In Jaune's Blacksmith, Jaune was making the combat suit for Tsubaki. With (Flames of Transmogrification – Mythical), it wouldn't take long to accomplish. However, Jaune needs to get the proportions right. After an hour of making the combat suit, Jaune was done. He set it aside to be given once the customer returns.

Scáthach and Haruhime arrived in Jaune's store, and from the looks of it, Haruhime decided to follow Jaune on his adventures. With Aisha's suggestion, Haruhime following Jaune and Scáthach was for the best. This was due to the learning that Jaune had the power to sever the 'blessing' of a God. A person capable of doing that wouldn't be a normal person.

"Is that your final decision?" Jaune asked. "You can spend a few more days thinking about this".

"No," Haruhime said while shaking her head. "I've already made my decision. I would also like to take Scáthach suggestion about learning magic from you if that's okay. The magic that I used to have is gone. It disappeared the moment you removed my Falna".

"No problem," Jaune said. "However, I have to tell you, I've never taught magic to anyone".

"Then it would be an honour to be your first student," Haruhime said while bowing. "Please take care of me".

Jaune informed Haruhime that he would start teaching her magic tomorrow afternoon. Haruhime agreed, and she decided to help Jaune manage his store. Jaune told her she didn't have to do that, but she didn't want to be a freeloader relying on Jaune without doing anything.

After the three hours maximum time Jaune told Tsubaki and Hephaestus, they returned to the store. Once they were there, they spoke to Haruhime, who was in a maid outfit. Tsubaki asked for her order. Haruhime checked the storage for her order, and she found it relatively quickly due to it being marked.

As soon as Tsubaki got her order, she inspected the combat suit, and she was amazed. Indeed, the combat suit's quality was no less than the showpiece she saw earlier. Tsubaki then noticed that the maid outfit of Haruhime is a combat suit as well.

"Do you have a place I can change into this combat suit?" Tsubaki asked. "It's okay if you don't have any".

"Please follow me," Haruhime said. "The changing room is on the second floor".

After Tsubaki changed to her new combat suit, she tested her movement. None of her actions was restrained. Tsubaki was happy with her purchase. It was here that Jaune arrived in the blacksmith store after killing a 'few' monsters in the dungeon.

"You're looking good in that combat suit," Jaune said. "I was thinking what colour combination would look good for you. I'm glad I made the right choice".

"This combat suit is light and isn't restricting any movement," Tsubaki said. "In fact, I feel faster and more agile".

"That's because the scales are from a wind dragon, I believe," Jaune said. "What you're feeling is only the passive ability of the combat suit. If you fill it with magic, then you would be able to fly with the wind. The best part is it only requires an insignificant amount of magic".

Tsubaki then tested what Jaune said, and she indeed started flying. It felt natural. Moving to the left to right didn't cause her any discomfort. She took it up a notch and moved forward, still no discomfort. Tsubaki then landed.

"This is akin to a magic weapon," Tsubaki said. Then Jaune snorted in disdain at the words magic weapon. "Did I say something wrong?".

"The so-called magic weapon you're talking about is laughable and a disgrace to the words magic weapon," Jaune said. Hephaestus was interested in Jaune's words. "Hmph! Just because a weapon can use magic doesn't make it a magic weapon, especially when they break after a few usages. A true magic weapon is a weapon that uses magic and wields the magic without self-damage. It needs to be capable of enhancing the fighting style of its wielder".

"So many of the magic weapons I saw was disappointing," Jaune said. "Not only are they consumables, but they aren't even powerful. According to records, the only magic weapon that I can consider a magic weapon are those made from the Crozzo Blood".

"Interesting," Hephaestus said. "So, you're saying that you can make a magic weapon?".

"I can," Jaune said. "With the right materials, I can make a magic weapon that doesn't break after a few uses".

"Then we would like to order a magic weapon," Hephaestus said. "How long would it take for you to forge one?".

"For a magic weapon," Jaune said. "It would take a maximum of twenty-four hours".

"Can we order a custom-designed weapon?" Hephaestus asked. Jaune nodded at her, and she started designing one. When she was done, she handed it over to Jaune. "I would like a sword with that design".

"No problem," Jaune said. "What type of effects do you want the sword to have".

"Can you make one that can control fire," Hephaestus said. "It needs to be strong enough to kill monsters from the forty-ninth floor and below. And the materials we choose for it to be forged from is Mithril and Adamantine".

"Understood," Jaune said. "You can return tomorrow at this same time. I should be done with your order then".

Jaune didn't really need twenty-four hours to make the magic weapon. The reason why Jaune told them twenty-four is because he made plans to teach Haruhime magic. Jaune didn't want to teach Haruhime in a half-baked way. He plans to teach her at least three hours a day from now on.

The sword that Jaune made for Hephaestus is a katana. Once Jaune was done, the sword had a silverish shine due to the Mithril. However, the shine was dulled due to the Adamantine used. Nonetheless, the sword was beautiful. It didn't take that long for Jaune to forge the weapon, even less than the combat suit.

At the end of the day, Jaune's store was able to sell fifteen weapons, one combat suit and three shields. The total amount of money Jaune got is 27,700,000 valis. This is just for the day. The previous few days, Jaune got 4,500,000. These were the people whose weapons broke when they took on the shop's challenge. The payment for the magic weapon has yet to be made.

The following morning, in Jaune's Blacksmith, Haruhime handled the front desk. The store once again has a lot of customers. One because Jaune's weapons were popular, two because Haruhime was cute, and they wanted to see her.

In the afternoon, Jaune closed the shop. In the back of the store, Jaune started teaching Haruhime how to use magic. They started small. As a beginner in Haruhime needed to first learn how to make her magic flow within her. Only when she can control it would Jaune allow her to move to spells. Control is the most crucial aspect of learning magic.

With (Master Magician), Jaune knows basic practices on starting out on being a magician. Jaune used this knowledge and is now imparting it to Haruhime. For the next three hours, Jaune watched Haruhime control the flow of magic within her.

After three hours of practice, Jaune called it quits. They will continue the training tomorrow. Haruhime got changed to her maid outfit, and she opened the store. Once again, the customers flooded in. Among this crowd was Bell Cranel. He wanted to see if he could buy a weapon in Jaune's shop since he knew he couldn't afford the weapons on Babel.

"Jaune-san! Hello," Bell greeted. "I didn't know you were a blacksmith".

"Oh, hey. It's you," Jaune said. "So, are you here for a new weapon?".

"I was until I saw the prices of the weapon," Bell said. "Do you have weapons of lesser quality?".

"I don't," Jaune said. "Most of my weapons are capable of contending against monsters on the fortieth floor. Hence the price…But I do have a short sword with me that you can have. It was a weapon I forged two years ago. Do you want it?".

"Sure! It probably would be better than the dagger I have now," Bell said. "How much would it cost?".

"Nothing," Jaune said. "I said that you can have it. The name of the sword is Lightning Edge. It's a magic weapon of epic grade. It emits lightning as you swing the sword".

Jaune then brought out Lightning Edge from his Inventory and handed it over to Bell. This short sword was the first successful magic sword that Jaune produced. In Remnant, such a weapon was unheard of. Hence, Jaune never sold it. However, here in DanMachi, such weapons were rare but not unheard of. Better give it to someone who can put it to use rather than let it rust in the Inventory. And the kid looked like he needed a win.
