Setting Prompt: On a Ship
Shinichi wasn't sure how Heiji had gotten access to alcohol, but evidently, he had. Staring at the Osakan detective for a while, Shinichi was just about ready to give up on him.
"Shinichi!" Heiji slurred excitedly before Shinichi could sneak off. "We're on a ship! Nowhere for ya to go!"
I could jump off, Shinichi thought, but quickly decided he'd rather not.
Heiji ran over to him and threw an arm around him. "Don't run from me! I looovvvveeeee you~!"
"Hattori, I'm taking you back to your cabin," Shinichi muttered, dragging him off. "You're underage."
"We're the same age," Heiji pointed out. "We can have sex if we wanna!"
Shinichi felt like tossing him over the railing, but thankfully refrained from doing so. "You are going to go to sleep," he said sternly once he reached the cabin and threw open the door. "If I see you up… well, you won't like it."
Heiji gave a scandalized gasp, but Shinichi shut the door in his face before he could say anything more. "You really are an idiot, Hattori," he muttered, thinking about the detective's last words before they reached the cabin.
"I heard that!"
Shinichi rolled his eyes. "I know you did."
