In the forest, Madison, Sarah and the kids went out looking Alan. They were all hollering his name. In the previous scene that Madison remembered in the film, Van Pelt have just got a new weapon from a gun store.

"Alan! Alan!" they shouted as the kept on looking for him until...

"Quiet." a hushed voice spoke.

All looked and saw Alan at the river, with the Pelican on a rock along with the board game. Everyone went behind the trees and watched Alan, trying to get it but Pelican tries to bite and peck him. Its webbed foot was on the game as it was gonna push it.

Madison watched to see what Alan was gonna do. She saw him grabbed something in the water and pulled out a fish. She and Peter smiled as he was gonna distract it. The pelican opened its mouth and Alan threw the fish to it until its webbed foot pushed the game into the water.

Alan tries to grab it but current was carrying it away.

"Peter!" Judy and Sarah shouted.

Madison turned and saw the boy running off and decided to follow him along with Alan as he was about to get the game.

Madison followed Peter as he was following the river where game is. He stopped as he came to a broken branch and starts climbing it. Madison watched and worried for him to be careful while Alan was behind her.

Peter stopped in a middle of the broken branch and saw the game coming. He went upside down waiting for it but as the game was coming towards him, he grabbed the game and went right side up on the branch. Madison sigh with relief and watched Peter moving backwards with the game.

"Peter, are you alright?" Madison asked as Peter got off the branch to the surface.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"That was really clever on what you did."

"Thanks. I've been doing that on monkey bars."

Madison smiled as the two went up the small hill from the river and saw Judy, Sarah, and Alan.

"Peter, that was great!"

"Are you okay?"

"l can't believe you did that."

"That was so cool."

"You gave me chills."

"It was great."

Alan stood silence until the girls looked at him, waiting for a response. Alan looked at Peter as he places his hand on the boy's hair.

"It's nice work. Come on, gimme the game. Let's go." he said as he grabbed the game and walked off.

All four looked at him in silence and disbelief but decided to follow him.

"It's alright, Peter. He's just... want to get this game to be over and done for." said Madison.

Moments later, all five were still walking at the side of the road. Madison's legs started to hurt from walking but kept on going until she saw a familiar police car with broken windows.

"Oh no. Act natural." said Alan as he and Sarah starting to whistle but Madison looked at the car and saw Carl in there.

"Hey!" he shouted as he was only looking at Alan.

"Hide the game." he whispered to Peter and the boy holds onto it.

Carl steps out of the car and walked towards the group only he was still looking at Alan.

"l don't believe this. Every time there's trouble, I run into you." he said.

"Me? l don't know what you're talking about."

"Alright, I'm taking you in for questioning." Carl starts grabbing him and brought the hand cuffs out.

"I'm not going anywhere." said Alan as he tries to resist but the hand cuffs were now on him.

Madison watched Alan resisting but then heard a gunshot and that can only mean one thing or person.

"Just a second. You can't take him. He's..." Sarah tries to speak as she was making an excuse for him.

"Her fiancé." Judy finished the sentence for her only it was a lie.

"Wait a minute, l thought you said he was your uncle." said Carl as he looked confused.

"It's all right. I'll be back soon." said Alan as he opened the door and went in the back of the car.

"Remember you said you'd never abandon your friends?" Sarah asked as she looked at him.

"We'll finished the game later." Alan replied.

"Later?"

"Van Pelt. Van Pelt." he whispered.

Carl was already in the car and looked at Madison and the others.

"l suggest you all go home now." he said and then drove off with Alan.

"Now how are we supposed to finish the game?" Judy asked as she and the others watched the car disappeared in the street.

"We can't. We can't finish it without him." Sarah replied.

"Judy! Maddie!" Peter's voice cried out.

The three turned to look at Peter as he was playing his turn, but he looked panicked.

"What?" Judy wondered as all three came to him.

"What happen?" Sarah wondered.

"What's wrong?" Madison answered.

"l thought l could end the game. l was only ten spaces away." said Peter and then Judy read:

"A law of Jumanji having been broken. You will slip back even more than your token."

"Peter, were you...?"

"You tried to cheat?" Sarah asked along with Madison's question.

"No. l tried to drop the dice, so they'd land on twelve." he answered and Madison sigh with disbelief.

"Oh, okay, honey. Well, that would be cheating." said Sarah.

"Peter, your hands! Look at your hands!" Judy cried out.

Madison looked down and saw hair coming out of Peter's hands.

"What's happening?" Peter wondered in panicked.

"I guess this is what the game it's doing. When there are cheaters, it'll do something to him." Madison spoke to them as she thought.

"We need to get Alan." said Sarah.

"How are we gonna do that?" Judy asked.

Madison heard something coming. She turned around and saw a truck coming. She quickly got up and waved her arms out.

"Hey! Hey!" she cried out and the truck stopped.

"Is there a problem, miss?" the driver asked.

"Sir, can we have a ride to the town? We really need to get there." she said to him.

"Sure thing. But there won't be any room here. One of you have to ride in the back."

"I can do that." she answered.

"Maddie, what are you doing?" Sarah asked.

"We need to go to the town, find money so we can bail Alan out." she said to her.

"That's not a bad idea." said Judy.

"You all ready?" the driver asked.

"We are." said Madison. She carefully got on to the back of the truck while the others went in and sat beside the driver. There was stuff in the back but Madison carefully sat down and also hoped not to get squished as the truck starts moving.

Moments later, after the ride, Madison got out of the back and brushed her hair with her fingers from all that wind.

"Thanks for the ride, sir." she said to him.

"Yes, thank you." said Sarah.

Madison looked at Peter and saw more hair growing out of him and his ears were changing including his nose a bit.

"What's going on?" Judy asked as they all saw the people running and grabbing boxes.

"Apparently there's a sale happening." Sarah answered as she wasn't so sure.

"Whoa! Look out!" Madison spoke as she and Sarah saw something coming and pulled the kids back. They all saw a couple of monkeys on a police motorbike going past them.

"You just saw three monkeys go by on a motorcycle, didn't you?" Sarah asked as she looked at Judy.

"Yes."

"Good girl. Come on."

All four came to a banking machine to get money but the sign on the screen says: 'Temporarily Out of Service.'

"Well, maybe we can bail him out with a check." said Sarah.

"Thanks." a voice spoke.

They all turned and saw Van Pelt holding the game that he took from Peter.

"You tell that sniveling coward from me, if he wants..."

A sound of a crash distracted the hunter and a couple of people were running past him. Madison saw Peter grabbed the game from Van and run off.

"Boy!" he shouted.

"Run, Peter! Run!" Madison cried out. She walked past the crowd and saw Peter kept on running but to her eyes, she saw the stampede again. The same stampede before back at the mansion.

She looked and saw Peter going into the car but what got her scared were a couple of elephants were on top of the car and crashing it. That really wasn't a very good idea to hide. As the stampede was gone except one rhino was way behind to catch up with them, Madison saw Van going straight towards the crushed car and grabbed the game from Peter.

"Peter!" she cried out as she, Sarah, and Judy head straight towards him.

"Help me! Get me out of here!" he cried out.

"It's okay. It's alright!" said Sarah and looked at the hunter, as he was walking away.

As Judy and Madison got Peter out, all four have followed the hunter until they saw him going into the store called, 'Sir Sav-a-lot'. This is gonna be battle for her and the three against the hunter for the game.
