We arrived in a galaxy that had a lot of dead worlds in it, I chose it because none of the creatures that were attacking a lot of the other galaxies were heading towards it at the moment.

The moment we arrived in the galaxy, I had a large part of the fleet scout the neighboring systems for anything that might be useful.

At first, the ship began to search for planets that people could live on, but most if not all of those worlds already had Aliens or Humans living on them so they were ignored.

So with all of the nearby garden worlds eliminated the ships began to search for any planets that didn't have sentient life on them so no one bothered to shoot at them.

Why was the fleet searching for planets, well the reason was simple the ships and space stations needed raw materials either to make more parts or just to create new gardens that fed the people living in them.

Not to mention the fact that eventually someone most likely the Humans onboard would want to go down and settle a planet one day.

The planets the ships found were separated into three groups, the first group was marked as no contact because they already had people living in them.

The second group was marked as a colony because no matter how many times the ships scanned those worlds there weren't any minerals that were useful on them, but the planets were perfect as garden worlds after they were terraformed.

Finally, the last group of planets was marked as mining worlds because they either had one or more things that were useful, and even those planets were separated into two groups.

The ones that would never become colonies and the ones that would become colonies after everything useful had been dug up.

Then came the factories, needless to say, a lot of the factories had to be built on worlds that couldn't ever have anyone living in them because of how toxic some of the chemicals were.

Not to mention the radiation that was needed to make some of the parts for the ships and space stations.

The rest of the work could be done on planets or in one of the spaceports and space stations by the people living in them.

The sounds of several different kinds of music could be heard through the fleet, the fleet had stopped moving after finding one of the few planets that had a race that had long accepted that it was going to be serving someone.

From the records that the stations computers had been able to pick up, whenever anyone arrived on the planet they always enslaved the population, and the people of this world couldn't do anything to stop it.

Some were so grateful to be able to leave the planet that slavery was even warmly welcomed, that was just how bad living in this world was.

The Twi'leks as they called themselves were scared of the drones I sent down to meet with them but they immediately knelt with a defeated expression that could be seen on all of their faces.

It's kind of strange seeing just how quickly the Twi'leks adapted to the fleet showing up, not to mention how they all just agreed to the terms I gave them.

As long as they agreed to serve me my fleet would remain around their planet and they could travel into any ship- space station or planet that I had under my control.

Of course, I expected them to serve me just as they had served everyone else.

It was a one-sided deal because I could leave and all of that would end in a single day.

The twi'leks leaders said that they wanted to be able to come back and see their families or be able to contact and travel to where their relatives were.

I had no reason to say no, so I agreed.

I made the same deal with all of the aliens that the ships and space stations brought with them, some of them instantly agreed while others either wanted a ship for themselves or a planet they could settle.

There was no way I was going to give them a ship, but I could give them one of the planets, unfortunately, that led to a lot of back and forth because being given a planet wasn't good enough for some of them.

So after negotiating with the aliens and Humans every couple of races would have to share a planet and each side would get what they referred to as a colony ship for themselves.

The only thing that they had to do was serve me and defend both the fleet and the planets that were under my control.

A blockade of unmanned ships that had several drones in them kept the inhabitants of the galaxy away while everyone settled in.

Unfortunately, I underestimated the number of ships that would come back and I found myself having to order more of the fleet to search for more uninhabited planets.

So while that was going on, everyone that knew how to mine- farm, or knew how to do anything useful began to do what they knew best, I paid them with silver instead of gold or electronic money because I just liked how silver shines.

In less than six months there were all sorts of nightclubs -bars and places that a person would use to pass the time.

Whatever animals or plants that the people ate or used had been picked up by the drones and brought with them so it was easy to figure out how to feed them.

I can't help but smile as I listen to the different kinds of music, some have a familiar sound and feel to them while others both feel and sound completely alien.

More and more hotels and places where people could go and have fun had started popping up, I didn't do anything to stop them because it's better for everyone to have something to unwind with.

There were rings- cages and pits that people used to fight for money and sport, these were mainly used by races that liked to fight.

There were even sections of some space stations or planets where people went to meditate, or if they had some kind of power learn to control it before some extradimensional creature used them to enter our reality.

Both the space station and I had seen what happens to people that don't train those abilities, and what happens when a person only focuses on the good or bad side of their abilities.

So everyone that had these powers or some variety of them had to learn to control both the good and bad side of them.

Everything under my control was being turned into a place where people could have fun after a hard day at work.

However, the ship had shown me what happens to people that focus too much on pleasure.

So to stop everyone from reaching the state that the Dark Eldar the drones forcefully stop anyone that goes beyond the normal pain and sex levels for their species.

Unfortunately, that was easier said than done considering that some aliens had a higher pain tolerance than others, while others had a lot bigger sex drives and there were evens some that didn't have a way of separating one from the other.

So the drones had to treat things on a species-to-species basis.

Then there was the case of maintaining the various race populations so that the variety we had didn't just vanish, so the rule of three was created.

The rule essentially came down to this, if two aliens- Humans and Ab-Humans end up together they have to give birth to at least three children of their same race.

It didn't matter if this was through artificial insemination or if they had a partner but they had to have those kids, this way none of the species were bred out.

The couple could have as many hybrids as they wanted but the male had to impregnate one or three females of his species, while the female had to give birth to three children of her species.

The screens in front of me continue to change as I watch the various races interact with one another.

I don't have to do this and to be honest, I don't want to do this but for whatever reason, all of the different leaders of every race wanted\ forced me to have a place like this.

I would rather be moving from one ship to another and see the different cultures that everyone brought with them, and experience the different clubs and things that everyone did to entertain themselves.

Instead, I'm forced to deal with having to decide what planet- space station or ship deserves to get what.

If I decide that a human ship deserved to get more water then someone will complain, saying that they are running out, the same goes for food- medication, and even air.

And that's not even mentioning the new issues that have started popping up, some of the aliens and Humans want to start experimenting with things and build their own fleets.

I don't have a problem with letting them build their colonies, but if they start building their own fleets then they could be a problem in the near future.

Regardless of any of this, with all of the different cultures and things to do, the fleet is a place that couldn't exist in the Warhammer 40k Galaxy.

There is always something going on and everyone has a story to tell and if they don't have one yet they will.

The smell of alcohol- sweat, and smoke filled the bar as waitresses that wore barely anything served the various clients their drinks.

The bar was a minor bar meaning that anyone that went down to a planet and mined the place went to a bar just like this one so that they could relax after a hard day's work.

Everyone knew that they were slaves to that man but in all honesty, serving him was nothing when compared to what they had experienced before.

There was contact between the ships of the fleet and if a person need to find a relative then they just need to show their hands to one of the various droids or drones.

The machines would immediately scan them and use the information to find everyone that was related to that person.

If the person was on one of the space stations- ships or planets then the two could talk to each other, but if that person was outside of the fleet's area of influence then it was impossible to contact them.

"Did you hear the SAdmiral is considering allowing the Humans to build up their military." a man with blue skin and long pointed ears said to another man who had blue horns coming out of his head.

The man with the blue horns just shook his head and took a drink from his glass.

"So what you saw what's out there, the Admiral knows what he's doing." he answered the first man who drunkenly stood up and threw his glass on the floor.

"What the man said to everyone inside, despite no one paying any attention to him, he turned towards the bartender and tried to walk towards the bartender before he fell onto the wooden floor.

She smirked as she watched the man's friends pull him up and complain as they were forced to carry him home, life in a mining world wasn't luxurious but it was a calm one.

The planet was going through several changes all at once.

If some natural and others that weren't so natural.

"Hey you have a call!" her boss said to her and thankfully she wasn't attending to any clients at the moment, so she went to see who it was

To her surprise she found her mom and sisters waving at her through the holo screen.

"Mom let's show her" she heard her sisters eagerly say to their mother as they moved and showed her the various towers that were being built by the drones.

Each tower was made out of thick stone that reached deep into the planet, they were held in place by a mixture of shields and antigravity platforms that could resist the strong winds that occur in Ryloth.

She couldn't help but smile at her sister's wide eyes and joyful expressions, even though their entire population was now subjected to the Admiral.

The tower was one of many that were being built on Ryloth because of how difficult building any kind of permanent settlement was.

If the earthquakes didn't destroy or damage the building the wind would blow it away, and if it wasn't the environment that ruined things then it was the wildlife.

In the end, the Admiral had chosen to build the towers with several different kinds of shield generators- antigravity generators and even weapons so that the Twi'lek's population could grow.

"Guess what dad is going to teach me how to farm with everyone." her sister said to her as the youngest of the three showed her a picture that she had drawn.

The picture was nothing special, just a common drawing that children useallly drew showing their entire family together.

She smiled warmly at her sister as her mother came into view.

"So you haven't called in the past few months and you don't even know what's been going on." her mother said to her.

"Sorry I've been busy." she started to say but her mother just smiled at her and she immediately noticed her tail moved, wordlessly telling her to be quiet as she didn't finish speaking.

"Let me show you something.' her mother said to her as the video switched to one showing several ships filled with Twi'lek's landing.

"The admiral has been buying back everyone he can find and well, what do you know about what he's planning?" her mother asked her.
