Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls Academy
Prologue

The remnants of Towa City, the once red sky that filled the city, cleared up with a bright, brilliant blue hue in the sky. Many buildings have seen wreckage from the Monokumas that rampaged the city, all led by a group of children named the Warriors of Hope. Their reign was short-lived thanks to the efforts of a high-school girl and her friend. Despite toppling plans and saving the city, much of the wreckage remains; many adults are hiding underground, children lurking around, and any other possible threat the remnants of despair will bring.

As for the high-school girl, Komaru Naegi, she and her friend, Toko Fukawa, have been traveling across the rest of Towa City to find survivors. It is within a large plaza near a supermarket; Komaru and Toko walked side by side. Komaru is what many consider to be a "normal, average looking, plain girl," with painfully average grades and the same interests as any ordinary high-school girl would have around her age. Since the incident at Towa City, she continues to wear her St. Koa Girls Academy uniform; a white blouse, a red necktie, a short blue skirt, black socks that reach up to her knees, and white shoes. Hanging from the hip of her skirt is a 'megaphone' but is actually a hacking gun designed by the Togami Corporation. The hacking gun is Komaru's primary weapon of defense against the Monokumas that rampaged across the city.

Her partner, Toko, wore the same outfit she had worn since escaping Hope's Peak Academy. A purple school uniform with a long dress skirt with a cut along the side once had braided twin tails, but her hair became a mess with parts of her hair displaced, and she wore big round glasses. The two girls shared a common trait: a cowlick pointing at the top of their heads.

The two of them walked around the wreckage, seeing the bodies of various deactivated Monokuma robots laying around the ground. Toko looks around with a cautious glance from her glasses, having an unnerving feeling at the sight of the Monokumas. "Even when they're all deactivated like this, they still creep me out," said Toko. Komaru chimes in with a nod, "Y-Yeah. I've been so afraid that seeing them like this gets on my nerves."

Komaru stops with Toko continuing until she stops and turns her head back to Komaru. Komaru stares down an alleyway; Toko approaches Komaru with a grimace and asks, "What's the holdup?" Komaru didn't say anything other than she pointed down the alleyway towards the source of her attention. A small Monokuma plushie, completely untouched, laying on its side. Near the plushie was an arm with a long white sleeve poking out from under a pile of rubble, the hand being a small child's hand, flailing around.

Komaru gasped, "Toko! There's someone buried under that rubble!" Komaru tries to run out to the rubble when Toko grabs her wrist and shouts, "H-Hey! We don't know if someone is really under there. It could be a trap!" Komaru looked over at Toko, "I know that, but at the very least, we can just move some rubble off," she replied. Toko gave a hesitant look at Komaru, then to the flailing arm; she let out a sigh and released Komaru's wrist.

Once her wrist was free, Komaru didn't waste a second when she rushed over to the rubble and ignored the plushie. Pushing one small piece of concrete off the pile, one after another, Komaru hoped to find someone or a body underneath, "It's alright! I'm gonna get you out of-"once Komaru pulled the last piece of debris off, the arm isn't connected to a shoulder or a body, but a machine. The arm flails until it slowly powers down and lays on the concrete. Komaru was surprised into silence and sat on her knees in shock.

Toko follows up from behind with her eyelids lowered while she hunches over Komaru's shoulder to see the arm machine and responds, "Satisfied? It's probably just some prop used on Halloween…." Komaru grabbed the sides of the machine, which looked like a small black box, but there wasn't any dust and very little debris on it. It wasn't even crushed from the concrete laying on top of it. "Something about this doesn't seem right," said Komaru. "There isn't even much of a scratch on this thing."

Toko sighed, "Let's just go; this feels like a waste of time," said Toko, who turned and made her way out of the alleyway. Komaru finishes examining the animatronic arm when she glances at the Monokuma plushie. She's seen them so many times in Towa City that their appearance of them brings back a lot of awful memories. Komaru slowly stands up until she hears the sound of footsteps. She assumes it was probably Toko again being impatient.

"Alright, I'm coming To-"A sizeable feminine hand comes around and covers Komaru's mouth with a cloth! Komaru's eyes widened from the shock when she turned her gaze to see something she'd never imagined in all her life. A woman in a white-and-black halved skin-tight jumpsuit with a Monokuma head covering her face. The one stand-out feature of this woman was her large breasts being contained in the jumpsuit along with a curvy built body, from her chest to her hips. Komaru grabs the woman's arm holding the cloth while she lets out muffled screams, but a foul smell reaches Komaru's nose.

Komaru's muffled screams were enough to catch Toko's attention, she turned her head around, and her eyes were filled with shock and surprise. "K-Komaru!" Toko shouted; she turned and ran towards the masked woman. Toko pulls out an electric stun gun; in their travels, Toko uses this device to swap to her alternate persona, Genocide Jack. Though knowing Komaru was held hostage, she didn't want to risk turning herself into Genocide Jack and risk Komaru's wellbeing in the process. She instead holds up the stun gun towards the masked woman, hoping to at least knock her unconscious.

The masked Monokuma woman glances at the charging Toko; she moves Komaru to the side of her body with Komaru's head pressed against the woman's ample breast. The woman lifts her leg up quickly, performing a frontal highkick, knocking the stun gun up in the air. Komaru and Toko's eyes widen with bewilderment at the kick, yet the woman's leg bends in a snap before she aims and launches the foot out. The heel and arch of the foot slam into Toko's abdomen.

Toko's eyes bulged, her abdomen pressed, her mouth parted open, and she pushed all her oxygen out. The woman pulled her foot off of Toko's stomach, and within seconds, Toko's knees gave out, and she was hunched over, holding her upper abdomen, while she gasped for air but felt herself struggling to breathe. Komaru tried to scream Toko's name, but something was wrong. She feels light-headed, her muscles feel relaxed, and her movements become sluggish. Whatever was in that cloth was having an effect on her whole body.

Toko starts letting out a heavy cough until the stun gun lands in the center between her and the woman. Toko tries to reach for it until the woman puts her foot down on the stun gun. "Don't bother getting up," said the woman with a warped garbled voice, "You may be an Ultimate, but you're weak in this form. I cannot allow you to switch to your other self." Toko lifts her head up slowly, trying to get her breathing back in control. "Y…you know that much, huh? What do you want with Komaru?" The masked woman spoke, "That's not your concern. You're only a bit player."

Komaru continued breathing in drugged cloth, with her arms hanging loose and her eyes slowly closing. Toko moves her hand slowly to the torn slit of her long dress skirt; strapped to her thigh was one of Genocide Jack's extra-sharp scissors. "I already gained a friend… I'm not gonna lose her now!" Toko shouted, brandishing her scissors out and charging forward. The masked woman quickly launches her foot upward from Toko's stun gun with the tip of the woman's foot landing under Toko's chin. Toko felt the reverberating sting to her jaw ring through her skull, losing her footing and making her body arch forward.

The masked woman's leg is raised in a high kick stance, and her shin bends back to her thigh while she lowers her leg into a different stance. Toko takes a few steps back, but the masked woman launches her foot outward again toward Toko. The heel slams into Toko's upper abdomen right below her ribcage. Toko's eyes bulged out from the second hit, but the kick had extreme force behind it, launching Toko back until she crashed into a set of trash cans on impact.

After a loud crash and the crunch of the metal trash cans, Toko's body lays over one of the metal trash cans with the side bent from her landing. Komaru, barely awake, stares at Toko's limp body with her arm weakly trying to reach out to her friend, and her words muffled, "To…kfo…." The masked woman looks over to Toko and then down to Komaru, keeping her hand on the cloth over Komaru's mouth. The masked woman lowers her leg and looks down at Komaru, "She'll live, but with only a few broken ribs," said the masked woman.

Komaru's weak hand falls and goes limp, hanging from her sides with Komaru's eyes closed shut. The high schooler is entirely knocked out and slumps her head forward against the cloth. The woman pulls her hand back, placing both hands on Komaru's shoulders and turning the girl to face her. The unconscious girl leans forward and falls until her stomach is caught and lands on the woman's shoulder. Komaru's upper body, arms, and hair hang upside down, suspended while her lower half hangs from the front. The skirt of her high school uniform was short enough to show her pale legs and her white and blue striped panties.

The masked woman wraps her arm around under Komaru's knee-pits. While kneeling to catch Komaru, the masked woman reaches over and grabs Toko's stun gun. The masked woman stands back up and walks off with Komaru on her shoulder. She picks up a little speed, her walk transitioning into a run and then into a sprint. The masked woman runs to the alley's dead end before stopping and squats down before she leaps upward in a powerful superhuman jump. She leaps over one of the buildings onto the rooftops and runs across the rooftops, leaping further and further away from the scene with Komaru to parts unknown. Toko remains back at the scene, unconscious but breathing. A few shadows surround Toko's body when they start to pull at her ankles and drag her away.

A thick bulbed light shines a spotlight on a sterile operating table in a dark room. Laying on top of the operating table is Komaru Naegi, her front facing upwards and her back on the table. Her uniform was removed, leaving only her white and blue striped bra and panties. Voices could be heard all around, but they were all female voices. "No abnormalities in heart rate, blood, or brain activity. All of her vitals and her breathing are stable," said one voice while another joined in, "Good. Administer the injection." The third feminine voice spoke, "She's rather cute like this,~ I wouldn't mind strapping her down to my bed and—"Another voice interrupted, "Shut up! We've only got a limited amount of time before she wakes up!"

With all their bickering put aside, a gloved hand holds up a syringe with a bright, red, transparent liquid inside. One other hand held a wet cloth before swathing the damp cloth along the side of Komaru's neck. Soon the thin needle's tip near Komaru's neck until it gives a soft puncture into the skin. Komaru grits her teeth feeling the pinch until the syringe injects the liquid inside her bloodstream. Two sets of gloved hands cup Komaru's cheeks from above, with one of the voices speaking out, "Shhh… Relax," Komaru's expression softens with the needle getting pulled out. One hand slips in a small bandage over the puncture mark, the bandage sporting a print of Monokuma's face as the pattern.

The doors to the operating room open and close with the sound of tiny feet waddling with cute plop sounds. With a soft boing, jumps a small Monokuma on the side of the operating table, looking over at Komaru's naked form. "Puhuhuhuhuhu~ Things are about to get very interesting. Very interesting indeed." The other female voices join and respond with a "Puhuhuhuhu~" in response. Finally, the lights for the operating table turn off, and total silence envelops the room.
