It was morning in the village of Bal Des Sola, the Pidgey's were chirping, the sun had risen, and you can hear the bustling voices of the villagers ready to start the day. Over at the Uzumaki residents. Arron and Lucario had just finished their morning meditation. Scarlet his wife was making breakfast this morning. She had long Scarlet red hair, blue eyes, wore a sky blue work dress with tan flat shoes on her feet. To Arron she was the most beautiful person in the world. Arron walked into the kitchen and hugged her from behind. Which Scarlet jumped in surprise.
"Arron you scared me." Scarlet said while pouting at her husband.
"Sorry sweetheart couldn't resist." Arron said playful at his wife.
Lucario smiled at his best friend. He was happy he found himself a mate that he fell in love with since childhood. He wished that his best friend's daughter would find that same kind of love some day.
"Isn't it today that Hikari will first start her training to become an Aura guardian?" Scarlet asked her husband.
"Indeed Scarlet, I will be taking Hikari to the temple of Mew to begin her training. It will last for five years until Hikari will be able to master her aura just like Riley did 5 years ago." Arron concluded.
"Have you heard anything from Riley recently?"
"Sure have Scarlet, he sent over a letter from the Orange Islands. He is currently taking the gym challenge there. He said he earned his fifth gym badge there."
"Fifth? I thought there were only four gym badges you have to earn to get into the Orange League?" Scarlet asked in shock.
"Arron sighed, it was 15 years ago but after the war in Kanto the people who run those leagues had decided to change the layout of Orange League and the Battle Frontier by adding more gyms and one more battle facility. To have the total of eight just like the standards of the other league's of other regions. It was to help other trainers to get stronger. A lot of young trainers died during the war, even though we had the advantage over them." Arron looked depressed thinking about how many children and pokemon died during the fight against King Aldrich and Newtopia.
Scarlet hugged her husband tightly before saying. "Arron none of this was your fault you and Leif did what you had to do to keep our Region safe."
"Scarlet, I know I didn't have a choice when Andrias had become unreasonable and took his father's side instead of his friends. I only wish there was another way we could had done something else. Then the war wouldn't have occurred and everyone would have been safe. "Arron said crying in tears of the guilt he had for 15 years. Lucario hold his best friend hand for comfort.
It broke her heart to see him like this, but she was happy he was confiding his feeling to her to talk about what he and Lucario did back in Orre. It wasn't easy for Arron to talk about what happened in Newtopia and about the war. He had been through a lot when he was in Orre, the war, and after the war.
After a couple of minutes Arron calmed down. "Thank you Scarlet and Lucario for helping through the pain. Without you two. I don't know what I do without." Arron said great fully.
"Arron my love, we will always be here for you no matter what." Scarlet comfort him.
"Master we had been best friends for a very long time. I am very fortunate to had met you, Miss-tress Scarlet, Sir Riley, and Lady Hikari. What I'm happy to be apart of this family. Lucario said.
This made Arron really happy to hear this from his wife and his best friend. Then a small five year old girl with short black spiky hair, wearing Pikachu PJ's.
She yawned before saying, "Good Morning Mommy, Good Morning Daddy, Good Morning Lucario. The little girl said.
"Good Morning sweetie your Mom made you favorite bacon and eggs for breakfast."
The girl's eyes sparkled as she hugged her Mom.
"Thank you Mommy for making breakfast."
"Your Welcome Hikari, now go sit next to your father I'll give you, your breakfast in a bit I'm still cooking the bacon." Scarlet said to her daughter.
"Okay Mommy." Hikari said as she sat down next to her father in the dining room who's already sitting down. Lucario stand right next to him.
"So… Lady Hikari are you excited on starting on your training for today? Lucario asked.
"Oh yes Mister Lucario, I mean I'm going to become an aura guardian like Daddy and big brother. Then I'll travel around the world and become a Pokemon Master someday." Hikari said eagerly.
"I love your spunk Lady Hikari. Lucario giggled at the excited 5 year old."
"Listen Hikari the training is not that ease it can get difficult as time goes on. Some people with aura couldn't get through the training and decide to quit being a guardian." Arron told his daughter.
"Daddy, if Riley could complete the training then so can I. It's not over until it's over. " Hikari said confidently.
Arron admired his daughter's new found strength. No wonder the rainbow gem choice his daughter to have it's powers.
"Everyone breakfast!!" Scarlet announced as she handed her husband and Hikari their breakfast.
After an hour, Hikari had finished eating her breakfast to get dressed for today. She stopped by her big brother's room first as a routine whenever she had to go somewhere with her Dad. In Riley's room he had a desk, maps on the walls of different regions, books, a bed and a Eevee plushy he had as a little boy. On his dresser there where trophies from Leagues and contests he competed when he was younger. Hikari recognized the gym badges from Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Johto. There where ribbons from Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh when he was a coordinator while earning badges from leagues. She remembered Riley explained each badge and ribbon he won as he talked about his journey with his own Lucario when he got back home. Hikari looked up to her big brother and admired him as a great trainer. She lastly look at the picture of her as an infant while 10 year old Riley holding her with their father's and her signature grin on his face. Hikari missed her big brother a lot. Hikari decided to go to her room to get dressed.
Hikari's room was painted sky blue. She had posters of the Hoenn starts on it, her bed was an Eevee bed, on her dresser is a picture of her parents, Riley and two Lucarios. There was wooden desk that had three pictures. One picture was when Hikari was four and next to her is one of her best friends. The girl wore a frilly pink dress, her hair is chestnut brown tied into pigtails, and blue eyes. This May Maple she is 2 years old in this picture. They met due to their father's knowing each other and were good friends in their youth. Another picture was when Hikari was still 4 and next to her is lavender short hair girl with blue eyes, a white shirt and a pink skirt. This girl' name is Annabel she is Hikari's best friend when Annabel still lived in the Bal sea Sola village. Her father got a new job in Kanto and they had to move away. Hikari and Annabel cried when they find out they wouldn't be seeming each other so often any more. Annabel and Hikari made a promise to still be best friends even though they were going to be apart. They also agreed to support each other as trainers. If they did end up facing each other someday they promise to give it their all. The last picture is Hikari in her current age but next to her is a two year old girl with long blue hair, blue eyes, wearing a blue dress with a yellow bow. Her name is Dawn Berlitz she is the daughter of Johanna Berlitz top Coordinator in Sinnoh. They knew each other because of their Mom's. Some time ago Scarlet was once a top Coordinator when she used to travel with Arron and Princess Rin to visit other regions (since she was Princess's Rin hand maiden) Queen Rin gave them both options if they would like to compete in a League or be a coordinator. While Arron collected gym badges to compete in the Sinnoh League. Scarlet collected ribbons to compete in the grand festival. It was one of those contests she met Johanna. They became fast friends and great rivals. They both helped each other to become great coordinators.
Hikari left the pictures and started to get dressed. She wore a yellow Pikachu shirt, blue shorts, she put on her grey gem necklace inside her shirt while she put on her white and red sneakers.
Hikari came down the stairs with excitement on her face. Her father and Lucario saw this and smiled back at them.
"Ready to go Hikari?" Her father asked.
"Yes Daddy, I'm ready to go." Hikari said.
Then Scarlet was in the living room staring and her husband and daughter's smiling faces.
"You two be careful now when you are in the forest and be back before supper." Scarlet said
"Don't worry dear with Lucario and me will keep Hikari safe." Arron reassured his wife.
After that Arron, Lucario, and Hikari left the house.
A few minutes later they were in the middle of the village. The stores and houses were built with oak wood that was used by the trees in the forest. They were a few stores operating in the village. The green store was for medicine for humans and pokemon. The red store was for items like pokeballs, gardening tools,and weapons like swords and shields. The big blue store was the market when people pay for food like fruits, vegetables, and other food that the people in the village made. This was a pit stop before they go to the temple to train. Arron took Hikari to a stand that was serving curry takeout boxes for lunch. There was a display case that had multiple curries steaming hot in different containers. The box keeps the food warm all the way until lunch time. Running the stand was a bald man with green eyes wearing a red and white shirt and tan shorts.
"Good morning David, how's business going?"
"It's going well Chief Arron I had my 20th customer this morning. Curry is so popular here, just like when I work at another curry restaurant in Galar. I must thank you Chief Arron for recommending your village to set up shop.
"No problem David. I just wanted to share your creations to the people in my village. Those Curry lunchboxes are a hit."
"Yeah they are Arron. So what can I get you and your daughter. I like an apple curry lunchbox for me and my daughter." Arron ordered them lunch.
"Alright, one apple special for the chief and his little girl." David said.
David took his unique lunchbox's and but the apple curry Arron ordered. David handed the lunchbox over to Arron.
"Thank you David." Arron said as he payed David money.
"Anything for you Chief." David said as he chuckle.
As they left the market they saw Eric. He was older now have a beard and wearing a orange plaid shirt, blue ascot, brown boots, green pants and a brown cowboy hat. Next to him we're three two year olds. One was a young boy with short blond hair, blue eyes, wearing a green strap hat with googles, a red shirt with a surfing Pikachu on it, blue shorts and had a big smile on his face. One of the girls had long lavender hair wearing a frilly blue dress with a pink bow and had brown eyes. The last girl looked like Eric except for her red frizzy hair, she had green eyes, wears blue overalls with a purple shirt. She is holding on to Eric's hand.
"Eric my friend, it had been so long my old friend. How's life treating you?" Arron asked his old friend.
"Pretty well Arron, When I was in Alola I met a young women who owned a tea house of Poni Island. I asked about the ruins of the Tapu guardians. The owner and her grandmother escorted me to one of the ruins. The rest was history, I found out her name is Felicia Sundew. Felicia and I went on many adventures across the regions to study archeology while Felicia study's plants and herbs to make her tea. 4 years ago, I asked Felicia to marry me and she said yes. After we got married we had Ivy our daughter." Eric explained.
"I'm very happy for you Eric that you found love and have a kid. Speaking of kids who are the other two?"
"The one in the green hat is named Sprig Planter, son of Sally Planter and Hector Planter. His grandparents owned a farm for generations."
"You must be Arron Uzumaki my grandma talks about you and Lucario of how the two of you were close friends of her and Lilligant." Sprig said.
"So your Leif's grandson. It's a pleasure to meet you Sprig. How is Leif doing these days. I would like you to meet my daughter Hikari." Arron introduced his daughter to Sprig.
"She still looking after the farm with ma and pa while Hop Pop is doing his research." Sprig turns to see Hikari and gave her a friendly smile.
"It's nice to meet you stranger my name is Sprig Planter. As he bring his hand up.
"Nice to meet you Sprig and welcome to Bal des Sola village." As she grabbed Sprig's hand and shake it.
"This girl right here is Maddie Flour. Her father works as a baker while her mother works as a wicken that studies medicine to help peoples illnesses."
"Hi my name is Hikari, my Dad's the leader of the village so if you have any questions about our village you can ask me or my Dad." Hikari smiled at Maddie.
"Thank you Hikari. I have one question though, does your village have an herb shop?" Maddie asked.
"There is a meadow outside the village that has all sorts of herbs. I must warn you Maddie, you can only take one type of herb at a time. It's so we don't take all the herbs and cause the extinction of these particular plants." Hikari explained.
"That's understandable, my Mom would always taught me to make sure to take care of the herbs carefully so they wouldn't wither and die. She also planted the seeds of the plants she used for her homemade medicine so she can have more on hand." Maddie said which caused Hikari to smile.
"Now for my little girl. Eric paused to see Ivy not with him. Eric panicked, IVY WHERE ARE YOU!! Eric shouted."
Then a little girl's voice said, "AMBUSH!! Ivy knocked Hikari to the ground. Hikari was in a daze of what just happened.
"Hikari are you alright?" Her father asked as he helped her up.
"Lady Hikari are you okay?" Lucario asked in worried.
"I'm alright Daddy and Lucario. I'm just surprised by the sudden tackle." Hikari said.
"Is it just me or did the doggy just talked?" Sprig asked.
"Doggy!?" Lucario said with an unamused voice.
"We'll I like it, l wonder how it was able to talk like that?" Maddie asked.
"This is my best friend Lucario my starter. What you just witnessed is Lucario using his aura to talk to us without moving his lips. It's similar to psychic pokemon when they use their powers to communicate. It's called telepathy where certain pokemon can communicate with thoughts or their powers." Arron explained to the kids.
"So cool! Sprig said jumping in place with excitement.
"Well that explains it." Maddie said.
While everyone else was talking. Eric was scolding his daughter of what she just did.
"Ivy Stone Sundew!! I can't believe you did this. Not only did you attack someone, it was the chief's daughter. My best friends daughter Ivy. We're lucky that Arron is not pressing charges of attacking his daughter." Eric said in disappointment.
Ivy looked down in shame of what she had done. "I was only playing with her daddy like I do with Sprig. Plus I have to practice my sneak attacks if those people in white coats come back." Ivy told his father.
"Look Ivy, Sprig maybe okay with this but that does mean everyone will be okay of you doing that. You have to think of the consequences more in the future because I won't be here to bail you out every time you get in trouble. As for the people in white coats Ivy, they work for the Aether Foundation where there here to help the pokemon in aloha from abused trainers or if a pokemon had hurt itself. President Moho and Co. President Lusumine are good people Ivy they have become my best friends." Eric argued with his daughter.
Ivy wasn't convinced those people of from the Aether Foundation was really helping pokemon.
"I don't know about that other scientist with blond hair and glasses." Ivy said remembering when she sneaked down to the lower parts of the Foundation she saw the scientist working on a artificial pokemon that had a brown mask on his face."
Eric sighed knew which person she was referring to Faba the top scientist working at the Aether Foundation he doesn't really trust him like Moho and Lusumine. There were rumors of him doing secret experiments under Moho's and Lusumine's radar.
"Ivy I understand you don't trust him, I don't as well but if Moho and Lusumine trust him then we should have some faith in Faba." Eric try to convince his daughter.
Ivy just stared blankly at his father and shrugged. "Okay daddy, I'll trust him since you are giving Faba a chance. If he somehow betrays your trust daddy then I'll ambush him." Ivy said threateningly.
"Let's hope it never comes to that." Eric said in worry for his daughter. For a two year old she sure is fierce.
"Now that's out of the way can you tell Hikari your sorry for attacking her."
"Yes daddy." Ivy said as she walked up to Hikari.
Ivy looked at Hikari and smiled sheepishly at her.
"I'm sorry for attack you Hikari. I was just playing with you like I was on Poni Island with Sprig."
Hikari turned to Sprig of what Ivy just said is true.
"It's true Hikari, Ivy does this for fun although it has cause some trouble for the other kids." Sprig said truthfully.
Which caused Ivy to turn red from embarrassment.
"I forgive you Ivy. Let's introduce ourselves. Hi Ivy my name is Hikari Uzumaki daughter of the Chief of this village. If you ever need any help just ask. I'm willing to help my friends." Hikari said smiling at her.
"I'm Ivy Sundew, my father is Eric Sundew the famous archeologist. Me, Sprig, and Maddie is looking after us since our family is at open house of the pokemon school. Do you like being randomly attacked?" Ivy said with a smirk.
"IVY!!" Eric scolded his daughter.
Hikari just laughed at the way she was acting.
"It's okay Mister Sundew I don't mind answering her question. After that earlier display I say I'm not a fan of getting tackled."
"As that's too bad." Ivy said disappointed.
"So what's this open house you were talking about?" Hikari asked curiously.
"We'll in the Alola Region there is Pokemon school where kids 10 of age get to go to study about pokemon in the Alola region. Every year the staff and students let everyone in Alola to see the school. The teachers set up tours for anyone who want look around the school. They have the students read their reports about what they learn while attending this school. My Mom, Sprig's family, and Maddie's parents went to the open house. Dad couldn't go because he wanted to visit an old friend of his. I asked my Mom if I could go with Dad to meet his friend. Mom agreed to let me go with some convincing from Dad." Ivy explained.
"When me and Maddie heard that she was going on an adventure with her father we asked our families. My Ma, Pa, and grandma were okay with me going with Mr. Sundew, but grandpa was reluctant to let me go." Sprig said.
"My parents were cool with me going with Mr. Sundew because he is a responsible traveler." Maddie said.
Hikari wanted to know about the school in Alola when her Dad interrupted that thought.
"Okay Hikari we got to get going to the temple now. You can play with your new friends later."
Arron said.
"Temple? The same temple where we found the you know what?" Eric asked.
"Indeed Eric but right now I'm using to train my daughter in the ways of aura."
"Have you heard anything from Fuji and Blaine?" Eric asked.
Arron didn't want to tell him about how Fuji and Blaine created a creature that was pure evil that killed one of his friends. Eric would have gone after it for revenge. That was something he would do when he found out Eric had capture a pokemon that was hurting people he gave it to the police. With his daughter and friends here he didn't want to let Eric risk their lives. So he decided to tell him a half truth of what happened.
"I found Fuji in ruins on an island that exploded. Me and Lucario were able to save him, but Blaine was probably killed in the blast since I never saw his body on the Island. The last time I heard of Fuji he retired of being a scientist and opened a pokemon orphanage in Lavender town for abused, abandon, and pokemon who lost their families." Arron told Eric.
Eric look sad that he heard of the news.
"Did you find out what caused the explosion to happen?"
"It was something Fuji was working on that caused the explosion." Arron vaguely said to Eric.
"I'm happy that Fuji was able to move on with his life due to the deaths of his daughter and best friend." Eric said shedding a few tears.
"I miss Blaine too Eric." Arron said sadly.
"Me and the kids should go Arron see you later Arron." Eric said his farewell.
"You too Eric." Arron said.
"Bye guys see you soon." Hikari said.
"Bye" Maddie said.
"Bye Hikari" Sprig said.
"Hope we can talk some more when you get back." Ivy said.
Arron and Hikari went into the forest to go to the temple of Mew.
What anybody didn't that later that night Hikari wouldn't see Sprig, Ivy, and Maddie for another eight years. Arron and Eric would never see each other in the physical world anymore only in the in heaven. This very night and the days after Hikari would change her life forever.
When they got to the temple it was lunch time so Arron and Hikari ate the apple curry that David made them. Hikari was enjoying the taste of apples mixed in with the apples and the spices. Arron smiled that his daughter was enjoying her lunch. Lucario already finished with his lunch. When they were done eating. Arron put the box in his satchel before preparing himself to teach his daughter.
"First thing first Hikari do you know what the meaning of aura?" Arron asked his daughter.
"Aura is a quality that surrounds person, place, or thing." Hikari answered.
"That's correct Hikari that is what aura is, but us aura guardians can harness and use aura to try to help people and pokemon. I'll explain four types of aura you will see on your journey. The first aura I will describe is a white aura. When you see a white color aura around the person it means that person has a pure heart. The next aura is the most common, the blue aura, when you see it on people and pokemon it means they are good people. Next aura I will describe when you will have to fight bad guys Hikari. It shows that the person is evil that has no good intentions. When you see this aura be cautious around them. The fourth aura is like a mixture of red and blue. I only see this aura one time and one time only."
Arron thought when he first met Andrias his aura was blue that he was a good person, but after Andrias talked with his father he noticed his aura has changed a bit of a mix of blue and red. As time went by the red aura began to grow until there was only a spec of blue aura left. Arron suspected after Leif and him left Newtopia his aura turned completely red. Hikari looked at her father with worry. Arron noticed his daughter looking at him. Arron took a deep breath as he calmed himself down.
"Where was I, oh yeah, the last aura is a very dangerous and must always be on guard. When seeing black aura people and pokemon would be like monsters. They won't stop until everyone and everything is destroyed. I had see some pokemon and people have auras like that you must put a stop to them immediately. I have put people and pokemon in confinement because they were too dangerous to let loose on the world."
Arron thought how Aldrich died when heard the news about his death. As for Mewtwo he thought maybe he did have black aura like Fuji described how Mewtwo was acting. He'll have to go see him to confirm it.
"Isn't there anything you can do to save them?" Hikari asked.
"Hikari listen, there is only a very few people and pokemon that were able to change there aura back to blue by guardians. This can only work if they are willing to change. If not you must be able to contain them so they are not a danger to the world do you understand Hikari." Arron said seriously to his daughter.
"I understand father." Hikari said understanding her father.
"That's a good girl Hikari. Now I will like to see if you can use aura so I can see what level you're at so I can figure out how to train you Hikari." Arron explained.
Hikari nodded as Arron instructed her how to use aura. He showed her to try to concentrate and feel aura. Hikari learned from her father that aura is tied to people and pokemon's emotions. While things and places have their own aura called living or dead aura. Plants have living aura, objects and destroyed land had dead aura which means it has no life and cannot prosper.
It took a couple of hours but Hikari wasn't able to use aura which she was disappointed in herself. Arron noticed this.
"Hikari it's okay sweetie this is normal for beginners. I remember I didn't get it the first time either and neither did Riley. It takes patience and commitment to master aura."
"Isn't there a faster way to get me to aura?!" Hikari asked impatiently.
Arron sighed at his daughter's impertinence.
"Hikari I would prefer if you be patient and work hard to learn how to use aura. I am going to give you a warning that you must remember. Please understand Hikari I only want what's best for you."
"I'll… listen Dad." Hikari said unsure but decided to listen to her father.
"My master told me this story a long time ago Hikari. There where two brothers who have the aura ability like me and you. They two study under a master, the older brother was patient and committed himself to training in the art of aura, but his younger brother was impatient and wanted to do things quickly. While the older brother was showing progress of his training the younger brother was frustrated that he couldn't use aura. Then one day the younger brother found a way to use his aura at a faster pace. What he didn't know it would end up causing destruction. You see Hikari aura that people and pokemon have are tied to emotions. If you some how lose control of your emotions you lose control of your aura. That's what happened to the younger brother he lost control of his aura and it corrupted him. He did horrible things like destroying villages, hurting pokemon, and killing people. He was like a wild animal on a rampage. It took his brother and master to stop him unfortunately it resulted in his death." Arron said seriously which scared his daughter.
Arron saw her frightened face as Lucario comfort her.
"That was years ago Hikari, now aura guardians found ways to help control their aura and their emotions. One is intense training but since your too young for that will go with option two meditation it helps clear the mind and helps you focus more. I'll be teaching you these techniques to help to get a hold of your emotions so you'll be able to use your aura safely."
"Listen Hikari I'm sorry I have to scare you like that but you must understand training and using aura can have a great impact positively if trained correctly. It also can have a negative impact as well. I don't want lose you Hikari. I already had this discussion with Riley when he was started his training so he won't end up like the younger brother. I don't want you to end up like him either." Arron said in worry and sadness.
Hikari saw this and ran up to hug her father. "It will be alright daddy I won't end up like the younger brother." Hikari made a vow to her father.
They pulled away from the hug and smiled.
"Alright Hikari I'll teach you some breathing exercises while I teach you how to meditate." Sir Arron said.
"Alright let's get to work!" Hikari said in excitement which made Arron and Lucario chuckle at Hikari's antics.
Arron taught Hikari taking big deep breath one help you calm yourself down and two to prep yourself for meditation. Arron showed his daughter to sit down and while having your legs across with each other is a stance to get ready to meditate. Lastly you close your eyes and only focus on soothing thoughts while sitting. Hikari tried it and she was getting the hang of meditating. They meditated for a couple of hours before Lucario reminded them it's getting late.
"Let's stop for today Hikari, tomorrow I'll teach you how to use your aura while meditating it'll be easier for you to use your aura this way." Arron told her. This got Hikari excited.
"I can't wait until tomorrow daddy" Hikari said
As they left the temple to make their way back to the village. A man in his late twenties with short blond hair, brown eyes, underneath his right eye is a beauty mark, he was wearing a black body suit of armor on his chest is a symbol of a crown with a orange eye in the middle. Next to him was a hermit crab pokemon. It was pink but had purple marks on it's head and arms. He also has a shell on it arm that looked like a lance. The man smiled evilly as they left.
"All according to plan Slowbro, once we steal the last DNA fossil will be able to create our very own Mew soldier. Now it's up to my brilliant wife and her Salazzle to round up all our test subjects. It's such such a shame that all the adults from the village had to be slaughtered for the great King of Newtopia Andrias Leviathan dream to conquer all regions will come true." The man was faking sympathy. Slowbro nodded his head in agreement to his partner.
"Hopefully they can get rid of the aura guardian, his pokemon and that little twerpette. All though she would make a lovely test subject even if she survive's. Her life will belong to Andrias to use her for domination. If she does end up dead good riddance for a traitor's daughter." The man said.
"Come on Slowbro we have a fossil to find." The man said. As he and his Slowbro went up to the temple.
Arron, Lucario, and Hikari were walking towards the village when they saw lots of smoke which alarmed them. They ran as fast as they can. What happened next shocked them to their very core. When they got to the village it was engulfed in flames. Arron was stunned at the horrifying sight. Lucario glared at this monstrosity display if he ever find out who was responsible for this he would make them pay. Hikari collapsed on the ground her hands covered her mouth as tears streaks were on her face seeing the village in flames.
Then Arron then thought about the DNA fossil back at the temple. The people that burned down his village were probably after it. He had to stop them who knows what kind of damage it could bring. Lucario thought the same way as it ran back to the temple. Arron looked at Hikari he kneeled down to her level.
"Listen Hikari this is important. I'm going after Lucario, he probably going back to the temple to see if the people that burn our village were trying to steal the fossil. Please stay right here where it's safe, don't go to the village we don't know if those people are still down there. I"ll be back Hikari." Arron said as he ran after Lucario.
A few minutes later Hikari heard screaming calling for help. Hikari knew she should had stayed here but there were people down that were in trouble. Her father taught her to always help those in need when they get into trouble. So Hikari ran towards the burning village to the screams of help. Ignoring her father's warning of danger.
Exiting the temple the man and his Slowbro holding the Mew DNA fossil in his hands.
"We did it Slowbro we got the fossil now let's go back to camp and see how the village raid went."
Before they could leave the area a aura sphere launched to the ground stopping them in place. Lucario appeared before them glaring at them sharply.
"Stop right there thieve your not going anywhere with that fossil I highly suggest you return it."
The man hold the tip of his nose and sighed he didn't need this right now.
"Let me make this clear, you are the servant and I'm the person how's above all other pokemon. I'm going to give you one last warning to leave quietly." The man said.
"If I don't." Lucario said angrily.
"Then you get to see what happens to people when they get in my way." The man said evilly.
"Get him Slowbro!" The man commanded.
Slowbro nodded and went after Lucario.
Lucario used bone rush while Slowbro used Venoshock out of his arm shell. Lucario used his bone rush to knock out all the poison away.
"Your impressive I'll give you that but you won't stop me and King Andrias's dream. Me and our army will complete it one way or another. SLOWBRO USE SLUDGE WAVE!!"
"What King Andrias?! That tyrant he's behind all this!!" Lucario said in rage.
The man smiled evilly at Lucario. "It was simple really we were able to track down the temple thanks to inside information about the fossil thanks to two Professor that helped us create Mew. Even though they didn't know we were using them. Hahahaha. The man laughed madly this really upset Lucario. While he was distracted by his anger Slowbro summoned a large wave of purple ooze coming from behind him as it was coming to Lucario. Lucario came to his senses as he used his bone to propel himself in the air. The man smiled as he got where he want Lucario. He gave Slowbro the signal. Slowbro nodded as he let out venoshock as he aim for Lucario's eyes like a sniper. Lucario try to use his aura to block it but Slowbro used his psychic powers to block his aura. He was defenseless as the poison had hit his eyes causing to become blind by the poison. If that man and his Slowbro thinks this would stop him he had another thing coming. He used his aura to sense him and Slowbro as he strike him with bone rush which was super effective against him because he's part poison.
"All right no more games! I think is time why people call me the aura guardian killer." The man gave Lucario an evil smile.
"Lucario use Psychic on him and cut off his aura." The man commanded.
Slowbro used his psychic powers when his body and eyes glow blue, then Lucario's body was surrounded with blue power restraining him from moving. Slowbro levitated him as he was in front of him.
"Now any last words before you die." The man asked menacingly.
"Do your worst." Lucario said.
"Slowbro use shell side arm!!" The man commanded.
His arm glowed purple as the spikes glow as Slowbro strike him with some force multiple times as he screamed in pain.
"Ahhhhhh!!"
A few minutes later Lucario was very injured and was poison due to him being part fighting type and being pounded with poison multiple times because of his resistance to poison due to being part steel type which still made him conscious.
"Now Slowbro finish him." The man said. As Slowbro was getting ready to attack again but an aura sphere knocked him back. Which let Lucario to break Slowbro's hold on him. The man glared at whoever did that.
Arron revealed himself as he was in shock of what happened to his best friend.
"Lucario my friend are you alright what happened?" Arron asked.
"Uhhhhh. I'm so sorry Arron I tried to stop him but he and his Slowbro were too strong for me to handle." Lucario said.
"It's alright Lucario I'm here, I'll take care of this as he threw his staff as he used his aura to try to save his best friend by sealing him. Lucario noticed it and panicked.
"Arron wait you don't understand his Slowbro it's…."
Before Lucario could finish he finished sealing Lucario and send back to Cameron Castle.
Then Arron was trapped by Slowbro's psychic energy he couldn't move as he was now in the same position as his best friend.
"To sacrifice yourself by your best friend Nobel but stupid. Oh well killing you will be the best kind of award the traitor of Newtopia." The man gave Arron an amused smile.
"What you work for Andrias?" Arron said in shock.
"Yes me and what's left that we're loyal to the crown after you and Leif betray King Aldrich and Prince Andrias. His followers dedicated our lives of getting revenge on you and Leif. Now that I had you in my grasp we will had to deal with the blond women."
"Who are you and why are you here?!" Arron demanded.
"I guess I can tell you who I am before you die. My name is Ford Waybright 2nd Lt. of team Core." Ford said.
"Team Core?" Arron said confused.
"Oh yeah, after your meddling in Newtopia, King Andrias and his followers had to leave the Orre region because our force exile. King Andrias decided to create multiple teams in each region to conquer them for him. We almost 50% ready to try to take over Kanto again it will take another 5 years to do it though but it will be worth the wait." Ford said.
"You'll never get away with this!" Arron screamed angrily at Ford before he smiled.
"You are in no position in making demands Arron. Slowbro I'm growing bored put him out of his misery. Use shell side arm. Ford said coldly as he enjoyed Arron's pain until his death.
"Aggggrhhhhhh!!!!" Arron screamed in pain. His last thoughts were, at least Lucario and Hikari are save as he black out permanently.
Back at the burning village Hikari tried to pinpoint the voices until she saw Sprig, Ivy, and Maddie standing there with fear on their faces.
"Sprig!!, Ivy!!, Maddie!! Are you guys alright what happened to the village?!" I asked my friends.
They all had tears in there eyes what happened to the village had scared them.
"This blond hair women and male came to the village with an army of soldiers they had black suits of armor with a black and orange crown symbol on there chest. The blond women said that we are here to invite all the adults to a banquet in their camp. She explained it was an act of peace between the village and their kingdom to form of partnership. Many of the adults including Mister Sundew. You mother didn't believe her she told us to run at the first sight of trouble. The soldiers took all the adults to their camp. Then the blond man left the village to go somewhere and that's the last time we saw the adults." Sprig said.
"Then when the blond women left to talk to someone Sprig asked one of the soldiers to leave the village to look for you and your father. The soldier told Sprig he couldn't leave because of the Lt. orders. Sprig asked why can't they leave? The soldier said "it's because the Lt. wanted to use the kids as test subjects while the other soldiers kills all the adults. Don't tell any body he said". Then Sprig gave him a thumbs up before saying "hey everybody it's all a sham they don't want peace they want us as prisoners"!!! All the children panicked as they started fighting the soldiers. One kid hit a soldier on the helmet with a rock which dented the helmet. All right you kids the soldier said. The other kids were going to attack the soldiers until the blond lady got back with a purple, red, and black lizard. "Leave them to me you guys, I'll make them step back in line". The blond women said. "You lot just made a big mistake enjoy your time with first Lt. Waybright". The soldier said smirking at the kids. "I'm going to make this an example for all of you too fall back in line or else"! Lt. Waybright called Salazzle use flame bursts tear the whole village down with your flames. Salazzle unleashed a couple of flames that set the village on fire. All the kids were in shock by this that nice women turned out to be an evil person that set there village ablaze. The children looked angry at them as they yelled at her. She smirked evilly before saying "END OF DISCUSSION"!! "Now that wasn't so hard". She said before Sprig used his toy sling shot to aim at her face. In a few seconds there was mud all over her face "WHAT THE HECK!!" "She screamed that's it guards capture them all!!!" The soldiers started capturing kids while other kids try to escape the soldiers were able to catch up to them me, Sprig, and Ivy mange to slip past the soldiers without them noticing us." Maddie said explained the whole situation to Hikari who was now crying for the loss of her mother.
"We're sorry Hikari about your mother we wish we could have done more." Ivy said sadly.
"It's… all right Ivy. My Mom… saved you guys. I'm happy…. you are all save. Hikari said while crying. Besides Dad will be back with Lucario and they'll kick them out of the village."
"I'm sorry Hikari for using my slingshot at that Lt. It's just she got on my nerves the way she was talking to everyone it just made me mad. Now I wish I hadn't then maybe the other won't been captured."
"Sprig it didn't matter they were going to capture them anyway." Hikari reassured Sprig.
"Now let's get out of here and find a place to wait for my Dad and Lucario."
"Hey did you hear that?" A soldier asked.
"Yeah, there maybe be children that escaped." Another soldier asked.
"Let's find them and take the kids back to Lt. Waybright. She could reward us for finding more test subjects." The soldier said.
"Let's spread out and look for them they couldn't gone too far." The second soldier said.
Hikari and her friends panicked that the soldiers know they were here. Hikari grabbed Sprig and Ivy's hands while Maddie follow them as they ran.
They found an alleyway that wasn't damaged by the flames.
"What do we do they know there here?" Sprig said with worry.
"Maybe we can fight them?" Ivy suggested.
"That won't work you guys even if we manage to take both soldiers down. They would probably sent in reinforcements. Then they would have captured all of us and by the way you all described what the soldiers were going to do with the other children. It can't be good." Hikari said.
Then she had an a idea when she sees a barrel. She picked up Sprig and put him inside, then she put Ivy, lastly Maddie was put into the barrel.
"Hikari what are you doing?" Ivy asked.
"Shhh. Be quite Ivy the soldiers will hear you. Sprig, Ivy, and Maddie please stay in this Barrel and don't leave until the soldiers leave. Whatever happens next, I want you three to be brave for me." Hikari said.
"Wait what about you Hikari aren't you going to stay here with us? Sprig asked.
Hikari became silent when Sprig asked.
"Your not, you can't." Ivy understood what Hikari was going to do.
"It's the only way Ivy to make sure all of you are safe." I'm going to let the soldiers catch me so they won't find you guys. Hikari explained.
"What's going to happen to you?" Sprig was scared for his friend.
"Don't worry Sprig, my Dad and Lucario will come and save me and the other kids then will return to the village. Do you trust me?" Hikari asked.
Sprig looked at Hikari before saying "I trust you Hikari be safe."
"Please be careful" Ivy said.
"Thank you Hikari for protecting us from the soldiers." Maddie said.
"Hey I heard a child in this area." The soldier said.
"That's my que, Sprig, Ivy, and Maddie please be safe and remember what I just said."
All three kids nodded there heads as Hikari left the alleyway. The soldiers spotted her as sh ran away from them for a few minutes. Due to the soldiers having longer legs then hers they catch up to her as the soldiers knocked her down and then pinned Hikari so she couldn't escape. Hikari was unconscious as everything around her turn black.
Hikari remember very little of what happened for the next few days since due to the soldiers rough treatment when they captured her back in the village. She was still unconscious and was like sleeping in a dream. That dream turned into a nightmare as she felt so much pain in her entire body. She couldn't scream due to her unconsciousness. She felt her body was on fire as her bones started to feel like there being rearrange. It was like someone kept sticking her with needles until they were satisfied. She really thought she was dyeing with all the pain she felt. She wished her Dad and Lucario were here. Then by a miracle the pain stopped a little, then as time went on the pain was getting less and less until it was gone completely. Then one day Hikari woke up from her mini coma to see the women with long blond hair, a man with short hair underneath his eye a beauty mark, a man with short black hair, that wore glasses, a white lab coat with a sickening sweet smile on his face, the last man looked worried for her for some reason he was bald, he wore glasses, has a white mustache, wore a blue shirt, tan pants, a red and yellow tie that look like fire, and a white lab coat.
I looked around to see I was in some sort of hospital that has containers of medicine. There was a heavily guarded door to make sure no one can escape. I noticed a ventilation shaft but it was too high for me to reach plus my body feels achy. What did they do to me?! I thought angrily at them.
"Magnificent!" The black haired scientist said he looked Taiwanese due to his accent. I noticed the crown symbol on his lab coat it was the same as the one on the soldiers that kidnapped me. He looked crazy and evil with that look on his face but then again most people in the room were but the one that wasn't was the one with the fire tie.
"Finally after 109 failed attempts we finally succeeded!" The Taiwanese scientist continued excitedly, making him look like a kid in a candy store.
What the hell. Did I hear that right? They said failed attempts could they have… I gasped in realization that something had happened to the children in the village. Oh Arceus I prayed that Sprig, Ivy, and Maddie weren't involved in these failed attempts. This is Horrible those monsters.
"What did you do to me?! What happened to the rest of the kids in my village?!!" I screamed at them.
The crazy Taiwanese scientist smirks at me while the other blond hair people did the same, "sorry my little pet, we can't hear you. But don't worry from now on we'll have lots of fun."
I looked absolutely mortified at the Taiwanese scientist he was he crazier then I thought. I guess continue experimenting on children can do it to a person. Well at least the other scientist was not out of his mind like his partner.
"I'm quite sure you want to know what I did to you," The Taiwanese scientist laughed. "You see, we decided to inject the children from the village to inject Mew's DNA inside them to create the most powerful human for Team Core. We knew they had to be young that's why we took the children from your village instead of slaughtering them like we did to all the adults from the village. Unfortunately almost all the children from the village had ended dead, their bodies weren't able to endure the entry of such powerful cells. And there is where you come in, for some reason your body was able to endure it and absorbed the DNA perfectly, assimilating the DNA into your body perfectly. I call it a miracle really. I know I will call you Mewjr.!" The children from my village are all dead. I'm the only survivor that made it out from all of this.
I was horrfied. What the hell! Mew's DNA the same DNA my Dad talked about that was inside the temple they stolen it! Mewjr?! Wait if there's a jr, what happened to two? Does that mean I have superpowers now. I thought.
I looked at them enraged, "and why do you think I will join Team Core!? My Dad and his Lucario will come here and take down and take me away from this place!!
The man with the blond hair laughed at me as he thought I said something funny.
"It would be kinda of hard for someone to rescue you since Arron is already dead. I made sure he was dead since I'm the one that killed him. I even showed his body to my boss he was so happy that the aura guardian Sir Arron is finally out of the way we can finally set our plans in motion.
"You what!! HOW…HOW COULD YOU! YOU'LL NEVER GET AWAY WITH THIS!!! I said in rage ready to strike them for killing my father.
"This isn't cute anymore END OF DISCUSSION!!" The blond women said. That made me back down a little since Ivy told me about her. It was probably for the best if I just be obedient for now until I found a way to get out of here.
"Now that wasn't so hard was it. I see I have some work ahead of me to get you to be more obedient so you won't get out of line." She said in sweet sickening voice.
"Alexandra, please be careful she is still the daughter of that traitor Arron." The male said bitterly.
"Ford sweetie leave the obedient training to the professionals. Besides my the time I finish with her she'll already to broken in by our King." Alexandra told Ford.
I didn't like what she was suggesting on what she was going to do with me. I see the other scientist was mortified of what he heard from Alexandra.
"I already told you my pet, we can't hear anything you say," the crazy Taiwanese scientist says. "You should forget about your dreams, your past life, your friends, and family. This is going to be your new life, me and Lt. Alexandra Waybright here will train you in shape for our King."
I gulped at the crazy Taiwanese scientist who was smiling evilly as he, Alexandra Waybright and Ford were leaving through the door. The other scientist had a blank expression on his face but as the conversation was going on the scientist expression changed to sadness, mortified, and lastly outraged. He did kept looking at me like he seen a ghost. Then again I thought he looked familiar to me but I can't put my finger on it. He reluctantly left the room like his collages did.
"Ahhhh!" I screamed in frustration who do they think they are treating me like a pet. If they think I'm going to corporate with an evil organization they better think again. Once I found a way out of this place I'll make my escape.
Maybe it has to do with my aura. That I survived the experiment, then my grey gem appeared in front of me. I'm just relieved those people didn't take it Dad told me to keep this gem safe. Okay, first thing I had to figure out is where I am. I know I'm not on Mirage Island since they kidnapped me and the other children. The next step is to get out of here. The only way out is to sneak out, but if it comes to it I may have to fight them off. Since I wasn't able to activate my aura I'm in a big pickle here. I will get out of this place if it's the last thing I do.
For now I have to sleep since my body feel so achy. Maybe it will feel better tomorrow hopefully so I can get out of here. I sighed as I lay down to take a nap at least they gave me sheets and a blanket for me to sleep with.
I woke up to see the stable scientist shaking me awake I didn't enjoy being wake up this way.
I look irritable as I look at the second scientist that was watching me before, I end up backing away a few feet from my bed.
"What do you want!?" I yelled at him.
Is it already morning, my body doesn't think it's morning do to being sore and not well rested. It was going to be difficult to fight him and the soldiers now. Well the pain wasn't as bad as yesterday.
"Shhhh, lower your voice Ms. Uzumaki. I'm getting you out of here," the stable scientist whispered to me.
I looked at him with a shocking expression, "why are you helping me? Aren't you in league with the people from Team Core who kidnapped me the children from my village and not to mention killing all the adults including my parents!?" I say while eyeing him suspiciously. This could be a trap set up by Team Core.
The stable scientist sighed, "I'm done with Team Core and their King," he explained to me which surprised me. I've seen what they do to Pokemon and human beings they only cause pain and suffering. I was a fool to stay in a place like this for so long."
I have to admit he does sound sincere, but as much as I want to believe him, I can't help but think maybe he's doing this to gain my trust before he takes me to that crazy scientist.
"Now, keep quiet Ms. Uzumaki and follow me, we don't want to warn the other soldier that we are escaping. Also I packed a bag for you with your clothes that you were wearing. I took the liberty to wash them." I took the green and white backpack and saw my clothes that I was wearing before I was taken away. I slept the gem into the backpack without the stable scientist noticing.
I stood up as I followed him out of the room and into a labyrinth, with a lot of twists and turns there were probably to confuse intruders. We suddenly stop in front of a sliver door. I was confused and looked at the white coated man for him to explain himself.
"Wait here for a sec Ms. Hikari it won't take long, I have to delete the data from the computers so no one would try to repeat this project." He says, before using a card in his hand to open the door as he entered the room.
To keep myself occupied for the time being I looked around until I see a door with a sigh that says 'PROJECT EEVEE'. My curiosity got the best of me as push the door as it opened. It was very dark in the room so I saw the light switch and flipped it. I heard a whimper, then I see a small Eevee locked in a glass cage she was shaking with fear and I can see her ears were down.
"What do you think your doing Ms. Hikari? I jumped when I heard the scientist voice.
"I was just looking around," I said. "I kinda of felt connected towards to this pokemon who were being tested by Team Core like, like…"
"I understand, but we are really in a hurry and we can call the police after we escape to help all of the Pokemon Team Core kept.
I understood where he's coming from, but when I looked at this Eevee. I couldn't help but stare into her fearful eyes that seem to spark a light of hope. After what that scientist did to the poor Eevee I'm not surprised. I could see a fire in this Eevee that shines so brightly of one day to escape from here to be happy and free.
"Sir can we please take this Eevee with us?" I beg the stable scientist, who's expression was skeptical at first but then he started to ponder of what I just said.
When Ms. Uzumaki suggested we bring this Eevee with us, I didn't want to since we were at a time crunch as it is, Then I thought of what Ms. Uzumaki had been through of loosing her home and her family in one night. Maybe bringing the Eevee will help her to try to put her life back together again plus those two were made for each other.
"Alright we'll take Eevee with us just wait for a few minutes." He said, I was so happy that Eevee was coming with us as I grinned.
The stable scientist gave me his card key as he explained what the card does to open doors and cages. I slowly make my way towards Eevee's cage. I keep whispering that 'everything is going to be okay your safe with us.'I was able to open the cage, I tried to seem not threatening as I slowly grabbed Eevee and hold her in my arms.
"Alright, let's go Ms. Uzumaki. We don't have much time left until the other members of Team Core notice something isn't right. I really don't want to deal with Alexandra and Ford Waybright if they found out about what I did." They both left the room with Eevee in her arms.
I tried to hold Eevee in my arms ever so gently as I could who is trembling a little bit. Luckily it didn't take long to reach the front door because how big it was. The stable scientist used his key card to open the door. I flinched a little to feel the hot air hit my skin. I looked to see it was dark out since the sky was still dark and the stars where so bright. I noticed that the lab was located in the desert . Oh great how do we get out of the desert now, if we walk by foot we surely will die for lack of water, hunger, or heat stroke.
"How are we getting out of here? I couldn't help but worry about our situation.
"We're flying to Professor Oak's Lab in Kanto, He's a powerful man and very influential in the Kanto Region. He's an old friend of mine and my twin brother, he will be able to help us."
"Wait a minute Daddy and Mommy came from that region do you think Professor Oak know them?" I asked.
"It's not just Professor Oak Ms. Uzumaki everyone one in the Kanto Region will know your family because of what your father did fifth teen years ago. He helped saved the Kanto Region from King Aldrich once ruler of the Orre Region and maybe save all the other regions in the process. He also fought in that war plus saving a lot of pokemon and people in the process. They probably will be very grateful to your father. I wouldn't be surprise if they treated you like a hero too being the daughter of the great Sir Arron Uzumaki savior of all regions. Listen Ms.Uzumaki you mustn't tell anyone about how your family was. There is a strong possibility that Team Core would find you and recapture you again for you to become their weapon. What happened to your village could happen again in another town you would be staying at, but this time they will make sure to kill everybody since I deleted their data."
Hikari was very scared she didn't want the same thing to happen again with more innocent people so she agreed to stay quiet about her past. Eevee comfort her me rubbing her head next to Hikari's arm as she smiled at her. As she started to pet Eevee's fur for more comfort.
"I want to thank you for helping me, without your help I would have become their weapon of mass destruction," I said genuinely. Although I don't fully trust him yet he is getting me and Eevee out of here so it's a bonus.
The stable scientist got out a red and white pokeball before he continued to talk, he looked very ashamed of himself with his eyebrows were frowning down. "No, I should be the one to apologize. I hurt many people and pokemon of what I thought would progress the world, but that's no excuse to experiment on livings beings especially…. children. I could have stopped this madness a long time ago but I didn't."
He really sounded genuinely ashamed of himself of what he had done. That did it, he now made me want to completely trust him completely now. I can feel Eevee squirming in my arms, when she learned that he was one of the scientist that experimented on her.
"I can't say about the others that worked for Team Core, but you don't look like a bad guy to me, even though you did bad stuff in the past, your making it up now by helping us to escape and maybe saving a lot of people in the process for that I forgive you. As for my name is Hikari Uzumaki!" I gave him my signature smile.
He seem to be in shock that I forgave him so quickly and smiled weakly at me. "I don't know how you can forgive me so easily after what we did to you. Like I said before, you probably aren't going to have a normal life ever again and Team Core will stop at nothing to recapture you. I am glad you forgave me then again your Arron's daughter after all, just call me if you ever need anything and I promise to come to you. It's nice to meet you Hikari Uzumaki, please call me Blaine Forge." Which caused my eyes to grew wide at the name. Daddy talked about how he knew a scientist named Blaine Forge along with Fuji when he was helping them look for Mew's DNA fossil. He looked different now then the picture Daddy show me he really gotten old now. Eevee looked at me curiously when I looked at Blaine and looked shocked that I was also experimented on.
I showed him my signature smile and said, "no problem, but let's get out of here now."
Blaine nodded as he threw his pokeball to release a massive dragon like creature in front of us. I never seen a pokemon this massive before even in my village. My train of thought was knocked out when Blaine picked me up while I was holding Eevee. He put us on the back of the dragon like pokemon. I must say this was an exciting new experience for me since I never rode a pokemon before, I can feel his scales on my hand as I touched it's back while I can feel the heat on my back thanks to his tail that was like a torch.
At Blain's command, the dragon like pokemon beats his powerful wings and lift us in the air. I hold to dear life with all my strength while I hold on to Eevee. What they didn't know my eyes glow a rose pink color while we reached a higher altitude. The glow died down as I got comfortable, as the dragon like pokemon protected us from protecting his passengers.
The ride turned to minutes to hours as my eyes grew heavy. It wasn't long before I payed on it's back as me and Eevee were on our way to dream land.
Waking up from my slumber was surprisingly refreshing since I was able to get more sleep. I felt like I was covered by the world's softest blanket. Although my stomach is growling since I haven't eaten in days which was accurate of how long I was at the lab. I got up when I noticed I was in a bedroom on the side there was a bed table with a picture frame of a pokemon I haven't seen before, there was a blue carpet on the floor as well as pictures of pokemon on the walls. I looked at the window to see a variety of pokemon out there running around and having fun. So this is Professor Oak's lab I thought. I saw my new back pack on the bed. I opened it to get my clothes out. I really am happy to get my clothes back, the white dress Team Core put me in wasn't desirable. I got up to go to the bathroom as I looked in the mirror I noticed that my blue eyes are gone now and are replaced my pale pink ones. It was probably a side affect when that crazy scientist injected me with Mew's DNA. I looked at my body to see if there are any other changes, but to me relieve my body was still the same before I was kidnapped. I went to put my old clothes back on as I got the grey gem and put it around my neck and hid it in my shirt. I decided to head out of the room.
The lab had a lot of doors to rooms that had some kind of machines that I had no idea how they work or desks submerged of files of paper or books. My exploration of the lab was interrupted when I heard a cry behind me, before being pushed to the ground by an unforeseen force.
"Your finally awake!" A little dazed because of the fall, I got up off the ground to see Eevee, I was happy she was doing alright since being captured by Team Core.
"Hey there girl, good to see you're doing better then last night." I said looking at her.
"Yes! I'm doing well! Have you tasted the food here? It's really good I was surprised by good it was back at the lab they would make me eat food that was so awful." I was sad that Eevee had to be forced to eat horrible prepared food for her to eat.
"I'm sorry you have to eat something that would make you puke." I said sadly to Eevee.
"It's alright, that's all in the past now I'm looking forward to the future." Eevee told me. Then Eevee realized that I can somehow understand stand her when she talks.
"Did you just understand me?" I nodded to her, I'm guessing this is not normal to pokemon.
"The reason I can understand you Eevee because I'm an aura user. We are born with the ability to understand pokemon and use aura to protect pokemon and people." I explained to her.
"That's so cool!" Eevee said, which made me smile.
"Ah I see you'r awake, and you two already found each other, you know when you were asleep Eevee never leaves your side not even for a second." Looking at the stairs I see a 50 year old man. His short hair was a mixture of tan and grey, he wore a red sweater, tan pants, black sole shoes, and has brow eyes.
"You must me Professor Oak, It's an honor to meet you sir my name is Hikari. Thank you for helping us."
"You don't need to thank me young lady, it's my job as a regional professor to ensure the future of the next generation. What Team Core did was unforgivable." I gave him a faint smile.
"I still want to thank you for helping me and Blaine, and speaking of Blaine where is he?"
"You mean the guy with glasses he already left, I think he said he was going back home or something?" Eevee answered.
"Thank you Eevee."
"Blaine did said you are Arron Uzumaki's daughter. I figure you have the same ability as your father did, I met him during the war in Orre when I was brought as an expert to help our soldiers learn about the pokemon that they will be facing during the war. Your father was a kind hearted person who loved pokemon very much. I had no doubt you take after him."
It shocked me that he knew Daddy.
"I heard of your situation from Blaine, but let's think of the good side of things, you were able to escape, and with Blaine's help we are able to identify all the soldiers and scientists that work for Team Core. Unfortunately, we could never identify the King or the Leader of Team Core. A suspect it was Andrias since he holds a deep hatred for your father, but we didn't have enough evidence to place him as the leader." Professor Oak said.
"I hope the people working with Team Core didn't leave or do anything drastic to the lab when they noticed we left."
"But what's going to happen to me? I can't go back to the village since it was burn down, the people from the village either survive or dead. As for my parents they are dead too where will I go? I'm not exactly normal anymore. Would Team Core leave us in peace?" Eevee had gotten worried as she looked at Professor Oak.
Oak's expression turned serious: "The League wanted to keep you under watch, but I refused. You already suffered enough, you will be staying here in Pallet Town." Then a doorbell ranged at the his front door. "Oh it must be her she's early."
"Her, who?" I asked.
"Oh right I need to explain. You see Hikari when you and Blaine landed in Pallet town last night. I was already having dinner with a family friend, we both came out as we see you, Eevee and Blaine on a Charizard. You were asleep with Eevee. Blaine told us about your situation back at my lab. Me and my friend were both horrified that happened. So, my family friend had decided to adopt you since you lost both your parents." Professor Oak explained.
"Her name is Delia Ketchum, I knew her since she was a little girl. She has the biggest heart and an amazing cook. She works at a restaurant called Pallet Cafe. She loved pokemon just as much as I do, she'll love your Eevee." Professor Oak described Delia.
Then he opened his front door to see a young woman probably in her mid twenties long red hair like my mother seeing that made me miss Mom. She has amber eyes, wearing a reddish blouse and a long blue skirt and tan flats.
"My goodness, I'm so happy your awake. My name is Delia Ketchum I lived down the street to Professor Oaks Lab."
"Hello my name is Hikari Uzumaki is nice to meet you."
"Your so polite, I'm happy to meet you sweetie." Delia gently said.
"Professor Oak said your going to adopt me? Why?" I asked.
"Yes, I told Professor Oak that I wanted to adopt you because your still a little girl Hikari who needs someone to take care of you. When I first saw you, I immediately wanted to take you in. Eevee is also welcome to stay with us too." Delia said.
"Thank you Ms. Ketchum for taking me in."
"It's no trouble dear but call me Mom from now on we're going to be family after all."
"Professor Oak I want to know if I can still be a trainer." Professor Oak and Delia looked a Hikari with sympathy as she continued. "I have a dream to become a Pokemon Master. I want to travel the world see the forests, mountains, oceans, and rivers. I want to meet all the pokemon, make friends, learn a lot about pokemon, and experience new regions! Professor Oak and Delia looked at Hikari remembered that same enthusiasm they had when they were young. Delia smiled as she ruffled her hair.
"That determination, you reminded me of myself and Delia when we were younger." Professor Oak went to his desk to take out a book about Kanto Pokemon. "You convinced me Hikari, how about I help you study to become a pokemon trainer for the next five years. I'll teach you about the Kanto pokemon, how to take care of them, how to make medicine and food for pokemon."
"Thank you Professor Oak, I want to learn about these amazing creatures and I have so much to learn." As I pet Eevee. Professor Oak and Delia nodded in agreement. For willing to learn and your spirit of adventure. I decided to invite you to Pokemon Summer camp next week where you can meet the other kids in Pallet town with similar interests of becoming trainers. You'll be able to make new friends and learn about Pokemon.
"I would love that Professor!" As I jump for joy. Eevee jumped as well. Then both our stomachs growled with hunger.
"Looks like somebody is ready to eat breakfast." Delia said teasing her new daughter.
"I'll go make pancakes for everyone one." Delia said as she went to the kitchen to make breakfast.
I think I'm going to like it here, I thought.
Hikari and Eevee had found a new home in a small town called Pallet. After the experiences they both had they became best friends. What will happened next for these two as the journey continues.
Okay I finish with all the Prologues. The next chapter will be for the main story. I decided to give Sasha parents names to make the characters more interesting since the anime didn't show Sasha or Marcy's parents. I decided to fix that as for the Wu's I'll make names from them too. The next chapter will be when Hikari meets Goh, Chloe, Darrel and Mew. It will also show a certain yellow mouse pokemon too.
