Izuku = Jade Green (differing from the LSSJ Emerald/Green color)
Kaminari = Gold (different from SSJ Ki color and hair due to SSJ Ki and hair is more of a blonde yellow)
Momo = Cherry red (SSJG is around the usual Red or scarlet colors)

Finally, the moment Izuku had been waiting for, it was his and Toru's turn to fight in the mock city and Izuku was more excited because of who he was going to fight!
Shoto Todoroki.
Momo had told him everything that Todoroki had to do during the recommendation tests of UA, however, she also overheard that he technically had two quirks, both ice and fire, but he never used his fire for some reason, which bummed him out because that means he was only at half-strength, but if he was going to hold back, that was fine, if Todoroki wanted to fight with only half his power then Izuku was going to show him why he shouldn't.
Izuku and Toru had made it to the room where the "Weapon" was being held and waited for the signal which told the "heroes" to begin to infiltrate the building, but which also let him know that he could go and fight said "heroes".
Izuku turned to his invisible partner, "Toru, protect the weapon as best as you can and whatever you do, stay in the room, because I don't want you getting caught in the fight,"
"Are you sure?" Toru aske
Izuku nodded, "Trust me, this fight's gonna be over before it even begins," Izuku said with a smile as he cracked his knuckles
'So cool!' Toru thought
Back in the control room, Kaminari returned with Jirou and Mineta helping him stand. Momo and Iida turned to him with looks of worry.
"Kaminari, you should be resting in the infirmary," Iida told him
Momo agreed, "Yes, after what Bakugou did, you should be resting,"
"And miss Midoriya kick Todoroki's butt? No way!" Kaminari said with a smile
Iida looked at him with a raised brow, "Do you really think Midoriya can beat Todoroki? If I'm not mistaken wasn't he a recommended student and one who we're at the top of the lists?"
Momo nodded, "Yes, that is true, but trust me, with how strong Todorki is he's still nowhere near Izuku's level of strength," Momo said
"Truly?" Iida asked
"Mhm," Momo replied with a nod,
"Is there anyone here on Midoriya's level of strength?" Iida asked
"Nah," Jirou piped in, "Well not here anyway, No student here at UA has a Ki level is as strong as Midoriya's, which means as of right now, Izuku's technically the strongest student here," Jirou said
"Are you sure, surely there must be even an upperclassman here that is on par or even higher than Midoriya," Iida said
Jirou nodded, "Trust me, net to Izuku, I'm the 2nd best at sensing Ki energy, Though unfortunately, Izuku will only be using half of his power in this fight,"
"I call Bullshit!" Bakugou cried
"Of course you do," Jirou said with a peered gaze, "You just can't admit that he's stronger than you,"
Bakugou gritted his teeth, "What the hell you say earlobes!? I'll kick your ass!"
Meanwhile, All-Might saw that all students were in their places, he pressed the intercom button, "BEGIN!" All-Might said over the Intercome
Back in the Mock City, Izuku smiled as he heard All-Might's words and he quickly rushed out of the room and quickly sensed Todoroki and Shoji's Ki. Sensing that they were still outside the building, he quickly fired a blast of Jade Green Ki, creating an opening to the outside, and quickly flew out of the building, once he did, he saw Shoji and Todoroki looking up at him with a little bit of shock.
Izuku smiled as he landed across from them and looked at them, a big grin on his face. "You guys ready?" Izuku asked
Todoroki didn't look away from Izuku, "Shoji, go look for the weap-"
But before he could even finish his sentence, Izuku fired a Ki blast at the multi-limbed student, causing him to crash into a nearby's wall.
"Sorry, but I can't let you get to the weapon, promised Toru I'd beat you both, and I intend to keep that promise!" Izuku said with a smile
Todoroki looked over to Shoji, before looking back at Izuku, his expression still unchanged. Todoroki activated his right side and created some ice that would trap Izuku's lower half, but Izuku was quick to react and jumped up in the air and landed back on the ground, crushing the ice beneath him with ease, and he looked at Todoroki with a smile still on his face.
"I'll ask you again Todoroki... you ready?" Izuku asked with a grin
Todoroki now glared at the green-haired boy, "Fine," Todoroki said, "Let's get this over with,"
Izuku smiled, "Now your talking!" Izuku said. Izuku stood tall and a green aura began to surround him.
"I see... you're powering up like Kaminari did, right?" Todoroki asked
Izuku nodded, "Yeah, but I'm not fully there!" Izuku said "RRRRRRRAAAAAAHHHHHH!"
As Izuku began powering up, Todoroki began to feel the ground shake, and it was like he could feel the power radiating off of Izuku, and a shiver went through his body. As Izuku continued to power up, it wasn't just the ground that began to shake, but the entire mock city. The power Izuku was releasing while he was powering up could even be felt in the control room and even UA itself!
'This is... young Midoriya's power!?' All-Might though with astonishment
"I-Is this an earthquake!?" Kirishima asked
"This is really starting to freak me out!" Uraraka cried
"Is the building going to come down on us!?" Sero asked
Back In UA's main building, every single window vibrated as if a speaker was placed right on it, leaving many students confused and slightly worried. Within Nezu's office he saw his tea shake within its cup, he turned to the window with a small smile on his face.
"So, this is the power of Mr. Midoriya," Nezu said, "This is both most extraordinary yet very frightening... He's almost as strong as Toshinori,"
Meanwhile, in class 1-B, a certain student turned her head to look outside the window, and she too could sense Izuku's power. 'He's really here!' She thought with a smile
After finishing powering up, Izuku looked over at Todoroki with a smile, before launching at him with blinding speed. Todoroki was about to block, but Izuku already punched him in the chest and sent Todoroki flying through a building's wall. Izuku smiled but then he felt something grip his legs and when he looked down, he saw two hands wrapped around his ankles and looked back only to see Shoji with his extending limbs. Shoji pulled Izuku out from under himself, spun around, and threw Izuku down the street, but Izuku stopped himself mid-air and flew back toward Shoji, ready to deliver a blow, but Shoji prepared and created extra arms and put them in front, blocking Izuku's punch, however, the force of Izuku's punch sent Shoji sliding back on his feet.
'The forces of his punches are insane!' Shoji thought,
Shoji lowered his guard only to see Izuku charging back at him, but before Izuku could land a punch, he was encased in ice. He looked behind Izuku to see Todoroki with his right side activated.
"Todoroki!" Shoji said
However, Shoji's relief was short-lived as the Ice burst apart and Izuku looked unfazed by Todoroki's attack. Shoji acted and tried to create more arms to capture Izuku, but Izuku acted quickly and backed up, now in front of Todoroki, and he launched a ball of Ki his way, pushing him back before exploding. Before Todoroki could even react, Izuku punched him with the back of his fist, also sending him back.
Todoroki got back up and glared at the green-haired boy, Izuku flew at the duo-quirk user, and this time Todoroki acted quickly and created the largest mountain of ice he could before, either blocking or freezing the Green-haired teen into place, but that was not what happened.
"YO! TODOROKI!"
hearing Izuku's voice, Todoroki looked up into the sky and Saw Izuku looking down at him with a smile. The red/white-haired teen looked up in shock, surprised that he had dodged such a large attack, and Izuku flew down at stood next to Izuku and Todoroki turned to face him.
"I gotta say, your quirk is amazing, but man is this a letdown," Izuku told Todoroki scratching the back of his head,
"Why's that?" Todoroki asked
"Well, it's not really a fun fight when your opponent is holding back," Izuku replied
Todoroki glared at him, "What do you mean?"
This time, Izuku's eyes hardened, "Don't lie Todoroki, Momo told me that she knows you got two quirks, one of them is a fire-based quirk, however, you never once used it, which makes me wonder why your not using your full power?"
Todoroki became angry, "I refuse to use that monster's power..." Todoroki seethed
Izuku raised a brow, "What do you mean?"
Todoroki didn't respond right away, just glared at Izuku. "You wouldn't understand..." Todoroki told him
Izuku wanted to explain but he wouldn't force Todoroki to explain, not right now, but it did irk him that something was holding Todoroki back from using his full potential.
Izuku let out a sigh, "Alright, alright..." Izuku said "If you're not gonna take this fight seriously then I'm just gonna end it here,"
"And how will you do that?" Todoroki asked, his glare hardening.
Izuku breathed in and pulled his right fist back as of he was going in for a gut punch, but he opened his palm as if it was like a claw and Izuku then put his left hand out as if he was going in for a fist pump. A large jade-green ball of ki formed into Izuku's right, the Ki was glowing so brightly it almost blinded Todoroki.
"W-What the hell is this!?" Todoroki cried in shock
"EMERALD...!" Izuku began. He then pushed his right hand forward and pulled his left hand back, and a large blast of jade Ki shot forth in Todoroki's direction. "DRAGOOOOOOONNNNNNN!" Izuku cried.
Todoroki was hit by the blast of Ki and he was pushed through many buildings as he and the blast went through so many buildings and only a few blocks away, before it exploded, knocking out the ice and fire user, the only damage was to Todoroki's costume, the ice the covered his left side gone as well as the costume's shirt...
In the control room, most were stunned, with the exception of Izuku's friends. All-Might was in shock, as he watched a single student, with no quirk, beat two students, one being the son of the No.2 Hero!
"Both Young Shoji and Todoroki have been rendered immobile! Villain team wins!" All-Might said over the intercom.
Izuku smiled and went over to Todoroki's position and picked him up and put him over his shoulder, he then went over to Shoji's location and saw him slowly getting up and dusting some rubble off of him.
"Hehehe! Sorry about that, I just really wanted to have a good fight," Izuku told Shoji with a sheepish grin
Shoji chuckled, "No worries," Shoji said "but you really couldn't hold back? You hit like a train,"
"Again, sorry about that, I'll go easy on ya next time," Izuku said with a smile
Izuku helped him up and gave Todoroki to Shoji as he wanted to go back to the building and fly Toru back to the control room, he picked up the invisible girl and made their way back to the control room, with Shoji and Todoroki heading to the infirmary to heal up.
Izuku's friends congratulated him, even the others said he was amazing out there, making Izuku a little bashful but he thanked them for their kind words as the others prepared for the net mock battle, Izuku was excited to see what the rest of his classmates could do.
For many in class 1-A, this was the day that proved that despite what people may think or say, Izuku Midoriya was the strongest person in UA, and a certain hero thought he was the best candidate for his power, but he would need more time to evaluate the young man's will and power.

A few minutes before Izuku's fight ended, on the planet of the god of Destruction, Cabba sat down after a long day of training while Champa was sleeping, meanwhile, Caulifla and Kale were still training. As Cabba rested, he took a few deep breaths before turning to Vados, Champa's angel advisor. "How is he doing?" Cabba asked Vados
Vados looked at her staff only to see Izuku's fight with Shoji and Todoroki. "He appears to be doing just fine, his fight with two of his fellow students seems to be going well in his favor, in fact, it seems his strength is above most of his friends as well as classmates in that Hero School of his," Vados told him as she showed him the fight through her staff
Cabba smiled brightly, as he saw Izuku blow Todoroki away, "I wouldn't expect nothing less of Parslock!" Cabba said with pride
"Hey! You talking about Parslock again!?" Caulifla cried out from behind Cabba and Vados, standing next to her was Kale.
"How is he doing?" Kale asked
Cabba gave them a smile, "He won a fight against two students today! With ease!" Cabba said
Hearing this, Kale and Caulifla beamed with pride.
Caulifla pumped her fist in the air, "See! what I tell ya!? Ain't no one beating Parslock!"
Kale smiled with pride, "I'm so proud of him!" Kale said
"That reminds me! When the hell are we gonna get that brat off that stupid planet, Eh!? Hasn't it been long enough!?"
"As much as we would like to see him again... we can't yet, not when he still hasn't turned Super Saiyan,"
"Do you think he'll even be able to transform on Earth?" Kale asked a little shyly, she was getting better at speaking around others but was still a little hesitant to speak her mind at times.
"I do," Cabba replied "Parslock has made connections on earth, and when something threatens those connections, trust me, he'll transform, and then we'll go and see him, because only then can we explain everything," Cabba said a little sadly
Caulifla rolled her eyes, "Ugh! Fine! But if that brat doesn't turn Super Saiyan soon, Kale and I are going down there to ourselves and push him to do it! We want him to come home quick!"
Caba chuckled nervously, "That might not be a good idea..." He said
"Why?" Caulifla asked with a smug smirk, "You know none of those humans on that planet are as strong as us,"
"Actually, that's not entirely true," Vados chimed in "These powers, or "Quirks" as they now call them, are strong, some even powerful enough to contend with your three Super Saiyan forms,"
"Ms. Vados and I have done extensive research on the humans on earth," Cabba told them, "We even visited the country that Parslock was a part of and found that some humans are on par with us, such as the greatest warrior of their world, a man known as All-Might, and woman from another country known as Stars and Stripes, but as for these villains that hide in the shadows... well, I've hear legends about a few of them but I don't know to believe them or not since no one can confirm if they are true or not,"
"Hey! You went to earth without us!?" Caulifla asked in an angry tone
"I-I wanted to know about this earth and also to see how Parslock was doing!" Cabba said, defending himself
"And you didn't think we wanted to see him as well!?" Kale asked with a pout
Caulifla instantly transformed into Super Saiyan 3 and glared at the Saiyan protector, "That's it! I'm kicking your ass!" She cried as she charged at him.
"I-I'm sorry!" Cabba said as he ran away
"Get back here and take your punishment Cabba!" Kale said as she transformed as well.
"I SAID I WAS SORRY!" Cabba cried as he then began to fly.
Vados smiled as she watched the Saiyans bicker amongst themselves, she looked back at her staff and saw the Image of Izuku smiling and talking among his human friends. While Vados could not see the future, she could already tell that the young Saiyan teen was going to be having a bright future and wondered what kind of battles he would go through.

Yeah, bet you weren't expecting this to be taken place in Universe 6 huh? Also, since all Saiyan names are based on Vegetables, Izuku's Saiyan name is "Parslock", a parody of Parsley.
Also, if Univers 6 and 7 are parallels to each other, meaning Cabba is Vegeta, Caulifla is Goku, and Kale is Broly, and they have a connection with Izuku/Parslock. Izuku is technically the "Gohan" of this universe, which means his girlfriend (who I will not spoil yet) will sort of be the "Videl" of this universe.
This means that Momo is the "Bulma", Kaminari is the "Krillin". Jirou is "Launch" (the Badass one), and Mineta is the "Yamcha".
Ah, almost forgot to say that Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale are much older in this story. Their connection with Izuku/Parslock will be explained as well as why Izuku was sent to earth, and who knows, I might add Hit and maybe even frost to the story.
