Everyone was in panic. How could they not be? The Rocks Pirates were attacking the God Valley. And they were strong, too strong for them.
"I will be going." Garp said as he tossed his Vice Admiral Cape aside and walked out. They tried stopping him but he had already gone.
"Don't worry I will go with him too." Luffy said as he still wore his cape and walked out.
God Valley…
Roger was there as he got ready to fight Rocks D Xebec. He knew he couldn't do it alone. He needed someone to help him. As even Cebec was not alone and had some of the strongest people in the world. Roger had Gaban and Rayleigh but they still were not enough back up. Just then he picked up a familiar presence. The Monkey D Brothers were here. He waited for Garp to come to him.
"We need to work together, Garp. That's the only way we can defeat Xebec." Roger spoke, staring at Garp.
"Yes. Roger and Garp will be fighting Xebec. I will take care of Newgate, Kaido and LinLin and I hope your crew can take care of the rest like John. Make sure that today will be the last day of the Rocks Pirate. I will catch at least one of the three. Kill Xebec, even if it means destroying the God Valley. Am I clear? Now attack." Everyone said a quick yes and jumped into action.
Thankfully even if the Valley was destroyed Rogers Crew and Garp were not Devil Fruit users so they would survive. And most of Xebec's Crew were Devil Fruit users so they would die. They could let Roger go but not Xebec.
With Rocks Pirates…
"Some worthy people have come." Xebec said as Kaido and Newgate looked at each other. They nodded.
"We will go take care of them." Newgate said.
"Sure. I have full trust that you will Edward. But still oh should take Lin Lin too. She will be of help too." Xebec said as Newgate nodded and the three moved towards their opponent.
They reached the group and stared at them. "Go on. I will take care of them." Luffy said as he made a go on motion. The group Kaido and Newgate kept on looking at Luffy while Lin Lin tried to attack the group with her Napoleon. But before it could touch them she was kicked away from them by Luffy.
Lin Lin got up and looked at Luffy, before unleashing her Hao. Kaido and Newgate followed suit as well. Luffy waited for the Group to be gone before unleashing his own. His Hao had gotten more powerful and potent in this 1 year since his fight in Lodestar Island. His Hao was overpowering the three's Haki easily.
Soon the battle of Hao stopped and all three stared at Luffy as Luffy brought out his Knuckles. And wore them.
Kaido dashed forward and slammed his Club at Luffy but Luffy jumped and kicked the Club. They didn't touch each other while the clouds above them split and static formed between the two. Each clash between Luffy and the four did that. The three crashed for some times and each hit created a shockwave. Then Newgate started coating his Murakumogiri with Haki and Gura. They attacked each other for a while until they felt the ground split and shake. It was like the Valley was sinking. Then they noticed that Xebec's Haki was not there anymore and that the Valley was truly sinking.
"Quick Edward, Kaido came with me. This place is sinking. Edward you need to hurry too as this place is dangerous for a Devil Fruit user like us." Lin Lin said as Newgate got on Zeus and Zeus Flew off. Then Lin Lin took out a Devil Fruit and tossed it at Kaido, who caught it.
"Unfortunately you can't come with us. But eat this fruit and fly away. That is the Uo Uo no mi, Model: Seiryuu. It is a mythical Zoan Devil fruit I had found and kept. But you can think of this as a favour for life." Lin Lin said as she took of on Prometheus. Kaido looked at the fruit before taking a bite and feeling the power of the Devil fruit. He then jumped and transformed into a huge azure dragon and flew up. But as he was about to fly off, Luffy appeared above him punched him hard. And as Kaido had no control of his Devil Fruit, he transformed back into human and fell to the ground.
Luffy also fell as he didn't have any power left. But Garp caught him. "It looks like you did catch one of them huh." Luffy smiled as he released the Buso Coating in his Chest. His Chest started bleeding and Garp opened his Chest to see a Cross. Roger and his crew was taking every chest they found and leaving the place. That day Rocks D Xebec's era was put to and by the combined efforts of Vice Admiral Monkey D Garp, Vice Admiral Monkey D Luffy and the Roger Pirates.
Sometimes later…
Luffy had recovered and was now sitting in a Crowd fully dressed in his Vice Admiral Clothes.
"Today after the God Valley incident, The Previous Fleet Admiral Eaun has chosen to retire from the post of Fleet Admiral after 18 Years of Service as Fleet Admiral and more than 50 Years of Service to the Marine. The Gorosei have agreed on the person that Eaun wanted to succeed him. As such we would like to call upon Admiral Kong to the stage."
As soon as his name was called, Kong moved to the stage and looked at Eaun. Eaun told him to remove his Admiral Coat and put on the Fleet Admiral Coat.
"And now we would like to ask Vice Admiral Luffy to come onto stage. The Gorosei, The Ex-Fleet Admiral Eaun and the new Fleet Admiral had choosen him to be the next Admiral as he is as Strong as Monkey D Garp, the Previous Admiral Nominee. Vice Admiral Luffy also brought back Kaido and single handedly fought Kaido, Edward Newgate and Charlotte Lin Lin and send them running. All three of them were top members of the Rocks Pirates with Newgate and Lin Lin having strong Devil Fruit. But He fought them head on without Devil Fruit allowing Garp to defeat Rocks without any disturbance. The Gorosei has also decided to gift him a Devil Fruit."
Luffy made his way onto the stage. He took of his Vice Admiral coat and put on his Admiral Coat. He took the Devil Fruit and took a bite of it.
3 years later…
"Admiral Luffy, it seems "Shirohige" Edward Newgate has began recruiting his Crew recently. And the Gorosei wants you to deal with him as his Crew has caused some problems." Luffy sighed.
"Sure. Why not? Which direction should I be going?" Luffy asked as he was pointed the direction. He got on the windowsill and walked on air.
Sometimes later…
Marco was sitting with his Pops. He had gotten a Mythical Devil Fruit and was now training his Kenbhonshoku. He then he felt a strong presence and looked up to see a Marine Admiral walking on Air.
"Pops a Admiral has come. I am going to take care of him." Marco said as he transformed into a Phoenix and flew at Luffy. Luffy looked at him before closing his eyes and letting out a blast of Hao knocking Marco and every other member of the Whitebeard Pirates. Even Whitebeard was a little shaken.
"Been a long time since we met huh." Whitebeard said.
"Yeah last time we met, you ran of on a Cloud that looked like a child."
"Well I heard you got a Devil Fruit."
"Yeah. The Hizu Hizu no mi. It means Hoof by the way. It is just a stronger version of Nikyu Nikyu no mi. It is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows me the ability to smash everything I touch. The major strength of the fruit is that I am able to break and smash virtually anything they touch. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials such beams and even willpower. However, should I simply touch a living opponent, I can either break or smash them, such as their will to fight, or split them apart into smaller, doll-like versions of themselves. Neither effect is permanent, and the affected will, with time, return to normal. While I am able to block and smash attacks, I can only do so by using their bare hands. If my hands are otherwise occupied, being caught off guard for instance, I will receive damage from an attack that could have been otherwise averted."
"So you can't use it without touching your opponent."
"Oh no. I awakened my fruit. Now I can just make hoofs and use it to smash and many more. I could only use it to smash before but I trained it to do more like create a foothold and etc. oh yeah only I can see the hoof, not even other Kenbonshoku user."
"Why are you telling me about your power? Why are you even here?"
"Well I am here because your men have been getting out of hand. And I am not going tolerate them harming innocent people. Next time I get a complain about that I will personally come to them and make sure they want to die. But I won't kill them to fast, no I will break every bone in there body, destroy every Muscle he has, rupture every Veins he has and then destroy there will to leave while keeping them alive and I will bring them to you. And you won't be able to do anything about that."
Shirohige took this as a threat and striked at Luffy with his full power. But before the Murakumogiri could hit Luffy it was brought to a stop by an invisible wall. "As I said before, I can do more then just smash now. Defense is one of them. And did you really think you could defeat me now, when you couldn't defeat me when you were three people and I only had a Knuckles. You know I could kill you but you are only looking to create a Family, and I respect that. So I am leaving you alive. But if I hear that the Whitebeard Pirates destroyed a Village or killed a Civilian, then I already told you what will happen. Now farewell, Shirohige."
Luffy start walking up invisible stairs and then an invisible road. Shirohige could only look up as he couldn't believe that he once could fight that guy head to head. Now he could not even touch him. Then he saw that his Crew began to stir awake.
"So which one of you caused trouble?" Shirohige asked.
3 Years Later…
Luffy walked through the ruined village as he found a presence among this ruin. He walked there to see a 22 year man with a cap crying. This probably was his home.
"I am sorry. I should have been here faster." Luffy said as he bowed his head. The boy looked at him.
"No sit it is not your fault. It was the fault of Sargasso Pirates."
"Well then I shall take your revenge for you." Luffy started walking towards Marineford.
In Marineford…
"I want every information you have on the Sargasso Pirates. And bring it fast."
"They are quite feared sir. They have a total of 5.636 Billion Bounty. Here is there information." Luffy got a small book and opened it.

Luffy didn't walk. No he Soru at every step. He would destroy the Saragossa Pirates literally and figuratively.
With Saragossa Pirates…
They were waiting for Big Mom to arrive as they felt a sense of Dread. They then saw the Ship of the Big Mom Pirates coming towards them. They got onto land as so did Big Mom.
"So you are the brats that challenged me."
"Yes we are."
"Then prepare to-" Lin Lin stopped. She knew the approaching prescence. She smilled. Maybe she should ask him for a baby.
As Luffy landed before Lin Lin, Sean smilled. He would defeat both Big Mom and an Admiral. The Big Mom Pirates got ready to fight but She raised her hand motioning for them to stop. "What brings you here Admiral?"
"I am here for them. Get lost."
"Sorry but I can't do that. As they have challenged me."
"I said get lost." Liffey released Hao as he swatted Big Mom away. He walked towards the group as Wolfgang tried to cut him with a String. But Liffey caught the String without Haki and pulled Wolfgang towards him. He then punched Wolfgang with Hao and Buso Enhanced Punches. He broke his Skull then broke his Arms and Legs to pieces before he pushed his Ribs through his Lungs and Heart. He left the Dead Body of Wolfgang as he walked forward.
Pops ran towards him and punched. But Luffy's Normal Punch was as Strong as Pops's Haki Enhanced Punch. Luffy caught his Haki Enhanced Fist easily before pulling on it dislocating it. Then he pushed Pops face first to the Ground and tugged on his Arms tearing them from his body. He then let Pops bleed to his death.
Etchimaru went for the attack but was punched in the face shattering his jaw. Etchimaru converted the pain into energy and tried to stab Luffy but Luffy caught his Sword, broke it in half and stabbed his arms with two of the three half. And when he let go of the remaining pieces, Luffy caught it and stabbed both his eyes with the third one. The Sword stabbed his brains and killed him.
Then Levia attacked Lucy with Fishman Karate Technique but Liffey just appeared before her and tore her palm off with bare hands. Then he proceeded to pull out he Lungs and Gills. Before tossing them aside.
Valencia, Hannah and Gordon decided to attack at the same time. But Luffy just tore Valencia into two from the jaw. He then stabbed Hannah's Eyes with her Rifles and fired. Then he smashed Gordon to paste with his one Giant Malet.
Arnold attacked with his Mop but Luffy caught the mop and yanked it off her hand. He then proceeded to stab Arnold with his own mop multiple time leaving his body full of hole. He then approached a horrified Sean. Sean started crying. "Why are you doing to us?"
"I just came from your latest Raid Area. You killed everyone horribly. You even smashed someone with their own house, shot through their eyes, tore them in two, destroyed their whole body and many more. I did what you did to them to your crew. And according to their position too. There was also a Girl that looked like she had been tortured for hours before being killed. And since you are the only one alive, you know what that means don't you."
Sean saw Luffy bring out a Seastone Cuff and cuff Sean. "Lin Lin bring me a rope."
Lin Lin had no choice but to do what was told. She was also scared of Luffy now. She brought out a chair as Liffey gaged Sean. "Know this Lin Lin, I will to Lara the you doing anything but if even one civilian is ever hurt. You will also be in this position. Kill Marine, I can neglect that as this is what they applied for. Kill Pirate, even better. A Criminal, I will help too. But touch a Civilian, you will wish that you were in Level 6 instead."
Luffy then proceeded to Torture Sean for Multiple Hour, breaking his Bones and everything. Now all Sean wanted was to die. Lin Lin was to scarred to move. She stayed there for hours.
After he was done torturing Sean, Luffy turned to Lin Lin. Lin Lin looked at Lucy and began to tell her story of how she was abandoned by her parents, how she lost everyone. She cried as Luffy hugged her. "There There. Don't cry. How about you help me out? Work for me as my Undercover agent. Every News you can get as a Pirate I want it. And from now you will never be alone. You can always rely on this younger brother. But now I gotta go. I will come to you every week for information."
Luffy then proceeded to carry Sean to Impel Down and left. That day a 5.636 Billion Bounty was withdrawn by Admiral Luffy. And Borsalino and Sakazuki joined Marine too. Sakazuki thanked Luffy many times for taking his revenge.
So yeah. I am gonna give Luffy a kind of OP undercover squad. She will not be fat here. And she will be the first Yonko to be a Sichibukai. Well Luffy was kind of gruesome too. Sorry for that. Review.
