Having a boyfriend with what seemed like a GPS inside his head at all times meant a lot of sitting in the passenger seat, as he drove the two of them all over the place. And Yun didn't speed or drive all that fast really, he maintained a good speed, following the rules effortlessly in a way that still surprised Yona to this day.

He'd explained once that Ik-Su had been the one to teach him to drive, and that Ik-Su drove slower than a snail. Yona, on the other hand, wasn't quite the same kind of driver. She'd grown up with chauffeurs, and it had taken years for her to get her license. It felt like a stop and go type of thing.

She'd get a little better behind the wheel, and Hak was her main teacher, and then she'd get worse again. She'd had so many arguments sitting in the driver's seat, trying to figure out exactly what she's doing, while driving with a bit of a lead foot.

Hak had made fun of her when they met the others, because somehow even Jae-Ha with a literal dragon leg could drive better than her, could actually drive slower. Though, that was likely completely Gigan's experience, as she was a stern teacher, tough in the right kind of way to lead to results.

Or so, they guessed anyway. And Yun always seemed to know where he was going, and the best way to get there. His driving followed a GPS like accuracy, that was baffling, especially when one considered that he lived with Ik-Su in the valley almost his whole life. How did he manage to find just the right ways to go, even when they were in Awa.

And Yun liked to drive, liked the way it felt to sit behind the wheel and guide the car gently to its next stop. It became nearly a sense of pride.

"So, we're really close to Saika?" Yona asked, a little surprised.

"Yeah, we're nearly there," And when they pulled to a stop at a stoplight, Yona reached out a hand, and Yun took her hand in his. It was a steady comfort and a beautiful joy for their hands to be entwined, no matter the circumstances.

Yun's become just as much of a steady rock for her as Yona became for him. And that felt like a blessing in completely new ways.

Sure, they hadn't met until after her father died, but it felt like they'd known each other for years.
