Approaching Storm

When the sky split open, the whole world froze, the heroes standing on edge at the very sight over Japan with many heroes from other countries arriving to stand against the odd special occurrence, Even All Might himself stood as the Vangaurd.

The Sky has been opened for two weeks before it gave a violent surge of power before two objects came flying out and landing in the district, Musutafu.

Though when they landed, all hell broke loose when two forces collided, shaking the city, Mount Lady felt her body quake against the air as she bare witness to a cloaked being fighting off against who wore oddly enough wizarding robes.

"Mount Lady, what's happening!?" looking down to Death Arms with a stunned look, another shockwave riddled the city as the two unknowns clashed once more.

"I don't know" moving closer to the fight, Midnight was ahead of them with her whip being used as a Swing.

Landing into a roll, Nemuri Kayama moved her hair out of her line of sight to get a look at the fight, feeling the building she was using as a vantage point shake from another shockwave, she could hear two voices now as she slid off of a roof.

Moving to a corner, she nearly jumped as a being was thrown through seven cars past her, freezing up at seeing the being groan as he tore himself form the car, her eyes stared at the Star constellations decorating the man's figure beneath the midnight black poncho.

Watching him give a groan, he shook his head before his right hand caught an orb of violently red energy before crushing it with little effort, looking up the man's eyes snapped to Nemuri who froze at feeling his gaze over her, and dare she say it, she noticed recognition in the man's green eyes before his head snapped forward in time to catch the hand spoised for his throat, showing the villain Mordru.

"You may have killed Klarion, but I will be the Lord of Chaos once again, bow down and accept Defeat, Worm!" watching the two clash, Nemuri gave a grunt as she felt the shockwave ripple off of the two, gaining the attention of Mordru, the entity turned in confusion.

Which left him stunned as he got a Bash to the head, feeling the floor collide with his face via a stomp, Mordru growled as he went to send a magical attack if not for a hand to plunge into his ribcage, now this would have made him scoff… if not for his heart to be tore out and absorbed into his adversay who was standing tiredly.

"You… Bastard, so that's how you took his place?" feeling his power fading at an alarming rate, the being before him stepped back into a stance as he gathered magic for a last ditch attack.

Holding his hands close, Nemuri blinked as a Katana and sheath materialized in a blink of an eye, leaving Nemuri stunned as it literally hummed with power with the whirlwind shaking the ground.

"You end here, Mordru" feeling the air shudder as the being vanished from sight, Nemuri looked to the air to somehow see slash marks forming before her eyes snapped to the cloaked being a she appeared behind this Mordru? In a crouch, holding the Sheath upward as he aimed the Katana, she sat frozen as he slid it closed before fully sheathing it with a click…

With the air exploding with power, power that tore Mordru to shreds with wisps of power flowing into the cloaked being who inhaled and exhaled slowly.

Watching him stand up slowly, Nemuri noticed a Hourglass Badge on the man's belt as he looked around him, with Nemuri now noticing her fellow heroes surrounding him.

And seeing this being scratch his head, he turned to All Might who had a stern smile on his face…

"Where am I?"

The simple question left many confused and stunned. Though one namely Mirko, laughed loudly.

Walking within the Police station of Japan, detective Naomasa Tsukauchi along with Nezu, the Principle of U.A. approached the only Interrogation room in use with an air of trepidation and worry.

Stopping at the door, Neomasa turned to the chimera with a frown.

"Are you sure about this, this man is an unknown from that breach in the sky" staring at the little hero who had a mug of coffee, he spoke calmly.

"He kept casualties and property damage to a minimum form the reports we had gotten from eye witnesses and other heroes, if he goes out his way to make sure of that, than he should be given the benefit of a doubt" getting a grunt of acknowledgement, Naomasa opened the door to see the cloaked man sitting calmly, looking to the table he spoke with a tired tone.

"Bout fucking time, trying to stay awake with nothing to do is torture" watching the man lay his head on the table, he sat up as Naomasa and Nezu sat down across from him.

"Apologies for the wait, paperwork had taken up most of the time before we could question you" looking to Nezu with a nod, Naomasa stared at the man a she sighed.

"Fair enough, no harm done aside to that immortal Psychopath, no one hurt at all?" frowning at the confusion of his Quirk, Naomasa spoke.

"No one was harmed, thanks to your efforts… I'm sorry we've been so busy we haven't gotten your name" seeing the man perk up, he nodded while rubbing his throat.

"As of right now I go by Omega, and I'm also an alien at the very moment" before Naomasa could scoff, his Quirk gave him pause

Truth

Frowning in alarm at this, Naomasa spoke in open curiosity.

"And what species of Alien are you then, because I find it hard to believe" getting an amused snort from Omega, he spoke with a smile unseen due to his current species.

"I am at the moment a Celestial-sapian, an Omnipotent species who live close to what I can remember is the Forge of creation? Sorry there's so many species where I'm from it's hard to keep count with it all"

Truth

"You say this like you know it personally, how?" seeing the man look at him, he gave a snort as he leaned back.

"For one, my Wives, are from several species of aliens" frowning at the man's words, Naomasa ignored the Truth of his quirk.

"What do you do in your world?"

"I'm an agent of SHIELD and CEO of Fenris Security" getting a nod from Nezu and Naomasa, the chimera looked to Naomasa as he gave a nod.

"Last question… do you have quirks, superpowers?" this got the attention of Omega, the Celestial-sapian giving a hum.

"I'm guessing you mean superpowers so yeah, I'm one of many heroes who don't have powers, but I can even the playing field without trouble… why?" getting frowns from the two, Nezu spoke.

"We have a strict law here-" whatever he was gonna say next was interrupted by Omega who gave a groan.

"Oh don't tell me you lot follow such ridiculous rules?" getting frowns from the two, Naomasa spoke with a stern voice.

"It's the law"

"Yeah, and It's a law that'll make more villains with such bullshit then heroes, honestly if what I read is correct It's a miracle the government hasn't collapsed yet" getting worried looks form the two as he held a notepad from… somewhere, Omega read it with a bored look while placing his feet on the table.

"The usage of quirks being illegal even if it benefits a situation where no heroes are present is most likely to cause casualties, so much waste" shaking his head, Omega looked up to Nezu who had a look of interest.

"Mr Omega… I have a proposition for you?" tilting his head, Omega gave a short laugh before he flashed green, blinding Naomasa and Nezu, the two blinked at hearing a deep chuckle through a voice synthesizer, blinking away the brightness, Naomasa paled at the sight of a Cyber-skull glaring passively at him with two horns above the eyesockets, the rest of it was a simple tactical utfit with several side arm holsters and ammo pouches.

Watching him lean forward, the man spoke.

"My real names Kenneth Tennyson… but you can call me Warlord Loki"

Tilting his head to nod to Naomasa and Nezu, he continued with interest.

"So what's this Proposition?"
