Neville has to pause for a second to try and figure out what he can say without breaking the Statute. "From what I understand, none of the school records are noted digitally - all paper files and what not. You have to understand, most of the students belong to aristocratic families and the like and they take privacy very seriously"
"Right well anyway, his public records start back up in 2000 where he is registered as a student at the University of Cambridge. At some point that year he was Knighted by the Queen of England herself- wow Nev! you know a real life knight? What's he really like? Does he have a noble steed?" Garcia is a little hyperactive at the thought of it.

Letting out a breath Neville replies "That's because legally I cannot say anything. You will need clearance to access that information and I cannot share any details without risking imprisonment"
Garcia drops the subject but Neville could tell that the team are chomping at the bit to uncover why an 18 year old was both Knighted and awarded a medal recognizing valor.
"Ok it also says here that Harrison inherited two families wealth, property, businesses and titles to go along with it. He has a place in the house of lords. Technically he is Lord Harrison James Potter-Black."
"Shit, so we do need to tread carefully to avoid an international incident" swore Hotch.
Garcia then passes around a photo of Potter-Black "He's definitely a cutie!"
