A rather domestic routine had fallen onto them afterwards, still waiting for Luo Binghe to fully recover from the effect of Xin Mo. In his words, and since Shen Yuan couldn't really check himself, he should be soon able to use it again to go back.

It was a strange kind of domestic routine. Not that they didn't have one before, they did, but it was different. Nothing was this calm and without problems coming from everywhere. He had to admit that he did neglect his Peak Lord duties, but Luo Binghe couldn't just do that too. Also, for some reasons, he would keep on running into weird situations, most probably left from plots the Demon Lord was supposed to have with one of his wives.

But now? It was getting up a bit late, since he still hadn't made the move to find a new job, and keeping Binghe at his side so he wouldn't be alone in the bed. Then the Demon Lord would wake him up a bit more, also taking advantage of him waking up to go and start breakfast. The day would go by either watching some movies, anime, reading together or going out. Luo Binghe seemed to rather enjoy going out, even if they never really bought anything. The way his Shizun would do his best to show him around was something he really likes and would keep on enjoying.

Just like right now, Binghe would start making lunch earlier, just to make sure he can make enough food for his Shizun and for him to eat on time. He had tried to explain he didn't mind the time, as long as they ended up eating, but of course, Luo Binghe couldn't accept doing under absolute perfection.

He was simply sitting at the table, reading on his computer while throwing glances back to his husband form time to time. The demon seemed to have gotten used to the kitchen, which was good. But now it was to a point where he was better than Shen Yuan in it. Really, the human had no chance when it came to his cooking skill. What good luck he had to have Binghe.

Their peaceful moment of silence, filled by the sound of meat cooking, was disturbed by the sound of someone knocking on the door. The Demon Lord was the first to react, saying he would get it. Shen Yuan simply hummed as he finished reading a paragraph, before frowning slightly.

Wait, someone had knocked at the door? He straightened up a bit, turning around to see his husband already opening the door. There was a moment where no one said anything before a confused and feminine voice came to his ears "I-is Shen Yuan here?".

At the question, the young man got up and quickly got to the door, making sure Binghe wouldn't ask any rude question. "A-Jiao , I didn't know you were coming today," he said, surprised to see his sister at his door. No chance to prepare a lie about Luo Binghe then, he would need to find something on the spot.

His sister hummed as her gaze never strayed from looking at the Demon Lord, "I messaged you a couple of days ago, since you never answered me I decided to come here since I was worried" she admitted, before turning back to him, a small smile drawing itself on her face, "But I can see you are doing better now".

Shen Yuan was looking a little bit more healthy. He clearly had been eating better since the last time she saw him, and the signs of fatigue were less there too. She was able to assume it was because of the tall man standing behind him.

Shen Yuan made her come in, going back to the table as Luo Binghe went to finish his preparation. The smaller man would ask to make a bit more for his sister, yet from the look of it, there was already plenty of food for the three of them. "I'm sorry for not responding last time, I got distracted," he said, remembering checking quickly his notification when they went to the mall, but never actually replying to her.

She shrugged it off, simply asking him to try and not do that again. She then turned towards Luo Binghe who was coming towards them with plates, still wondering who it was. The taller man sat close to his Shizun, distributing the food around.

Shen Yuan saw how his husband seemed a little bit bothered by something, always giving glances towards his sister as if trying to see who she was. Wait, was he jealous that he was this familiar with her? This made him smile, amused at his reaction to someone that was very far from trying to steal him away.

"A-Jiao, this is Wang Binghe" he started, needing to watch his wording as to not give his real name, "My new... roommate" he tried lying, although he felt like his tone was probably not the best for that. "Binghe, this is Shen Jiao" he stated, the Demon Lord looking back at him upon hearing her family name, "My little sister" he finished.

Shen Jiao slightly arched a brow at this, not sure where this roommate was coming from. Never had she heard him talk about finding one, nor had she ever heard about him either. Luo Binghe only perked up while making that suspicion even worst. "Should I refer to her as sister-in-law?" asked innocently the man, making Shen Yuan freeze at his question, turning towards him, the Demon Lord immediately understanding he had probably said something wrong.

"Is A-Yuan in a relationship?" he heard asked for the other side of the table. He was at a lost for words, not sure whether he should laugh it off and say Luo Binghe was joking around, which would probably hurt his husband, or confirmed it. His reaction, hesitation and silence seemed to be enough of an answer.

"I didn't know one of my big brothers was gay" she then admitted, no negativity in her tone. Shen Yuan would have been surprised if she had been against these relationships, but knowing that and actually telling something like this to her was two different things.

He was stuck a little, looking to his food, only falling out of it when he felt a hand gently grabbing his, the familiarity of it soothing. This gave him the courage to look up, only to met with a warm smile, Shen Jiao seemingly waiting a little for his answer, but also not expecting one if he didn't want to. "I would probably say more bisexual" he admitted while looking away, "but that's... pretty much it".

There was a little pause, making him anxious again despite Binghe trying to calm him down before a little laughter came from the other side of the table. "I am happy to know now, we have something new we can talk about then" she smiled, "I like seeing you happy like this, you never had that before" she admitted, "Please take care of my brother".

Shen Yuan had never been in a relationship before, despite some crush he had. He never had the confidence and the guts to tell anyone and had ended up alone in his adulthood. It was refreshing to see him in love and be loved by someone like his partner. It was really hard to miss how much the other one seemed to love him.

Her easy acceptation of both his sexuality and relationship lifted something from his chest, making him more at ease. At least right now there would be less to worry about that and could focus more on what to say. After all, he couldn't just straight up tell her he had transmigrated to a novel he hated with real passion, made the protagonist fall in love with him somehow, ended up also falling in love with the said protagonist and then got transmigrated back into his original body.

No, she would surely believe his unconscious state might have left some sequelaes to his brain and memory. He had to find something quick, especially since her next question after starting her plate was "How did you two meet then? I don't remember ever hearing you mention him". Well, if they were heading for a romantic relationship it was probably normal, but still.

Luo Binghe looked back at him with a smile, although Shen Yuan could clearly read in his eyes "What do I say?". The smaller man gave him a small smile, as a way to tell him to follow his lead. If he was playing the way he was, they would most likely be alright.

"We meet on a forum on a discussion about... role play," he said, scraping his brain for something that sounded plausible, but that even Binghe could run with. It's seemed good enough of a story as his sister arch a brow, looking amused at the idea. He could probably count on one hand the number of time he did try role play online, but it was still good enough.

"Yeah, A-Yuan had a good idea and seemed really interesting" added Luo Binghe. Shen Yuan was happy he had tried to explain to him how forums and discussion were working. He might not exactly know what role play was, but with the word "play" in it, he supposed it might be like a play you do with different people.

"And what was the story?" asked Shen Jiao, curious. "Based off a cultivation novel, we were playing in that universe," he said with a smile, as it did felt like he was role-playing Shen Qingqiu by time. Then he was asked the title, "Well, you know how many novels I have read, I sometimes mix up the names, it was a pretty generic name for a cultivation novel" he tried, Luo Binghe nodding at that.

"What a shame, I would have tried reading it, to see what had brought my big brother such a handsome man" she teased a little, "Can I ask what kind of characters you were?" she then asks before starting to eat again.

"I was a disciple and he was my Shizun" smiled brightly Luo Binghe, "One of the heads of the sect, he was helping my character a lot to grow stronger". Shen Yuan had nearly choked on his meat as he heard him refer to their actual dynamic, not expecting something this close to the truth.

"Oh, I didn't know A-Yuan was into that kind of dynamic" she then teased, Binghe looking slightly confused as his husband was blushing a little on the side. "You are one to talk" he retorted, knowing very well of what kind of novel she was reading. "It's not my fault if many good stories do end up with that dynamic" she protested.

"There was a lot of bump on the road, many misunderstanding, but the two characters were heading somewhere better" he still added, not really minding if it sounded like a BL role play. It would probably be normal for it to slowly turn that way. Maybe.

"Anyway, through this role play we ended up talking a lot on the side and learning about each other" he explained, as to why he had gotten this close to him. Couldn't just be because of role play without any other interaction, obviously. He decided to left how that went vague, so she could imagine the way she wanted how it ended up in this relationship. She had read a lot, her imagination would compensate correctly he supposed.

"When A-Yuan got into his... accident" Luo Binghe started, looking for how to say it so it wouldn't sound weird to her, "I was really worried since he wouldn't reply to me". Shen Yuan smile softly at that, knowing just how much it must have been hard on his husband, to see him disappear for so long. "And when I woke up I wasn't able to get in touch with him, so I also got worried" he admitted, kind of giving an explanation to the way he had been after getting out of the hospital.

"Does your accident have something to do with him coming to live here?" she then asked curiously, wondering if it had been the first time they had met offline. "Sort off, when we finally caught up I learn that he was done with a job he was doing, Binghe then suggested to come live with me to help me," he said. "I was worried about A-Yuan health and wanted to help him out" added Luo Binghe, Shen Yuan able to see this happening rather easily.

Shen Yuan was still impressed by how quickly Binghe had adapted to his story, happy to also notice his sister was satisfied with this story. They went on for a little while longer, talking about stories they had played, which was a mix of thing they did live through and made up lies. They also said they had met offline a handful of time, but it had been hard because of the distance, mostly keeping to messaging and video calls.

It was later in the evening that his sister was ready to go, looking more reassured about her brother's situation than she did before. "Please take care of my big brother" she then said to Luo Binghe, "He has a tendency to not care for himself very well, but I suppose you already are working on this" she then added. It was easy to see how much good the man had brought to Shen Yuan. In the span of a couple days, he was looking much better than he had done directly after waking up. He was actually looking alive now.

When they were finally alone, Shen Yuan took a breath, feeling better. He had been able to tell some rather important thing to her and everything had went good. Sure, it had come out of nowhere and he was certainly not ready, but it ended up going well. He knew she wouldn't tell anyone else, so he didn't have to worry about that.

He then felt arms circling him, gently dragging him to the couch so they could both lay on it, never leaving the warm embrace. "Your sister is a nice lady" commented the Demon Lord. Shen Yuan hummed as he played with some of his hair, chin resting on Binghe's chest. "I wasn't expecting... to tell her any of this" he admitted, before giving his husband a reassuring smile, as he looked sorry about what had happened. He clearly wasn't sure what he had done, but it had caused some distress to his lover, so of course, he would feel bad.

"But everything turned out just fine, and if she comes to visit again while you are here we don't need to act very differently," he said. It was much better like this, to not need to hide when someone else was around. He wouldn't say the same if it was anyone else, but one person was already good.

He then turned his head, placing his ear near his husband heart, closing his eyes. "I'm really happy you both seem to like each other" he admitted, "I would have been sad if she didn't approve of you" he added. It felt impossible for anyone to really hate Binghe, but it wasn't Proud Immortal Demon Way anymore, it wasn't sure his protagonist statutes was still good. "And if you didn't like her, we might not be the closest siblings" he admitted, "But I still like her a lot, she was probably the closest one to understand me".

Probably not by much, but it was already better than his two other brothers or his parents. She might not be a shut-in, but they had similar hobbies.

"If Shen Jiao is important for Shizun, I will also cherish her" he heard whispered, a hand gently brushing through his hair. Of course, he would, why would Shen Yuan believe otherwise? He wasn't expecting much when it came to other people from Proud Immortal Demon Way, but he was happy to see he was ready to accept her like family too.

Then they stayed like this, enjoying each other's warmth as Shen Yuan was trying to keep himself from falling asleep, listening to his husband humming.

Shen Jiao was right, he was really lucky to have fallen on Luo Binghe, no one would have treated him like this, he was sure of that.

He snuggled closer to him on the couch, ready the laze around for a part of the day, simply enjoying being with him.
