego to eat. She heard the latter laugh evily. Well, she certainly was fine.
When she went upstairs again, she found an empty room : Shego had disappeared ! Had she grown back to her own size and jumped out of the window ? Probably not, as it was still closed. Then what...She could not have decided to explore the house by herself, she wasn't as crazy as that ? Or had someone discovered her presence in the house ? But Kim's mom hadn't called her as she would have done if she had found such a strange thing in Kim's room. Her dad wasn't at home this week, which left...THE TWEEBS ! Did they take mini Shego to do an experiment ? Oh no ! Kim ran out of her room, yelling :
- TWEEBS ! WHERE ARE YOU ?
She called again, and her mom heard her, asking her what the twins had done this time. Having no time to explain because she was worried about Shego, Kim told her to help her search them, that it was litteraly a matter of life or death. Worried as well, her mom helped, and they found the tweebs i the garden with a mini rocket ready to take off. Kim ran towards them and saw mini Shego in the miniature cockpit, tied up. She would not be able to save herself if something bad happened with the rocket ! As Kim and her mom arrived, the tweebs launched their rocket with Shego in it. Kim yelled :
- NO ! SHEGO ! STOP THAT ROCKET !
The rocket seemed to have heard her, because it suddently stopped mid-air, falling immediately after. The tweebs said :
- Oh no ! There wasn't enough gas !
The rocket crashed violently with Shego still in it. Kim and her mom ran to the crashing site. They found an unconscious Shego beside the destroyed engine. Kim's mom said :
- Okay, I won't ask what your arch foe is doing in our garden, miniaturized, in your brothers' rocket.
Kim was crying, at this point. Was Shego dead ? It was such a high fall, for someone of that size !
Checking for a pulse, her mom quickly reassured her :
- She's alive, she just passed out. I think I have some water to try and wake her up.
She pulled a tissue and a water bottle out of her bag, put water on the tissue and began carefully applying it on mini Shego's face. She was almost lying down on the grass to see that she would not hurt mini Shego any further. After a few minutes which seemed to be hours to Kim, Shego opened her eyes :
- What happened ? Why am I here ? Did you try to flatten me again, Cupcake ? And why are there two of you ?
Kim smiled :
- My brothers had taken you to make an experiment with a rocket, and it crashed. And I am here, the second redhead here is my mom. She helped you wake up.
Shego put a hand on her forehead, sighing loudly :
- 'Kay...Thanks Dr Possible. I think I've had enough of the Possibles trying to kill me for today. I prefer staying safely on your bed after this little « adventure », Pumpkin.
Kim's mom chuckled :
- Well, you're welcome, Shego, and I guess welcome to our house, even if I think you've been here several days already, am I right ? I can't promise there won't be any incidents due to your size, but I promise you the boys will be severely punished for doing that to you.
Kim brought Shego back to her room as her mom yelled on the tweebs. Kim said, feeling guilty :
- Look Shego, I am so sorry I let them take you like that ! You could have…
- No, it's okay, it wasn't your fault, Kimmie. Plus, a little fall like that won't kill me.
At this moment, Wade called. Kim took out her kimmunicator :
- Hey Wade ! What's the sitch ?
- Kim ! I found out something about Shego's...situation !
- Oh ? What is it ?
- Well, it will wear off on it's own, there's no need for a cure or something. It shouldn't be long now, since it is supposed to wear out a few days after the transformation.
Two nights after, as they were sleeping as usual, Shego got her normal size back. But this time, it was Shego who nearly flattened Kim, because she (while she was mini Shego) had gotten the habit of sleeping on top of Kim (after the « enormous arm » incident), and the latter had not said anything about it, so Shego had kept doing it. But in that case, Kim was woken up quite brutally because of the sudden change in Shego's size and weight.
She yelled :
- Shego ! I can't breathe ! Get off of me !
Shego woke up as well, promptly rolling on her side so she could free Kim from her grip. She then smirked at the shocked redhead :
- Hey there Kimmie ! So it appears I've grown up overnight ! Let's see...Yes, everything is the right size again !
Kim blushed a little as she saw Shego examining her own body like that, knowing fully that the vilainess was doing it on purpose see her squirm.
Shego then got up from the bed :
- Thank you for letting me crash here, Cupcake. I appreciated your kindness, especially towards an arch foe who kicked your butt more than once !
Kim was about to correct her on that last sentence, when Shego silenced her by lifting one finger :
- I did ! And you did it to me too, I know. We should count to see who wins ! Okay, so see ya later, Pumpkin ! In whatever size you prefer !
She jumped out of the window. Kim never heard her land. Normal, for a thief of this level. In her room, Kim laid there, thinking of this unbelievable time when mini Shego lived in her house.
