Jaune continued engaging with 'Tiamat'. He was able to cut and stab her multiple times. However, her regeneration was being a hindrance.

With 'Tiamat', she was irritated with Jaune's speed as she was having difficulty keeping an eye on him. Her snake hair wasn't even able to keep up with his movement. This was angering her.

Jaune can see that 'Tiamat' is getting angry, and the possibility of her using her most powerful attack on him is high. And he would be correct. 'Tiamat' fired a concentrated beam at Jaune, far more potent than before. Seeing this, Jaune countered with Hoary Hosts of Hoggoth.

The energy beam 'Tiamat' blasted towards Jaune turned into nothing but blue energy birds. These birds then flew towards 'Tiamat' and exploded upon impact. Angry would be an understatement of what 'Tiamat' was feeling.

"Now, it's my turn," Jaune said. He then threw Gáe Bolg with all his might. "Gáe Bolg!".

The spear flew towards 'Tiamat' and hit her in the heart. It then exploded. Half the body of 'Tiamat' was destroyed. However, it was still not enough to kill 'Tiamat' as she started healing at a rapid pace. Ritsuka, Mash, and Merlin saw something within 'Tiamat'. It was the Holy Grail.

"Is that…" Ritsuka said. "The light of the Holy Grail!".

"Oh?" 'Tiamat' said. "It seems you have a knowledgeable one with you".

"Immortal using powers of the Holy Grail," Mash said.

"Don't make light of me!" 'Tiamat' said. "I'm not using the Holy Grail's Magical Energy at all. I wouldn't use power from elsewhere to destroy humans. Now, I myself will assault Uruk and kill the king!".

"It's funny how you say that you're not using the Magical Energy of the Holy Grail," Jaune said. "Yet, its power is actively healing you. That to me, is an indication of you using the Holy Grail's Magical Energy".

"Demonic Beasts!" 'Tiamat' shouted in anger. "You no longer need to wait for the time to come! Unleash your hatred and trample down the humans who escaped!".

"Oh shit!" Jaune said. "Don't take your anger out on someone else just because you couldn't do anything to me".

"Please wait," Enkidu said to 'Tiamat'. "Isn't that a little short-sighted, Mother? Conquering Uruk is only a small step for us. Isn't the issue the other goddesses rather than the humans?

The alliance is dissolved once Uruk falls by the hands of a goddess. The second-generation Demonic Beasts is reserved for those coming battles. 100,000 offspring await birth in the Blood Fort.

The Three Goddess Alliance must continue until they're born. Besides, we should take our time tormenting humans. They took away the beasts' land and young. They oppressed Mother. They forgot everything".

"Be grateful of the restraint my son shows, humans," 'Tiamat' said. "However, your fated destruction still looms. Ten dawns from now, we will destroy Uruk! Don't forget that!".

"Oum damn it!" Jaune shouted. "Can you stop with the monologue? It's really irritating. Attack if you're going to attack. Or run if that's what you want. Just please, enough with the monologues".

As soon as Jaune said that, 'Tiamat' dug into the ground and left the scene. Kingu then spoke with Ritsuka and introduced his real name as Kingu.

"K-Kingu?!" Romani shouted from Ritsuka's wristband. "The god that led the offspring of Tiamat in Babylonia mythology!".

"I'm perfect," Kingu said. "I'm the next generation of humanity. So, I guarantee you, humans will not go extinct. Humanity will be reborn right here with me. I'll take over and continue with your history".

Jaune then punched Kingu in the face and sent him flying.

"Seriously, can you all stop with the evil villain monologuing?" Jaune said. "It's irritating".

"Enjoy your last days in this world," Kingu said while wiping the blood from his mouth. "Because your ending will come soon enough".

Kingu then flew away.

Jaune and the other then returned to Uruk. They had to explain to King Gilgamesh that the rescue mission was a failure as the people Nippur were already used as nourishment by 'Tiamat'. However, upon hearing the description of the so-called 'Tiamat', Leonidas was sure that it was no 'Tiamat' and instead, a being called Gorgon.

"First, let's review what we know so far," Merlin said. "We'll start with Gorgon".

"Gorgon is the monster known for killing heroes in Greek mythology," Romani said through Ritsuka's wristband. "These refer to the three sisters. Stheno, the oldest, Euryale, the middle sister and Medusa, the youngest".

The discussion about Gorgon and her origins were explained to everyone in the room. Romani also pointed out that Gorgon does not have the Authority of Potnia Theron and must have been given to her by the Holy Grail. And because it was not hers originally, she needed human bodies to make her Demonic Beasts, which the original Tiamat doesn't need to do.

"For Gorgon, the tragedy began when the youngest sister Medusa angered the great goddess Athena of Olympus," Merlin said. "In her wrath, Athena transformed Medusa into a monster. Medusa's sisters took pity on her, and the three moved to a remote island called the 'Shapeless Isle'.

The people, influenced by Athena, saw all three sisters only as monsters. So, they sought to kill them. After defeating many heroes who came to kill both her and her sisters, Medusa truly became a monster. She even devoured her beloved sisters".

After the discussion, Jaune and Ritsuka headed to the (Training Room – Legendary). Ritsuka was very motivated to train after seeing how powerful Gorgon was and how he froze in place.

"I want you to push me to the absolute limit," Ritsuka said. "When we met Gorgon, I couldn't do anything. All I did was retreat".

"So, are you prepared for death?" Jaune asked. "Because what you're asking me is to train you the way I train. And believe me, I've died thousands of times".

"W-What?!" Ritsuka said. "You've died thousands of times?".

Jaune then summoned Gáe Bolg and threw it at Ritsuka, who looked at the spear that pierced him in the chest. A moment later, Ritsuka collapsed. He was dead. Then he came back to life. Ritsuka gasped the air for his dear life.

"Now, do you understand?" Jaune said. "Here, inside the training room, the concept of Death does not exist. You can 'die' as many times as you need to get stronger. Though, if you don't have the mental capacity to go through with this type of training, I suggest you train the normal way, which is what you're doing now".

"You've been through those thousands of times?" Ritsuka said. He was clenching his chest. The pain was still lingering from when he 'died'. "I can do it! It's just dying a thousand times, right? With everything I've been through, this is not that difficult".

"Then prepare yourself," Jaune said. "Because you'll need it".

The training of Ritsuka was brutal. If the training Jaune did with Haruhime was bad, this would be devastating. Jaune was able to teach a few magic to Ritsuka that he could use.

Heal, speed-up, stamina-up, strength-up and barrier. These spells were compatible with Magecraft. However, it was the only one that was compatible with Magecraft except for other elemental magic, which in essence, can be replicated with science.

Jaune tried to teach Ritsuka how to use elemental spells of mid-tier, but that was a no go. He had to start from the bottom of the barrel. Low-tier spells were the ones that Ritsuka could use. But no matter, after a few trials, errors and deaths, Ritsuka was able to move on to mid-tier spells.

All this happened in a few hours. Ritsuka was exhausted from all this training. However, Jaune would use his magic to revitalize him. But the problem is not his body but his mental capacity. Ritsuka was mentally exhausted.

"You did well," Jaune said. "You were able to learn a few low-tier spells and four mid-tier spells. However, those spells are useless when going against Servants. You need more powerful spells of the highest tier.

Unfortunately, you don't seem to be well versed in magecraft, to begin with. But that doesn't matter, I'll make sure that you get stronger. After all, that's why you've asked me for training.

Now that we're done with magic training today, it's time for physical training. This one is the most painful. You should be glad that you can't die from this place because the physical training my going to put you through is going kill you through exhaustion".

During the training, Ritsuka regretted asking Jaune to push him as much as possible. He never thought that the limit meant death would be included. Nevertheless, Ritsuka persevered through the whole ordeal, but he remembered that this was only day one. He cried after that realization.

"No more! Please no more training for today," Ritsuka said. "I can't hold on any longer. I'll really die of exhaustion".

"Stop for today?" Jaune asked. He then laughed. "Ha-ha-ha-ha! That's rich. This isn't even a warmup for Scáthach and me. Remember, you were the one who asked me to push you to the absolute limit. The thing is this place has no limits".

Ritsuka cried even more. He was so exhausted that lifting even a finger was so painful, but the demon in front of him wanted to push him even more than he was already pushed.
