Madison waited in the grotto for a while, waiting for her new friends to come. She looked around seeing the human things that she has collected. She spun the world globe around, looking through some old, wet books, and playing the music box of two people dancing around.

She kept on waiting until she heard the rock being open. Madison turned around and saw Ariel and Flounder coming in.

"You're here! I was wondering what took you two so long." she spoke as she smiled but Ariel's head was down and was frowning.

Madison looked concern to her mermaid friend and looked at Flounder.

"What happen?" she asked him.

"Her father yelled at her when she wasn't at the concert. I tried to help her, telling him what happen. I didn't tell him about you but when I mention the seagull. He was furious. Telling her not to go up to the surface."

"I take it that he's overprotective." she said, and Flounder answered with a nod.

The two turned and saw Ariel, laying down a rock and looked at the fork. They swam up to her and looked at her with concern.

"Ariel, are you okay?" Flounder asked.

"If only I could make him understand. I just don't see things the way he does. I don't see how a world that makes such wonderful things, could be bad." she answered.

Ariel: Look at this stuff

Isn't it neat?

Wouldn't you think my collections complete?

Wouldn't you think I'm the girl

The girl who has everything

Look at this trove

Treasures untold

How many wonders can one cavern hold?

Lookin' around here you'd think

Sure, she's got everything

I've got gadgets and gizmos aplenty

I've got whozits and whatzits galore

You want thingamabobs?

I got twenty

But who cares?

No big deal

I want more

I wanna be where the people are

I wanna see

Wanna see them dancing

Walking around on those

What do you call them? Oh, feet

Flipping your fins, you don't get too far

Legs are required for jumping, dancing

Strolling along down a

What's that word again? Street

Up where they walk

Up where they run

Up where they stay all day in the sun

Wandering free

Wish I could be

Part of that world

What would I give

If I could live

Out of these waters?

What would I pay

To spend a day

Warm on the sand?

Betcha on land

They understand

Bet they don't reprimand their daughters

Bright young women

Sick o' swimming

Ready to stand

And ready to know what the people know

Ask them my questions

And get some answers

What's a fire and why does it

What's the word? Burn?

When's it my turn?

Wouldn't I love

Love to explore that shore above?

Out of the sea

Wish I could be

Part of that world

Madison listens to her sing. She remembers singing that song when she was little and pretend to be a mermaid. To those lyrics for Ariel of how much she wanted to be and meet a human. Madison looked at her necklace, she wanted to tell her that she really is a human but... not at the right moment.

Suddenly, a crash startled the three and all turned to see a red crab, struggling and making noise with the objects.

"Sebastian?!" Ariel gasped.

The crab finally broke loose but looked at Ariel with anger eyes.

"Ariel! What, are you mad? How could you... What is all this? And who is this?" he asked as he pointed at Madison.

"It, err, it's just my collection and this is Maddie. She's my new friend." Ariel answered.

"Oh, I see. Your collection and your new friend." he said as he was looking at a fishing hook and Madison until he yelled, "IF YOUR FATHER KNEW ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THIS OUTSIDER, HE'D..."

"Outsider? Outsider?!" Madison exclaims as she picked up the crab's shell with her fingers and looked at him, "How dare you call me an outsider? I'm a traveler. I have my own freedom thank you very much. Is this how you get acquainted to someone, you loudmouth crustacean?"

"Loudmouth?! Loudmouth?! You hold that tongue of yours or I'll..."

"Or you'll what?! Tell the king about me?"

"You're not gonna tell him, are you?" Flounder asked as he looked at Sebastian.

"Oh, please, Sebastian, he would never understand." Ariel begged.

Sebastian smiled at her as he broke loose from Madison's fingers (no pinching that is).

"Ariel. You're under a lot of pressure down here. Come with me, I'll take you home and get you something warm to drink." he said as he gently took Ariel's hand and pulled her away.

"What do you suppose? . . ."

Madison looked at the crab until she saw along with Ariel saw a shadow above her. The two starts swimming while the crab was only hollering Ariel's name. They exit the grotto and swim up as they saw something above the water. The girls finally reached to the surface and couldn't believe what they saw.

A ship. It was sailing across, and fireworks were coming out.

"Whoa." Madison was in awe along with Ariel as she smiled until Flounder and Sebastian arrived.

"Ariel, what - what are you-?" Sebastian was about to ask until he saw the ship and gasped. "Jumpin' jellyfish!"

Madison was too amazed to see the view and the fireworks.

"Let's go check it out." said Ariel as she whispered to her.

She nods her head and starts swimming and jumping towards the ship.

"Ariel, Ariel! Please come back!" Sebastian hollered but the girls to were far away as they were heading close to the ship.
