It's been at least two days since they had all been welcome to UA, in fact, none of them were expelled, as Aizawa had set up a "Logical ruse" to get them to try their hardest, much to the relief of the students.
Currently, it was lunch at the prestigious Hero school, and right now, the five friends were enjoying lunch, Izuku especially, as he was stuffing his face full of food in rapid succession.
"We got Heroics class next, what do you think we'll be doing?" Jirou asked her friends
Izuku swallowed his food before looking at Jirou, "I hope we get to fight! I've seen what the other could do during the Quirk apprehension test and I wanna see how good they are in a fight!" He said before continuing to eat.
"Of course, you wanna fight!" Mineta said,
"What does that mean!?" Izuku asked
"It means that you always focus on fighting! All you ever wanna do is fight Midoriya!" Mineta cried
"That's not exactly true," Momo said "Izuku has shown how smart he is, after all, he did well on the written exam and has been doing well in classes,"
Kaminari agreed, "Yeah, and Izuku isn't some battle-hungry maniac, the reason he liked to fight is that he wants to see where he's at and if he can get stronger, that way he can improve himself and do what he does best... keep others safe" Kaminari finished with a smile
The others smiled and agreed with Kaminari and Momo. They continued to eat and talk until the bell had rung so the five got up and cleared their table and trays and headed back to their classroom.
When they returned, Izuku and his friends were waiting alongside the rest of their class for All-Might to arrive.
Suddenly, the door was flung open, and All-Might burst through the classroom entrance in an enthusiastic manner, which was very much like him.
"I AM ENTERING THE CLASS LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" All-Might announced
"Oh man, I can't believe All-Might is really teaching us!" Said a fellow classmate, Hanta Sero.
"He always tries to make an entrance, doesn't he?" Jirou said
"For this class, we'll be building up your hero foundations through various trials!" All-Might announced, "Starting with this! BATTLE TRIAL!" All-Might cried
The Students were a bit taken aback by this, but a few knew one person was no doubt extremely excited by this news.
"YES!" Izuku cried as he raised both arms in the air
All might then moved to the side of the class and parts of the walls began to come out, "And to go with your first battle! We have prepared the gear we had you send in requests for to match your Quirks!" All-Might announced
Everyone cheered at the news, finally being able to test out their powers and show off their costumes. Each of the students began to leave for the changing rooms. When the students reached the locker rooms, they began to change into their costumes and Izuku opened up and looked inside the case that held his hero costume and looked over his costume.
His costume wasn't anything flashy but it also wasn't dull, in fact, it was very close to the Gi he had at home. It consisted of a weighted blue short-sleeved undershirt underneath an orange tank top with matching baggy pants, a blue obi tied in a knot over the waist, and a pair of blue weighted wristbands, and finally, he wore a pair of weighted dark blue boots with a yellow border.
"Hey, We gotta hurry everyone!" Iida told them
Izuku looked at Iida and then back at his costume with a smile and began to change into it. He quickly finished getting dressed into his hero costume, and after a few minutes, the rest of the boys finished changing into their costumes and they began making their way out and toward Ground Beta.
Eventually, the boys joined up with the girls and they still began walking to Ground Beta. After a short walk to the back of the school, they arrived at ground Beta, which resembled a large city, and saw that All-Might was already waiting for them with his signature pose and his signature smile.
"May I ask what we're doing today?" Iida asked
"Today, we will be doing team battles!" All-Might announced, "The situation today is that one team who will be villains are holding a dangerous weapon while the other team who are the heroes, will capture the villains, the goal of the heroes is to either and get the weapon or capture the villains and then retrieve the weapon, so to decided on who'll be paired up with and which teams you'll be on, you'll be drawing lots!" All-Might said
All-Might then pulled out a box and asked each student to dig in and grab a ball with a letter on it and would determine if they were villains or Heroes. As each student pulled one out and took a look at what letters they got and which students had similar letters and they began teaming up.
Team A: Denki Kaminari & Kyouka Jirou
Team B: Mezo Shoji & Shoto Todoroki
Team C: Minoru Mineta & Momo Yaoyarozu
Team D: Katsuki Bakugou & Tenya Iida
Team E: Yuga Aoyama & Mina Ashido
Team F: Rikido Sato & Koji Koda
Team G: Ochaco Uraraka & Mashirao Ojiro
Team H: Fumikage Tokoyami & Tsuyu Asui
Team I: Izuku Midoriya & Toru Hagakure
Team J: Eijiro Kirishima & Hanta Sero
All-Might looked over the teams and smiled, "Now that the teams had been grouped up! Let's see who will be the hero and who will be the villains!" All-Might said as he put his hands in the hero and villains box and he pulled out the balls that held the letters of the teams was announced...
"It looks like Team A will be the heroes and team D will be the villains!" All-Might announced
Kaminari and Jirou looked a little worried as they looked over to Team D and saw Bakugou looking at them with a scowl.
"You think we got a chance?" Kaminari asked as he turned to Jirou
Jirou looked back at him and nodded, "He may be strong but we've come a long way Kaminari," Jirou said "Izuku trained us to fight hand-to-hand and we got our Ki mixed with our quirks, as far as I see it, TNT over there won't know what hit 'em!" Jirou said with a smirk.
Kaminari smirked and nodded in agreement, "Alright then! Let's do it!" Kaminari said.
"Now for the rest of the students!" All-Might said as he began pulling out letters that determined which teams would be the Hero and the villains and who was going up against who.
Shoto Todoroki & Mezo Shoji (Team B) vs. Izuku Midoriya & Toru Hagakure (Team I)
Fumikage Tokoyami & Tsuyu Asui (Team H) vs. Eijiro Kirishima & Hanta Sero (Team J)
Ochaco Uraraka & Mashirao Ojiro (Team G) vs. Momo Yaoyorozu & Minoru Mineta (Team C)
Yuga Aoyama & Mina Ashido (Team E) vs. Rikido Sato & Koji Koda (Team F)
Izuku looked at the list of fights and smiled, "Well, it looks like we'll be going up against Todoroki and Shoji," Izuku said with a smile, and he turned to Toru, or, the gloves and boots that Toru wore, "So, who do you wanna take on Hakgakure?"
"H-Huh!? M-Me!? F-Fight!? No, no, no! I can't fight! I'm just good at sneaking around," Toru told him,
Izuku nodded, "Huh? Why? Oh, do you not know how to fight?" Izuku said
"Yes," Toru said, "I just always assume that I could sneak and catch a villain off guard," Toru told him
Izuku nodded, "Makes sense, but what if a villain can see you?" Izuku asked
Hearing this, Toru realized he was sort of right, after all, there might be a villain out there that can have different visions or worse, had a quirk similar to Mr. Aizawa.
"I-I never thought about it," Toru said
Izuku just smiled, "Well, if you want, I can teach you sometime, that way you can at least defend yourself," Izuku told her
Toru thought hard about it, however, she wasn't completely sure if she would do it. "I'll... I'll think about it," Toru told him
"Alright, just let me know," Izuku said with a smile, "So... you don't mind if I take both of them on do you?" Izuku said with a raised brow and a small smirk
"Can you... really take both of them on?" Toru asked, raising her brow, even if Izuku couldn't see it
Izuku smirked, "You bet I can," Izuku said
Toru had no idea if he was being cocky and overconfident, or if he was dead serious about taking them both on.
Meanwhile, Izuku looked over to Kaminari and Jirou, "Hey! You got this you two!" Izuku said with a smile
The two smiled and gave him a thumbs up and left with Bakugou and Iida into Ground Beta, while Izuku and Toru, along with the other students followed All-Might into the control room to watch the fight.

As the Hero team looked at the building where the weapon was as well as where Bakugou and Iida were guarding it, Kaminari looked over to Jirou and gave her a nod, and she nodded back before she flew up to the building roof, while Kaminari entered the building.
In the control room, many were surprised by what Jirou just did.
"She can fly!?" Mina cried in confusion
Momo turned to Mina, "Anyone with proper Ki control and training can fly or float in the air," Momo said
Uraraka then looked over to Momo with a raised brow, "But how?" Uraraka asked "I mean I can float with my quirk but it makes me sick,"
"Well, the technique to fly or float, is that one puts their Ki underneath them, forcing it down along with the air, think of it like an engine or helicopter pushing air down to rise from the ground,"
"How long did it take you guys to learn that?" Uraraka asked
"Well first we had to learn proper Ki control from Izuku, and after that, he moved on to teaching us how to fly, which took us around 3-5 days,"
The rest of the students as well as even All-Might were surprised.
"That fast!?" Mina asked
Momo shrugged, "Well once you know proper Ki control, certain techniques come easy," Momo said
Back with Kaminari and Jirou, Jirou put her jacks to the roof and moved her Ki into both her ears and her jacks, and she listened closely, she heard no sound for a while before she heard the faint sounds of chattering. She quickly tried to focus on the sound and managed to pinpoint which floor the sound was coming from.
She reached for her earpiece, "Kaminari, they're on the 4th floor," Jirou told him
[Got it] Kaminari replied
Back inside, Kaminari rushed to the 4th floor ready to fight Bakugou or Iida, whichever one of them decided to fight.
'Time to show what I got!' Kaminari thought with a smirk
As he made it to the 4th floor, Kaminari saw the different rooms and instead of searching each room like a mad man, he closed his eyes and tried to sense their Ki, Kaminari concentrated and he quickly found their Ki, he smiled and went over to the door of the room, kicking it open and entering the room only to see Bakugou and Iida, both close to the weapon which was in the shape of a large cartoonish rocket.
"Found ya!" Kaminari said with a smirk
Bakugou smirked back at Kaminari, "Looked like the extra found us," Bakugou said "Four-eyes, you wanna take care of him?" Bakugou asked,
"What's the matter Bakugou? Afraid to get your hands dirty?" Kaminari asked with a smirk
Hearing this, Bakugou's smirk turned into a scowl, "Excuse me?"
"You heard me? You act all tough but you're just someone who gets others to do his dirty work, right?" Kaminari asked with a smirk
Bakugou's smiled sinisterly as he looked at Kaminari, "Oh, so Pikachu wants to die first huh!?" Bakugou asked "Fine!" Bakugou cried as he quickly sent a small explosion Kaminari's way.
Kaminari opened his palm and sent a yellow blast of Ki toward Bakugou's explosion. Kaminari then quickly shot two more Ki blasts from his hands at Bakugou, but the explosion quirk user managed to dodge the attacks. He looked over to Kaminari, only to see he wasn't where he stood.
"Where did he-!?" Bakugou began but didn't get a chance to finish as he was kicked in the side by the electric Quirk user.
The force of the attack sent Bakugou into the wall, and Bakugou quickly recovered and looked over to see Kaminari fly toward him ready to deliver a punch, but Bakugou quickly moved out of the way and Kaminari landed a punch on the wall. Bakugou then sent another explosion at Kaminari that sent the Blonde teen bursting through the roof.
Kaminari quickly regained himself as he was now on the 5th floor and looked to see Bakugou blasting after him. 'Damn! His quirk is really strong!' Kaminari thought,
Bakugou looked at Kaminari with a sinister smirk and a glare, "Is this all you got!? Your gonna need to do a lot better than that you damn extra!" Bakugou said
Kaminari smirked, "Don't worry, there's a lot more where that came from!" Kaminari said confidently.
"Really? Then stop holding back and give me everything you got!" Bakugou yelled
Kaminari charged at Bakugou only for the Bakugou to unleash an explosion at Kaminari, but the blonde teen dodged the attack and moved to Bakugou's side and sent a punch right to Bakugou's face, sending him staggering to the side. Kaminari then powered up his quirk and then a Ball of Ki before sending it Bakugou's way.
The Ki blast hit Bakugou, however, instead of exploding on impact, it instead sent a large electric shock through Bakugou's body.
"What... the hell was that?" Bakugou asked
"That was a Ki blast mixed with my quirk," Kaminari said "Before I learned Ki control, I was only able to use my quirk on those close to me but I could never do pin-point attacks, so I found a way to mix my Quirk with Ki, and later, I showed the trick to the others who also found their own way to combine their Ki and Quirks," Kaminari said with a smile.
"Good for you, But you still can't beat me!" Bakugou said, "Because no matter what, I will win this!" Bakugou told him
Kaminari smirked, "We'll see about that!" Kaminari said, he then charged up as much as he can as a white aura surrounded him.
Back in the control room Izuku, as well as Momo and Mineta, smiled as they watched Kaminari power up.
"Looks like he's finally giving it his all," Momo said with a smirk
"Yeah, his power levels rising!" Mineta said with a smile
Izuku looked at his friend and smiled, however, he and he was sure even Kaminari had figured out that this fight wasn't going to be easy.
Kaminari finished charging up and then he quickly blasted forth, delivering a gut punch to Bakugou, causing the boy to nearly barf. Kaminari then quickly spun around and kicked Bakugou in his left side, before grabbing Bakugou by his shirt and beginning flying upward and out of the building, making sure to damage Bakugou with every through he flew through.
As they had finally flown through the roof, Bakugou growled as he grabbed Kaminari's arm and then with his other, aimed it right at Kaminari, "I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!" Bakugou cried
Kaminari's eyes widened as he looked down and saw Bakugou's hand glow, "Ah!"
a sphere of light formed in Bakugou's palm, "STUN GRENADE!" Bakugou cried
Suddenly, instead of an explosion, a flash of light burst out, blinding Kaminari and forcing him to let go of Bakugou. Bakugou used his explosions to keep himself up in the air as Kaminari had to land on the roof and try to regain his vision.
'Damn it! He got's something like that!?' Kaminari thought as his vision slowly returned, 'I better watch out for that, if he uses that again, he can catch me off guard,'
"Are you done Pikachu? Because even if you are... I'm not," Bakugou said with a furious tone, "You really pissed me off so don't think I'm letting you off easy after those stunts you pulled!" Bakugou cried
'Damn it! He really is angry!' Kaminari thought as he looked up at Bakugou, 'I gotta end this now... which means I have to use that,' Kaminari though
Kaminari put his fists together and a ball of electric Ki formed in front of his fists and then he pushed his fists out together and aimed the ball of Ki at Bakugou and launched it at him.
Bakugou moved his hands to the left and dodged the attack and smiled as he saw the attack missed. Bakugou stopped the small explosions holding him up and landed on the roof, opposite of Kaminari.
"HAHAHAHAHA! Looks like you missed you, idiot!" Bakugou said with a sinister smile
Kaminari looked over to Bakugou and smiled, and raised his arm up in the hair, and his hand was in the shape of a finger gun and then put his left hand out and opened his palm, as if he was holding out a plate of food.
Kaminari smirked, "I created this attack to take out a large number of enemies in a single hit, however, when focused on a single target, the entire attack is much more dangerous!"
'Attack!? What the hell is he-? Wait! that ball of electricity he threw at me! He missed in purpose in order to let my guard down! But then that means-!' Bakugou thought as he looked up and saw the large ball of electric Ki right above him.
Kaminari brought his right hand down onto his left like he just played rock, paper, scissors, and his finger gun was pointed right at Bakugou, he smirked as he knew this was the end.
"BLITZKRIEG!" Kaminari cried
A large bold of electricity shot down at Bakugou who stared in shock for a few moments before he quickly put both of his raised up his left arm and grabbed a pin on his left gauntlet and pulled it, causing the gauntlet to unleash a powerful explosion at Kaminari's attack, and when the two clashed, a great explosion in the har occurred, nearly blowing the two boys way.
Smoke covered the sky, and Kaminari grimaced as he looked in Baukou's direction only to see him still standing as the smoke cleared.
'Damn it! I put everything I had into that attack and he blew it away like it was nothing!' Kaminari thought, 'I'm low, but I can't let up! I have to keep giving it my all!'
Kaminari made finger guns and they buzzed with electricity, and he quickly shot electric Ki blasts at Bakugou, but the ash-blonde teen dodged them as best as he could, but Kaminari's blasts managed to hit both his right leg and left arm. Bakugou blasted through the air and toward Kaminari, and Kaminari was ready to throw a punch as soon as Bakugou got in close, however, when he was closing in, Bakugou unleashed an explosion from his hand right as Kaminari threw his punch. In the process, Bakugou went over Kaminari and then blasted him in the back, causing the other boy to stumble forward.
Bakugou landed behind Kaminari and smiled and laughed at the boy, "Is this really all you had!? It's pathetic! Come on you damn extra, where did all the spunk of yours go!?" Bakugou asked
Kaminari turned around to look at Bakugou, "I'll admit, I never figured you be this tough or smart, in fact, I used up most of my tricks, but..." Kaminari then took a fighting stance, ready to fight, "I still won't back down!" Kaminari said with a smirk
Bakugou smiled, "Fine," Bakugou said as small pops appeared in his hands, "But the next few moments are going to be hell!"
Bakugou launched himself at Kaminari, ready to send another powerful explosion when he got real close to Kaminari. But instead, Kaminari moved close to him and moved his head before delivering a punch to Bakugou's left side, but he too was in a terrible position as Bakugou put his hand against Kaminari's Stomach and unleashed a rather small explosion in his gut, sending Kaminari flying over the roof. Kaminari saw, this and quickly floated in the air.
"Hey, Pikachu!"
Kaminari looked above him with wide eyes, to see Bakugou above him this time, his right gauntlet was aimed at him ad he had his pin in hand, and he looked at him with a sinister smile
"DDDIIIEEE!" Bakugou cried as he pulled the pin off his gauntlet
Kaminari was horrified as the explosion from the gauntlet send him flying down and crashing into the mock city's road and sidewalk.
Kaminari groaned as he felt immense pain all around his body and his eyes opened only to see Bakugou standing over him, with a smug smile on his face.
"You know, you and the forest-headed bastard walk around like you can't be beaten!" Bakugou said, "Trust me, sooner or later, Forest-head will be getting what's coming to him, and then we'll see who's really at the top!"
Kaminari chuckled a little before finally laughing loudly at Bakugou.
Bakugou growled as he looked down at Kaminari and then picked him up by his shirt as Bakugou looked at him, "What the hell's so funny you damn extra!?" Bakugou asked
"Hehehehehe, I just find it funny that you think you have a chance against Midoriya! You're strong but trust me, he'll win for sure!" Kaminari said
"We'll see about that soon!" Bakugou said as he dropped Kaminari, "Now I just need to head back to four-eyes, earlobes been quiet, which makes me wonder what the hell she's do-"
[Hero Team Wins!] came the announcement
Bakugou's eyes widened with shock, he looked over to the building before looking back at Kaminari, who kept smiling.
"What the hell did you and earlobes plan!?" Bakugou yelled
"Jirou and I came up with a plan, I was the best of the two of us to take you on, while she would take on Iida and get the weapon, looks the liked plan worked out!" Kaminari finished with a chuckle
Bakugou was livid. The person he had just beaten had tricked him! Had played him like a god damn fiddle! He wanted to lash out and send another explosion at the vulnerable boy below him, but he couldn't because if he did anything now, All-Might would stop him and he could get into some serious trouble, and he was not gonna let his anger ruin his chances of being a hero.
Instead, he kneeled down next to the boy, "If you want a rematch, you'll have to wait, because that damn forest head is up next!" Bakugou said as he walked away from Kaminari.
Kaminari lay on the ground still, looking up at the sky as his entire body felt sore.
"How are you feeling?"
Kaminari looked to his side only to see Jirou, and surprisingly, Izuku, Momo, and Mineta looking at him with soft smiles
"Hey, guys!" He said with a smile, "I could use a little help... hehe,"
Izuku smiled, "Why do you think we're here?" Izuku told him
Jirou picked up one arm and Izuku picked up the other and they carried Kaminari out of the mock city and to the infirmary. Kaminari smiled, he was thankful to have such friends that cared so much about him, he had come a long way from middle school and came a long way from the person he use to be.
'Thank you all... and thank you most of all, Izuku' Kaminari thought with a smile, 'You showed me a better way and for that, I'll always be thankful,'
