Chapter 0: Prologue
"Let's see… I need to sort these weapons."
Elsword (Knight Emperor - 22) was in the underground chamber where he was doing maintenance checks on his weapons. The chamber contained many of his swords from the beginning of his journey till now. Cleaning and sharpening all of them would take too long.
"Practice Sword… Beginning Sword… Red Knight Sword… Wow, so nostalgic."
He sorted them in order of his journey he ventured. Each wall had a set of swords that spoke the stage of his adventure.
"Nasod Sword… I remember the blast from that cannon almost got me. Alterasia Sword… That damn copycat. Dragonic Sword…Man, it's scorching hot that day."
He recalled his story while putting those swords back to the racks. To be honest, they represented his irreplaceable memories to his teammates, who went through up and down with him to get more power, and strengthened his friendship. Once he finished, he was about to call a day when he noticed two swords with unique designs, outwitting the rest.
He approached and picked the Dimension Sword up. The wave of memory returned as he remembered a certain masked man who made his life hard with dimension tricks just to challenge him, and for his amusement. Because of that, he obtained this sword and helped him obtain the next one.
The sword that represented for his strength, wisdom and courage.
He picked that sword and gave it a swing. He could feel the same power of a dragon that once terrored the human, that guarded the place he would never have thought it was there. He swung again as flame emitted from the sword, the power that had eased his journey to Elrianode a lot.
The swords granted him power beyond imagination, but at the same time, it's the main reason he made the decision to improve his relationship with a woman harboring the wild flame 4 years ago.
