Amity's sob fills the almost empty room, but it has softened after a while. She stared down the dreaded door, which would lead to the same hallway as before. However, something had caught her attention. The once empty table had something on it, a dirty-looking paper bag with fresh blood on it. Amity hesitated to check the bag as she was scared of seeing something like a disembodied head in there until something within the bag moved and began to talk.

"I walked. I could do nothing but walk. And then, I saw me walking in front of myself. But it wasn't really me. Watch out. The gap in the door...it's a separate reality. The only me is me. Are you sure the only you is you?"

"A separate...reality?" Amity questioned herself as she looked at the door, wondering what the bag meant. Maybe this entire time, she wasn't trapped within a dream but rather a different reality from hers. But what really got her gears in her brain wrapped around was questioning if she was indeed herself. What did they mean? Could another Amity be running around pretending to be her, which prompted this question? Or rather if her persona truly represents how she is a person.

This question lingers as she steps foot outside the room and into, of course, the eerie hallway that she is all too familiar with. She continues to walk forward with the flashlight from the bathroom at hand. She heard loud cries from a young baby, but at this point, she was unphased by them. It seems like Amity's encounter with her mother made her appreciate that, for once, it was something tamed. Well tamed for Amity.

But as she was making it to where the interior balcony was, a glass window frame fell to the floor with its glass shattering into multiple pieces across the floor. Luckily for Amity, it had already broken the second she passed the bathroom door. She jumped at the sound of it and ran to see who was responsible, only to see her mother again. Odalia's smile had widened than before, showing more of her yellow-stained teeth as her head continued to twitch and turn with no pause in between the sudden movement. They stared each other down for what seemed like hours when really it was just for a couple of seconds, as Odalia disappeared into the darkness of the second floor.

Amity continues to look at the balcony above her as the cries of the baby continue. She may not be disturbed by the crying, but she still got chills in her spine every time she thought of Odalia's monstrous appearance. Despite that, she had to move forward. Amity headed down the basement door, and there was the hallway as usual. There was a difference in the lighting however. Instead of a clear white-colored lighting shining in the hallway, there was a dark red color.

She deeply regretted not giving a reaction to whoever was sending her to the downward spiral of hell as she saw thick dark blood leaking from somewhere above. Amity walked forward to see a fridge tied to a rope from above, which replaced the lamp as she heard noises coming from a baby within it. That fridge was the source of the blood that has now been spread across the floor. She gagged as she tried to make it to the basement door but was stopped by a sudden surprise by a news report coming from the radio.

"After killing his family, the father hung himself with a garden hose they had in the garage." As Amity heard it, she can hear a muffled voice coming somewhere saying that instead of a garden hose, the father used an umbilical cord to hang himself. Nevertheless, she didn't question it much further as Amity thought this was delaying her escape from the massive puddle of blood reaching her shoes.

Amity headed to enter the basement door, and again, as you know (yes, you), the same hallway. It still had the same dark red lighting from before, but she heard the baby from the fridge cry. She reached where the fridge was and saw it swing left and right rapidly as if it was a swing from a playground. Amity can't help but feel sympathy for the child inside it. She held her hand to her chest as she looked helplessly at the fridge, ignoring that the basement door was locked. It seems like she had to do something that wasn't simply a key for the door. Besides being difficult to ignore the crying baby, she did manage to quickly find a possible puzzle to solve.

"I can hear them calling to me from _."

"Seems...simple enough. A little too simple…" Amity thought aloud, suspicious at how seemingly easy the puzzle looked. She just had to find the words to finish the sentence...somehow. The first thought that came to her mind was the picture frames possibly hiding a secret message like before. Alas, she came back empty-handed. Maybe something is hiding in the bathroom? Well, besides the two fetuses that Amity refuses to even look at for more than 10 seconds, there was nothing. How about the clock? Surely the time always being 23:59 means something, right? Sadly not in this case, as Amity quickly came to the conclusion that the time meant nothing. Amity's last resort was to check the messy desks and felt dumbfounded as she saw a single phrase.

"Hello!" This caused Amity to let out a small chuckle to herself. Chuckling at how a hellhole like this could contain a simple phrase that a child could write. Although this probably did have something to do with the puzzle, she headed back to where the sentence was to see that something had changed.

"I can hear them calling to me from _L."

A simple capitalized L was there within the blanket phrase. Amity headed back to the 'Hello' location to confirm her suspicion that the L was taken from the greeting. It now reads 'Hel_o.' Amity guesses that a letter would disappear and complete the sentence every time she looked away from the word Hello. She turned her head away and back a total of 4 times but saw that the O wouldn't leave. So she assumed that the sentence was finally complete and headed back. Amity proceeds to read the following sentence.

"I can hear them calling to me from HELL." As she read that, distorted laughter filled the hallway, assumingly from her mother. Telling her that she had completed the puzzle and, therefore, swung the basement door open. Before leaving the room, she took one last look at the fridge that swung above her, cursing at herself for not being able to help the baby within it as she headed to the following repeating hallway.

The dark red lightning still stuck with its now tiring decor and walls. What would replace the cries and swinging from the fridge was ringing from the radio and the loud red lamp. Amity's head started to hurt slightly as the ringing went on, therefore walking to the radio to try to turn it off. Instead of it turning off, though, a distorted speech was being given. She couldn't decipher what the man was saying as they spoke in what seemed to be another language. However, as the speech went on, her head started to ache more and more. Amity continues her way out the door and to another hallway.

The second she stepped foot into the room, she felt like something was injected into her veins. Her legs became weak, causing her to fall to the wall before her grip returned. Amity started to breathe heavily as her heart beats ever so quickly. When walking, she realized that her speed increased drastically. Passing through hallway after hallway without a basement door insight, as the picture frames were replaced by eyes around every corner. Amity began to run in desperation to get out of this endless hallway, panicking that she may be stuck here forever until she slowly dies.

"OW FUCK!" Amity screamed out as she comedically ran into a wall. She rubbed her head, and as she did so, whatever was in her system wore off. The pace of her heart and walking speed returned to normal. Amity looked up to the wall and noticed that it blocked out the pathway that would lead to the bathroom. She saw something in the corner of her eye, a hole on the wall where behind it would be the bathroom. Although fearful of what lies behind the hole, Amity peaked into it and heard a familiar radio.

"I've got a message for all you folks down there in radio land. Now's the time for action. Our society is rotten to the core. I'm talking to all the fine, upstanding folks who got their welfare cut, got their jobs pulled out from under 'em. Yeah, you! You know what to do! Now's the time! Do it!"

As Amity heard the radio play she heard someone struggling within the bath full of water. Then someone dragged the person out of the water as they gasped for air, coughing along the way. Amity could hear a clean chop of the person's body parts with no reaction besides more coughing. The last thing she heard was some sharp object being pulled out, which caused the person to screech in terror. That screech was cut short, as the sound of their windpipe being slashed in half-filled the room causing Amity to jump and crawl away from the peeping hole. Holding in her scream by covering her mouth with both of her hands. Still looking at the hole, she noticed that directly above it was a message.

"No turning back now."

The wall which blocked the rest of the hallway was now gone. Followed by the sound of the basement door unlocking was heard. Amity slowly got up and continued forward until she saw the bathroom door open. She carefully looked to see what she expected was a murder scene to see nothing. Just the same dirty-looking bathroom, but then an unexpected voice was heard, coming from one of the bloody fetuses.

"You got fired, so you drowned your sorrows in booze. She had to get a part-time job working a grocery store cash register. Only reason she could earn a wage at all is the manager liked how she looked in a skirt. You remember, right? Exactly ten months back."

Amity was more or less confused at what she heard. It couldn't possibly be meant for her since she hadn't had a job before nor knew who this 'she' person that fetus was referring to. The only thing she really wanted to do was to leave the bathroom, as even being in the same breathing room as the two fetuses gave her stomach a few twists. But before leaving, she took one small look to notice a small detail she overlooked. The fetuses had a hint of natural green hair on their small heads.

"Are they supposed to be…No. It can't be, right?" She thought, distraught at the possibility of the two fetuses being a twisted vision of Emira and Edric. She can feel the liquid fluid return to her throat but managed to keep it within her stomach as she walked away from the bathroom to see a familiar place. After a minute of walking in nothing but darkness, she returned to the hallway's beginning. Amity let out a big sigh of relief. She was back to the ordinary world. Well, as ordinary as this world can be.

Amity continues to walk and still sees everything she was used to in place. However, she wasn't ready to get used to this as she stepped down to the basement door, prepared to see everything change. To her surprise, nothing changed as she headed out to the same hallway that you people are so fucking used to. Well, something did change. The door was locked, meaning that there was another puzzle to solve to have it open. But there was no clue in sight. I mean, after all, besides the door locked, nothing changed at all. That was the case until Amity noticed something.

"The puzzle from before is still here, so maybe it's there for a reason?" Amity questioned in her mind, attempting to start the gears in her brain to roll. She wondered if the letter L was still there, so she went to get a close look. Halfway there, a vast migraine emerged for a split second, causing her to fall to her knees. As her migraine appears, her vision was nothing but some strange static, as if reality was breaking itself. Amity, still on the floor, crawled her way to the other desk and used what was left of her strength to pick herself up on the counter.

She looks at the wall to see that the L was nowhere in sight. Her painful mini journey was all for nothing. Amity stared endlessly at the picture frame of the family. She didn't know why she was staring at it. Something about that portrait of the family seemed familiar. But before she could come up with a reason why her migraine returns again for only a moment, making her cringe in pain as she grips her head as if it'll help the pain. As it went away, everything went quiet—Amity's vision of what looked like a cracked screen stuck with her as she stood in the same position.

"204863...204863...204863...204863..." Amity chanted in a whisper. What broke the cycle of her saying those numbers was another migraine that seemingly wasn't going away any time soon. She dropped to the floor, bringing the drugs and candy near her, trying to cope with the pain.

Amity began to hear a deep voice in her head chanting 204863 repeatedly. As it chants, some low, slowed-down music can be heard with voices whispering nonsense. A baby crying, loud arguments, screaming, doors being open and shut, loud footsteps, banging, hitting, and more were all heard at once during the chant. Amity banged her head with her fist as she lay there on the ground, groaning at the pain that deepened with every noise she heard as the music got louder and louder.

"GET OUT OF MY FUCKING HEAD"-
