Summer was in full swing, and love was in the air throughout OPS.
Kensi and Deeks were continuing to be cute with each other, and Deeks was secretly wondering if the time to propose was fast approaching.
Eric and Nell were starting to go staedy, and were also sneaking in kisses when no one was looking. (and Eric was being careful to wipe his face after every kiss.).
And in the most unlikely place, the 2 leaders of OSP were unknowingly having their own secret romance!
Hetty's house, at the pool.
'Your hair looks cute when it's blowing in the wind like that.' Granger remarked.
'Glad you think that but (brushing her hair) it gets in my face sometimes!' (chuckles).
Hetty replied.
'You're cute when you laugh like that.'
'Oh stop! (laughs). You're making me blush.'
'And you, (leaning in), are really making me want to kiss you and I don't care how weird it looks!' Then they shared a long, beautiful kiss.
'Mmm.' Hetty softly murmered as she stared loveningly into his eyes.
'What's on your mind?' Granger softly asked.
'You, me, all of this. Almost hard to believe that we actually enjoy being together like this.'
'I guess, given how long we've known each other, there was a part of both of us that has been wanting to do this for some time now?'
'That, or (resting her head on his arm) what's happened this past year has made us both realize that we really do care about each other, and that it's more then we ever knew.'
Whatever it was, it had brought them together, and they were both enjoying being so close to each other.
'I like how your pool always looks clean, especially when it's sunny out.' Granger remarked.
'Thanks.'
'Want to go swimming?'
'Not unless you can handle me in a bikini.' Hetty replied.
'Nah, I'm sure you look great in one!'
'Okay, just don't tell anyone that we know of!'
