After Gigan was destroyed by Godzilla, his hands were replaced with sickles, a buzzsaw was installed in his chest, and a goggle-like visor was put over his ruined eyes. As a test he killed Ebirah 3 and Baragon 2. Godzilla fought Gigan and Tianjin, and Gigan was able to keep casualties at a minimum before being killed by Godzilla's atomic breath. M.O.G.U.R.A.s reconstruction also started.
