SAW: THE FINAL CHAPTER ENDING
OCTOBER 2007
Congratulations Dr. Gordan, you Survived... Without you, my work over the last few years would not have been possible.. -John Kramer
Bright fluorescent lights flicker on… one. by. one.
Hoffman struggles to take in his surroundings, pale and bloodied floor tiles with cracked dirty walls elevate him with anxiety and fear.
Dr. Gordon walks through a doorway into the musty bathroom ominously, dragging along his lacerated footless leg and cane with him.
Hoffman notices, proceeds to try and untangle the chains that lead him to an old rusty water pipe in the corner.
With no hesitation he slides to the floor to notice a hand saw. He fumbles his grasp for it as Gordan pulls it away with his cane.
Gordon picks the hand saw up, holding once a device that's haunted him with memories of his dark past..
"I don't think so."- He sneeringly says. Tossing it gloriously into the hall beyond the bathroom.
"What do you think you're doing? Hoffman grunts. "What the fuck do you think you're doing! Huh!" -Hoffman then shouts begrudgingly as Gordan walks away.
Gordon turns back around, reaches out and turns the lights off.
"You can't fucking do this to me!" "Fuck you!" "NO!"-Hoffman painfully yells.
"Game Over." -Gordan says, sliding the metal door shut. For good.
Several days later...
As Jigsaws master plan has come to an end, Lawrence finished what John started. He felt impressed yet disappointed at the same time.
Doctor Gordon sat in his office browsing over some past documents Detective Hoffman had on him, the eerie sense that Hoffman was always out there ready to take take him in, make you fight for your life but to die in the end anyways. To ensure there was someone keeping this fucked up chess game in check, another game was set in motion.
A door creeks, someone was there with Gordon.
The lights go out, silence fills the room. Gordan grabs his gun from his holster and backs up into the corner.
"You're making a mistake." Gordan warns as he points his gun near the office door.
There was a way out, the window. Gordon rushes to open the curtains, lifts up the window and cuts open the screen. 10 feet below was a waste container, this jump could hurt but it was worth it to escape being kidnapped by some Jigsaw goon.
"Even if you jump... you'll never be free from the skeletons in the closet that haunt you." - The deep voice says, pushing the door open. Clearly hidden in darkness.
"That voice. I know that voice." Gordon says as he backs up against the window, ready to jump.
The cloaked person charges at Gordon, sprays him in the face, blinding him temporarily. Tackling Gordon, they both crash through the window and fall 10 feet to the ground.
To be continued...
July 2020
A tall woman with long black braids and blue highlights named Tanaya decides to take a walk down a dark alleyway after a fun night downtown getting drinks, down the sides of the road had dim orange buzzing lights, trimmed hedges and clusters of trees surrounding each side of the road.
Walking at a mild pace, especially in heels, something behind her follows. About twenty five feet away was another walker, slowly catching up to her. A little worried that she might have been seen, Tanaya begins to walk faster. Her heart steadily beating faster, she turns around rapidly to see who was there but the walker disappears before she could see them. Turning back around, Tanaya is aggressively assaulted, a cloth forced onto her face while being placed in a brutal chokehold causing her to black out. She collapses to the cold cement.
Out of the shadows three other strangers appear, they are wearing pale white masks with red spirals on the cheeks, and black lines that descend from their dark eyes like tears. They grab her body, lifting it into a brown astro van, kidnapping her and taking off into the night.
Tanaya opens her eyes, she's surrounded by what looks like a glass cube. A blue fluorescent light quietly humming above.
"What... what the hell is this?" She whispers.
Tanaya notices some sort of contraption with six large tubes embedded into it placed on a chair.
It looks to take the form of a makeshift gauntlet fused with a digital timer in the center. Next to it is a letter with her name on it.
Desperately shaking as she reaches out to grab the letter. It reads...
-"You must put this gauntlet on to exit the cubicle. Then will your game begin." -
"I can't do this, I won't!" She yells out.
Scanning the room, there's a digital clock above the seam of the cube front and center. It reads five minutes with a blaring red neon color. It's pitch black surrounding the cube, just her, alone.
Tanaya starts panicking, frantically searching for a way out. She glances back at the chair, feeling uneasy she picks up the gauntlet and slides the contraption onto her right arm.
Flashing yellow lights outside of the cube begin to spin around. An alarm sounds, the clock begins to count down and seven other cubes light up around her in a circular formation with other people locked inside crying out for help just like her.
A deep and ominous voice glitches in and out from an unseen speaker within the cube.
"Welcome.. All. It is a shame... that you're gathered here as a collective for terrible misdeeds." Jigsaw says, pausing briefly. The maddening impatience looms.
"I'm not here to force you to answer for your crimes but to expose you to others that will discover your darkest secrets."
The timer reaches zero, a needle injects itself into each of the seven victims from the gauntlet. Filling one of six vials with blood. An excruciating sting, sifting blood, creating panic.
The glass doors open, the room is illuminated with fluorescent blue. The strangers walk out, seeing each other for the first time, they are all wearing the same gauntlet, on their right arm. Four presenting men, three presenting women.
