"Alexis are you sure I look alright?" May asks as she is walking with Alexis.
"You look fine... You honestly look very pretty in my shirt to be honest." Alexis says as she blushes slightly.
"Thanks lamb chop." May says happily.
"You're uh welcome." Alexis says nervously.
"Alexis can I ask you something?" May asks.
"Sure. What is it?" Alexis asks.
"Why do you keep acting so nervous around me? Do you not like me?" May asks as she gives a sad look.
"May I do like you. You're a really kind person." Alexis says as she smiles softly.
"You mean that?" May asks as Alexis nods.
"Of course." Alexis says.
"That means a lot." May says as she smiles.
"Come on. Let's go inside and get some... Lunch?" Alexis asks as she and May walk into the cafeteria to see it a mess from a recent food fight.
"Whoa." May says as she and Alexis look around at the mess.
"Get a grip Juliet! That's a Kanker you're falling for!" Eddy shouts angrily as he, eEd and Edd come over.
"What are you three yelling about?" Alexis asks before Edd holds up the valentine Alexis found in her locker.
"This. We found it on the floor it art class. Alexis you said you didn't know who it was from but it's from May. You lied to me." Edd says angrily.
"Wait. You didn't want anyone to know it was from me? That's why you've been acting so nervous around me. You don't like me! You lied to me." May says as she looks at Alexis.
"May I wasn't lying to you." Alexis says.
"Save it. You've done enough." May says as she runs off crying.
"May wait!" Alexis says as she runs after May.
*Timeskip*
"Here you are Alexis." Edd says as he finds Alexis at her locker.
"Oh hey Double D." Alexis says sadly.
"Are you okay?" Edd asks.
"No. I feel horrible. I really hurt May." Alexis says.
"She's a Kanker. She doesn't care about others but herself and her sisters. You know that." Edd says.
"No double D. She was different around me. She was actually really kind." Alexis says.
"You did like her. Didn't you?" Edd asks curiously.
"I did." Alexis says.
"Then why did you hide it?" Edd asks.
"I was afraid to say anything because of you, Ed and Eddy always fueding with the Kankers and because I didn't want May getting laughed at for liking a girl. I also didn't want laughed at. But now because of being nervous to be real it costed me." Alexis says sadly.
"I don't like the Kankers but if you like May then you should be honest Alexis. I'll support you." Edd says.
"Really?" Alexis asks.
"Yes. You're my best friend. I just wanna see you happy... Even if I don't agree with your romance choice I'll still support you." Edd says.
"Thanks Double D. You're an amazing friend." Alexis says as she hugs Edd.
"You're welcome." Edd says as he hugs Alexis back.
