Donkey, Madison, and Zor were all sitting down in silence. Zor was just feeling a little bored until he saw a rat coming by. The baby dragon made a big pounce from his spot and starts chasing it.

"Stay close, Zor." Madison spoke as she saw him chasing the rat.

"So... uh, you and your dragon have been traveling a lot?" Donkey asked as he looked at her.

Madison turned her head to face him.

"Actually, me and Zor just met before I met you and Shrek." she answered.

"Oh. But what about the guards? Why were they chasing you since they were chasing me?"

"One thing that made me angry, that captain said that all dragons would be taken down."

"Taken down? You mean...?"

"Yep. I couldn't let that happen! I mean... Zor's just a baby and he's small. What about you? Why were the guards chasing you?"

"Well... horrible as it seems. The old lady was trying to sell me."

"Sell you? Why?"

"Didn't you see those wanted papers?" he asked, and Madison shook her head no in confusion. "The Farquaad guy orders that all fairytale creatures should be exile."

"Exile to where? For what?" she asked but Donkey shrugged his shoulders.

Zor chirped as he walked towards Madison. She looked at him seeing no rat with him.

"You didn't catch your lunch?" she asked, and the baby dragon shook his head. "Hold on, let's see what I got."

Madison reached into her bag and try to find something that has meat. She brought out an apple out but handed it to Donkey.

"Apple?"

"Oh, yeah. Thanks." he replied and gently grabbed it from her hand.

Madison kept looking and looking but couldn't find any until she spotted a small tied-up bag. She grabbed it out and starts untying it until she saw a couple of chicken legs.

"Chicken legs. That will work." she said as she took one out. "Here you go."

She tossed it to Zor and the dragon starts eating.

"So, miss... uh, I didn't get your name, did I?" Donkey asked.

"Nope. Sorry about that. I'm Madison but you can call me Maddie."

"Madison. That's a nice name. So, Maddie... have travel here before?"

"No, not really. I just got here last night."

"Have you been into many places before?"

"Plenty. New worlds and lands, I've come to. It's exciting and adventurous."

"Would be nice to travel. No guards or anything. It's all... freedom."

"Exactly." she replied and smile.

Hours passed, and it was evening but almost night, the three were getting bored and there was nothing for them to do. Donkey have been looking at the window, seeing Shrek without getting notice. Madison have been doing some sketches on her back like drawing baby Zor as she was looking at him, he was playing and try catching the moths.

Finally, it was nighttime. Madison's eyes were closed as she fell asleep while Zor just stood close to her. She felt like she was dreaming until she felt her face licked. Madison moaned as she woke up and open her eyes.

"Zor... why did you wake me up for?" she asked as she stretched arms.

"Maddie, you need to see this." said Donkey.

"What? What is it that I need to..." Madison looked up and saw some familiar characters setting up tents and sitting around the campfire.

"I thought I told you to stay outside!" Shrek's voice spoke from in his hut.

"I am outside!" Donkey replied to him.

"Excuse me! Excuse me but what are you guys doing here? Y'all shouldn't be here!" said Madison as she looked at everyone.

"We have to." one of the pigs spoke which all three were the Three Little Pigs.

"We're force to stay here." said the other.

"But why?" Madison asked before one of the pigs spoke, a loud scream came from behind.

She turned to see Zor looking at a familiar wooden puppet boy name Pinocchio.

"Zor, no!" she shouted and pull her dragon away. "I'm so sorry."

"It's fine." the puppet replied.

"Would you mind telling why you and everyone doing here in the swamp?" she asked.

"Well... it's because..."

"What are you doing in my swamp?!"

Madison turned to see Shrek outside of his house, looking furious. The crowd gasped to see the ogre and a couple of characters went inside their tents.

"All right, get out of here. All of you, move it! Come on! Let's go! Hapaya! Hapaya! Hey! Quickly. Come on!" Shrek tries to shoo them away, but a couple of dwarves and fairies went passed him. "No, no! No, no. Not there! Not there!"

They went inside the hut and shut the door except the fairy got hit bit it. The ogre tries to get in, but he was locked out. Then turned to face Madison and Donkey.

"Don't look at me!" she spoke.

"Hey, don't look at me. I didn't invite them." said Donkey.

"Oh, gosh, no one invited us." Pinocchio spoke.

"What?"

"We were forced to come here."

"By whom?" Shrek asked as he looked flabbergasted.

"Lord Farquaad." the first Little Pig answered. "He huffed and he puffed and he...signed an eviction notice."

Shrek let out a heavy sigh and looked at everyone.

"All right. Who knows where this... "Farquaad" guy is?" he asked.

Everyone looks around at each other, but no one answers. Even Madison don't know where that is because she just got here.

"Oh, I do. I know where he is!" Donkey spoke excitedly.

"Does anyone else know where to find him?" Shrek asked again.

The little Baby Bear had his hand up, but the Papa Bear puts his hand down. The other characters try to point at each other in confusion, but Donkey was bouncing up and down.

"Anyone at all?"

"Me! Me!" Donkey shouted in the crowd.

"Anyone?"

"Oh! Oh, pick me! Oh, I know! I know! Me, me!"

"Shrek, you better just pick him or else it will be aggravating." said Madison.

Shrek sigh knowing that she has a point and have no other choice.

"Okay, fine. Attention all...fairy tale things. Do not get comfortable. Your welcome is officially worn out. In fact, I'm gonna see this guy Farquaad right now and get you all off my land and back where you came from!"

There was a pause at the moment but then everyone cheered with hope for them. Shrek sigh like he couldn't believe it's happening to him until he wasn't happier as a birds place a flowery cape on him.

"You two!" Shrek pointed as he looked at Donkey and Madison. "You two are coming with me."

"Fine with me." said Madison as she tries not to get excited and picked Zor up.

"All right, that's what I like to hear, man. Shrek, Donkey, and Maddie, three stalwart friends, off on a whirlwind big-city adventure. I love it!" said Donkey as a flower crown was placed on him and follows him along with Madison.

Donkey: (sings) On the road again. (Speaks: Sing it with me, guys.)

I can't wait to get on the road again.

"What did I say about singing?" Shrek asked sternly at him as he ripped the crown off of his head.

"Can I whistle?"

"No."

"Can I hum it?"

"Alright. Hum it." Shrek sigh.

"You sure you know where Farquaad lives?"

"Absolutely!" Donkey replied and started humming the song.

This will be a new journey for Madison, along with her baby dragon, Donkey, and Shrek.
