Bell Cranel, a new adventurer, was fighting low-level monsters and minding his own business. When suddenly. Boom! A Minotaur appears out of nowhere. This was the fourth floor which means Minotaurs aren't meant to be on this floor. Bell had no other option but to run. He knew that he was nowhere strong enough to put a scratch on a Minotaur, let alone kill it.

While running, Bell runs into a blonde man with blue eyes and weird clothing. He wanted to warn him about the Minotaur since he looked new and wasn't wearing proper armour. But he saw something that made him admire the man from the bottom of his heart. With a single sword slash, the Minotaur turned to stone before crumbling.

The man smiled at Bell before giving him a hand. However, after helping him up, the man left to dive deeper into the dungeon. Once more, Bell runs, but this time not because of fear, but excitement. He runs to the guild. Once there, he called out to Eina Tulle, one of the receptionists and advisor.

"Eina-san! Eina-san! Eina-san!" Bell shouted as he waved her hands at her. "Do you know a person with blonde, blue eyes and wears weird clothing?".

"A man with blue eyes, blond hair and weird clothing? I don't think so," Eina said. Rose, who was close by, approached them. "Ah! Rose-san! You registered two new people to the guild. Do you know a person with blue eyes, blond hair and weird clothing?".

"Did this person happen to have a sword and a black item in his person? Or a purple-haired companion?" Rose asked. Bell nodded at her with excitement. "That man would be Jaune Arc. A new adventurer. Did something happen?".

"Nothing bad! It was just he was so cool!" Bell said. "I was on the fourth floor killing some monster, but then I was attacked by a Minotaur! I don't know where it came from, and I knew I was not strong enough to fight against it. So, I ran. It was there I bumped into Jaune-san. I was going to warn him about the power of a Minotaur since he looked like a new adventurer such as myself. But before I could do anything, he bisected the Minotaur in a single hit. It then started to turn into stone".

"I'm not sure if we're talking about the same person here," Rose said. "The Jaune I was talking about isn't even in a Familia. There's no way he would have been able to defeat a Minotaur with a single hit and turn it into stone".

Back in the dungeon with Jaune. He continued going to the lower floor. It didn't take Jaune long to arrive on the tenth floor. Along the way to the tenth floor, a Familia from Loki, according to them, were looking for a Minotaur and asked Jaune if he saw it. Jaune informed them that he did, and he killed it. This made a man with wolf ears laugh out loud without restraint.

"Ha-ha-ha! As if a low-level adventurer like you will be able to kill a Minotaur!" Bete said. "Stop lying and just tell us where you last saw the Minotaur before you ran away".

"Whether you believe what I said is up to you," Jaune said. "If you insist on looking for it and wasting your time, it's not my problem. I've already answered your question. Now get out of my way".

"Hah! If you really killed that Minotaur," Bete said. "Do you think yourself a hotshot? You are nothing but a newbie! A weakling!".

"Whether I'm weak or not have nothing to do with you," Jaune said. "Once more. Get out of my way".

Bete clicked his tongue and was planning to attack Jaune. However, Finn, a Pallum, stopped him from attacking. They then made way for Jaune. Jaune then left them, unconcerned. Ais, one of the team members, was looking at Jaune's back. She can feel the attraction of the wind towards Jaune. But that's not all. Through her own observation of Jaune, she can tell he was strong. His movement and alertness support her observation.

"Bete. How many times have we told you to dial down your temper?" Finn said. "Stop trying to pick a fight with people you see as weak. Everyone started at the bottom, so did you. Don't expect someone to be strong from the get-go".

"Strong. That person that we stopped isn't weak," Ais said. "He is stronger than we put together. At least it's what I think from my observation".

"Hah?! Strong?" Bete said. "As if! He smells like someone that hasn't even been on a fight before".

"It's funny you say that," Finn said. "Same as Ais. I felt that he was abnormal. His swiftness when he left, and his coordination is superb, which tells me that he has been training for a long time".

"From my perspective," Riveria said. "He's an anomaly. I felt no magic from him, but my instinct as an elf told me that if I contend with him against magic, I will lose without a doubt".

"Hah!? Now I think you're all crazy!" Bete said. "You said you felt no magic from him, and you say you'd lose? That doesn't make sense!".

While Bete was going crazy with the things he was told, Jaune was already on the seventh floor. Here Jaune encountered a few new monsters. Killer Ant, Purple Moth and a Needle Rabbit. At first, Jaune was fighting the Killer Ant one at a time, but more and more kept coming after a few minutes. So, Jaune created hundreds of fireballs and dropped them on the Killer Ants.

For the Purple Moth, Jaune zapped it with lightning. They move in the air and are extremely fast. Plus, they can spread poisonous powder. With the speed of lightning, the Purple Moth was no match for it and would get zapped.

For the Needle Rabbit, Jaune found it the easiest monster to eliminate as it would jump at him to kill him with its horns. With Jaune's Wind Sense, he would easily locate any Needle Rabbit waiting to ambush him. He would then bisect them with ease as they jumped him.

Jaune didn't leave the dungeon for the next two weeks until he reached floor 49. Jaune was doing this because he wanted to see which floor had the least amount of people. He thought that the forty-ninth floor was the best place to do what he wanted to test out.

The 49th floor is known as Moytura and is a huge room. No grass or trees grow on the desolate ground. The rocks and the sand are all a reddish-brown colour. The place was deserted due to not many adventurers being strong enough to arrive at this point. Perfect for Jaune's experiment.

According to Alice, if Jaune was to take Gáe Bolg out of his Inventory, the dungeon would sense its divinity and create something known as an irregular monster. These monsters are supposedly more powerful than regular Monster Rex. Hence, Jaune wanted to look for a location with the least number of people as he didn't want them to get caught up in his experiment.

Meanwhile, in the guild, Rose, Jaune's advisor, thought that he died in the dungeon as he hadn't been back for the past two weeks, which is normal for people new to being an adventurer, especially when they overestimate their capability. The most affected by this thought was Bell. However, he was hopeful that Jaune was alive.

Two weeks later, Jaune was on the forty-ninth floor of the dungeon. He was fighting a humanoid monster. This was an irregular monster that Jaune wanted to fight. The monster was agile, and its regeneration was powerful enough that severing the arm of the monster wasn't doing anything.

"Whoa! This thing is a beast," Jaune said. "This thing is no joke. The regeneration of its severed arm happened in a second. The power of this monster is still nowhere near the level of Scáthach. However, the beast-like movement of this thing is throwing me off a bit, which is good because I'm learning to adapt to its weird movements".

[You're improving. Even against this unpredictable enemy, you were able to counter, parry, block and dodge them in a split second]

"Hey, Alice," Jaune called. "Will the irregular monster be stronger the deeper I go? Or is this the level of all the irregular monsters?".

[The lower you go, the stronger the irregular monster you can spawn using Gáe Bolg's divinity]

"Can I repeatedly make the dungeon spawn irregular monster in quick succession?" Jaune said. "Because I would love to continue fighting more irregular monsters after killing this one".

[It won't work if you stay in the same location. However, if you move to the next floor, you can spawn another one]

"That's good to know," Jaune said. "Now, let me kill this thing, and I can leave this dungeon. I want to bring Scáthach here and see which of us can kill the most monster with a certain time".

When the irregular monster charged at Jaune, he wasn't even bothered. The moment the irregular monster arrived a few inches from him, Jaune slashed his sword, and the irregular monster turned to stone. However, this time was different.

Normally when Jaune uses (Demon Sealing Strike), the target would turn into stone and continue living as a stone. It's a seal, after all. This time, the irregular monster that was hit with (Demon Sealing Strike), didn't just turn into stone, but it also crumbled to dust.
