"Thanks, let me go and check it out." Harry said before he disappeared and appeared above New Mexico. It didn't take long to locate the area as some temporary facility had sprouted up around the hammer. Harry floated down, still dressed in civilian clothes and he could tell the exact number of people alive in the facility and their positions. Walking past the security was no issue and no one detected him and soon enough he was standing in a clearing with the mighty hammer on a pedestal of earth.

He could barely feel the contained power within, which explained why he hadn't felt its arrival. Someone, probably Odin had bound the hammer's magic. He could feel it trying to reach out to Thor but the bindings were too powerful. Harry approached the hammer and just as he was about two steps away from it, the enchantments on it flared and whatever magic Harry had been using to hide himself fell. Alarms blared and he could hear boots as soldiers ran into the clearing.

"Put your hands on your head and turn around very slowly!" Someone barked and Harry raised his hands though he didn't put them behind his head.

He turned slowly untill he was looking at the people. There were about twenty SHIELD agents all wearing military gear with the one at the head wearing a suit. The suit weraing agent got a good look at Harry and his eyes widened minutely.

"You're Harry Potter." It was more of a statement than a question.

"And you're Phil Coulson." Harry stated in the same tone as he lowered his hands. If the agent was surprised that Harry knew him, he didn't show it. He wasn't surprised SHIELD knew about him either.

"What are you doing here?" Coulson asked. "Do your people have anything to do with this?"

"The wizards and witches don't." Harry answered. "How good is your knowledge of norse mythology, Agent Coulson?"

"I try not to give much attention to myths." Coulson replied.

"Well, this particular myth is right before you." Harry said. "Perhaps you might have heard about Thor, the god of storms and his favored weapon?"

"That is Mjölnir?" He asked, with a bit of disbelief in his voice.

"And where Mjölnir goes, Thor is likely to follow soon enough." Harry replied. "So buckle up, Agent Coulson, you are about to meet a myth soon."

"But what does that have anything to do with you and your people?"

Before Harry could answer, more alarms came to life and sounds of combat could be heard. Coulson, probably deciding that Harry wasn't a threat turned and ordered half the people to go and investigate. Harry walked around the hammer as he studied Odin's enchantment and after circling the Hammer, he got closer and observed the faint etching in the side. Harry spoke aloud, "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor."

After he finished reading that, Harry took a step back with visible shock.

What the fuck was Odin playing at. Anybody, absolutely anyone could lift the hammer and would become as powerful as Thor so long as they were 'worthy'. And if Thor's power had been bound to the hammer, then Thor no longer possessed his powers. Harry looked up in time just to see the familiar blond mowing through the SHIELD agents with ease. Even without his powers, he was still a highly trained Asgardian warrior.

"Thor!" Harry called out, just as the tall god effortlessly threw one of the agents at three others.

"Harry?" He looked up and ignored the other agents as he walked over and engulfed him in a hug. "You have no idea how glad I am at seeing you. Everything is so strange and different from the last time I was at Midgard."

"What are you doing here, Thor?" Harry asked stepping back. "I thought I made it clear you and your people are not welcome on Midgard."

"Father sent me here." Thor said with a bit of shame in his voice. "I made a mistake and he stripped me of my power as well as my ownership over Mjölnir. But now that it is here, he has probably forgiven me so I can get my power back and return."

"It doesn't work that way and you know it." Harry pointed out but Thor ignored him and walked over to the hammer.

Lightning and thunder flashed across the sky and it even started raining. Their connection might have been blocked but the magic within the hammer was still reacting to Thor's presence. Sparks of electricity shot from the Hammer to him making Thor smile. His power wanted to return where it belonged. Thor grabbed the Handle with an elated expression as he felt his power within.

The moment he tried to lift it and felt it's immovable weight, his expression dropped. Thor continued to struggle to lift the Hammer and Harry simply stared at him making the Asgardian prince feel more and more awkward as the hammer refused to budge.

"Only the 'worthy' can lift the hammer now, Thor. And clearly, the enchantment doesn't consider you worthy enough to repossess your powers." He explained and Thor stepped back, looking defeated.

"What am I to do?" Thor asked.

"Become worthy." Harry replied simply. "I have no idea what that means, and quite honestly, I don't care."

Thor gave one last look at his life companion before he sighed and stepped away from the hammer.

Harry drew his wand and started tracing runes in the air which spread and formed a dome shaped shield over the pedestal with the hammer.

"What are you doing?" Thor asked.

"There will likely be others aware of Odin's actions and may try to seek your power through the hammer." Harry answered as he finished setting up the wards, a mixture of wizard and norse that ensured no one would get to the hammer except its rightful owner. It also protected it from scrying of any kind.

Once he was done, he turned to Thor.

"Your father asked me to look out for Mjölnir and that is what I'll be doing, I don't want to be involved in Asgardian business any further." He pinned him with a heavy stare and Thor could feel the power in that gaze. "You will stay on Midgard untill you are accepted by the hammer's enchantment and then you will leave immediately. However, kill a single person and you will follow them soon afterwards."

"So you believe that I could reclaim it?" Thor asked with some hope.

"Odin wouldn't have have sent it along with you if he didn't believe that you could reclaim it."

Without waiting for a reply, Harry vanished leaving Thor in the clearing. Coulson cleared his throat and approached the Asgardian prince hoping to get some answers for himself. Like why the British wizard seemed so familiar with the god of storms.

-TRNT-

When Harry reappeared above Harlem, it was to even more destruction. The two hulking monsters were still at it, and now the military had gotten involved. Between the three, they were causing even more destruction than before. Harry surveyed the scene below with a frown, he had decided that he would only intervene in matters of the Earth when something extraterrestrial was involved.

People should be able to solve their problems. In fact they had been doing it for centuries before and should be capable of solving them without Harry's input lest he unintentionally ends up like Dumbledore. Obsessed with controlling everything and everybody's lives just because he can. He had expected that any conflicts between people should be left alone untill they came to their conclusion by themselves, that way the natural order would not be tampered with.

Seeing the destruction below, and the people dying as collateral damage from the fight between the two monsters, Harry found himself doubting his earlier decisions. What use was being God-protector when he can't even protect the innocents of this earth. Why should innocents die just because he is afraid of upsetting the balance between life and death? What of his principles before he had become a god of life? Would he have been willing to watch people die just because it was the natural thing? Innocents that knew nothing about the battle going on around them?

The answer was a simple no. He wouldn't have, especially if he had the power to do something about it. There were situations when humans would be enough to solve them, and then there were those where divine intervention was required. And now, even though no one had prayed to him for help, Harry knew he was obligated to preserve life as much as possible and as the god of life, every person who died below would be a direct contradiction to that principle.

With his decision made, Harry let his magic free. The first thing he did was to grip the minds of the soldiers who were raining fire down on Harlem. The four military helicopters immediately stopped firing and turned around before flying away. By the time they would be out of Harry's range of control, there won't be any reason to keep attacking. With the military dealt with, he turned to the monsters who had been shielding themselves from the military and now that it was out of the way, were turning back to continue their fight.

His wand materialized in his right hand and with a wave, eldritch chains erupted from the ground and swiftly wrapped around the monsters and dragged them towards the ground. They struggled with unbelievable strength but the more they struggled, runes lit up on the chains and they became even tighter. Harry floated down before the chains could be shattered and placed his palm first on the brown abomination's head.

"Sleep!" He commanded with a whisper, pushing magic directly into its mind. It struggled for a few seconds before it slumped down, unconcious.

Harry then turned to the green one who was struggling even harder. The chains were barely keeping it in place and were constantly glowing but unable to shrink further due to the monster's strength. Harry did the same and tried to put it to sleep but the monster just roared in defiance. He tried to push magic into its mind but the rage within was too much, almost making him stumble. The chains creaked as it tried to break them and before Harry could actively reinforce them, they shattered and the monster rose to it's full height.

It glared at him and roared with clear intent and without thinking too much, Harry darted forward and slapped his palm into the monster's chest intent on pushing its astral form out of its body. It worked, thankfully. Beings that are powerful enough, atleast magically, can resist their astral forms being forcefully ejected from their bodies. This monster didn't seem to have any magic and the body slumped forward and fell revealing not one but two astral forms. One was who he assumed was Dr. Banner, and the other looked like the green monster. Harry too exited his body and time slowed down to a crawl in the normal plane.

"Wha...am I dead?" Banner asked as he glanced at the spectral monster next to him. "Are we dead?"

"Not quite." Harry replied. "I simply brought you to the astral plane so we can have a conversation."

"The Astral plane?" The man asked looking around in confusion. "Who are you?"

"Who are you?" Banner asked, the monster just stared at him silently.

"My name is Harry Potter and I am this world's protector." He glanced at the monster. "Were you aware that there are two personalities living within you?"

"Yeah." Banner said, scratching the back of his head. "I call him 'the other guy'. I turn into him when I become really angry."

"Hulk's name is Hulk!" The monster rumbled startling Banner who it seemed hadn't been aware that he was capable of speech. "Banner needed Hulk and Hulk came."

Harry from one to the other. "Right. Well, you need to leave. I have neutralized your friend because your fight is hurting people. I would prefer not to do something similar or worse to you."

The two glanced at their opponent who was lying unmoving on the ground covered in chains.

"I...I cannot turn back unless the other_ I mean the Hulk gives me back control."

"You two need to sit down and come to an understanding." Harry said. "I won't allow you to cause any more destruction so I suggest you leave otherwise I might be forced to use more permanent means."

Harry returned to his body and hit the green body with a powerful calming spell targeting its mind and it swiftly shrunk untill it was looking like Bruce Banner's astral form. He waved his wand and the trousers repaired themselves and a shirt appeared over it. Another gesture had both astral forms sink into the body and it came alive.

"That was interesting." Banner marveled as he studied the clothes. "Are these real?"

"Yes. Now leave before the authorities get here, I'll deal with your friend." Before turning around, he paused. "Also, you should sit and have a conversation with your green friend."

"I...can't. I'm only aware of him when he takes over."

"Then you should try to sink into you subconscious. He is in there somewhere, you should try meditating." Ignoring the look of bewilderment he was giving him, Harry turned around and knelt down as sirens could be heard in the distance. "You should leave now, Dr. Banner."

Without waiting for a response, Harry slammed a glowing palm into the ground and his magic exploded outwards with one single instruction, 'Heal.'

All over Harlem, buildings started coming back together, walls that had been destroyed repaired, property and all manner of things returned back to what they had been before the fight had begun. The people who had been injured but still alive were healed almost instantly. Destroyed limbs went back to normal, all manner of injuries were healed in a blink of an eye. This was Harry's strongest element, the major part of his domain, and he did not even feel the strain of putting out that much magic. All those that were healed knew that something divine had happened.

Less than a minute later, the streets of Harlem were back to normal, as if the fight had never happened. The only evidence of it ever being there was the brown abomination that was lying unconscious in the street.

-TRNT-

Harry had just gotten back to his feet when 'pops' announced the arrival of numerous wizards. A second later, he felt a ward go up around them, anti-apparation and anti-port-key. Twelve wizards had him surrounded, garbed in battle robes with the ICW sigil engraved at the breast. They all had their wands pointed at him and seemed to be a moment away from casting. Just by looking at the twelve of them, Harry could tell they were not strangers to battle.

"Harry Potter." The most authoritative looking one called out. "You are under arrest for breaking the statute of secrecy. Surrender your wand and yourself to ICW custody." He paused and arced an eyebrow. "Or resist and we will be forced to use force. Either way, you're coming with us, dead or alive."

Harry stared at the man for a few seconds before he looked at everyone of the others. He could just teleport away, the anti-apparation wards wouldn't stop him, but it would seem like running, and he would be repeatedly hunted down whenever he was out of England. That would become...annoying real quick. And so he was left with two options, the first was reason with the ICW and have them realise that clinging to the statue of secrecy was a waste of time.

The muggles were already aware of magic and it was too late to stop the word from spreading even further. The only solution they had was to come up with ways to integrate themselves with the muggle world. But Harry knew that wizards and witches were very stubborn, and that option had very little chance of success. The second option was to beat them so hard that they will be afraid of coming after him again. But again, stubbornness would likely still bring them thinking that they would be lucky next time.

And so he settled for a little bit of both.

"I do not wish to fight you." Harry said once his eyes settled on the leader again. "Leave now and tell your superiors that I will meet the ICW tomorrow or any other time of their convenience."

"You don't actually think that's possible, right?" The man laughed. "Look around, boy, there are twelve of us and only one of you. You might be powerful but do you really think you stand a chance agaisnt us?"

"I'm going to give you one last chance to leave." Harry said even as he could feel them preparing to launch their attack.

Every witch or wizard has an aura, it is like an extension of one's magical core and is usually only around their bodies. This is what protects them from spells like the summoning charm and also gives them a minor magical resistance. The more powerful the wizard is the stronger their aura and those knowledgeable enough could manipulate their aura for a number of reasons. Many used it merely for intimidation, circulating the area around them with their auras and using it to manipulate weaker magicals.

Harry didn't need to manipulate anyone, but he had a more useful way he could use his especially against these wizards who were way below him in magical power it wasn't even funny. He let it spread, way past where each of the wizards were standing and just let it stay idle for now. The ICW hit wizards could feel it surround them, and probably hoping to stop him before he could do anything with it, they sprung into action.

Spells flew at Harry from all directions. Very powerful spells too as the twelve were certainly more powerful than the average wizard. But they were nothing Harry couldn't handle, and with his reflexes and the occasional use of a shield, Harry danced between the spells. He dodged, blocked, deflected and outright dispelled many of the spells being launched at him. And for the next half a minute, he did not stay in a single area for more than half a second.

Seeing that he wasn't trying to hit back, the wizards pressed harder, getting more creative with their spells as they tried to impede his movements. Harry simply twirled and leaped over each of their attempts, and not once did he try to fight back, atleast not until it hit the one minute mark since the fight began. And then he suddenly stood still and actively took control of his aura. Every spell heading towards him suddenly fizzled out, all the ones the wizards tried to cast towards him also were dispelled as soon as they left the wands.

It didn't take them long to realize that Harry had something to do with it and Harry smiled once it sunk in. His aura had one simple intent, to act as a finite. Any magic that was cast within the area it covered and was less powerful than it would be dispelled immediately.

"My turn." Harry said and he teleported.

He appeared before the leader first and hit him in the neck cutting off his air supply, punched him in both shoulders, dislocating them before he moved around him and kicked both knees, shattering them completely. It all happened with in a blink of an eye, and a second later, he was moving to the next one, and the next, untill they were all lying on the ground thirty seconds later.

Harry stood above them with a hard stare.

"Tell your superiors that we are willing to meet about the statute of secrecy, but I will not appreciate any attack towards me or my people." He said. "I can be way more brutal than that, and if you send any more people after me, I'll be glad to show you just how."

And with that, he teleported back home. Hermione and Shevaun were still there and were watching a news clip of him standing between the Hulk and what the news were calling the Abomination.

It showed the Abomination on the ground bound with chains while Harry flew forward and slammed his palm into the Hulk's chest. He stood still for a second before floating upwards and placing his palm on the Hulk's head who shrunk down into a man. The clip cut off from there.

"What happened to not getting involved with mundane problems?" Shevaun asked from where she was leaning on Hermione's chest.

Harry sighed. "This situation called for it."

"And how many more of those will keep appearing untill you become the world's police?" Hermione asked with a raised eyebrow.

Harry just shrugged. "Well, I wasn't going to just stand there as people kept dying."

"Harry, you have hundreds of followers." Shevaun said. "Each and every one of them would have dropped whatever they were doing if you only asked."

"You were right from the beginning, a being of your power can't be directly involved in the daily running of things in the world without consequences on either parties." Hermione added. "Either of us could have intervened had we known that you wanted to get involved. There are enough wizards and witches that could have done what you did or something as close."

Harry sat down between his two girls thinking of his earlier decision. The two clearly had a point, any competent witch or wizard could have handled the Hulk and Abomination. Someone like Hermione or Shevaun would probably have done with the same amount of ease as he had. But there was still the issue of the ICW, any other person would have been had pressed dealing with the hit-wizards that had come to arrest Harry.

It rankled him that he had to reconsider his stand moments after coming to a hard realization. In any case, he would have to think about this further before he came to a final conclusion.

"I was arrested by ICW hit-wizards." He said, changing the subject. "Or they tried to."

"They're not dead, are they?" Hermione asked with concern.

"I'm not Shevaun, Hermione, of course they're not dead."

"Hey!"

"Well, it's not like we didn't expect this." Hermione said, running a hand through Shevaun's red curls. "Guess I should prepare for another visit, then?"

"Yeah." Harry nodded. "Maybe get the prime minister to come with you as well."

"Alright." She nodded. "And what happened with Thor's hammer."

And so Harry told them. Neither of them were happy that he was being dragged into Asgard's business which didn't concern Ragnarok. But they knew he wasn't in a position to have a say, atleast not at the moment.

-TRNT-

Harry woke up the next day with a frown. He knew his magic had woken him though he had no idea why. He was still trying to figure it out when he suddenly felt a familiar burst of magic.

"The Bifrost." Harry muttered with a groan. "What is Odin upto now?"

He disentangled himself from the two women with him in bed who didn't even stir given the long night they both had. And slipped on a pair jeans and a t-shirt. He looked at the two with a frown, he was going to have to learn to some restraint when it came to sex, magic could only do so much. Sometimes he forgot that his lovers didn't have the same stamina and constitution as him only and remembered too late when they were close to passing out.

Shaking his head, Harry slipped on a long coat and left the bedroom. Thanks to magic, he had the luxury of looking good without worrying about the temperature. He briefly considered getting something quick to eat but he had already delayed enough, whatever the Bifrost had brought might leave the general vicinity.

Harry disappeared and reappeared right in the middle of the runic circle left behind by the Bifrost just outside a small town. Sighing, Harry made himself invisible and teleported to the town. It didn't take him long to locate Earth's latest visitors. The Warriors Three and The Lady Sif were seated around a distraught looking Thor while two women and a man he recognized as Dr. Selvig watched from the other side of the hall.

Dropping his invisibility, Harry opened the doors and walked in. His former teachers looked up when they saw him and despite the serious situation, the three Asgardian men smiled brightly at him and each engulfed him in a hug. Harry returned the hugs with a smile as he hadn't even realized that he had missed the three warriors.

"Look at you!" Volstagg bellowed. "You almost look like a man grown!"

"I bet these mortal women can't have enough of you." Fundral grinned, looking him up and down. "Now only if you had been on Asgard, you would have been even more popular than Thor over there."

"This is hardly the time for revel." Hogun, ever the grim one added, making his two friends sober up.

"What did I miss this time?" Harry asked with amusement which died at seeing the looks on both Thor and Lady Sif's faces. He sighed, knowing very well there was no turning back after this. "Okay, somebody fill me in."

And so they did. From the interruption of Thor's coronation, to the ill-thought out attack on Jotunheim. Thor's banishment, Odin going into the Odinsleep and Loki ascending the Throne. Apparently, he had even told Thor that Odin had died and that he should remain on Earth and live out his days in banishment. It turns out all this had been a plot for Loki to usurp the throne of Asgard.

"I really should have killed him before returning here." Harry said once they had finished. Thor had been quiet throughout the explanation, simply staring at his hands in silence. "You need to pull yourself together, Odinson."

Thor looked up at Harry. "And what would you have me do, I am bereft of my powers. Unworthy of even considering myself an Asgardian, let alone a son of Odin."

"Not sure what to tell you but I know that your people need you right now, with or without your powers." Harry answered. "I believe I can get us back to Asgard even without Heimdall's help. I can take on Loki but only if he doesn't command Asgard's armies. With you there, they would automatically defer to you as the crown prince instead of Loki."

"I agree." Lady Sif agreed. "If Prince Harry can really get us to Asgard, we can beat Loki together so long as he does not have the full might of Asgard behind him."

"Uhm...I'm sorry, Prince Harry?" One of the women asked. "Are you saying he is also a god or something? I think I remember seeing you on TV yesterday."

"Not now, Darcy!" The other woman hissed as she pulled her friend back.

"So what say you, Odinson?!" Volstagg bellowed. "Will you fight with us, or not?!"

Before Thor could answer, Harry suddenly stood up.

"The Bifrost." He said as he left the room swiftly followed by the Asgardians and the three humans. It didn't take him long to locate what it had brought this time and he could only frown in anger. "He can't be serious right now."

"Why would he send the Destroyer here?" Fundral asked.

"Isn't it obvious?" Sif asked, summoning her large sword. "He knows that even without his powers, Thor is still a threat to his rule and so has sent it to kill him."

"Well, he will not find it so easy!" Hogun stated as he also materialized his own weapons and rushed towards the approaching weapon of mass destruction, Volstagg and Fundral right behind him.

Harry turned to Thor and give him a pointed look. They both knew how powerful the Destroyer was, especially with someone with Loki's power controlling it. The four warriors wouldn't last long against it, even Harry wasn't completely confident in his ability to handle it without going all out, something which would be ill-advised as long as he was on Earth.

"Get your act together, Odinson." He said as he materialized Bloodaxe and his armour. "There are lives at stake here."

Without another word, he flew towards the Destroyer, hoping to intercept it before it reached the town.

"Wow." Darcy breathed, staring after Harry's retreating form. "What did you say he was the god of?"

"Life." Thor replied as he let out a breath. "He is the God of life." He turned to his new mortal friends. "Try to keep the mortals put of the way of the fight, I believe I know what to do to end all this."

And without waiting for a response, he was bounding down the street towards the fight.

Meanwhile, Harry and the Destroyer were doing their best at destroying one another with neither having much success. The Destroyer armour was one of Asgard's most powerful weapons. It almost had no weakness, it was impervious to nearly all forms of physical damage and Harry was not yet at a level where he could come up with enough magic to destroy it. At this point, he couldn't even leave a scratch no matter how much he were to try.

He teleported away, barely dodging a concentrated beam of the armour's destructive energy. Appearing behind the armour, Harry cast a concussive blast of magic in its back. While not enough to do any damage, it was powerful enough to blast it hundreds of meters away. Harry flew right after it, leaving the warriors behind whose asses had already been handed to them.

He knew he couldn't defeat the Destroyer, but he didn't have to, he just needed to kick Loki out of it and it would return to standby mode. Which meant that he would have to find a way of keeping him out as well after he had thrown him out.

Harry suddenly jerked to the side, swiftly changing his flight direction to dodge the beam of energy hurled at him. He pushed himself, flying faster than he ever had as it followed right after him. The Destroyer following him easily enough despite his speed. He teleported further away, moments before the blast could reach him. He was not confident enough that he could maintain a shield for more than five seconds against that blast.

Harry appeared once again, thankful that magic dispelled your momentum when you teleported, otherwise he would have landed face first in the ground, probably breaking his neck in the process given the speed he had been flying at. His reprieve didn't last long however as the Destroyer, moving way faster than it had any right to was at his position before he even realized it. It was only his instinctual conjuring of a shield, reducing the momentum of the kick aimed at smashing him into fine paste that saved his life.

The metallic kick tore through his shield and slammed into his front sending him flying. He could feel his chest cave in from the impact of the kick, pain exploding throughout his body as several bones were broken. He fell and tumbled on the ground, rolling several times before coming to a stop. He could already feel his healing kicking in even as he coughed and spat out blood. He tried to get back up but his body gave out and and fell down once again, wincing as his injuries were aggravated.

Realizing that he was in no position to fight, Harry laid down on his back and started actively using magic to heal himself. The process was taking longer than he wanted. Thankfully, the Destroyer did not attack him again and Harry saw it out of the corner of his eye as it flew away back towards the town. Unable to do anything, he could only lay there and try to increase the pace of his healing.

Thirty seconds later which had felt more like minutes to Harry, he felt that he had recovered enough to continue fighting. He was just staring to push himself up when he felt the ward he had placed around Mjölnir shatter. Harry rose his feet as he tracked the hammer's flight through his senses untill it flew right over him, heading towards the direction of the town. A second later, he felt an explosion of power sweep across the Earth, Thor, it seemed had regained his powers. And he was even more powerful than he had been before he lost them in the first place.

However, no matter how powerful he had become, he would still not be able to beat it especially as he did not have the capabilities to kick Loki out of the armour.

And so Harry got to work. He dispelled Bloodaxe and summoned the Elder wand. Tracing runes in the air, he started creating a runic pattern, completely ignoring the sounds of battle and lightning in the background. It took him ten seconds to finish the runic circle which then spread to ten meter radius before it lowered and sunk into the ground, tracing itself on the floor.

"Bring it to me, Thor." Harry projected directly into the Storm god's mind and recieved a telepathic nod in return.

A second later, a massive lightning bolt fell from the sky and slammed into the Destroyer. Thor then started attacking it without a stop, smashing Mjölnir into its chest over and over as he drove it towards where Harry was waiting. Once they were close enough, another bolt of lightning slammed into it, this time coming directly from Mjölnir propelling the Destroyer at Harry. He waved his wand, stopping its flight as soon as it was directly above the runic circle.

Jabbing the wand at the edge of the runic circle, it lit up with emerald light and the armor, whose face had started glowing while staring at Harry suddenly shut down, it fell down and landed on both feet with a loud crash and stood there silently, as if it hadn't been trying to kill them moments ago. Harry slumped his shoulders and let out a sigh of relief.

Thor landed next to him looking at him in concern. "Are you alright?"

"I will be, once I get my hands on Loki." He looked him up and down at his armour, before looking at Mjölnir in his hands. "I see you're worthy again, good for you."

"I had a lot to learn, lessons I will not be forgetting any time soon." He smiled at him. "So, what do we do now?"

"You need to go and put Asgard in order." Harry told him. "Now that you have your powers back, you have no need of me."

"I would have thought you would jump at the chance to fight Loki."

"Normally I would, but I'd rather not return to Asgard unless I absolutely need to." He replied. "I have done my part, the rest is up to you. Besides, I need to watch the Destroyer, lest Loki tries to use it again."

"Thank you, Harry Potter." Thor said, embracing him. "If it had not been for you, I would have lost my friends."

The friends in question had also arrived and thanked Harry profusely before together with Thor, they returned to Asgard through the Bifrost. Harry sent a patronus to Shevaun who arrived by portal a few seconds later.

"Whoa!" She blinked, looking up at the giant armour. It did not look any less intimidating in standby mode. She then looked around at all the destruction and arched an eyebrow. "So this is what all that magic was being thrown around for?"

"Yes." Harry nodded. "I'm going back to the mansion to prepare the ritual room, portal it directly in after ten seconds."

She nodded and he teleported away. He appeared in the portal chamber and drew the same runic circle he had just drawn moments ago with a few modifications. He had just barely finished when a ring of amber light appeared on the floor before rising up, slowly revealing the Destroyer untill the whole of it had been brought in. Even with the high ceiling of the ritual chamber, it almost didn't fit entirely. Harry closed his eyes briefly and when he opened them, he was seeing two different perspectives, one being much higher than the first.

It was a disorienting experience, being in two bodies at the same time. But he was an accomplished occlumens, so it was easy to orient himself. The Destroyer felt almost as normal as his body and responded just as he tested it out, looking this way and that way, moving his arms and legs before he looked down at his puny looking body. Once his experiment was done, he willed himself back into his own body fully. He staggered backwards at the jarring sensation of becoming 'whole' once again.

Harry looked back at the giant suit of armour with a satisfied smile. The Destroyer was now his, and he had no intention of giving it back to Asgard.

AN: Hi, shorter chapter this time, but I felt this was as good a point as any to stop. I know it is annoying that we're still following canon for now be patient, as you can see, changes have already started.

The Destroyer I used is mostly the one from the comics which certainly way more powerful than the one we saw in Thor 1, more of its power will be seen in the future now that Harry has it.

Lastly, about Harry, I know his character has not been consistent but it is a work in progress. He has been fundamentally changed, ascending from simple wizard to a god, a god that is likely to be affected by his domain. Right now he is still adjusting, that will change once he was fully grown into his powers.

Thanks for reading, see you next chapter.
