The following morning, Marinette and Alya were talking about the new heroes while sitting at their desks.
"I can't believe Paris has its own Superheroes, this is…," said Alya before noticing Marinette wasn't paying attention and instead was staring out the door.
"Okay, why are you just staring at the door, are you expecting someone?" asked Alya.
"Kind of," said Marinette, which surprised Alya.
"Whoever it is must be as big a freak as her," said Chloe while laughing from her desk.
"You must be the school's mean girl," said Adrien as he walked in.
"You made it!" said Marinette as she rushed to hug him.
"Told you I would," said Adrien while hugging her back.
"Marinette, would you mind explaining who this is?" asked a stunned Alya as she and the rest of the class stared at the two of them.
"He's my childhood friend, Adrien Agreste," said Marinette.
"I just moved back to Paris from America, hope to get along with all of you," said Adrien.
"Wait, Agreste as in Gabriel Agreste?" asked Nino.
"That would be my dad, but please don't talk to me about him," said Adrien.
"The two of them have never gotten along," said Marinette.
"Alright dude, no problem with that, but I do have questions about you starting with what your favorite type of music is," said Nino. Miss. Bustier then entered the room.
"I see you all have met the new student," she said while moving to stand before the class.
"Marinette, I'm putting you in charge of showing him around," said Miss. Bustier.
"Of course, ma'am," said cheerful Marinette.
"And Adrien, you can sit next to Nino," said Miss. Bustier while motioning to the young DJ.
"Yes ma'am," said Adrien before sitting down.
"We are talking about this at lunch," whispered Alya as she leaned into Marinette's ear.
The End.
