Principal Nezu, Gran Torino, Sir Nighteye, Yagi Toshinori, Recovery Girl, and Naomasa Tsukauchi were all in the U.A. conference room , due to a certain first-year application. "You said you wanted us to talk about an application?" Nighteye asked. "Yes!" Nezu replied. "But more specifically, his quirk. Take a look at this." Nezu pulled up an application on his computer, turning it around so the others could see.

Frozen Lotus (蓮はす葉は氷ごおり Hasuhagōri?)[26] - Doma delivers a forward fan slash that creates razor-sharp ice shards along with several ice lotuses.

Barren Hanging Garden (枯かれ園その垂しづり Karesono Shizuri?)[27] - A series of 8 to 10 successive fan attacks that generates ice shards to slice the enemy into pieces.

Freezing Clouds (凍いて曇ぐもり Itegumori?)[28] - Doma creates a large wave of cold wind and uses his fans to scatter them. This technique nearly froze Kanao's eyeballs.

Lotus Vines (蔓つる蓮れん華げ Tsuru Renge?)[29] - Similar to his Frozen Lotus technique, Doma creates several lotuses made of ice and long frost vines that extend his reach and can capture or slice up his opponents.[30]

Cold White Princesses (寒かん烈れつの白しら姫ひめ Kanretsu no Shirahime?)[31] - Doma creates the upper body of two female humanoid figures at the end of lotuses using ice with the ability to blow icy air towards his target. The wind generated was cold enough to instantly freeze the surrounding wood bridges and water. Kanao noted that this technique is extremely broad and has a long reach.[32]

Wintry Icicles (冬ふゆざれ氷柱つらら Fuyuzare Tsurara?)[33] - Doma spawns numerous icicles to impale his target.

Scattering Lotuses (散ちり蓮れん華げ Chiri Renge?)[34] - Doma swings his fans and creates a blizzard of long-ranged razor-sharp ice shards shaped like lotus petals.

"This sounds like…" Yagi trailed off, glancing at everyone in the room. "Indeed it does. It's a slim possibility, but a possibility nonetheless." Sir Nighteye steepled his fingers before his head, resting his elbows on the table. "We have evidence, but we don't have proof." He sighed. "Just like the Yakuza." Silence permeated the air, everyone in the room praying that the implied was not the case.

Katsuki had been watching his old friend closely for a while now, and came to one conclusion: That was not Deku. By now, the ash blonde had already realized what happened. He remembered Izuku's hollow eyes before the sudden change, and he felt sick to his stomach looking into the greenettes' lifeless windows, to a soul that no longer existed. They masqueraded emotion and life, but Bakugo saw right through it.

Izuku Midoriya was dead, and he knew exactly what happened, and how the boy died.

Doma had sent out six ice Domas to start destroying bots, while he himself carried around a backpack of medical supplies and patched up whoever needed it. Part of it was former Izuku's caring nature, but most of it was Doma being aware of the rescue point system and racking up as many points as possible. When the gimmick arrived, Doma dispersed all but one of his statues and climbed on its back, having it take him up to the neck of the bot, where he dislodged one of the plates and crawled inside, having the ice Doma wait for him as he slashed away at the wires with his claws.

Principal Nezu watched in fascination from the hidden cameras inside the bot, as midoriya crawled inside the piece of technology. His entire appearance changed, giving him black claws, fangs, and rainbow eyes. His skin also froze wires at touch, all things not written on his quirk file. Nezu quickly updated said file, before continuing to watch. When the boy decided to retreat from the bots inside, the ice Doma helped him out, jumping off the bot with Midoriya on his back as it fell back. Needless to say, Midoriya had gained more than enough points.

Naomasa Tsukauchi needed a raise. He needed a fucking raise. How was he supposed to start an investigation on a child without suitable evidence?! All they had was that the boy, Izuku Midoriya, somehow got a quirk after seven years and it wasn't related to anything in the family history. Tsukauchi already looked through everyone who had a remotely similar quirk on the database and Inko already gave her account at the quirk doctors, so the only option was…

Shit, the Bakugos! They were listed as family friends, there was a slim chance they might know something! Tsukauchi dialed them up and about an hour later, the family of three arrived.

"That's all I know, sorry." Truth. Mitsuki Bakugo said, Tsukauchi sighed. "Alright, thank you for your time."

"It was no prob-"

"Wait." Katsuki cut in, causing the attention to turn to him. The boy hadn't spoken much, so this was unexpected. "I think I have something. But I'd like to talk alone." Truth.

"Alright kid, follow me."

"I'll be back." The youngest Bakugo said, following Tsukauchi to another room. "So what is it kid? You got something for me?" The detective asked. "Yeah, I do." The boy took a breath, before continuing. "Izuku Midoriya. I Don't think that's him anymore." Truth. "Rather, someone else is inhabiting his body." Truth. Tsukauchi's eyes widened a bit. "What makes you think that?"

"On the (date) of (month), he was suecide bated, and he seemed to shut down." Truth. "There was about a three hour window where I didn't see him, until the sludge villain attacked. Truth. "Sometime between the suecide baiting and the attack, something happened. Beforehand, Izuku was a timid quirkless boy who couldn't speak up for himself. But the moment I saw him run towards me and the villain during the attack, I could only describe him as inhuman." Truth.

"How did he change?"

"I've known Izuku for my entire life as the same person: Timid, kind, and quirkless. But in the span of a few hours, I could tell, he is no longer the Izuku I knew. He's become apathetic, all of his emotions are faked, and- oh god." Truth. The boy suddenly paled, clutching the table in front of him, with wide eyes. "Kid, what is it?" Tsukauchi asked, concerned. "Detective, he ate the villain's eyes. He pulled them right out of his body and swallowed them. And he enjoyed it. Detective, Izuku Midoriya is Dead." Truth.
