~Salvatore Boarding House~
In the Formal Study of the Salvatore Boarding House, the Younger Salvatore Brother could be found slumbering away in an Antique Baroque Armchair before the roaring Fireplace after having fallen asleep while reading in the late hours of the Evening. However, due to his having been consuming the Mystical Blood of his Doe Eyed Fae, the Green Eyed Vampire was immediately roused from his slumber by the near inaudible sound of deft footsteps from further within the massive abode. In mere seconds, the Chestnut Haired Man had risen from the Armchair with an apparent caution written across his features as he ventures into the Parlor at the familiar sound of 'WHOOSHING' that indicated Vampire Speed.
"Damon...?" Stefan Salvatore called into the resounding silence that had long since descended across the Salvatore Boarding House.
With cautious footsteps, the Younger Salvatore Brother approached the darkened Entrance Corridor with narrowed eyes of suspicion as he focused his Enhanced Hearing to listen for further indication of the Vampire that he could practically sense, something of which could only be attributed to the Fae Blood that flowed through every ounce of his very being. And with an exceptional bout of Enhanced Speed and Strength at the precise moment that an admittedly familiar blonde blur charged at him, Stefan grasped the unknown Vampire by the throat before suddenly slamming them into the Parlor Wall with his Vampiric Visage on display as he towered above the Blonde Haired Vampire that was now staring at him with an impressed smile.
"And here I was expecting a warmer welcome..." The Blonde Haired Vampire taunted with an apparent smirk as Stefan allowed his Human Facade to appear once more as he stared down at the unexpected intruder with an expression of surprise.
"Lexi?" Stefan voiced with an honest smile appearing across his features as he looked down at his Vampire Best Friend of the prior 145 years.
"Hi." Lexi Branson retorts with an easy smile of her own in response to the brightening of his features as Stefan promptly releases her from his reflexive chokehold.
"What are you doing here?" Stefan questioned with furrowed brows of genuine curiosity directed towards the Blonde Haired Vampire, causing Lexi to pause momentarily with an expression of disbelief.
"How could you even ask that?" Lexi retorted with an incredulous tone of voice as she tilted her head with sincere confusion.
"I've missed you." Stefan admitted with genuine sincerity as he embraced the Blonde Haired Vampire momentarily before Lexi gently parts from her Best Friend with an affectionate smile.
"Happy Birthday." Lexi declares with an innocent tilt of her head before allowing her smile to broaden as Stefan playfully glared at her.
Before much longer, the Green Eyed Vampire allowed his expression to soften as he embraced the Blonde Haired Vampire once more with an appreciative smile written across his features at the thoughtful notion that Lexi had never forgotten his Human Birthday for as long as Stefan had known her. And even during the years that he had ventured into the world on his own, she had always ensured that he would not spend such an occasion alone by effectively tracking him down wherever he happened to be at the time to celebrate his Mortal Birth. Something of which Stefan had been immensely appreciative of in the past due to the tense estrangement between he and his Elder Brother since their Transitioning in September of 1864.
Truthfully, if not for the Blonde Haired Vampire deliberately making an effort to remember such an event, Stefan surmised that he would more often than not merely ignore this particular day to curb the inevitable loneliness that would have ensued should he have been resigned to the Eternity of Misery that the Elder Salvatore Brother had sworn to invoke upon him so long ago. And on several occasions throughout his Eternal Afterlife, Stefan had admittedly felt as though he were merely enduring his existence rather than actually living. But at some point between returning to Mystic Falls and Present Day, he had finally begun to understand that his Vampirism was never meant to have been the burden that he had viewed it thus far...
And it had all been due to the Doe Eyed Fae that had quite literally invoked such profound admiration within his very being for the Eternal Life that had been forced upon him. Because he knew he would never have to suffer through solidarity again with the Ethereal Being that had long since burrowed her way into his heart.
With Dawn on the Horizon, the Vampire Best Friends had eventually come to be in the Younger Salvatore Brother's Attic Bedroom with the Blackout Curtains drawn to prevent the Sunlight from filtering through the Balcony Doors due to the lack of Daylight Jewelry for the Blonde Haired Vampire that was visiting. But despite such, neither Stefan nor Lexi seemed bothered enough for their moods to dampen as they obviously enjoyed their reunion while lounging across the Panel Bed together.
"Stop." Lexi demands laughingly as she glared playfully at her Best Friend while continuously batting his hand away as Stefan jokingly nudges her leg with an amused smile. "I don't know... Some idiot shoots at me with Wooden Bullets, I bail in under 60. Besides... What was that News Reporter doing hunting Vampires anyways?"
"I wouldn't know... I'm not entirely sure who knows about Vampires and who doesn't... Logan Fell apparently had. Which means there could be others... So, I need you to promise me that you'll be careful while you're here..." Stefan pleaded with an imploring tone of voice as he promptly shifted himself into an upright position, causing Lexi to emit an audible groan of feigned annoyance as she playfully glowers at the Green Eyed Vampire.
"But why stay...?" Lexi complains as she stands from the Panel Bed with an exaggerated flourish before pausing as she turns back towards Stefan with an apparent smirk. "I'm headed to New York for the weekend with Lee..." Lexi paused momentarily with narrowed eyes as Stefan arched his brows with an obvious taunting lilt to his smile. "Come on... Bon Jovi in the Garden. Wanted Dead or Alive. It's our Theme Song! It'll be fun!"
"What makes you think he would remember us...? That was one Hell of an insane weekend." Stefan commented with an amused tone of voice as he rested his forearms against his knees with an arched brow directed towards Lexi.
"We can make him remember us... Oh, come on!" Lexi whined with an apparent pout etched across her features as Stefan maintained his disinterest. "Seriously! What's keeping you here?"
"At the risk of repeating myself once again... Her name is Amaya..." Stefan retorted with an amused tone of voice as the smile etched across his features broadened at the mere thought of his Fae Girlfriend.
"Well, let us hope she's better than the last girl that caught your attention..." Lexi comments with an apparent smirk as she retrieved the Funeral Program for Katherine Pierce from 1864 that had been lying idly on the Antique Desk.
"You never even knew Katherine..." Stefan interjected with an arched brow as he made his way towards the Blonde Haired Vampire with an amused smile before snatching the aged parchment from Lexi to place into his Top Desk Drawer.
"If I had, I would have kicked her ass... Little Bitch. Speaking of..." Lexi pauses momentarily with her expression having shifted into that of annoyance as she crossed her arms before her chest. "Where's Damon?"
"If I were to hazard a guess... Inflicting misery upon the innocent..." Stefan retorted with an eyeroll as he directed his attention towards his Best Friend once more with his hands in the pockets of his Leather Jacket. "Will you be alright here alone...? I have somewhere I have to be this Morning..."
"Well, its not like I can leave with the Sun having risen... And you and Damon are the only ones I know with these nifty little Daylight Rings..." Lexi paused momentarily with an apparent smirk as she glanced between Stefan and the minuscule Sunlight filtering through the Balcony Doors before gasping with feigned enthusiasm. "I have this Mood Ring from the Seventies... Trade?"
"You and I both know that's not how this works..." Stefan retorted with an amused tone of voice as he shook his head with playful exasperation.
"Yeah..." Lexi muttered with an audible sigh of feigned sadness as she lulled her head with an innocent smile directed towards her Best Friend.
"Lex...?" Stefan paused momentarily as he looked down upon the Blonde Haired Vampire with an affectionate smile, causing Lexi to emit an audible hum of curiosity in response as her brows furrowed at the sincerity that appeared across his features. "I'm glad you're here."
"What are we doing for your Birthday...? Its not everyday someone turns 162 years old..." Lexi taunts with an innocent smile as she tilted her head with curiosity, causing Stefan to emit an audible groan of feigned exasperation.
"Seriously...?" Stefan retorts with an arched brow directed towards his Blonde Best Friend while struggling to contain his amusement as Lexi nodded her head enthusiastically.
Without further comment, the Green Eyed Vampire allowed an amused smile to appear across his features as he shook his head with fondness at his Blonde Best Friend before eventually taking his leave from the Salvatore Boarding House on his way towards the Police Department in the Mystic Falls Town Square.
~Mystic Falls Town Square~
In the Sheriff's Office at the Mystic Falls Police Department, Sheriff Elizabeth Forbes had been conducting Individual Interviews with several Local Teenagers that may know something about the Sudden Disappearance of Vicki Donovan as well as anything she may have mentioned about the night of the Cemetery Massacre that she was believed to have been the Sole Survivor of.
Where did Vicki say she was going? {Liz Forbes}
She didn't... {Jeremy Gilbert}
Did she tell her Brother where she was going? {Liz Forbes}
No, she didn't say anything to me. She told Jeremy to let me know she was leaving town. {Matt Donovan}
Is there anyone I can talk to that may know what happened to her prior to her leaving town? {Liz Forbes}
Stefan Salvatore may know... He came by the house but she wouldn't talk to him. {Matt Donovan}
What was he doing there? {Liz Forbes}
I had intended to help her... I knew that Amaya had been worried about her Younger Brother due to his involvement with Vicki since he had begun to withdraw from the Drug Phase he had been in since the death of their Parents... {Stefan Salvatore}
So, you got involved because of Amaya...? {Liz Forbes}
Stefan had offered to speak with Vicki on my behalf since I had been worried that she would negatively influence Jeremy. He had finally begun to withdraw from his Drug Phase before he and Vicki had gotten together and I was afraid that Jeremy would loose any amount of progress that he had made due to Vicki's own Addiction Problems. {Amaya Gilbert}
What was her behavior like those last few days before she left? {Liz Forbes}
Up and down. Very sketchy. Like she was coming down from some major partying. {Matt Donovan}
Any signs of aggression or violence? {Liz Forbes}
No. {Matt Donovan}
No. {Jeremy Gilbert}
No. {Amaya Gilbert}
No. {Stefan Salvatore}
So you believe Vicki really has left town? {Liz Forbes}
Yes. {Matt Donovan}
Yes. {Jeremy Gilbert}
Yes. (Amaya Gilbert}
Yes. {Stefan Salvatore}
On the Front Steps of the Mystic Falls Police Department, the Chestnut Haired Vampire could be found waiting for his Fae Girlfriend to emerge after having been questioned by Sheriff Forbes when the Donovan Son exited the building. Without bothering to acknowledge the Younger Salvatore Brother, the Blonde Quarterback promptly made his way through the Parking Lot towards his Pickup Truck without another glance backwards while Stefan merely watched his retreating figure with an unconcerned glimmer within his Forest Green Eyes in regards to his Varsity Teammate's lingering resentment for his actions during the Halloween Carnival.
Moments later, the Green Eyed Vampire was jostled from his thoughtful reverie as his Doe Eyed Fae emerged from the building with her Younger Brother and their Legal Guardian following behind her. However, having immediately noticed her Vampire Boyfriend standing on the Front Steps as he awaited her appearance, Amaya glanced briefly towards her Mortal Family with an elegant smile.
"I have to meet Caroline at the Grill before much longer..." Amaya mentioned as she glanced briefly towards her wristwatch before averting her attention towards her Aunt and Younger Brother. "I'll see you when I come home this Afternoon."
"Okay." Jenna responds with an understanding smile as she glanced between her Younger Niece and the Salvatore Son before making her way towards her car with Jeremy following behind her.
"How was your interview with Sheriff Forbes?" Stefan questioned with an affectionate smile once Amaya had approached him, his fingers threading through her Mahogany Brown Waves almost reflexively.
"Liz has officially declared Vicki Donovan as another Teenage Runaway..." Amaya admitted with an audible sigh of remorse as she glanced briefly towards the Police Department in thought before directing her attention towards Stefan once more. "I was able to speak with Jeremy this morning before Jenna and Elena had woken..." Amaya continued after several moments of allowing herself to relish in the calming presence of her Vampire Boyfriend while Stefan merely continued threading his fingers through her Mahogany Brown Hair. "After everything that had happened with Vicki at the Halloween Carnival... I thought it would be for the better that Jeremy be aware of the truth... About everything... About Vicki. About Damon and yourself. About Elena... About me..."
"And?" Stefan retorted with furrowed brows of curiosity as he examined the unreadable expression that Amaya was currently exhibiting, unable to decipher what his Fae Girlfriend may have been feeling in that particular moment. "How had he reacted to the news?"
"He was surprisingly openminded and accepting... Truthfully, I had prepared myself for him to have similar views to those of his Ancestral Predecessors since such beliefs seem to have become hereditary by this point in the Familial Bloodline... I mean, Grayson and Miranda had both been Active Members of the Founders Council before the Accident. And as far as I'm aware, Grayson's Younger Brother, John Gilbert, continues to consult with the organization when he visits... But Jeremy had not even batted an eyelash with the revelation that Elena and I were considered Supernatural Beings..." Amaya paused abruptly as her thoughts were disrupted by the sudden activation of her Gift of Infinite Knowledge that seemed to disapprove of the Immortal Fae being referred to by the same terminology as that of the Petrova Doppelgängers. "Well, Elena is considered such. The Fae are considered Ethereal Beings since we originate from the Realm of Eternal Life... We are distinctly separate from the varying Species of Unnatural Creatures due to our unparalleled prowess and life expectancy... We are the Infinitely Superior Species."
"As to be expected if the Mythology surrounding the Fae Species are any indication... If only half the concepts depicted in Legend are true... Yourself and your Kindred Sisters are precisely that of which the Ancestral Witches have always endeavored to be... Influential to the Natural Balance. Unrivaled in Magical Prowess. Respected by the Alternating Supernatural Factions... Hell, even the Humans have practically worshipped the Immortal Fae since the Dawn of Time due to their direct association with the Gates of Avalon... And as for Jeremy, Amaya..." Stefan paused as he brought the palms of his hands to caress the delicate skin of her cheeks with adoration gleaming in his Forest Green Eyes. "It does not matter that you are not necessarily Human... He will always be your Younger Brother."
"He had seemed very interested in the mere existence of the Immortal Fae and the benefits that accompany our Awakening... I sincerely doubt that I had found such matters as fascinating as he apparently had when I happened to have discovered the truth..." Amaya commented with an innocent tilt of her head in idle contemplation as she thought upon the moment that she had learned of the intriguing aspects of her own kind. "Though, I suppose the knowledge had merely been insignificant in comparison to the activation of my Fae Abilities and the discovery of my impending Immortality."
"That is completely understandable... You were ultimately Human before your Awakening, Amaya... And to discover that your mere existence could be considered an impossibility even amongst those of the Supernatural Community... I would have been worried if you hadn't been frightened in the beginning. But you seem to have come to terms with the inevitability of Eternity..." Stefan intoned gently as he brushed an affectionate kiss to her forehead as his arms wrapped around her slender waist once more, causing an audible sigh of contentment to filter through Amaya's slightly parted lips as she allowed herself to savor the moment of absolute calm that rarely graced their presence anymore.
For the briefest moment, the Doe Eyed Fae merely leaned herself against the broad chest of the Green Eyed Vampire as he continued to thread his fingers through her Mahogany Brown Waves soothingly as Amaya absentmindedly inhaled the musky scent that she had long since come to associate with her Vampire Boyfriend while Stefan burrowed his nose into her luscious hair to partake in the ever calming aroma of his Fae Girlfriend that seemed to sooth his Inner Demon more than Human Blood ever had.
"I mentioned that I had the ability to alter his memories of what occurred at the Halloween Carnival... If that were what he so desired." Amaya admitted with an audible sigh of resignation as she parted from his broad chest enough to connect her Navy Blue Eyes with his own Forest Green Eyes.
"And...?" Stefan responded with an expression of genuine curiosity as he gazed down at the unreadable expression that had appeared on her features once more.
"He was hesitant in the beginning..." Amaya paused momentarily as she thought upon the conversation that she had with Jeremy earlier that Morning before either their Elder Sister or Aunt had woken. "But he hadn't wanted to remember Vicki as someone that had sought to cause him harm. So, I had offered to remove his memories of Vicki attacking him directly while leaving the remainder of his recollection of that night very much intact... He was determined not to forget that Vicki had attacked Elena and I."
"He wanted to remember that Vicki had threatened your lives..." Stefan ascertained with an affirmative nod of his head in understanding of the reasoning, causing Amaya to direct her attention towards him once more with furrowed brows of confusion. "Vicki had ultimately been the cause of her own Death... She had made the conscious choice amidst her frenzied state of mind to feed from you without your permission, Amaya... Jeremy hadn't wanted to forget that."
As silence descended between the Salvatore/Gilbert Couple once more, Amaya absentmindedly nodded her head in understanding as she allowed her thoughts to consider the idea of Jeremy having been determined to remember that Vicki had been liable for her own demise due to the Donovan Girl's lack of impulse control. However, as her dormant Gift of Foresight suddenly activated itself without her knowledge or consent, the Doe Eyed Fae was momentarily startled when she was swept away into the Mental Vision as she stumbled into the Green Eyed Vampire's embrace with an audible gasp of alarm.
~Vision~
In the Second Floor Bedroom belonging to the Elder Gilbert Twin, the Bennett Daughter enters to find her Childhood Best Friend had long since burrowed herself beneath her comforter as she attempted to ignore everything that was occurring around her. With furrowed brows of concern, the Ancestral Witch approaches the Sleigh Bed that the Human Doppelganger could vaguely be seen under an enormous pile of pillows that concealed her from the outside world.
"You up?" Bonnie Bennett questioned as she paused beside the Sleigh Bed that she knew her Best Friend was hidden within.
"No." Elena Gilbert responded with an audible sigh of resignation as she briefly lowered the comforter to reveal her saddened expression before pulling the blanket over herself once more, causing Bonnie to settle onto the edge of the mattress as she promptly grasped onto the covers in an attempt to force the Gilbert Girl to rouse into the Land of the Living. "No! No!"
"Why haven't you called me back?" Bonnie asks with an arched brow directed towards her Best Friend once Elena had relinquished her grasp on the comforter in defeat.
"I'm sorry..." Elena retorts with an apologetic grimace as she shifted into an upright position with her back leaned against the towering pile of pillows as she focused her attention onto the Bennett Girl.
"Are you just gonna stay in there forever?" Bonnie tauntingly questions with furrowed brows of confusion as she immediately noticed the uncharacteristic behavior that the Gilbert Girl was currently exhibiting.
"Yep." Elena answers with an affirmative nod of her head in response to the joking inquiry as she crossed her arms before her chest with an expression of determination, causing Bonnie to emit an audible sigh of resignation as she shifted towards the pile of pillows that the Gilbert Girl was leaning against.
"Move over..." Bonnie urges with an empathetic smile as she gestured for the Doppelganger to scoot over as the Witch climbed beneath the comforter. "I'm officially worried, Elena... What's going on?"
"I'm tired of thinking. Of talking. I-" Elena begun with an obvious grimace of frustration as her thoughts whirled with memories of the previous weeks, causing Bonnie to furrow her brows with an expression of avid confusion for the unintelligible explanation.
"Can I get the short version so I can at least pretend to be helpful...?" Bonnie interjected with an apologetic smile as she interrupted the confusing dialogue, causing Elena to emit an audible sigh of resignation as she focused her Dark Brown Eyes onto her Childhood Best Friend.
"I got into a fight with Amaya the other night..." Elena admitted with another grimace of displeasure for having to withhold the details of the argument from the Bennett Girl. "Now, she won't even talk to me."
"I'm sorry, Elena. Are you okay?" Bonnie paused momentarily as she emitted an awkward laugh at the incredulous glimmer that filtered through Elena's Dark Brown Eyes at the ludicrous inquiry. "Right. Stupid question... I know I've kinda been MIA here lately when you needed me the most... I suck."
"You wanna make it up to me...? Get my mind off it." Elena suggested with an imploring glance towards her Childhood Best Friend, silently begging for anything that could effectively distract her from the inner turmoil she were suffering at the moment.
"Just remember you asked for it." Bonnie retorted with an excited smile as she promptly closed the Bedroom Window without further explanation.
After having paused briefly to retrieve the scissors from the Bedside Nightstand, the Ancestral Witch eventually perched herself at the bottom of the mattress until she were facing the Human Doppelganger as she removed the pillowcase from an idling pillow. And as the Bennett Girl slashed through the middle of the pillow without an ounce of hesitation, Elena promptly glanced towards Bonnie with widened eyes of shocked disbelief for the peculiar actions of her Childhood Best Friend.
"Be patient." Bonnie urged with an unapologetic smile as she promptly poured the down feathers across the surface of the mattress.
"Okay..." Elena retorts hesitantly as she watches Bonnie pause momentarily with an expression of complete seriousness.
"I need to swear you to secrecy." Bonnie comments with pursed lips of determination as she focused her attention onto her Childhood Best Friend once more.
"It's kinda a bad week for that kinda stuff..." Elena admits with an audible sigh of frustration as she threaded her fingers through her Mahogany Brown Hair.
"I'm serious, Elena... I'm not even supposed to be showing you this." Bonnie interjected with an imploring tone of voice as she unintentionally begged the Gilbert Girl to commit to another act of secrecy.
"Okay, I swear." Elena eventually agrees with an affirmative nod of her head in acceptance before tilting her head with an expression of confusion directed towards her smiling Childhood Best Friend.
"There's no windows open, right?" Bonnie questions rhetorically as she deftly gestured towards both Bedroom Windows that were now closed.
"Right." Elena agreed as she glanced briefly towards the Bedroom Windows to ensure that both were closed.
"There's no fan..? No Air Conditioning...?" Bonnie continues with a nonchalant wave of her hand towards the Second Floor Bedroom, causing Elena to promptly shake her head in confirmation of the peculiar inquiry.
"None..." Elena retorted with furrowed brows of confusion as she glanced towards the scattered feathers that littered the surface of her mattress. "What are you doing?"
"Grams just showed me this. You're gonna love it." Bonnie assured with an excitable smile as she promptly straightened her posture as her Caramel Brown Eyes fluttered closed in concentration while her hands were poised above the pile of down feathers.
After several moments of centering herself with calming breaths, Bonnie allows her Caramel Brown Eyes to flutter open once more as she focused her gaze onto the scattered feathers that littered the mattress. And when one lone feather slowly fluttered into the air in the direction of the Bennett Witch's hovering palm, Elena promptly silenced the lingering questions that fought to escape her as her Dark Brown Eyes widened at the unexpected sight before her.
"Bonnie...?" Elena whispered with widened eyes of absolute astonishment as she glanced from the hovering feather towards her Best Friend's joyous expression.
Without bothering to respond to the unspoken inquiry, Bonnie merely allows her hand to lower as her Caramel Brown Eyes connected with the Dark Brown Eyes of her Childhood Best Friend. And as the Bennett Witch focused her Ancestral Magick onto the Levitation Spell that her Grandmother had taught her, dozens of the scattered feathers suddenly fluttered into the air around the Teenage Girls as Elena deftly shifts to kneel on the mattress as she watched the feathers slowly circling her Second Floor Bedroom with fascination.
"It's true, Elena... Everything my Grams told me..." Bonnie admits with an absentminded tone of voice as she gently toyed with the hovering feathers with an easy smile of contentment. "It's impossible... But it's true... I'm a Witch."
"I believe you." Elena whispered with an affirmative nod of her head as she continued to gaze at the unbelievable sight that surrounded her.
"It's weird, huh? After all this time joking about being Psychic... I really am a Witch." Bonnie comments with an amused tone of voice as she glanced from the dancing feathers towards her Childhood Best Friend with an expression of hesitancy. "You don't think I'm a freak now, do you?"
"No. Of course not, Bonnie. But... I don't understand. If your Grams asked you to keep all this a secret... Why did you tell me?" Elena questioned with furrowed brows of confusion as she averted her attention towards the Bennett Girl.
"You're my Best Friend... I can't keep secrets from you." Bonnie admits with an amused smile before beginning to gather the feathers from the mattress, completely oblivious to the guilt ridden glimmer that had appeared in Elena's Dark Brown Eyes at the declaration.
~Mystic Falls Town Square~
As the Mental Vision faded from her senses, the Doe Eyed Fae paused momentarily as she gathered her whits about herself before an audible sigh of frustration emitted from her slightly parted lips in response to the troublesome consequences of another Bennett Witch inhabiting Mystic Falls, knowing that Bonnie would eventually come to involve herself in the Supernatural Matters that surrounded the seemingly inconsequential town if Elena continued to do so. Regardless of the preference of the Members of the Alternative Species that were involved as well.
"Fantastic..." Amaya muttered with an apparent tone of distaste lilting her voice as she rested her forehead against the broad chest of her Vampire Boyfriend, causing Stefan to furrow his brows in confusion even while continuing to thread his fingers through the Mahogany Brown Hair of his Fae Girlfriend as he waited for her to explain what had irked her nerves. "Just what we need at the moment... An inexperienced Ancestral Witch of the Bennett Bloodline."
"What?" Stefan questioned with furrowed brows of confusion as he gazed down upon his Fae Girlfriend, despite the lingering sense of amusement that he felt for the obvious annoyance that Amaya was currently exhibiting for whatever she had foreseen.
"Bonnie has officially accessed her Familial Magick..." Amaya admitted with an audible sigh of displeasure as she averted her Navy Blue Eyes towards her Vampire Boyfriend. "From what I could discern from my Foresight, she will reveal herself as an Ancestral Witch to Elena sometime this Afternoon."
"Bonnie having accessed her Familial Magick does not necessarily mean that she will actively involve herself in the Supernatural... I need not remind you that Ancestral Witches tend to avoid interacting with the Vampire and Werewolf Factions... And we both know how Ancestral Witches feel about the Fae Species..." Stefan commented with an arched brow directed towards the coy smirk etched across his Fae Girlfriend's features as Amaya often found immense enjoyment in the reminder of the envy that Ancestral Witches felt towards the Immortal Fae. "With her limited experience with the Supernatural, Bonnie may very well be unaware of the existence of the other Species as of yet."
"But that will not remain the case..." Amaya retorted with an audible sigh of resignation as she threaded her fingers through her Mahogany Brown Hair in frustration. "Shiela Bennett is not foolish enough to leave her inexperienced Granddaughter ignorant of the potential threats that inhabit Mystic Falls... Before much longer, Bonnie will have either been advised by her Grams of the various Supernatural Species that coexist with the Ancestral Witches or she will discover the truth for herself due to the Earth Magick she's been taught to harness reacting to the presence of the Supernatural Creatures that she interacts with regularly... And I need not remind you that Ancestral Witches more often than not follow the preconceived notion that their actions are justified by Mother Nature. No matter how heinous or selfish their intentions may have been. Solely due to the bigoted and narrowminded disposition that the Ancestral Witches have long since developed."
As silence descended between the Doe Eyed Fae and Green Eyed Vampire once more, Stefan nodded his head absentmindedly in understanding of the notion as Amaya had previously refuted the unethical beliefs that had long since plagued the Ancestral Witches. The mere notion that Mother Nature would require the interference of mere Mortals to maintain the Natural Balance was indeed absurd. But even so... Where had the illogical ideology that the Ancestral Witches have followed for Generations originate?
"I have to meet Caroline at the Mystic Grill in 10 minutes for Lunch..." Amaya mentioned after several moments of silence between she and Stefan after having glanced towards her wristwatch. "I'll be at the Boarding House once we're done..."
"Alright." Stefan agreed with an affirmative nod of his head in understanding as he brought the palms of his hands to caress the delicate skin of her cheeks, causing Amaya to lull her head gently at the blissful sensation of his skin against her own.
Once her Navy Blue Eyes had connected with his own Forest Green Eyes, Stefan leaned forward to brush an affectionate kiss to her lips as Amaya allowed her eyes to flutter closed as she relished in their brief moment of passion before eventually parting as the Mortal Fae made her way towards the Mystic Grill to meet the Forbes Daughter while the Sired Vampire returned to his Vampire Best Friend at the Salvatore Boarding House.
~Salvatore Residence~
In the Parlor of the Salvatore Boarding House, the Green Eyed Vampire could be found seated on the Antique Sofa while the Blonde Haired Vampire was lounging in the Vintage Armchair. And with the Elder of the Sired Vampires having retrieved an Individual Blood Bag from her Insulated Suitcase, Stefan found himself glancing briefly towards his Vampire Best Friend before averting his gaze as his thoughts whirled with the inconceivable notion of his invulnerability to Human Blood after nearly 150 years of battling his incontrollable Bloodlust. Of which, the Ripper of Monterey would never have thought possible if not for the Mortal Fae that had quite literally changed his Immortal Life for the better.
"Want one?" Lexi questioned with an arched brow as she gestured towards the Insulated Suitcase that carried her supply of Human Blood.
"No. Thank you." Stefan answered with an appreciative smile as he directed his attention towards Lexi once more, his momentary astonishment at not having been tempted by the mere scent of Human Blood subsiding immediately.
"Relax. I didn't kill anyone for it..." Lexi assured as she lounged further into the Vintage Armchair while absentmindedly sipping from the Blood Bag. "This Phlebotomist Lee and I befriended in New York... He's our supplier..." Lexi paused momentarily as she glanced towards her Vampire Best Friend once more, mistaking his thoughtful contemplation for disapproval of her preference for the Human Blood Diet that he was incapable of following. "Oh, don't judge, alright? Listen, I tried the Animal Diet... Lasted 3 weeks."
"I'm not on the Animal Blood Diet anymore, Lex..." Stefan admitted with an appreciative smile directed towards the Blonde Haired Vampire for her unnecessary reassurances.
"What?" Lexi retorted with widened eyes of disbelief at the mere notion that Stefan had deviated from the Animal Blood Diet without exhibiting any signs of his Ripper Persona having made an appearance.
"Amaya has been gradually building my tolerance for Human Blood since Late September..." Stefan begun as he leaned further into the Sofa Cushions with an expression of absolute contentment at the very thought of his Doe Eyed Fae. "With an infusion of Human Blood dulled by the essence of her own Mystical Blood."
"Mystical Blood?" Lexi interjected with furrowed brows of confusion as she leaned forward until her forearms were resting against her thighs. "I thought Amaya was Human...?"
"That could not be further from the truth..." Stefan admitted with an amused tone of voice as his thoughts filtered with memories of when he had thought the same before directing his attention towards Lexi once more with an apparent smile of contentment that had not gone unnoticed by his Vampire Best Friend. "Amaya is of the Fae Species, Lexi..."
"Wow..." Lexi muttered with an absentminded tone of voice as she leaned backwards into the Vintage Armchair at the unexpected revelation before tilting her head in curiosity. "How'd she do it?"
"By introducing and enforcing an Individualized Feeding Regime that I have been following since Late September..." Stefan explained as he leaned forward with an expression of thoughtful reminiscence as he remembered the highly effective method in which his Fae Girlfriend had freed him of his oversensitivity to Human Blood. "In the beginning, she would intermingle 3 drops of her own Fae Blood with an ounce of Human Blood and would remain at my side during the process since her scent dulls my Enhanced Sense of Smell to near nonexistent. Her mere presence prevents the Bloodlust from overwhelming me." Stefan paused momentarily as images of Amaya sitting beside him on the edge of his Panel Bed as he sipped from the Glass Tumbler in his hands flittered through his mind, causing an adoring smile to appear across his lips as the sound of her constant reassurances echoed in his ears and ghost whispers of the gentle brushing of her fingers against his skin rippled across his every nerve ending. "Every other week, she would increase the amount of Human Blood I was consuming with the 3 drops of Fae Blood that she would provide... By Mid October, I was consuming one pint of the Fae/Human Blood Infusion everyday until 3 weeks ago... When she instigated the Semi-Daily Regimen of one pint of purely Human Blood..."
"And?" Lexi interjected with an expression of genuine curiosity as she had bore witness to his struggle with Human Blood several times over the decades.
"I honestly hadn't thought it possible, Lexi..." Stefan admitted with an expression of immense pride as he glanced towards his Vampire Best Friend. "But I somehow managed to sip an entire pint of Human Blood."
"And you're not having any Ripper Urges...?" Lexi questioned with an innocent tilt of her head as she observed the Green Eyed Vampire with intrigue.
"Not since I met Amaya..." Stefan admitted with an honest tone of voice as the smile etched across his lips softened at the thought of the Doe Eyed Fae. "I cannot explain what I feel for her, Lex... It was as though I were drowning in an unending Sea of Darkness until I laid eyes upon Amaya... She's my Beacon of Light in the raging storm that has mercilessly swept me far away from the shore."
"Oh my God..." Lexi whispered with an expression of realization as she leaned forward until her forearms were resting against her thighs. "You've fallen in love with her."
"Absolutely... How could I not have?" Stefan retorted with an absentminded tone of voice as his thoughts whirled with images of the Mahogany Brown Haired Girl that had long since stolen his heart.
"I'm proud of the progress that you've made, Stefan. And I'm happy for you. Amaya seems to have been good for you." Lexi comments with an expression of genuine sincerity written across her features before resuming her prior feeding from the Blood Bag as she reclined further into the cushions of the Baroque Armchair. "So... What are we doing tonight?"
Once silence had descended between the Younger Salvatore Brother and his Vampire Best Friend, the Elder Salvatore Brother sauntered into the Front Sitting Room with an obviously strained smirk etched across his lips with thinly veiled jealousy glimmering within his Icy Blue Eyes for the conversation that he had overheard moments earlier. An uncharacteristic sense of envy that he had not felt since his Human Life coursing through every ounce of his being for the extent of trust that the Doe Eyed Fae seemed to have for the Green Eyed Vampire if she were voluntarily feeding him her own Mystical Blood. Such an explicit faith that the Blue Eyed Vampire had never been fortunate enough to experience.
"How convenient that you should ask..." Damon Salvatore announced as he stepped further into the Front Parlor of the Salvatore Boarding House with his arms crossed before his chest as Stefan and Lexi glance briefly towards him with annoyance glimmering within their eyes in response to his unwanted presence.
"Well, I hadn't been asking you-" Lexi interjected with narrowed eyes as she glowered darkly at her Vampire Best Friend's Elder Brother with an obvious distaste.
"There's this party happening at the Mystic Grill tonight... You'll love it. Open Bar. Tacky Music. All of Stefan's Human Friends." Damon retorted with an arched brow as he glanced from the Blonde Haired Vampire towards the Green Eyed Ripper that was watching him with obvious suspicion. "And I'm sure that Amaya would absolutely love to celebrate the occasion properly..."
"Except Amaya knows that I am none too keen on the idea, Damon." Stefan denied with an obvious distrust lilting his tone of voice for the mere fact that the Ravenette Vampire seemed to insist upon his attendance for some unknown reason.
"Then you'll be relieved to know that the party isn't for you... Amelia organized it." Damon admitted with an absentminded shrug of his shoulders as he arched his brow towards his Younger Brother smugly.
"You need to stay away from Amelia, Damon." Stefan interjected with narrowed Forest Green Eyes as he stood from the Sitting Room Sofa to face his Elder Brother with his arms crossed before his broad chest.
"We're friends. It's fine... It's important that we appear as any normal Human would... We need to blend in with the town." Damon insisted with an affirmative nod of his head towards the Green Eyed Vampire before glancing towards the Insulated Suitcase that was resting on the Vintage Coffee Table with obvious distaste. "Shame... I prefer mine at 98.6..."
Without further comment from the Ravenette Vampire, Damon promptly disappeared from the Front Sitting Room of the Salvatore Boarding House as he makes his way towards his Upstairs Bedroom to prepare himself for the impromptu party at the Mystic Grill that Evening. However, once the Elder Salvatore Brother had taken his leave, Lexi directed her attention towards the Younger Salvatore Brother with an excitable smile etched across her lips as Stefan maintained his obvious hesitancy on the matter.
"Oh, come on... Please?" Lexi pleaded with her patented Puppy Dog Eyes that more often than not had the normally stoic Chestnut Haired Man caving to her whims.
And within mere seconds of the Green Eyed Vampire having glanced towards her, Stefan emitted an audible sigh of resignation as he promptly collapsed onto the Parlor Sofa while Lexi merely laughed at his behavior.
In the Attic Bedroom belonging to the Younger of the Salvatore Brothers, Lexi emerges from the Ensuite Bathroom with an embroidered Cotton Fiber Bath Towel wrapped firmly around her body as she makes her way towards her Travel Suitcase to find an appropriate outfit for the party that she and Stefan would be attending at the Mystic Grill to celebrate his Human Birthday.
"I cannot believe that you genuinely think we should be going to this..." Stefan commented with furrowed brows of uncertainty as he watched his Vampire Best Friend prepare for the evening.
"It's not like I'm asking you to walk outside without your Daylight Ring... Seriously, it's a party." Lexi retorted with an amused smile as she glanced towards the Green Eyed Vampire with an absentminded tilt of her head.
"The very same party that Damon insists we be at...?" Stefan interjected with arched brow as he crossed his arms before his broad chest with suspicion glimmering in his Forest Green Eyes. "What I would like to know is why...? He could be planning something."
"Who cares? What could he possibly do with so many witnesses that will surely be there...?" Lexi questioned rhetorically as she glanced over her shoulder towards her hesitant Vampire Best Friend.
"He knows how to stay below the radar. Believe me..." Stefan assures with an annoyed scowl etched across his features as he leaned against the edge of his Antique Desk.
"Then he'll be on his best behavior..." Lexi retorted with an apparent pleading lilting her tone of voice as she turned to face the Chestnut Haired Man. "Come on. This is the one day of the year that you're mine. The one day of the year that you're not allowed to be your usual brooding self."
"I could have sworn it was my birthday..." Stefan intoned with an amused smile directed towards the Blonde Haired Woman.
"But it is my day... And that guy that jumped naked in the Trevi Fountain and was completely smashed on the tour of the Statue of Liberty... It wouldn't cause any harm if he were to have some time away from his relentless worrying for one night to attend some High School Party with his Best Friend. So enough with your whining..." Lexi paused momentarily as she pulled Stefan away from his perch against his Mahogany Desk before nudging him towards his Ensuite Bathroom with an accomplished smirk. "Go get cleaned up."
"Fine." Stefan acquiesced with an expression of feigned reluctance as he made his way into his Ensuite Bathroom as Lexi found herself laughing at his childish behavior.
Without further comment between the Green Eyed Vampire and his Blonde Haired Vampire Best Friend, Lexi averted her attention towards her suitcases once more as she searched for an outfit for the impromptu party that were to occur that night at the Mystic Grill.
In the Cobblestone Driveway of the Salvatore Boarding House, Amaya emerges from her Elder Twin Sister's SUV with the Human Doppelganger following behind her as she makes her way towards the Front Door. As it would appear, Elena had insisted upon accompanying her Younger Twin Sister to visit the Younger Salvatore Brother with the excuse that she needed to speak to the Doe Eyed Fae and Green Eyed Vampire about something of great importance. And with her prior knowledge of the Bennett Daughter having revealed her Witch Heritage earlier that day, Amaya had come to the immediate realization that Elena had wanted to discuss divulging the existence of Supernatural Creatures in Mystic Falls with Bonnie.
After having paused before the massive Entry Door, Amaya grasped onto the Brass Doorknob as she gently opened the Front Door since her Vampire Boyfriend had assured her that she would always be welcome in his home and that she need not worry about knocking. Though, the Doe Eyed Fae could not prevent herself from knocking against the Wooden Frame as she entered the enormous abode to announce her presence to the Vampire Inhabitants within despite not necessarily needing to.
However, once the Mortal Fae had properly entered the Salvatore Boarding House with the Human Doppelganger following, Amaya had faltered in her steps once she had emerged from the Entrance Alcove into the Front Corridor as an all too familiar Sense of Darkness coursed through her very being. And as soon as an unfamiliar Blonde Haired Female Vampire appeared from the Upstairs Landing, Amaya momentarily relaxed with the knowledge that neither of the Salvatore Brothers were the source of the foreboding darkness before promptly stiffening once more with the sudden realization that she were currently faced with someone that would be succumbing to death before Morning.
"Oh my God..." Lexi muttered with widened eyes as she caught sight of the Exact Replica of Katherine Pierce that was standing behind her Vampire Best Friend's Fae Girlfriend. "How... Uh... Who...?
"I'm Amaya... This is my Elder Twin Sister, Elena..." Amaya introduces with an uneasy smile directed towards the obviously startled Blonde Haired Vampire. "Who are you...?"
"Lexi..." Lexi responds with an amicable smile etched across her lips as she directed her gaze towards the Mortal Fae that seemed to have ensnared the broody Green Eyed Vampire as the Younger Gilbert Daughter allowed her smile to become somewhat genuine despite her worries with the immediate recognition of her Vampire Boyfriend's Best Friend.
"Is Stefan here...?" Elena questioned with furrowed brows of confusion as she glanced between her Younger Twin Sister and the Blonde Haired Woman with obvious confusion for the familiarity between Lexi and Amaya.
"He's in the shower... Do you want to wait?" Lexi offered with an unconvincing smile directed towards the Human Doppelganger, causing Elena to momentarily shift her weight from one foot to the other with an obvious hesitancy.
"No." Elena denied with an audible sigh filtering through her lips as an apparent frown appeared across her features.
Once the Human Doppelganger had disappeared through the Entrance Alcove, Amaya tilted her head ever so slightly in idle curiosity at the bewilderment that Lexi seemed to regard her Elder Twin Sister with. And knowing that the identical resemblance between Petrova Doppelgängers could be quite disorienting in the beginning, Amaya approached the Blonde Haired Vampire with an expression of genuine understanding for the thoughts that must be filtering through her mind as Lexi seemed to process what she had seen.
"The resemblance can be frightening..." Amaya admitted with an amused smile as she placed her hand onto the Blonde Haired Vampire's shoulder in an effort to jostle Lexi from her thoughts. "I could barely believe my eyes when Stefan first showed me the Funeral Program for Katherine Pierce from 1864... Judging by your reaction, I'm guessing he forgot to warn you about her...?"
"Yeah..." Lexi whispered with an obvious dazedness lilting her tone of voice as she glanced briefly towards the Entrance Alcove once more before forcefully jostling herself from her reverie as she directed her attention towards the Mortal Fae at her side. "So, you're the girl that has Stefan wrapped around her little finger...?"
"If you say so..." Amaya retorted with an amused smile etched across her lips as she and Lexi clasped hands in an amicable handshake. "And you're the upbeat Best Friend that has pulled Stefan away from the edge more times than he can remember... He's spoken highly of you."
"You as well..." Lexi responded laughingly as she and the Doe Eyed Fae begun making their way towards the Green Eyed Vampire's Attic Bedroom. "I wanted to extend my gratitude to you for what you've done for Stefan... Helping him overcome his Bloodlust."
"Of course..." Amaya intoned with an affirmative nod of her head towards the Blonde Haired Vampire as her smile softens at the mere thought of her compassionate Vampire Boyfriend, causing Lexi to tilt her head ever so slightly at the appearance of absolute adoration that the Doe Eyed Fae obviously had for the Green Eyed Vampire. "He deserves to live his life without the constant threat of exposure due to his vulnerability to Human Blood."
"I hadn't known that Fae Blood were capable of stabilizing Vampires with Ripper Personas..." Lexi admitted with an idle curiosity lilting her tone of voice as she glanced towards the Mortal Fae that had done more for the Salvatore Ripper than she were ever able to.
"That would be because the Fae rarely interact with the Vampire Species..." Amaya countered with an absentminded shrug of her shoulders as her thoughts whirled with knowledge of her Kindred Sisters that had fallen for Vampires. "We tend to be very secretive since we've made enemies of the other Supernatural Species. Most notably being the Ancestral Witches... If we happen to associate with such beings, we do so for not only our own benefit but for the welfare of others as well... Beyond such, from what I've gathered since the activation of my Gift of Infinite Knowledge, there are no more than twelve Fae in existence at the moment."
"Seriously?" Lexi retorts with widened eyes of shocked disbelief that such reverence had been garnered for the Ethereal Creatures when so few had come to be as of yet.
"The Immortal Fae are unparalleled in prowess and efficiency... We always have been despite the Ancestral Witches having sought to surpass our prestige for centuries without success..." Amaya admitted with an apparent nonchalance lilting her tone of voice as she shrugged her shoulders at the mere thought of the Ancestral Witches' countless attempts to prove themselves above the Fae Species. "Our Awakening typically occurs in the months leading to the 18th Anniversary of our Mortal Birth. However, if we were to be exposed to excessive Supernatural Influence prior to our 17th year, our Fae Abilities would be triggered prematurely to protect ourselves and our Loved Ones from danger. Though, our Immortality would not be activated until we've achieved our Maturity at the age of 18 years in the Mortal World."
"Immortality...?" Lexi interjected with an arched brow of curiosity as she and the Doe Eyed Fae stepped into the Younger Salvatore Brother's Attic Bedroom.
"Mhm..." Amaya hummed with an absentminded nod of her head in affirmation as she made her way towards the Panel Bed before collapsing onto the Down Feather Comforter with an audible sigh of contentment. "At the stroke of Midnight on July 22nd, my Mortal Body will be mystically preserved for what remains of Eternity. The Aging Process will cease permanently. I will be entirely impervious to foreign influence. And my very being will be forevermore empowered by the Magick of Avalon that pulses through my veins."
"Meaning you'll be indestructible." Lexi intoned with widened eyes of sudden realization as she immediately understood what the Mortal Fae was admitting without uttering the exact words.
"Yes..." Amaya acquiesced with an unconcerned smile etched across her lips as she allowed her head to lull against the mattress until her Navy Blue Eyes connected with Lexi's own Hazel Green Eyes. "I have long since accepted that I will wander through the Mortal Realm for what remains of Eternity since that is the destiny of every Immortal Fae in existence." Amaya admitted with an absentminded shrug of her shoulders at the mere notion of her inevitable Immortal Life. "It is the belief of the Ancestral Witches that Mother Nature will not truly allow an Immortal Being to exist. But the Fae Species prevails above Mother Nature... We are infinitely superior creatures. Which is why Ancestral Witches are none too fond of the Immortal Fae."
With the opening of the Ensuite Bathroom Door, the Doe Eyed Fae directed her attention towards the Green Eyed Vampire as Stefan emerged with only his Bath Towel wrapped firmly around his waist as water droplets cascaded down his broad chest, causing an immediate blush to appear across Amaya's cheeks as she found herself struggling to avert her gaze from his chiseled abdominal muscles.
"Because you're stronger then them... More powerful." Stefan declared with an apparent smirk etched across his lips as he caught sight of the deepening blush tinting his Fae Girlfriend's delicate cheeks. "They're envious of the power that you and your Kindred Sisters possess."
"Precisely." Amaya agreed with an absentminded tone of voice as she forcefully averted her gaze from her Vampire Boyfriend, immediately noticing the apparent smirk that had etched itself across Lexi's features. "Ancestral Witches are an entirely distrustful Species with an entitled sense of being that has done nothing more than inspire resentment and contempt amongst their Supernatural Counterparts. Though, none more so than the Immortal Fae."
"And why would that be...?" Stefan questioned with idle curiosity glimmering within his Forest Green Eyes as he approached his Panel Bed to gaze down upon his Fae Girlfriend with fondness.
"Because they once believed themselves better than us... It was not until an Ancestral Witch truly encountered an Immortal Fae that they realized they were ultimately powerless against us." Amaya admitted with an obviously pleased smirk etched across her lips as she crossed her arms before her chest, causing Stefan to emit an amused chuckle as he leaned over her body to brush an affectionate kiss to her lips before furrowing his brows with confusion when her smile suddenly dropped as her earlier concerns for Lexi emerged once more. "We have an issue."
"What's wrong, Baby...?" Stefan questioned with an expression of concern written across his ageless features as he immediately noticed the worry that was emanating from Amaya in waves.
"I sense Death emanating from Lexi..." Amaya muttered with an expression of unease as she shifted herself into an upright position on his Panel Bed before glancing towards the Blonde Haired Vampire with an apparent frown.
"Well, I am a Vampire." Lexi retorts laughingly before pausing momentarily at the apprehensive expressions that had immediately appeared on the Vampire/Fae Couple's features.
"That's not what she meant, Lex..." Stefan muttered with an anguished tone of voice as he and the Doe Eyed Fae exchange brief glances between themselves before Amaya silently nodded her head towards the Green Eyed Vampire in silent confirmation. "One of Amaya's Fae Abilities is Death Perception."
"What does it mean if she senses it around me...?" Lexi questioned with apparent fear lilting her tone of voice as she glanced between her Vampire Best Friend and his Fae Girlfriend.
"It means that you'll have succumbed to Death by some means before Daybreak..." Amaya admitted with an apologetic glimmer in her Navy Blue Eyes before pausing momentarily as she averted her gaze to Stefan as an idea crossed her mind. "Unless I could prevent it."
"Can you do that...?" Lexi asked with an obviously hopeful tone of voice as she stepped towards the Mortal Fae.
"I'm not entirely sure..." Amaya admits with an audible sigh of resignation as she directed her gaze towards Stefan once more. "But maybe if I were to combine my Death Perception with that of my Foresight... We would know what to avoid in order to prevent her death."
"Similar to how you had followed Vicki's movements through Mystic Falls...?" Stefan asked with furrowed brows of curiosity as his thoughts whirled with memories of holding his Fae Girlfriend as Amaya immersed herself in her Fae Abilities.
"Precisely..." Amaya retorted with an affirmative nod of her head in agreement as her Navy Blue Eyes glanced between the Green Eyed Vampire and his Blonde Haired Best Friend. "I had combined my Gift of Omniscience with that of my Foresight to locate Vicki and determine where she had been... Maybe I could replicate the effects with my other Fae Abilities."
"What harm could it do...?" Stefan questioned rhetorically as he glanced away from his Doe Eyed Fae towards his Vampire Best Friend.
Without further hesitation, Amaya allowed her Navy Blue Eyes to flutter closed as she focused her attention on merging her Gift of Infinite Knowledge with that of her Foresight in an effort to determine exactly how her Vampire Boyfriend's Best Friend would succumb to death by Daybreak. And as the Doe Eyed Fae were promptly immersed within her Fae Magick, Lexi tilted her head ever so slightly with an obvious intrigue as Amaya's eyes suddenly snapped open to reveal an iridescent swirling Pearlescent White Whirlpool that signified her Fae Abilities having emerged from the depths of her being.
~Vision~
Amidst the teeming crowd of High School Students scattered across the Mystic Grill, Sheriff Liz Forbes can be seen escorting an obviously traumatized Teenage Girl into the bustling party scene with her V5 Deputies following behind her with their hands braced on their weapons in preparation for what they assumed were to occur. Directly across from the Entrance of the Bar and Grill, Damon Salvatore could be found seated on one of the Bar Stools with Lexi Branson at his side in what appeared to be an intense conversation if the Blonde Haired Vampire's glare were any indication.
"Look around. Let me know if you see anything..." Sheriff Forbes gently urges the trembling Young Woman that currently had her arms wrapped around her abdomen as though she were trying to comfort herself.
For several moments, the Teenage Girl seemed to carefully survey her surroundings as her eyes wander across the countless faces of the High School Students that littered the Dance Floor before eventually honing in on the occupants of the Open Bar across from her. Within mere seconds of having spotted the Raven Haired Man and the Blonde Haired Woman at his side, the Young Women barely manages to raise her trembling hand to point in the general direction of where Damon and Lexi were conversing quietly between themselves.
And once having motioned for one of the awaiting Police Officers to escort the witness from the Mystic Grill, Liz begins making her way across the crowded Dance Floor towards the Open Bar with her eyes focused on the Elder Salvatore Brother and Mystery Woman as the remaining V5 Deputies follow her lead. However, when Sheriff Forbes came to stand before the Raven Haired Man and Blonde Haired Woman, Lexi suddenly emits an audible gasp of pain as Liz unexpectedly injects her with enough Vervain to make breathing near impossible.
"What are you doing?!" Damon hisses with feigned alarm lilting his tone of voice as he promptly surges forward with widened eyes.
"Thank you for the Vervain." Liz counters with an emotionless expression as she glances briefly towards the Raven Haired Salvatore Brother as the V5 Deputies grasp onto either arm of the Mystery Woman. "Now if you'll excuse me..."
Without further comment from Sheriff Forbes, Liz begins making her way towards the Entrance of the Mystic Grill with the Deputized Officers following behind her while dragging the weakened Blonde Haired Vampire along even as Lexi struggled to properly support her weight due to the harmful influence of Vervain coursing through her veins.
However, once she had been escorted from the Bar and Grill into the darkness that had long since descended across Mystic Falls, Lexi suddenly surged forward with every ounce of strength that she possibly could as the effects of the Vervain gradually lessened as the seconds wore on until she were eventually able to dislodge the V5 Deputies that had forcefully dragged her across the pavement towards the Police Cruisers that had been parked in the adjacent Alleyway.
With the sound of glass shattering beneath the weight of the V5 Deputies that had landed on the windshields of their own vehicles, Liz promptly whirled around with her weapon in hand before her eyes widened at the sight of the Demonic Features that had overtaken the Blonde Haired Woman's Human Facade. And when the Unknown Vampire advanced on the Sheriff, Liz begun to panic with the realization that her Wooden Bullets seemed entirely ineffective against Lexi as she emitted vicious growls in an attempt to frighten her assailant into fleeing the scene so that she could escape to safety at the Salvatore Boarding House.
However, when it would seem that Sheriff Forbes were moments away from taking cover in the Mystic Grill to await reinforcements, Damon suddenly appeared from the encroaching darkness of the night as the Wooden Stake he wielded promptly pierced her chest cavity, causing Lexi to gasp in pain as she directed her attention towards her Vampire Best Friend's Elder Brother with betrayal glimmering within her Hazel Toned Eyes.
"Why...?" Lexi whispered with widened eyes of horror as Damon maintained his impassive tone of voice despite the remorse that fought to make itself known within him.
"Part of the plan." Damon retorted with an emotionless expression written across his features as he viciously twisted the Wooden Stake further until it finally pierced her heart.
With an audible gasp of agony at the pain coursing through her very being, Lexi collapsed to the ground with her lifeless Hazel Colored Eyed remaining focused on the Raven Haired Vampire that had ultimately betrayed her for his own selfish benefit. And after several moments of gazing into the unresponsive eyes of the Blonde Haired Vampire that had done more for his Younger Brother than he could ever hope for, Damon forcefully jostled himself from his reverie before averting his attention towards Sheriff Forbes as Liz merely stares at the Raven Haired Vampire with widened eyes.
"Are you alright...?" Damon questioned with an expression of feigned concern for the Human Woman as Liz allows herself to relax ever so slightly in relief since the threat had been dealt with.
"Yes. Thank you." Liz responds with an obvious breathless tone of voice before glancing briefly towards the desiccated corpse on the ground. "Get it in the car. Quickly."
"Alright." Damon acquiesced with an affirmative nod of his head as he promptly gathered Lexi into his arms before making his way towards the Police Cruiser that Liz indicated towards.
Once the Elder Salvatore Brother had lowered the Blonde Haired Vampire into the trunk of the vehicle, Sheriff Forbes promptly directed her attention towards Damon with an appreciative glimmer within her gaze.
"You're pretty handy with that stake." Liz comments with an arched brow while Damon pretends to struggle on catching his breath as though his actions had actually taken some effort on his part.
"Reflex... I suppose the adrenalin had something to do with it." Damon retorted with his own rendition of sheepishness as Liz continued to regard him with an impressed glimmer.
"This nightmare is finally over." Liz declares with an audible sigh of relief as she glances towards the Mystic Grill that was teeming with vulnerable High School Students, including her very own Daughter until mere minutes before the Female Vampire had been apprehended.
"You were fortunate for that witness... Without her involvement, you wouldn't have been able to identify the Vampire." Damon commented with an expression of feigned sincerity despite the smirk that fought to etch itself across his lips.
"We were lucky. Well, thank you again." Liz retorts with an affirmative nod of her head towards Damon in appreciation before beginning to make her way towards the Mystic Grill once more to inform the remaining V5 Deputies that the situation had been handled.
"You're welcome." Damon responded with an absentminded tone of voice as he watched Sheriff Forbes walking further away from him with an apparent smirk of accomplishment.
~Salvatore Boarding House~
Upon resurfacing from the depths of her Fae Abilities, Amaya emitted an audible gasp of alarm as the disturbing images from the vision she had witnessed whirled continuously through her mind. And noticing the perplexed glimmer within her Navy Blue Eyes, Stefan wrapped his arms around his Fae Girlfriend as he carefully disrupted her thoughts without startling Amaya as she seemed to process what she had foreseen.
"Amaya, Baby...? What happened?" Stefan questioned ever so gently as he deftly threaded his fingers through her silken Mahogany Brown Waves.
"Damon..." Amaya retorted with furrowed brows of thoughtful contemplation as she attempted to ascertain why the Elder Salvatore Brother would wittingly murder his Younger Brother's Best Friend. "He seemed to have orchestrated the party at the Mystic Grill tonight to lore Lexi into the public for his own nefarious purposes."
"Why?" Lexi interjected with an obvious confusion lilting her tone of voice as she glanced from the Doe Eyed Fae towards the Green Eyed Vampire, not understanding the motives behind the Ravenette Vampire's actions.
"The Founders Council is considering the possibility of Vampires having adapted to overcome their weakness to sunlight. They were considering directing their investigation towards anyone that had appeared in Mystic Falls since the deaths begun." Amaya explained with an expression of justifiable concern as she glanced towards her Vampire Boyfriend while Stefan seemed to have been distracted by his own thoughts on the matter.
"Damon wants the Founders Council to believe that the Vampire Threat has been eliminated..." Stefan ascertained with an affirmative nod of his head at the sudden realization even as his features darkened with the understanding that his Elder Brother were prepared to murder the only person that had truly cared for him since his Transitioning.
"He intends to infiltrate the Founders Council..." Amaya admits with an innocent tilt of her head as her Gift of Infinite Knowledge continues to provide the information she so desired on the matter. "He seemed to have delivered Vervain to Sheriff Forbes earlier this Afternoon that had been diluted with water, knowing that Liz would have no other choice than to use the supply of the herb he provided when apprehending Lexi since Vervain has not grown here since 1864."
"Why would he want to infiltrate the Founders Council...?" Lexi questioned with furrowed brows of confusion for why the Elder Salvatore Son would expend so much effort as he seemed to be.
"Recon." Amaya retorted with an absentminded tone of voice as she allowed herself to delve further into her Omniscience in search of the answers on the rather confusing matter. "He seems to be interested in learning what the Founders Council know about the 'Animal Attacks' that have been occurring in and around Mystic Falls-"
When the Doe Eyed Fae suddenly stiffened as her Navy Blue Eyes were encompassed in the usual Pearlescent White Tone that signaled her Fae Abilities had surfaced, Amaya found herself being drawn into the furthest edge of her Gift of Infinite Knowledge as she seemed to have unintentionally stumbled across information that had been hidden beneath the Ravenette Vampire's intentions.
"He's orchestrating something..." Amaya muttered with furrowed brows of thoughtful confusion as the Pearlescent White Hue faded until her Navy Blue Eyes connected with the Forest Green Eyes of her Vampire Boyfriend while Stefan merely gazed down upon his Fae Girlfriend with an obvious concern for what Damon seemed to be planning. "There are hidden motives behind his actions since returning to Mystic Falls. You thought that he were merely causing chaos for the sake of chaos due to your having come home but... There is something else deeper beneath the surface that he is consciously withholding. His actions until this moment, while unorganized and reckless, have been in an effort to achieve predetermined goals."
"How so...?" Lexi interjected with an expression of sudden intrigue as she leaned forward until her forearms were braced against her knees.
"I cannot know for certain..." Amaya admitted with an audible sigh of remorse as she directed her gaze towards the Blonde Haired Vampire. "To gather such comprehensive information about specific matters, I would have to delve further into my Omniscience than I ever have before... You have to remember that I have not yet mastered control over my Fae Abilities since I am in the process of learning how to use such gifts. I will admit that it has become considerably easier to access each of my individual abilities since my Awakening begun but with something as extensive as this, it would be much too difficult to discover every facet of detail without completely submersing myself within my Gift of Infinite Knowledge."
With an audible sigh of exasperation mingled with frustration filtering through her lips, Amaya flopped down onto the surface of the Panel Bed with an exaggerated flourish as her mind whirled with relentless thoughts of what the Elder Salvatore Brother could possibly be planning with his seemingly chaotic actions. However, until she had made further progress with her Fae Abilities, the Doe Eyed Fae would remain completely oblivious to what were occurring in the shadows of the small town.
Once darkness had descended across Mystic Falls, the Green Eyed Vampire had found himself seated on one of the Parlor Sofas with the Doe Eyed Fae lounging against his broad chest as they conversed with the Blonde Haired Vampire across from them on an Antique Baroque Armchair. And as he gently threaded his fingers through her Mahogany Brown Waves, Amaya allowed her Navy Blue Eyes to flutter closed as her head lulled against his shoulder, prompting Stefan to press an affectionate kiss to her temple as his arms around her slender waist tightened ever so slightly.
"I wonder what Damon will do now to worm his way onto the Founders Council...?" Lexi commented with furrowed brows of genuine curiosity as she glanced towards the Vampire/Fae Couple that were cuddling adorably across from her.
"Knowing Damon... Someone will surely end up dead." Stefan retorted with an expression of agitation at the mere thought of his Elder Brother as his arms tightened even more around his Doe Eyed Fae.
"Mmm..." Amaya hummed with an absentminded tone of voice as she gently brushed the palms of her hands against Stefan's forearms to lessen his prominent anger at that moment. "I have to admit that I am concerned... I think Caroline planned on making an appearance at the party with Bonnie, which could only mean that Elena will more than likely be there as well."
"You mentioned earlier that you had tracked someone through the town by combining the effects of your Omniscience and Foresight..." Lexi commented with an expression of thoughtful contemplation as she directed her attention towards the Doe Eyed Fae, prompting Amaya to nod her head in affirmation of the silent inquiry. "Then couldn't you do the same in this instance...?"
With an expression of thoughtful contemplation, Amaya nodded her head absentmindedly as she silently considered the notion of combining two or more of her Fae Abilities to determine the outcome of the evening for those that had opted to attend the party at the Mystic Grill. And since she had been able to telepathically follow the Newly Transitioned Donovan Vampire throughout Mystic Falls without much difficulty, it should pose no issue should Amaya attempt to replicate the effects in regards to her Human Best Friend and Doppelganger Twin Sister.
Once having further relaxed against the Green Eyed Vampire, Amaya emitted an audible breath as she calmed herself in preparation of submersing herself within her Omniscience. And as the Doe Eyed Fae were whisked away into her subconscious mind, Amaya allowed her Foresight to merge with that of her Gift of Infinite Knowledge as she telepathically searched for the Forbes Daughter and Elder Gilbert Sister.
~Vision~
Amidst the bustling crowd of rowdy teenagers that had congregated to the Mystic Grill once darkness had descended across the small town, the Monroe Daughter could be seen making her way towards the Corner Booth that currently housed the Bennett Daughter as she conversed with the Elder Gilbert Twin.
"Bonnie, there you are... I'm totally sorry to do this and I know it's so Indian Giver- Even if we're not supposed to that anymore- But I need my crystal back." Amelia declared as she appeared beside the table with an unconvincing apologetic smile etched across her glossed lips.
"Why?" Bonnie retorted with furrowed brows of confusion as her hand unconsciously grasped lightly onto the Antique Amber Crystal that rested gently against her chest.
"I thought you hated it..." Elena interjected with an accusatory glare directed towards the Monroe Girl as she crossed her arms before her chest.
"Well... Then I saw it on you and realized how great it is. And I've got like 3 outfits that I can coordinate it with so..." Amelia responded with obvious uncertainty lilting her tone of voice as she actively avoided looking towards the Elder Gilbert Daughter.
"I can't give it back to you." Bonnie admitted with an almost indiscernible shake of her head in denial as her hand tightened ever so slightly on the Amber Crystal that she now knew belonged to the Bennett Family.
"Well, I didn't want to tell you this but I'm your friend so... When you wear it, it makes you look fat. There! I said it. But it's only because I'm your friend-" Amelia rambled nervously as she feigned an apologetic smile towards Bonnie, who merely blinked in surprise at the blatant insult that had just been tossed about carelessly by her alleged 'Friend'.
"I'm sorry, Amelia, but I can't give it back to you." Bonnie repeated with more finality lilting her tone of voice than she would have originally used due to the callous disregard for propriety exhibited by the Monroe Daughter.
"What do you mean you can't, Bonnie, it's mine." Amelia snapped with agitation clear across her features as she glared down at Bonnie with her arms crossed, causing Elena to narrow her eyes in suspicion of the sudden change from thinly veiled annoyance to blatant agitation.
"I thought you said it was Damon's." Elena interjected with an arched brow as she caught sight of the less than subtle glance that the Monroe Girl had momentarily directed towards the Elder Salvatore Brother.
"Well, it is-" Amelia admitted with an obvious hesitancy as she flustered under the accusatory glare of the Elder Gilbert Sister.
"So, he's the one who really wants it back." Elena interjected with narrowed eyes as she noticed Amelia beginning to fidget ever so slightly under her scrutiny.
"No. Maybe. Just-" Amelia muttered with uncertainty lilting her tone of voice before suddenly reaching across the Wooden Table with an expression of panicked urgency as she attempted to snatch the Antique Crystal Necklace from around the Bennett Daughter's neck, only to flinch back with apparent shock as an electrical current rippled through the Amber Crystal into her fingers. "Are you wearing Polyester?"
"Were you really gonna pull it from my neck?" Bonnie questions with shocked disbelief etched across her features as she stares at the Monroe Girl with furrowed brows of incredulity.
"What the Hell is wrong with you?" Elena hissed with narrowed eyes as she and Bonnie promptly leave the secluded Corner Booth to properly distance themselves from the flustered Monroe Girl.
~Vision Scene Change~
On the edge of the crowded Dance Floor, the Forbes Daughter could be seen stumbling towards the Secluded Booth that currently housed the Donovan Son as he conversed with one of his Varsity Teammates. After having begun to feel rather drowsy once having ordered another refill of her Iced Tea from the creepy Bartender, the Sheriff's Daughter had immediately realized that she had been drugged since she had actively avoided partaking in the Free Cocktails that had been offered to her throughout the duration of the night.
"Woah!" Matt Donovan exclaimed with widened eyes when the Blonde Haired Cheer Captain fell onto the Booth Seat beside him as her eyes struggled to remain open. "You okay, Caroline?"
"Matt..." Caroline muttered as she swayed slightly with the mere effort that remaining conscious required in that moment, causing the Blonde Quarterback to furrow his brows in concern as he gently wrapped his arm around her shoulders to help maintain her balance. "Bartender... Roofie."
Without further explanation, Caroline promptly collapsed against the Donovan Son as her body inevitably succumbed to the unknown drug that coursed through her veins, causing Matt to glance towards the Bar Area in search of the person that had been foolish enough to prey on the Sheriff's Daughter before noticing the Bartender had disappeared as soon as his victim had managed to stumble towards safety.
Once having gathered the unconscious Cheerleading Captain into his arms, Matt carefully stood from the Secluded Booth with minimal difficulty as he cradled Caroline against his chest before making his way across the crowded Dance Floor towards the Front Exit of the Bar & Grill while narrowly avoiding the dozens of drunken teens that blocked his path. However, after having emerged from the Mystic Grill into the Parking Lot, the Varsity Quarterback immediately found himself facing the vast majority of the Police Force as he paused momentarily before making his way towards Sheriff Forbes.
"What happened? Is she okay?" Liz questions with an urgent tone of voice as she rushes to access the unconscious form of her own Daughter as she was physically carried from the Bar & Grill.
"I think she was drugged..." Matt admitted with an obvious grimace for both what had happened to his Class Mate as well as having to be the one to inform her Police Chief Mother, causing Liz to stiffen with barely suppressed rage simmering within her usually calm eyes as she glances from an unresponsive Caroline to an uncomfortable Matt. "She muttered Roofie and Bartender before passing out. I think he slipped something into her drink. She wasn't drinking the entire night." Matt assured as he adjusted his hold on the Forbes Daughter with an obvious concern for Caroline that the Sheriff truly appreciated in that particular moment. "I'll take her home. It's on my way. I haven't been drinking either."
"I would appreciate that, Matt. Thank you." Liz retorted with complete sincerity as she glanced at an unconscious Caroline one more time before gesturing for Matt to continue to his vehicle as she directs her attention towards her V5 Deputies with barely contained fury glimmering in her eyes. "Don't let anyone else leave."

With an audible gasp of horror as she resurfaces from the horrifying vision, Amaya lurches forward on the Parlor Sofa as tears gather in the depths of her Navy Blue Eyes at the terrifying events that she had been witness to, causing Stefan to lean forward until his arms were once again wrapped firmly around her slender waist as he gently threads his fingers through her Soft Mahogany Waves in an attempt to lessen her turmoil over whatever she had foreseen in the vision.
"What happened, Baby?" Stefan whispered ever so softly as he nuzzled his nose against her neck until Amaya had calmed down enough to lean back into his embrace once more.
"CareBear was Roofied." Amaya whimpered as her voice noticeably quivered with worry for her Childhood Best Friend.
"Will she be alright?" Lexi interjected with furrowed brows of sympathy for the obvious turmoil that the Doe Eyed Fae were currently feeling, having deduced that Amaya clearly treasured her friendship with the Forbes Girl.
"From what I could discern of the situation, she managed to make it to Matt before anything had happened... He'll be taking her home after informing Liz about the occurrence and who Caroline suspected was responsible." Amaya murmured with an affirmative nod of her head as she curled further into the Green Eyed Vampire's embrace in search of comfort, prompting Stefan to tighten his hold on her slender waist as he brushed an affectionate kiss to the crown of her head.
Without further mention of the troublesome events that were surely taking place at the Mystic Grill at that very moment, Stefan began murmuring sweet nothings into the Doe Eyed Fae's ear in an attempt to lessen her inner turmoil for not being able to prevent the traumatizing event from happening since the Date Rape Drug had already been slipped into Caroline's drink by the time her Fae Abilities had alerted her to what would occur.
Later that Evening, in the Younger Salvatore Brother's Attic Bedroom, the Green Eyed Vampire could be found lounging leisurely on his Panel Bed with his Doe Eyed Fae curled into his side after having fallen asleep once the Blonde Haired Vampire had taken her leave. However, as soon as the sound of someone coming through the Front Door echoed throughout the otherwise silent Salvatore Abode, Stefan had promptly made his way to the Downstairs Parlor at Vampire Speed only mere seconds before his Elder Brother emerged from the Entrance Alcove with an accomplished smirk etched across his lips.
"You seriously missed out tonight, Brother..." Damon commented with an arrogant lilt to his tone of voice as he casually descended the steps into the Sitting Room with his leather jacket slung over his shoulder.
"Is that so...?" Stefan retorts with an emotionless facade that did nothing to mask the depth of anger glimmering within his Forest Green Eyes.
"I just so happen to have taken care of the minor Vampire Problem that has been plaguing our lovely Home Town... You're welcome." Damon taunts with an absentminded shrug of his shoulders as he stepped towards the Mini Bar, only to pause hesitantly as he immediately noticed the barely contained rage simmering beneath the surface of his Younger Brother's expression.
"And how exactly did you accomplish that...? Hmm?" Stefan questioned with thinly veiled darkness lilting his tone of voice as he glowered fiercely at the Ravenette Vampire, causing Damon to cautiously distance himself from the Chestnut Haired Vampire as he could practically sense the Ripper of Monterey edging towards complete control.
"I may have turned the Bartender at the Mystic Grill to frame him for the the tragic death of an unfortunate High School Student. Also Known as Amelia Monroe... And then I staked him right in front of the Sheriff." Damon admitted with an expression of feigned arrogance that did nothing to hide the sudden tenseness in his posture that indicated he were anxiously awaiting an attack at any given moment even as Stefan briefly faltered in his fury at the blatant admittance that the Ravenette Vampire had willfully sacrificed his own Human Blood Bag.
"Are you fucking serious, Damon?!" Stefan hissed with such intense fury that an animalistic growl was unwittingly ripped from the furthest depths of his being, signaling that the Ripper within him were surfacing enough to make himself known until Damon was forced to drop his cocky facade as he realized how very possible it were that he could have his ass handed to him by his Younger Brother before the night was over. "It is one matter to murder innocent Humans since that is our Basic Nature but to force this existence onto someone for your own nefarious goals is something else entirely. For Heaven's Sake, Damon, we were forced into Transitioning our damn selves and now you're doing the same to others. What the Hell is wrong with you?!"
Without having even realized his own actions, the Younger Salvatore Son had abruptly pinned his Elder Brother against the Parlor Wall with an exceptional bout of strength that had promptly knocked the air from the Elder Salvatore Son's lungs. However, before the Ravenette Vampire had the chance to gather his whits about himself, Damon suddenly groaned in agony as he felt an unmistakable stabbing pain as Stefan drove the Wooden Stake that had been hidden on his person since he had come down from his Attic Bedroom deep into his abdomen mere inches away from piercing his Undead Heart.
"That is for planning to murder my Best Friend in Cold Blood to clear your own name with the Founders Council..." Stefan whispered as another animalistic growl rumbled deep within his chest before promptly releasing the Ravenette Vampire from his inescapable grip, causing Damon to collapse to the ground as his hands immediately grasped onto the deeply embedded Wooden Stake. "The only damn reason that I'm allowing you continue to breathe is because you were unsuccessful in your intentions thanks to Amaya's Death Perception having activated as soon as she walked through the Front Door."
"I was protecting our secret..." Damon groaned through clenched teeth as he struggled to regain his strength enough to remove the Wooden Stake that was firmly lodged in his abdomen as his blood continued to seep steadily from the wound. "The Founders Council were on the verge of-"
"Directing their attention towards those that had arrived to Mystic Falls since the Animal Attacks begun..." Stefan interjected with his arms crossed before his broad chest as he continued to glower down upon his Elder Brother in dark satisfaction when Damon collapsed onto his hands and knees after having successfully removed the Wooden Stake with quite some difficulty. "Amaya was more than efficient in deducing the reason behind your heinous actions. Even so, I would suspect your next meeting with Lexi will be far from pleasant considering what you were planning."
With an obvious grimace for the veiled threat of the Elder Vampire, Damon managed to force himself onto his feet once more as he braced his weight against the Parlor Wall to help him regain his equilibrium. And having deemed the confrontation done, Stefan merely turned his back on his Elder Brother without an ounce of concern for retaliation as he begun to make his way towards his Attic Bedroom where his Doe Eyed Fae could be found sleeping soundly, completely unaware of the conflict that had just transpired between the Green Eyed Vampire and the Ravenette Vampire.
