Part 2 in the Godzilla Apocalypse trilogy, humanity finds a new monster native to infant island and control it into combating the monsters, and getting continuisly killed and rebuilt. Sequel to Godzilla: Kaiju Apocalypse, it is recommended that you read the previous story before you read this one.

The plant monster Biollante, a rose mutated from Godzilla's cells, was found in Lake Michigan, but before it could make landfall, M.O.G.U.R.A. successfully burst into millions of spores, but it was found that they could combine into a new form later.
