Disclaimer 1: If you have not watched or read Burn the Witch before reading this story,I highly implore you to do so,in order to understand what's going on. The Burn the Witch anime is just 3 episodes long, and would take you an hour to watch. The manga is just 4 chapters long and would take you even less.

The faded blue sky and the sparse but visible clouds indicated that it was mid-day. Rays of sunlight would glisten across the streets of London.
Cars, pedestrians,bikes and many more could be seen even from a distance. The city bubbling with life.
There was however,in particular,a blue and black public transport bus driving down the street with passengers in it.
Many of them would either look through window,look in front of them or have something else entirely occupying their attention.
Whether it be a gadget,a sibling,a partner or a child.
Amongst all the passengers on the bus, there was one in particular who stood out from the rest.
A figure, most likely male, could be seen sitting with his head rested on the glass.
He wore a a black shirt with a black hoodie over it, with the hood covering his head and face. In spite of that, his face was somewhat visible, indicating that he had a fair skin complexion, and green eyes.
He also wore blue jeans and a green jacket. On the jacket were white stripes on the left sleeve and the number '10' on the right, side of his chest. He also wore white socks, along with black and white Converse-style shoes.
Unbeknownst to the passengers on the bus, this was none other than Ben Tennyson. 17 year old global superhero. A fact that he wished to keep secret,as his presence in London wasn't by coincidence.
Rather,he was on a mission.
One assigned to him by his grandfather; Max Tennyson. A veteran space cop who is part of an organization called the Plumbers. Despite the rather underwhelming name,the true nature of the organization was that of an intergalactic, law enforcement body that was tasked with maintaining law and order across the universe.
Given the reputation of the Plumbers, and with him being an honorary Plumber himself,Ben expected the task given to him to be within the lines of what he'd come to expect in his 7 year tenure as a superhero.
World ending or even universe level threats had been a constant for him to deal with since he was 10 years old.
But in all his years as a superhero, the mission he had been tasked was easily one of,if not, the strangest mission he had ever embarked on.
He had been tasked with supervising two girls around his age for a brief period of time.
And as if that wasn't strange enough, the reason behind it was even more shocking to say the least.
Max would make a revelation to Ben that would cause a paradigm shift in the way he saw the world.
"London is not what you think is,Ben."Were words that echoed through Ben's mind as he recollected a conversation he had with Max several hours ago.
The image of Max would come to Ben's mind as well.
Max is a fair complexioned,aged man with green eyes, white hair and a wrinkled face. He wore a white shirt, covered by a red buttoned-up Hawaiian shirt with a floral design,brown pants and black shoes.
"What do you mean by that, Grandpa?" Asked Ben.
"Have you ever wondered why the London coat of arms has dragons on it?" Asked Max.
"Because it looks cool?"Asked Ben with a smirk. However, his attempt at humor would only garner a blank stare from Max.
"Sorry Grandpa Max. I've never been much of a history buff, or a history buff period."Said Ben with a sheepish smile.
"You really should try to learn more about the world you've been saving Ben." Advised Max.
"That's the thing Grandpa. I save the world practically every day. Isn't that enough? " Asked Ben confidently.
"It's never enough,sport." Said Max, causing Ben to pout, and as a result,an amused smile would form on Max's face.
"But in this case, even if you did know the general reason for the London coat of arms design,you wouldn't get the actual story behind it." Said Max.
"Oh? Why's that?" Asked Ben with curiosity.
"That's because the reason why the London coat of arms has the logo it does is because dragons are in London." Said Max.
Though Ben wasn't able to vividly recollect his reaction to Max's words due to him being so baffled by them,he did remember the explanation that Max gave him.
"Although, these aren't the type of dragons you might think they are. As no one knows what they are exactly. Only that they're neither mythical or creatures. And for as long as time immemorial, dragons have been the root cause of 72% of deaths in London. The level of destruction they cause when they're on a rampage is often fatal to humans. To prevent that from happening, the dragons have to be monitored."
"London itself, actually has two sections; Front London and Reverse London. Front London is in our world, the human world, while Reverse London is in another dimension. One occupied by spirits and all kinds of mythical creatures.
"The people who live in Front London can't see the dragons, but the people who live in Reverse London can. With that being the case,it was only a matter of time before the people of Reverse London were given the responsibility to take care of and manage the dragons. And even then, only a select few are chosen for the task."
"They're called Wizards and Witches."
Chapter 1: Tourist Trap
The public transport bus would stop,thus causing Ben to be brought out of his recollections. Upon looking through the window,he would see that the bus had parked, indicating that it had reached its final destination. The bus would also open it doors to further cement that fact.
Not long after,all the passengers would gradually begin to come down from the bus. Amongst the last set of passengers to come down would be Ben, with his hands in his pockets. He would then proceed to walk forward without batting an eye to anyone, raising a few eyebrows in the process.
"The swinging city,huh?" Mumbled Ben to himself as he walked past numerous citizens. An act he would continue with for the next few minutes. That is, until he came to a stop in front of one of the taller buildings in sight. His eyes would be glued on it in a manner similar to admiration, most likely due to it's craftsmanship. But in reality, he was simply pondering on what course of action he should take next.
"Maybe I should talk with the locals. See if I can find a shortcut to where I'm supposed to go" Suggested Ben as he looked from side to side and saw more people walking by.
"Aaaahhhh!" A loud scream was heard by all from above, drawing their attention in the process. Upon looking up, Ben's eyes would significantly widen in surprise,as a boy could be seen hanging on for dear life on the tail of a bat like creature that carried him while flying. Due to how high up they were in the air, their features were indiscernible.
"Or...I could look into what's going on with that guy up there." Said Ben with a smirk.
"Osushi!" Shouted the boy from the top of his lungs. He is a tall young man with dirty-blond hair. He wore a light hoodie with the word "SLAVE" emblazoned on it over a light shirt, and has a collar around his neck that is attached to a chain. He was actually holding onto a leash, and not a tail. The creature that he held onto it's leash is a small Pomeranian with white, fluffy fur and a brown muzzle, ears, and paws. Unlike normal Pomeranians however,it had large, black,dragon like wings on it's back which it used to fly.
"You're such a good doggie,Osushi!" Shouted the boy with a nervous smile, revealing the creature's name to be Osushi.
Meanwhile, not too far away from where the boy and Osushi were, there was a young man on a rooftop along with an elderly woman. They both stood behind a wall which had on top of it a chimney, with the boy placing a ladder on the wall.
"It sure is noisy over here." Said the elderly woman with a tone of worry as she watched the young man begin to climb the ladder with a long brush in one hand,and a bucket in the other.
"Yeah. Maybe there's a dragon on the loose." The young man jested as he looked back at the woman.
"Don't even joke about that. Make sure it's spick and span up there." Said the woman with visible annoyance.
"Yes,ma'am" Said the young man obediently before he began to further climb up the ladder.
"Wait!" Shouted the voice of the boy as the young man upon climbing up to the top of the ladder,had already placed the brush on top of the chimney and the bucket beside it.
As the young man had climbed up even further, holding the chimney in the process, his eyes would widen in shock due to the boy and Osushi heading towards him, with the boy holder Osushi in his arms.
"Balgo, you idiot!" Shouted the young man, revealing the boy's name to be Balgo.
"Don't come over here!" Shouted the young man nervously.
Inside the sitting room of the house,a man could be seen sitting with his legs crossed and his upper body being covered by a newspaper he held up. In the kitchen was the elderly woman. Both would briefly cease their activities to look up to the ceiling as a loud crash could be heard from above.
"Goodness, that chimney sweep's really going at it." Said the woman.
"Sorry! I'm really sorry!" Shouted Balgo with sincerity as he stood where the chimney was. Wrapped around his arms was Osushi.
"Are you hurt?!'" Asked Balgo as he looked down. Upon doing so however, the chimney in the middle would fall down to where the young man laid, nearly hitting his legs in the process.
"You idiot! I'm not hurt!" Shouted the disgruntled young man as he sat up.
"I just don't wanna get arrested for violating the dragon contact law!" As the young man continued to shout at Balgo,Osushi would struggle to break free of his grasp, thus demanding all the strength Balgo could muster to prevent that from happening.
"Wing Bind HQ is right over there!" Balgo however would prove to be unsuccessful,as Osushi would escape, causing him to nearly fall of the roof in the process.
Balgo would begin to flail his arms rapidly in an attempt to maintain balance, but to no avail,as he would trip,thus beginning to fall.
Just as he began to scream while falling,Balgo would be grabbed out of the air from under his arms by a girl atop a Dragon. Upon looking back at the girl,her features were revealed to consist of the following; green-eyes with blond hair that she keeps tied up in two long pigtails with red, spiked metal bands. A green suit unbuttoned over a white undershirt with a red-and-black plaid cape emblazoned with the symbol of a cross that is fastened at the front with a large red bow, as well as a black shorts held up by two straps around her shoulder that features a golden gemstone on the front.
On her right thigh was a holster, while her legs are covered by stockings - the left stocking reaches her thigh and features three white horizontal stripes toward the top, while her right stocking is rolled down. She wore black boots with gemstones on the ankles.
This is Ninny Spangcole.
Her dragon is skinny but long,has red skin with lighting shaped horns and a fire-like tail.
It's name is Marshall.
Balgo however, would focus more intently on who flew above them,his mouth even widening to form a smile in the process.
It was another girl,one who was tall, curvaceous and had blue eyes, waist-length black hair, long bangs, a perpetually solemn expression, along with a small, white, horn-like extension on her left temple. Her attire was similar to Ninny's, even sporting a holster on her right thigh as well. The only contrast was her green suit was buttoned, she wore a green skirt that was knee length, and she wore brown dress shoes.
This is Noel Niihashi.
Her dragon is light blue with a rounded head and a flower-like tail, along with a pleasant expression on it's face.
It's name is Wordsworth.
"Noel!You saved me!" Shouted Balgo with ecstasy as he watched Noel hold Osushi over her head.
"I'm the one who saved you, you dumbass!" Shouted Ninny with annoyance and an unamused expression on her face.
"There,there. Please calm down,Osushi." Said Noel with a tender voice as she held Osushi in front of her and gently stroked his fur. As a result,he would no longer begin to struggle in her grasp, but instead begin to lick her face affectionately,thus causing his wings to begin to shrink into his back.
Ninny and Balgo now stood atop the roof with the young man, with Marshall flying away. Noel would then gently jump down from Wordsworth's back with Osushi still in her hand as she too stood on the roof, causing Wordsworth to fly away as well.
"Osushi's calm now." Said Noel right before gently placing Osushi on the ground.
"What did you do to the poor thing, anyway?" Asked Ninny in an interrogative manner.
"Nothing. I was just taking Osushi for a walk." Answered Balgo nervously as Osushi began to scratch himself.
"Uh...thank you,witches." Said the young man with a mixture of caution and nervousness, evident by him holding up his hands weakly.
"So,um... about that chimney..." The young man would draw their attention to the chimney that Balgo knocked down.
"Your dragon insurance should cover it." Said Noel as she looked at him.
"More importantly...did you come into contact with the dragon?" Asked Noel. She wouldn't get an immediate response however,as the young man seemed to be entranced by her beauty, evident by his flushed cheeks.
"N-No! Not at all!" He would eventually say defensively, waving his hands as well.
"Niiha,run the test." Ordered Ninny with her hands crossed.
"Right." Said Noel in compliance as she reached inside her suit to pull out an ash colored, foldable like phone device, with a screen where buttons would normally be. On the middle of the phone was a logo; it was similar to a globe, with the letters 'WB' in bold and colored red.
"Please lick this." Said Noel. Though hesitantly, the young man would then get on his knees to comply with Noel's request.
"Umm... what happens if someone touches a dragon?" Asked Balgo from behind as the young man with his cheeks now flushed from embarrassment, stuck out his tongue and began to slowly bring his head down to the device.
"For the protection of both dragons and humans, the 'Dragon Contact Prohibition Law' was passed in 1609. Violators face 100 years in prison." Explained Noel. By this point,the young man's tongue had already touched the screen of the device.
"Or..." Ninny chimed in as she stuck out her own tongue, and used her left thumb to draw a horizontal line over her neck.
"They get executed." She said, causing Balgo's eyes and mouth to widen in shock.
"What?" Asked a suprised Balgo. A beeping sound would grab their attention, causing them to look back at Noel,who had held up the device to her face.
On the top screen it read "0.3" in green and "mC/St" in white.
"It's within the normal range." Said Noel as she closed the device, causing the young man to let out a sigh of relief.
"Thank goodness!" Shouted Balgo with joy, his cheeks slightly pink. However,he would then receive an elbow to the face from Ninny.
"This is all your fault!" Shouted Ninny accusingly.
"I'm sorry!" Shouted Balgo through a muffled voice.
"Who do you think..." Began Ninny as she hit Balgo again.
"... caused..." She would hit him again, causing Balgo to shout "Ow!" in pain. Meanwhile,Noel would begin to pet Osushi.
"... this mess..." She would hit him again, causing another scream to be heard in the process.
"...in the first place..." An "Ouch!" would be heard from Balgo as Ninny would hit him again, drawing Osushi's attention to the two.
"Also,why don't you put a muzzle on Osushi when you go out?!" Shouted Ninny as she held Balgo's collar.
"You're the only civilian who can touch Osushi and not get locked up because you're a dragonclad!" Balgo held up his hands as he had a fearful expression on his face due to Ninny berating him.
"Do you realize that?!" Shouted Ninny before letting go of Balgo's collar.
"But I did put one on!" Shouted Balgo defensively.
"It just got ripped off when Osushi suddenly sprouted wings while we were walking!" Explained Balgo,thus piquing Noel's interest.
"Did Osushi really grow wings without anything triggering it?"Asked Noel eagerly as she now stood inches apart from Balgo with Osushi in her hands, causing his cheeks to become slightly red and for him to close his eyes from nervousness.
"Y-Yes!" Stumbled Balgo as he opened his eyes and had a wide smile.
"Where did it happen?" Asked Noel, causing Balgo to look at her with confusion.
"Huh? Where?" Said a confused Balgo before looking away with his eyes closed and his left hand on his waist as he began to ponder on an answer to her question.
"Please try to remember." Said Noel as she held forward Osushi, causing Balgo to look back at her.
"Osushi's wings usually appear when you try to bark like Osushi,or when you sneeze,or when you start cracking up..." Stated Noel.
"So all the time,then." Said Ninny dryly.
"Or..." Began Noel as a shadow would cast over them.
"...when you're in danger, Balgo." A large dragon with grey colored skin, wide head, fat ears, blue eyes with thick, line like irises, large wings from it's lower back,and fat,four fingered paws, would slam down it's hand to attack Balgo, causing a dust cloud to form in the process. Jumping out of the dust cloud was Noel, holding Balgo with her right hand as she held up a pistol with her left hand that had a pink whip coming out from the tip. She would use it to swing to the ground, thus ensuring her and Balgo were safe. Ninny would immediately follow suit with the young man.
"It would appear that,as a dragonclad, you aggressively attract dragons towards you." Explained Noel to a confused Balgo.
"For now,I need you to take Osushi and get to somewhere where there aren't many people." Ordered Noel as the dragon began to walk towards them, causing the young man to run away in fear.
"Ninny, the barrier tape!" Ordered Noel.
"On it!" Shouted Ninny in compliance as she brought out a caution tape that read "KEEP OUT/ WITCH/WIZARD ONLY"
As she began to spread more of it around the surrounding area behind them, Balgo with Osushi in hand, would run away as well with the young man.
"So, what now?" Asked Ninny as the dragon would let out a roar.
"Magic Number 04: Stun Ball." Said Noel as she brought out and held up her pistol once more. It's design was unlike a conventional pistol, but more akin to a blaster, with a white color scheme and dark blue dots.
A faint blue light similar to a ball would hit the dragon below the jaw, causing a bruise to appear there. The attack would prove to be powerful enough to cause the dragon to crash into the building behind it.
Ninny would look on in confusion, even blinking twice before eventually regaining her composure.
"Wait! What was the point of the barrier tape?!" Demanded Ninny as she clenched her right hand into a fist in annoyance.
"Just in case." Said Noel as she brought out her foldable phone like device, before walking towards the downed dragon, causing Ninny to pout in the process.
"Oh,chief." Began Noel as she put the device to her ear. From above her, the elderly couple would want on with a mixture of astonishment and fear, evident by the woman holding onto to her husband's left arm.
"We've subdued a dragon,so if we could get a bonus..." They would both let out a sigh,as they believed the crisis to be over. Upon seeing Ninny however,they would tense up slightly.
"Dragon insurance!" Shouted Ninny in reference to the damages caused by the dragon, causing them to calm down once more. Ninny had managed to catch up with Noel as she was walking side by side with her.
"No, that's not our fault. Please stop whining. It's quite pathetic." Said Noel as she climbed over the dragon's tail while still on the phone
"So you don't know what kind of dragon it is?" Asked a voice from over the phone.
The downed dragon had pink blood dripping down from it's mouth due to it's mouth being open.
"Correct." Said Noel. Slowly, the dragon's face would slowly begin to fall off,as if it was sliced like an apple.
"It's the first time I've seen one like it,so I don't know what kind it is." The face would fall off completely, revealing the inside of it. The dismembered face would fall close to a frowning Ninny, causing her to look up to the dragon.
"It was rather worked up,so I stunned it to shut it up." The dragon would bring it's neck forward, seemingly regaining consciousness.
"Niiha!" Shouted Ninny. A long,green, snake like tongue would come out from the dragon before whipping itself at Noel. Before it could hit her however,it would suddenly begin to be encased in ice, from it's tip,all the way to the tongue itself. Ninny,who had ran towards Noel to initially push her out of the way, would be frozen in place due to shock. Noel would also have the same reaction.
"What the hell?" Said Ninny to no one in particular due to astonishment. The dragon would begin to let out distorted screams of pain as it tried to wiggle it's tail in order to break the ice. Though it would be successful as the ice would indeed shatter, it's screams would become even more audible due to it's tongue being destroyed in the process.
As the dragon would continue to wail loudly, it's skin would begin to turn dark rapidly until it became it's new color.
"It just went lights out." Said Ninny with caution.
"But how did it's tongue get frozen?" Asked Noel with confusion. Both her eyes and Ninny's would widen even more,as the dragon's leg would suddenly begin to be encased in ice. An icy mist would then appear around it's lower body, causing the ice to spread there as well before gradually creeping into it's upper body.
The girls could only watch on in astonishment as the dragon's resistance through it's screams and flailing proved to be futile,as the mist and ice would eventually spread to it's upper body as well, before finally encasing it's face.
The dragon was completely frozen solid.
"N-No...No way..." Said Ninny in disbelief.
"Who could have done this..." Asked Noel with a mixture of curiosity and caution.
"That would be me." Said a voice faintly, causing the girls to raise their heads even higher. Floating above them was a blue silhouette who's features were indiscernible as a result. The silhouette however, would slowly lower itself to the ground, before landing in front of them, causing them to take a step back with caution.
The silhouette, however, would then gain color, and upon doing so, it's appearance was revealed.
It was a humanoid, moth-like alien with four wings and an antenna can fold up into a hooded robe. It had a black body with cyan patches on it's arms, shoulders, legs, the back of it's wings, and the back of it's neck that resembled ice chunks. Each patch had thick blue outlining except for the ones on it's wings, which are outlined in black. There is also a black line that runs on the edge of the outer margin on the back of each wing.
On his torso are three plates: one resembling the chest, a shorter plate under the chest, and one resembling the stomach. On it's face are blue cheeks and under jaw, a mouth that always shows bluish-white teeth, and large green eyes with dark green spots. The top of it's head also sports a blue Y-shaped marking that extends over it's scalp. It has three pointed fingers and a thumb on each hand, and two toes on each foot and a third toe-like extension on it's ankles.
On the middle of it's chest was a black and green hourglass symbol. With the inner part of the hourglass being green, and the outer part being black. This is the Omnitrix symbol.
This is Ben's Necrofriggian form; Big Chill.
The girls were taken aback by Big Chill's appearance,as they didn't know what to make of it.
His icy breath made their blood run cold. His whisper like voice sent shivers down their spines due to how haunting it sounded. But perhaps the most unsettling thing about him was that his appearance reminded them of a creature that they had only heard of in passing, but never encountered.
"Are you...a Hollow?" Asked Ninny warily with her voice slightly trembling. Her question however, garnered a reaction from Big Chill that they did not expect in the slightest,as he would blink his eyes in confusion.
"I have no clue what a Hollow is, but I'm not it." Said Big Chill.
"Huh?" Then what are you?" Asked Ninny with confusion,her previous nervousness faded, and her current tone now slightly stand offish.
"Ninny, look." Said Noel as she pointed to Big Chill, more specifically...
"That symbol on his chest." Ninny's eyes would widen in realization.
"I don't believe it. You're..." Said Ninny with wide eyes as she trailed off in the process. With a nod,Big Chill would place his left palm on his chest, causing a bright green light to engulf him, and for the girls to cover their eyes to avoid it blinding them. The light however, would fade as soon as it appeared, and standing in line place of Big Chill was Ben.
"Yep. I'm Ben Tennyson." Said Ben as he brought his hood down, revealing his hair to be combed but slightly ruffled as a result of the hood covering it previously.
"It's nice to finally meet you. Ninny and Noel."

Now to clear some things up.
This is an AU merger type crossover, with the Burn the Witch universe being shared with the Ben 10 universe.
This story will only adapt the chapters/episodes of Burn the Witch, but with Ben involved in them. Nothing more.
Meaning that this story as well, ideally, will most likely be completed within this week or the next.
Replies to Reviews will either be at the end of each chapter,or at the end of the very last chapter of this story.
