Prompt One: Write about a time when Lucy missed when she threw her dagger. What or whom did she hit instead?

Those are tools, not toys.

Lucy knew that. She followed that rule with any kind of weapon she used and even listen to Peter when he said to only use her cordial as a last resort. She was never one to fiddle with her dagger and she didn't mean to throw it at the visiting noble.

The twelve-year-old Queen stands in the training yard looking between the Tarkaan and her dagger. Her eyes widen as she sees the anger in the Tarkaan's face.

"Treachery! The barbarian Queen has struck me!" He yells.

"What happen?" Peter asks as he comes over to Lucy with Edmund behind him.

"I was practicing with my dagger and the Tarkaan was behind the target. Peter, I tried asking him to move but he insisted on watching me throw it. Saying how he's never seen a young barbarian girl willed a dagger and how I wasn't going to hit the target since I was a barbarian girl and would go on and on how he's better with a dagger and will, I lose focus and missed the target." Lucy says nervously.

"She did this on purpose, I'll never be able to walk again! Ahh" The Tarkaan kneels to grab a hold of his foot. "Healer! I need a Healer!"

Lucy's brothers look at where the dagger landed and smile.

"I don't think a Healer is necessary," Peter says.

"Not necessary! You barbarians would have me die right here. I assure you when the Tisroc (may he live forever) hears about this. He will declare war on Narnia, and I'll be the one to lead the army that will burn this demon kingdom to the ground!"

"Or" Edmund says walking over to the Tarkaan and taking out the dagger from the tip of his pointy shoe. "You could just let us buy you a new pair of shoes."

So do you think really missed her target? Anyway, thanks for reading, and please leave a review:)
