CHAPTER THREE: EXPLOSIVE BATTLE; KEN VS. BAKUGO
Summary: In a world where 80% of the population are born with an ability called quirks, Ken Suzuki is born with not just one quirk but six quirks. Now he sets out to become one of the greatest heroes in history. And become a symbol. The symbol of Hope.

Chapter 3: Explosive Battle; Ken Vs. Bakugo
Suzuki Residence, Ken's Room
It's currently 5:30 am and Ken, in black and red pajamas with his scarf on a small table beside, was currently still sound asleep, not intending to wake up for another hour. Well that was the plan until the door to his room is loudly opened up causing the boy to weakly open his eyes with a groan. 'God dammit! Who dares disturb my sleep?!'
He then felt someone tap him on the shoulder and he glances up to see it was his older sister, Lucita who had a smile on his face. "Lu..cita? Lucita! The hell?" He says as he sits up on his bed.
"Hey bro. Sorry for waking you up but I wanted to show you something." She says a bit excitedly and Ken then notices that she was holding something that he couldn't see cause she was hiding it behind her back. The 15 year old raises an eyebrow, wondering what she wanted to show him that had her so excited.
"Okay? So what's this thing you want to show me that you look so excited and woke me up by this time of the day?" He asks his older sister who then grins.
"Well...remember when you asked me why I started attending tailoring classes, right?" She asks and the boy nods not understanding where she was going. He remembered a few months ago, seven to be exact, she had started attending tailoring lessons from one of the neighbors and he always wondered why. The girl then continues. "Well, I wanted to make a little something and I finally finished it this morning. Here it is!" She declares as she then reveals what she was hiding and the boy's eyes widen a bit at what he saw.
It was a red cape. The cape had purple trims on it's edges and a purple clenched fist pointing upwards right at the middle. It also had a red hoodie attached to it. It looked cool to the boy.
"Wow. Nice cape." He says impressed.
"Thanks. I worked really hard on this." She says proud of her work. "Anyway, I made this for you." She adds surprising the boy.
"For me?" Lucita nods. "Why?" He asks not knowing why she would do something like this.'
"Well, I remember when it was about two weeks before your third birthday, mum was still alive and I remember you two were watching some Allmight show and you always liked the idea of having a cape with your costume." She says with a smile remembering how cheerful her little brother was.
"Really? You actually remembered something like that?" Ken asks.
"Yeah. Though I know that you no longer think of having a cape since you didn't add it to your hero costume designs but I think a cape will really suit you." She says as she hands the cape to the boy who takes it and begins to look at it. "Anyway, I'm glad you like it. I'm gonna go sleep now. Haven't slept in the past two nights." She says and Ken then notices that she had bags under her eyes and definitely looked like she lacked sleep.
She was about to leave the room when Ken speaks up. "Thanks sis. This means a lot." He says and the girl smiles before smiling at him. "Just make sure not to get it ruined. I spent a lot of time making it." Ken nods and the girl leaves the room.
"Heh. Well seems I'm awake might as well prepare for school." He says as he gets up from his bed.
UA High School, Musutafu
Ken liked to do many things. Train, play video games, watching movies and animes, record cool and useful quirks, sing(though not in public), spending time with his dad and sister, spend time with friends. But there was one thing he didn't like doing. And that was reading anything school related.
The boy might be smart but he didn't like reading. It's why he liked paying attention in classes. He had a rather good memory so he always remembered what he learned in classes. In fact, the only thing he ever reads are manga, news related to heroes, animes or movies, and his sister's diary(though she didn't know that)
It was why he hadn't read the syllabus he was given along with the rest of his classmates yesterday. As soon as he got it and went home, he just dropped it on a table and began to train. So now, here he was, walking through the halls of the school while quickly going through the whole syllabus, making sure to store only the important stuff in his head.
"Morning Suzuki." A voice says and the boy looks up from what he was reading and sees it was Ochaco who had a smile on her face as she waved at him. "Oh morning Uraraka." He greets as he walks towards the girl closing the book.
"Hey guys." Izumi says as she runs up to them.
"Hey Izumi." Ken and Ochaco say in unison. The black haired boy then remembers something. "Hey Izumi. I forgot to ask yesterday but why does that Bakugo guy call you Deku?" He asks remembering when the blonde boy was calling her that yesterday.
The girl sighs. "It's just a nickname he came up with to insult and make fun of me when we were kids because I didn't have a quirk at the time and seeing as my mum would have named me Izuku if I was a boy, he used it to create that name. Deku meaning useless." She says with a frown remembering when the boy had given her that insulting nickname.
"I see. I knew I wasn't gonna like that guy." Ken says as he shakes his head.
"Wow, that's not nice of him. But you know the name Deku kinda reminds me of the word 'Dekiru' which means 'You can do it'. That's a way better name than Deku." Uraraka says with a smile.
Ken nods his head in agreement. "I agree. Plus that'd make a good hero name. It fits you better than Deku." He says and the green haired girl looks between the two in slight surprise before putting her hand on her chin in a thinking pose.
"Dekiru huh...I kinda like it." She says with a smile.
"I knew you would. Welp let's head to class before we're late." Ken says and both girls nod before the three head for class.
Later, Class 1A
It was the final period of the day. So far the students have been having normal classes like English with the pro hero, Present Mic. Most of the students found it boring and weren't paying much attention and Ken, though he was listening throughout all the classes, couldn't blame them. The classes were boring and he was hoping something interesting was gonna happen soon.
Fortunately, his wish was gonna come true as Allmight runs into the classroom. The tall man leaning against the class door with his normal wide smile on his face.
"I'm walking through the door like a normal person!" The no.1 hero declares loudly as he voice booms through the classroom.
'That's far from normal, Allmight.' Izumi thought though she was really excited to see the pro hero and her mentor. The other students also got excited when they saw the man.
"Woah! I can't believe it! Allmight's one of our teachers!" Denki Kaminari, a blonde haired boy with black streaks and yellow eyes says excitedly.
"I know right! This is gonna be so awesome!" Eijiro Kirishima, a boy with red eyes and spiky red hair says.
"Hey, isn't that his silver age costume?" Tsuyu Asui, a girl with dark green hair and has an appearance of a human frog says noticing the man's choice of costume.
"I'm getting goosebumps right now from his style." Mashirao Ojiro, a blonde haired boy with a large tail says.
Allmight then walks up to the podium of the class a bit awkwardly before he speaks up. "Welcome to the most important class at UA, young ones. Here you will learn the basics of being a pro and learn to fight in the name of heroism. Today's lesson is…" Allmight then brings out a small card and shows it to the class. It had the word 'Combat' written on it. "...Combat Training!"
Bakugo grins as he hears what the man said. "Combat…"
"Training…" Ken mutters out.
"Also one of the most important things about a hero is this!" Allmight says as he points at a wall, as suitcases came out of the now opened wall, each one numbered. "You hero costumes were made from your quirk records and requests that you made before the school year began. Get dressed and meet me at Ground Beta."
Ken then looks into his bag where the cape his sister made was in. He then grins just as Allmight left the class and everyone went to grab their costumes.
Ground Beta, UA High School, Musutafu
"They say clothes are part of a hero ladies and gentlemen and you are proof of that! Take it seriously from now on. You all are heroes in training!" Allmight says as he stands in front of the now arrived class 1A students who were now wearing their hero costumes.
Ken had a grin as he looks himself over. His hero costume was a tight short sleeve red top with purple trims and tight purple pants that showed off his muscular but lean build with well compressed muscles with red knee high boots. He also wears red gloves with purple stripes. He is also wearing the cape that his sister made.
"Wow you look so cool Suzuki!" He heard from behind him and he turns to see it was Uraraka. She was wearing a black full-body suit with pink design down the middle of her torso, two black circles on her chest, a black rectangle below her waist, running down between her legs with two pink patches on both shoulders both cut by dark pink armbands. She is also wearing circular pink wrist guards, wide knee high boots with magenta soles and a two piece belt around her waist. She is also wearing a pale pink helmet with tinted visors.
'Woah! She looks really pretty in that!' He thought with a small blush. "Thanks. You look good in yours too." Ken says.
"Really? I forgot to describe what I wanted so my outfit's a bit tight." She says rubbing the back of her head embarrassingly. "I'm not too sure it looks good on me."
"Nah. You look great and also kinda cute in your costume." Ken says not really thinking much. The girl blushes when he called her cute but smiles at the complement. "Wow thanks."
"Hey guys." Ken and Ochaco turn around to see Izumi running up to them in her hero costume. Ken's small blush becomes a bit noticeable when he sees the girl. Her hero costume was quite simple. Green full-body jumpsuit with knee pads and elbow pads, white gloves, red shoes and a red belt around her waist. It also had a hood that Ken was sure if she was wearing, it would a kind of bunny look. Though why Ken was blushing was because of how tight it was on the greenette. Similiar to Uraraka's and the boy couldn't help but stare at her figure. He was a teenage boy after all.
Luckily, the girl doesn't notice him staring as she would be blushing from embarrassment if she did, though Uraraka saw this and she narrows her eyes. She couldn't help but feel a bit jealous.
"Alright! Now that you're all ready, we can begin the combat training!" Allmight says.
"Sir!" One of the students, in a white armour and helmet says as he raises his hand and Ken, Ochaco and Izumi recognized the person who was inside the armour.
"Is that Iida?" Izumi asks.
"Seems so." Ken says.
"Wow, what a cool outfit." Ochaco says.
"This is one of the fake cities from the entrance exams, does that mean we'll be doing urban training?" Iida asks.
"No, we're going to take two steps forward here!" Allmight says. "Most of the battles with villains you see on the news take place outside. But you see, the most terrible villans like to fight indoors. Illegal business, fake imprisonment, and a few others. What I'm trying to say is the smarter villains lurk in the shadows."
'But don't a few underground heroes do that too?' Ken thought.
"In today's class, you'll all be divided into groups of Heroes and Villains, and will fight in a two on two battle." Allmight states.
"Isn't it a little advanced? We don't have basic training yet." Tsuyu says.
"The best form of training is that you get on the battlefield. But remember, you're not dealing with robots this time but real people." Allmight explains.
"Sir, will you decide who will win?" Momo asks.
"Can we hit really hard?" Bakugo asks.
"Do we need to worry about expulsion if we fail this training?" Ochaco asks a bit worriedly.
"How will we be divided sir?" Iida asks.
"Does this cape look great on me?" Aoyama, a blonde boy that looks his from french descent, says.
'Why ask that?' Ken and Izumi thought with a deapan not knowing why the boy asked that question.
"Hold on, hold on! All questions will be answered in a moment." Allmight says as he brings out a script and looks into it. "Alright then…"
'Is that a script?' Izumi thought shocked.
'Wow, the greatest hero of all time, needs a script to teach us.' Ken thought finding it amusing.
"Anyway, the situation is this. The villains have a hidden nuclear missile in the building, which is their hideout. The heroes have to disrupt their plans, but to do that, they'll have to capture the bad guys or find the bomb before tim'es up. The villains main objective is to either capture both heroes, or protect the bomb. Teams will be drawn in this box." He finishes with a box in his hand.
"But sir isn't there another way, instead of drawing?" Iida asks and Ken turns to the boy.
"Iida think of it like this. Some times heroes are paired or teamed up with other heroes from other agencies. They'll have to learn to work together to complete their mission." He explains.
"I see. It makes sense." Iida says with a nod. Allmight then begins pairing the teams and they were like this;
Team A: Ken Suzuki and Ochaco Uraraka
Team B: Mezo Shoji and Shoto Todoroki
Team C: Mina Ashido and Toru Hagakure
Team D: Katsuki Bakugo and Tenya Iida
Team E: Izumi Midoriya and Fumikage Tokoyami
Team F: Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jirou
Team G: Momo Yayaorozu and Tsuyu Asui
Team H: Rikido Sato and Koji Koda
Team I: Mashirao Ojiro and Yuga Aoyama
Team J: Hanta Sero and Eijiro Kirishima
"We're in the same team Suzuki-kun, isn't that great?" Ochaco says to Ken who only smiles in return. Though he was caught a bit of guard by the addition of 'kun' to his name but didn't mind it.
"Yup. Let's do our best." He says. Izumi meanwhile just narrows her eyes in slight jealousy.
"Alright! The first teams to face each other will be...these two!" Allmight declares as he shows two ball with the letters A and D on them. "Team A vs. Team D. Team A will be the heroes while Team D will be the villains."
"So we're up against Bakugo and Iida huh." Ken says with his arms crossed. "Well this will be tough.
"Yeah. Especially Bakugo." Izumi says knowing how strong her former friend turned bully was. "His really strong."
"I know right." Ochaco says a bit nervous.
"Well it's nothing we can't handle." Ken says and he looks at Bakugo who was glaring at him hatefully caused him to flinch a bit at the look.
"Everyone else can head to the monitoring room. Villains, enter and prepare. You guys have five minutes to prepare until the heroes are released and the battle begins." Allmight says and the villain team nod before walking into the building.
"So what's the plan Suzuki-kun?" Ochaco asks, not having a plan herself.
"Well seeing how Bakugo was looking at me, I'd bet he'll come after me. So I'll keep him busy while you go after the bomb. Do you think you can do that?" He asks staring at the girl.
"W-well...I'm not so sure." She says. "I mean, Iida's also tough too. And I'm not that strong." She adds.
She then yelps when Ken flicks her on the forehead. "Thinking like that isn't gonna help." He says as the girl rubs her head. "You have to be more confident in your abilities. I'm sure you can figure out a way to get past Iida and if not then I'll deal with Bakugo quickly and come help out." He says with a smile that causes the girl to blush a bit.
"O-okay." She stutters out.
"Alright! Let the battle begin!" The two heard Allmight say through the sound system and they nod at each other before walking into the building.
Inside The Building
Ken and Ochaco walked through the floors of the building quietly and intently. Ochaco at the front and Ken at the back as he looked around, readying himself for any attack. They walked through the first and second floors but found nothing and no one.
They then reached the third floor, Ochaco was about to turn a corner when Ken could hear the sounds of explosions and he quickly grabs the brown haired girl and shields her from a explosive blast.
"Ha! Found you heroes!" Bakugo says as he was the one who had attacked the two of them.
"Uraraka, go find the bomb. I'll take care of this guy." Ken says as the girl nods before running away.
"You think I'd let you get away!" Bakugo says and he was about to release another explosion at the girl but Ken intercepts it by grabbing his right wrist and pulling him towards himself before throwing a hard punch to the boy's gut, without his quirk, causing him to feel slight pain and causing him to fly back a bit though he was able to land on his feet.
"Sorry, can't let you do that." Ken says.
"Tch whatever!" Bakugo states. "Don't think just because you got a lucky hit and first place at the exams, that you can beat me." He says.
Ken only raises an eyebrow. "I wasn't thinking that but I think I can beat you." He says as he gets in a fighting stance. "So bring it then."
That statement only seemed to anger Bakugo who then glares at the spiky black haired teen who only narrows his eyes back at him. He then releases small explosions on his palms.
"Let's see you say that after I blow you away!" Bakugo says and he was about to charge forward when he heard something from the headset he was wearing.
"Bakugo? You hearing me? Give me a report of the situation. Where are you?" Iida says and Bakugo just grabs the headset before yelling into it.
"Just guard the fucking bomb and shut up four eyes! I'm mad right now!" He says before blowing up the headset and throwing the destroyed device away. Ken was a bit surprised but didn't have time to think much of it as Bakugo quickly advances towards him using his explosions and aims his right palm at the boy, releasing an explosion at his face but Ken leans his head to the right, dodging it before grabbing the blonde by the face and slamming him hard against a wall.
Bakugo quickly gets up and goes for a straight punch but Ken jumps back before activating his quirk, powering up a bit before dashing with fast speeds at the red eyed teen. Bakugo was surprised at the increase in speed and was unable to dodge a spin kick to the face causing him to stagger back before Ken grabs him by the hair and brings his face down towards his knee hard enough to slightly break his nose and stumble slightly before he is punched hard on the gut sending him flying while he gasps out in pain.
He gets on his feet and shifts his nose back in place before using his explosions to propel himself at his opponent. Ken dashes at him with his right fist cocked back, going to punch the blonde but to his surprise, the blonde sets an explosion with his right palm to flip over him and then from behind fires a blast at him. Ken just glances back before he was hit sending him tumbling before he catches himself.
Bakugo, not wanting to give his opponent any time to think, launches at him with his quirk and sends an explosion at the boy who dodges by leaping over him with a front flip causing the blonde to miss and hit the wall with his quirk, damaging it before he felt a strong kick to his back sending him flying towards the damaged wall, flying through it as it breaks and lands in one of the rooms in the building.
Bakugo grits his teeth in anger at being kicked and punched around by Ken. He shakes his head and gets on his feet just as Ken enters the room.
"Had enough?" He asks.
"Think you've won already?! Don't think I'm done yet!" Bakugo cries out before lunging forward at the boy with his left palm glowing orange ready to release an explosion at the boy. Or that was what Ken thought he would do. Bakugo uses an explosion to change his direction towards Ken's right before he delivers a hard spin kick to his face but Ken was able to block the kick. He gritted his teeth at the hard kick but manages to push Bakugo off.
But Bakugo quickly sets up both his arms and sends a larger blast of explosion at the boy and Ken was not able to dodge or block this as he is blasted away and crashes into the wall behind him.
"Ha! Like that bastard!" Bakugo says with a grin.
'That hurt a lot! Gotta power up a bit more.' He thought as he powers up with his quirk but makes sure to not use too much power than his body can handle. He then gets on his feet and dashes with his now increased speeds at the blonde who charges at him with an explosion.
Ochako
'I hope Suzuki-kun's okay.' Ochako thought as she approaches a room in the fifth floor. She enters and sees the bomb standing in the middle of the room. 'Yes, I found it.' She cheers mentally but she didn't have much time to celebrate when she saw Iida standing in front of it and looking around. 'Crap!'
She then rushes and hides behind one of the room's pillars just as Iida sighs before speaking. "It seems that Bakugo has an evil side in him. But to succeed in this test then that's what I need. For this test, I'll have to temporarily dedicate myself to the temptation of crime. I must embrace evil to become a hero." He says before coughing. "I am...the embodiment of evil and villany. Ha ha ha!" He declares in a false villain voice.
Ochako seeing this tries hard not to laugh at the boy. 'Oh my...he's taking this way too seriously!' She thought as she struggles not to laugh loudly. But it didn't work out as she let out a small giggle. Something Iida heard.
"Ah! A hero huh? Show yourself cause I know you're there!" Iida says still playing the role of the villain. "I had a feeling one of you heroes would come here. Come out now or I'll force you!"
'Uh oh! I have to contact Suzuki-kun quickly.' Ochako thought as she goes to her headset and tries to contact her teammate while holding in her laughter.
Ken Vs. Bakugo
"DIE!" Bakugo yells out as he lunges at Ken and goes to blast the boy but Ken, thanks to his quirk, was able to avoid it by leaping upwards to the wall. Bakugo, not giving up, propels after him and sends another blast, which the boy avoids but the attack hits the wall causing a lot of smoke. Bakugo continues to try and blast Ken but the boy was quicker than him so he kept avoiding each one though it caused the room to be engulfed in smoke.
Bakugo then stops and lands on the ground, looking around for any sign of his opponent but the smoke was making it hard to see. "Dammit! Show yourself!"
"Suzuki-kun, are you listening?" Ken hears the voice of Ochako on his headset.
"Yeah. You found the bomb yet?" He asks in a low tone so Bakugo wouldn't hear where he is. "Mhm. It's in the middle of the room in the fifth floor but Iida knows I'm here and it's only a matter of time before he finds me." She responds.
"Alright, I'll be there soon. Hold on till then." Ken says as the smoke begins to clear.
"Okay."
"Found you!" Bakugo shouts as he advances at the boy with his explosions and throws a kick at his head but Ken grabs his leg and throws him at a wall, cracking it. Before Bakugo could get himself out of the wall, Ken rushes and pushes him through it causing him to tumble backwards before he gets on his feet.
Bakugo grits his teeth in frustration. He was losing. How?! He was meant to be the very best. He had been told and had also told himself that his whole life since he got his quirk and yet this extra was beating him without too much difficulty. It was unacceptable. He was gonna blow this guy away no matter what!
He then smirks when he heard a small ping sound from his gauntlets. "I'm now loaded." He says and Ken raises an eyebrow at the statement. "Since you don't know how my quirk works allow me to explain it!" Bakugo says as he points a gauntlet straight at Ken who only gets on guard not knowing what the blonde was planning. "I secrete a substance similar to nitroglycerin in my sweat from my hands and it causes the explosions you see. So imagine if there was too much sweat on my hands."
Ken's eyes slightly widen at what he said just as Bakugo pulls a level on his gauntlet like he was cocking a gun and out pops out a pin. He then puts finger on pin and continues. "This gauntlets weren't made for show you know. They've been storing my sweat throughout the fight ready to unleash a monstrous blast."
'Wait! He's gonna use that here?! That could kill someone!' Ken thought as his eyes widen in alarm.
Monitoring Room
Allmight and everyone else heard what he said and were shocked at what he was planning to do! Allmight grabs the mic and yells into it. "Young Bakugo stop! You'll kill him!"
Izumi was shocked. An attack like that could kill a person and she was worried for her friends safety. 'Bakugo you're going too far!' She thought hoping that Ken would find a way to survive what Bakugo was about to do.
Ken Vs. Bakugo
"Are you crazy?! That's could kill me you know?!" Ken yells trying to make Bakugo see reason. Unfortunately the blonde wasn't gonna listen to anything he or anyone was gonna say.
"You won't die as long as you dodge!" He says pulling the pin and a massive blast was heading towards him, destroying part of the floor and walls as it came to him. Ken's eyes widen as he saw this and knowing he couldn't dodge it, puts his arms up in an 'X' to defend himself from the explosion.
'This is gonna hurt!' He thought as the explosion hits, destroying most of the hallway they were in and making a large hole in the wall.
Ochako and Iida
Iida was still looking for Ochako and was getting close to finding the girl when the two felt the large explosion as the room shakes a bit.
"What is going on down there?" Iida asks wondering what was happening. Ochako on the other hand was extremely worried. She was having a bad feeling about that explosion and she was hoping that nothing bad happened to her friend.
'Please be okay…' She thought.
Monitoring Room
"Young Suzuki! Can you hear me! Answer if you can!" Allmight shouts into the mic but he gets no response. Everyone was worried about the boy who had been hit by that monstrous explosion. But none were worried more than Izumi who was staring wide-eyed at the screen.
"No no no…" She mutters out. "Please be okay." She prays silently.
Ken Vs. Bakugo
"Hahaha! That's what happens when you mess with me!" Bakugo shouts as he laughs. "You still alive in there?!" He asks as the smoke begins to clear and when it does, it shows that Ken was still on his feet much to everyone's relief but they were horrified to see the state he was in.
He had burns on his arms and other parts of his body and his costume was mostly burned and ruined. His purple scarf was also burnt and damaged a bit, which angered him but his cape was not okay. It was seriously damaged. He had his head down and his arms were still crossed.
"So bastard you're still alive huh?! Well let's go on then, I know you can still move!" Bakugo says as he pops small explosions. "Come on let's continue, there's still plenty of time!" He says with a confident grin.
A grin which disappears when the boy glares at him. The look in his eyes had so much anger than it caused the usually confident and explosive blonde to take in step back in shock and slight fear.
Bakugo for the first time in his whole life, was afraid. And Ken for only the second time in his whole life, was pissed and furious.
"My sister made this cape." He states as he lowers his arms, his glare still on Bakugo. "She went through months to make this and you ruin it! And then you just had ruin this scarf!" He continues as he activates his quirk and increases his power right to his limit as he felt the strain on his body but he ignores it. "Now I'm mad! Really mad! If you wanna continue!" He grits his teeth in fury. "Then let's...go!"
Before Bakugo could react, Ken had dashed at super speeds and was now in front of him with his fist cocked back. He delivered a hard blow to the boy's stomach and Bakugo was sent flying to a wall but before he could hit it, Ken rushes and appears behind him, grabbing him by the back of his head and slamming him hard into the ground that he breaks through it and the two go down towards second floor, before he throws him, knocking him into the ground.
Bakugo tries to get up but Ken lands beside him and kicks him hard on the face causing the boy to cry out in pain, but the black haired boy doesn't stop as Bakugo hits a wall. He walked up to Bakugo who was in a lot of pain and grabs him by the neck, squeezing it slightly hard before slamming him hard into the ground three time. Bakugo, in a desperate attempt, tries to blast him away with an explosion but the boy increases the power on his left arm as his bones begin to break from the power and stops the explosion before grabbing the arm and breaking it.
"AAARGH!" Bakugo screams in pain but Ken not wanting to hear it, grabs him by the face.
"Izumi told me you bullied her for years. Let's see how you like it!" Ken says angrily as he slams Bakugo into a wall, embedding him into it before delivering two blows on the boy's stomach causing him fly through it while coughing blood. He lands on the floor while breathing heavily. He was in too much pain and he couldn't fight back.
Ken walks up to the boy as his right arm begins to break from the increase in power. He uses his left hand to grab the boy by neck and lifts him up to face him. He glared angrily at the blonde just as he pulled his right arm back, seized in his anger to realize what he would do if he punches Bakugo with the amount of power in the arm.
However, before he could do that, he felt a large hand grab his shoulder. He glances back and sees it was Allmight and his rage filled eyes slightly widen.
"Young Suzuki! That's enough you have to calm down!" The no.1 hero says. "Think what would happen if you do this!"
Ken looks at Bakugo's state after he had calmed down a bit and his eyes widened. The boy was beat up and had a lot of bruises and Ken knew he also had broken bones and he was bleeding in different parts on his body. He then realizes that if Allmight hadn't stopped him, he would have probably either killed the boy or seriously wounded him. Which was not something a hero should be doing.
He then drops the boy as he calms down completely and looks at his arms as he deactivates his quirk. He was shocked at what he would have done and was disappointed at himself.
'I could...have killed him. What the hell got into me…?' He thought.
"The match's over, you can rest now! I'll take you two to the infirmary." Ken nods at Allmight's words as the man grabs him and the now unconscious Bakugo and heads to the nurse to get them healed. Inwardly, thankful that he was able to get there on time and stop Ken from doing something that would no doubt ruin his chance of becoming a pro and also his life.
'I have to talk to the two of them later.' He thought.

Ken Suzuki's Quirks So Far
- Power-Up: Grants him super human strength and speed. It's a powerful enhancer quirk that once he uses more power than his body than handle, he begins to feel serious strain or his bones break. (A/N: Currently as strong as a 15% OFA Deku)
The rest of his quirks are unknown for now.

In this chapter, we see that even though Ken is a confident, happy go lucky guy and also really nice. He can also get angry and mad quite easily. Especially when someone does something he doesn't like. Like what Bakugo did.
