oh and sasuke did try to leave but Naruto got lucky and hit a pressure point knocking him out so yea
Chapter 1
Naruto walked sadly down the barren streets of konoha it was late at night and only a few where still up at this time as he walked he couldn't stop thinking of his fight with sasuke he knew he only won because of luck but in his opinion the whole thing shouldn't have happened in the first place it was his fault he couldn't make sasuke see that he needed friends and comrades no it was all his fault
when he first joined team 7 he thought that this could be like the family he never had he was so excited that he didn't even have to pretend to be happy but as the weeks slowly went by he began to realize this was not different from the village his teammate sakura hated him because he ruined her time with sasuke-kun sasuke just never liked him in the first place which hurt a lot more than it had a right to and kaka-sensei was always trying to keep his distance from him and almost always favored sasuke naruto felt that he should be angry at that but most of the time he felt as though he didn't deserve that right no he was the scapegoat for the Village he knew he was not the kyuubi but he couldent help but feel as though he deserve the treatment
the villagers stop the beatings around the last year of his academy days so instead now they just glared
with eye's so cold it could freeze hell over it never failed to make him feel like the scum of the Earth but he endured with a big goofy fake smile
and a loud personality but even though his teacher preaches about the importance of looking underneath the underneath he never saw the sadnes beneath his squinted eyes but that might be because he perfected his mask so well that no one see's underneath
so he walked for hours he ignored the grumbling of his stomach it was his punishment for letting sasuke think that it was ok to leave it didn't matter much he could survive for weeks without food the kyuubi would always keep him up and going but he was nearing his limit he hadn't eaten in three and a half weeks which was the longest he had gone with food but he refused to eat because he didn't deserve food
it was Nearing 3:00 a.m. so he decided to walk home and get some rest
the next morning naruto woke up it was the first day that they we're all going to get to train again kaka-sensei had dismised the team up now they were going to start training once more quickly getting dressed in his typical orange jumpsuit Naruto put on the biggest brightest smile he could and quickly bounded down the stairs of his apartment quickly heading to team sevens training ground he bounded all the way across the Village ignoring the looks the villagers gave him Naruto knew today was going to be like any other day that they had done training if not worse because Sasuke will be mad at him because he didn't let him leave and Sakura will back him up all the way and Kakashi sensei will still ignore him finally making it to the training ground Naruto checked one last time to make sure his smile was still firmly in place quickly running up he noticed Sakura and Sasuke already there quickly is to keep appearances Naruto ran up as fast as he can yelling out hey Sakura-Chan Sasuke-teme Sakura as usual yelled at him saying don't talk to Sasuke-kun that way naruto-baka while hitting him as hard as she could upside the head knocking him to the ground for a moment his mask split as he got up putting it back in place really fast he said aw but Sakura Chan shut up naruto- baka she yelled using the second that she yelled at him he looked around making sure no one saw his slip up it looked as if no one did and so he went about his normal routine which was pestering Sakura for a date he didn't much like her very much anymore his crush on her died within the first few days of being a team but he still kept it up because it was what was expected of him Sasuke just glared at him with an emotion that he couldn't tell in his eye the training went on as it normally did for him Sasuke and Sakura going off with Kakashi to learn a new Jutsu and when Naruto asked what he would be learning Kakashi just said he needs to up his chakra control then leaving without giving him any instructions on how to actually do that Jiraiya was out getting more information on Orochimaru and Akatsuki so he didn't have him to help train not that he ever did in the first place he only threw something at him and said learn it Naruto couldn't help the few minutes that his mask slipped but no one was around to see it so it didn't really matter climbing on top of a tree Naruto just sat there waiting until Sakura and Sasuke's training was over
