While Team Anne went out to possibly mess up the mission, Team Witches which consisted of Luz, Amity and Maddie were beginning their mission. They said their goodbyes to Team Pines and walked to find the factory.

In order to not make this trip a little bit awkward, Luz had decided to have a conversation with Maddie. "So, you're a witch?"

"Uh huh." Maddie replied.

"What kind are you a master of?" Amity asked.

"The usual stuff. Resurrections, curses and the odd voodoo doll." Maddie replied.

"You know, those things are illegal in my world." Amity mentioned.

"Wow, then your world must suck if you can't do all these cool spells." Maddie retorted. "Like this." Maddie then threw a bag on herself and suddenly disappeared.

"Woah! How did she do that?" Luz asked.

"It was probably an illusion." Amity said. "Like those magicians in the Human Realm Vee showed me."

Then, Luz felt something rummaging in her back pack and took it off. She opened it and saw Maddie in there. "May I ask, why you packed a swimsuit?"

"Just in case we have a beach day adventure." Luz replied.

"Sounds fun, shame we don't have any beaches." Maddie responded as she got out.

"How did you even get in there without making a sound?" Amity asked.

"Teleportation bag."

"Cool, then you can teleport us to the factory." Amity said.

"Unfortunately, it can only take me a few distances." Maddie said. "The ingredients for the ones that can take me to further places are very rare. So, that sucks."

"Sounds it." Luz remarked.

They continued to walk where they continued their conversation. "So cotton candy hair, what can you do?"

Amity formed an Abomination in front of Maddie, whom began to smile with glee. "Oh…My…Frog! How did you do that?!"

"I can form them with my magic." Amity replied.

"I mean, what ingredients do we need?" Maddie asked as she began touching the strange substance. "Like, some kind of weird sticky liquid? Some water maybe some glue…."

Amity and Luz cringed sensing that the young witch was going to be disappointed. "Maddie." Amity interjected.

"Huh? What?" Maddie asked.

"I don't think you can replicate my magic." Amity said. "Actually, I don't think you can replicate any of my people's magic." Maddie raised an eyebrow in confusion. "You see, us witches have a magical gland near their heart."

"Well, I've dissected plenty of corpses to know that us frogs don't have that." Maddie said. "But, I'm not complaining. I'm just a bit disappointed that I can't replicate magic from your world."

Luz smiled. "I can't do magic from her world either."

"Then, how are you a witch again?" Maddie queried.

Luz pulled out a light glyph and activated it. The frog witch was instantly mesmerised by the ball of light floating right in front of her. "Incredible! Is that all you can do?"

Luz then showed Maddie the glyphs she made. "This is a plant glyph that I used for that awesome entrance."

Maddie raised an eyebrow. "Really? I thought that was just some cool special effect. Plus that entrance, really egotistical."

"Sorry, I like epic entrances." Luz said. "Here we have the ice glyph."

"Cool."

Luz smiled at Maddie remarked. "Was that an ice pun?"

"No, I despise ice puns." Maddie replied.

"What's wrong with puns?"

"I used to like them but then Anne showed the town a superhero movie where a villain's whole motif was puns." Maddie said.

"Anyway, these are fire glyphs and Earth glyphs, I think you can figure out that one of them is rather hot." Luz said. "Plus, the invisibility glyph. Watch." Luz placed the invisibility glyph on her chest, took a deep breath and vanished.

"Where did she go?" Maddie asked.

"She's here." Amity said. "Just don't know where." The cotton candy haired witch then felt someone tugging at her hair and turned to face them. She then turned around and got the fright of her life when her girlfriend popped up in front of her.

"Surprise!" Luz gave Amity a peck on the nose, making her blush.

Maddie's eyes went wide at the brief gesture. "Wait, you two are dating?"

"Um…Yeah. Amity is my girlfriend." Luz confirmed.

"That is so cool! Wish I could find a witch for a girlfriend." Maddie said.

"No one interested in ya?" Luz asked.

"A lot of people think I'm weird." Maddie said. "Well, I was the second weirdest for a while once Anne showed up but then I became the number one weirdest once Anne became welcomed to Wartwood. Then Marcy showed up and she was the first person that didn't run away in fear from. I know I'm weird and I know I don't care, but it felt nice to have someone who didn't think I was weird as a friend."

Luz could get what Maddie was getting at. She felt that way for a long time and even though she acted like she didn't care, Luz did understand where the frog was coming from.

"Hey Maddie, I'm weird." Luz said.

"Well yeah, because I wouldn't exactly call dating witch from another world normal." Maddie pointed out.

"No I meant, I get where you're getting at." Luz said. "I was like you in my world. People would usually be scared away by me because of how highly imaginative and tense I could be. I never mean to hurt anyone, I'm just a little too passionate about how I live. Besides, I eventually found a world that accepted me for how weird I was and I got friends and an awesome girlfriend right beside me. You'll get there. But right now, us weirdos have to stick together."

Maddie smiled at Luz's words. Not since Marcy had someone made her feel appreciated for being weird. "So, what was entering the Demon Realm like?"

"Well, it's a long story that I think we have time to tell." Luz said.

Just then, they heard some rustling in the bushes and quickly got into defence positions. Luz got her ice glyphs out, Maddie got a bag of boomshrooms while Amity had her Abomination sword just in case. But out from the bushes came something they weren't prepared for….It was the very lost, Team Anne.

"Um…..Is this the way to the factory?" Anne asked.

"Our factory, yes." Maddie replied bluntly. "Your's is that way."

"Okay, thanks. This way everybody!" Anne lead her team, which had Sasha, Loggle, Hop Pop, Polly, Sprig, Wally and Mrs Croaker, to the northwest direction. Once they disappeared, Luz and Amity watched on with concern.

"Is she even okay with this title?" Luz asked.

"She hasn't got it." Maddie said.

"She doesn't look like it." Amity remarked.

Luz then gave an optimistic smile. "They got it! So anyway…."

During the long walk, Luz talked about how she got to the Demon Realm which involved her Good Witch Azura book that Luz highly recommended to Maddie, telling her that Cynthia Coven was really overrated. She also told her about Eda and her curse as well as King. When she got to how she met Amity part, Maddie was laughing her head off.

"So wait, she tried to dissect you?!" Maddie asked.

"No. I told Bump about Luz eating then he asked Willow to dissect Luz." Amity said.

"So in a way, you almost had your future girlfriend dissected." Maddie retorted.

Then, Luz told Maddie about how she met Eda's sister and about her placing a curse on her. Then, about enrolling into Hexside and the Grom dance.

"So, this Grom thing is like prom except you have to fight to the death?" Maddie asked.

"Yes." Luz replied. "Though, I never figured out who Amity wanted to ask to Grom."

Though she loved her, Amity couldn't tolerate Luz's obliviousness. She turned red in the face and held her hands on her face and groaned into them.

Then, Luz told Maddie about how Hunter used to be their enemy, the awkward cheek kiss incident and the night Luz and Amity got together at last.

"So, this living house thing kidnapped you and essentially forced you to ask each other out?" Maddie asked.

"When you put it that way, it sound bad." Luz said. "But, all he did was give me and Amity the nudge we needed to ask each other out. And because of Hooty, we're now together."

"Huh." Maddie remarked. "Regardless of the circumstances, you two are perfect for each other."

"Aww thanks." Luz said. "And I hope some frog will see the same in you."

"I wouldn't care if I didn't, but it would be really nice." Maddie said before stopping. "We're here."

They looked at the factory which somehow looked heavily unguarded for whatever strange reason which made Amity leer at it.

"It seems empty." Amity remarked.

"Maybe they're on a lunch break." Luz theorised.

"I've never seen any robots eat." Maddie said.

"You don't know anything about them." Luz said. "They could eat or drink."

"Let's not have this discussion, we got a factory to destroy." Amity said.

They began walking towards the factory unbeknown that the sound of someone's footsteps could be heard.

Team Witches were walking slowly towards the restaurant in case of anyone intending to sneak up,on them because this was all looking too easy. Luckily, Amity had this sense and readied her Abomination fist just in case.

"Maddie, you plant the boomshrooms while me and Luz watch you. Luz, watch my back." While Luz pressed her back against Amity's to watch her from behind, Maddie began to slowly walk towards the factory in an attempt to blow it up.

Luz pulled out her ice glyphs just in case and held Amity's hand with her free hand so she knows she's there. "Amity, do you feel alone?"

"Do you feel there's someone there?" Amity asked.

"I don't know." Luz replied. "I feel there's someone there but I'm not sure. I'm sure of it. I feel it in my stomach. Either that or I drank milk. Amity, I didn't drink milk by any chance, right?"

"I don't think so." Amity replied. "I mean, are they bad?"

"Not really." Luz replied. "I mean, I had to go to the bathroom for half an hour because of it. But it's more of a bad feeling. But then again, that's what I thought it was until I…"

Then, Maddie was kicked around 15 yards in front of Luz and Amity like a football by some kind of invisible force. Luz turned around while Amity prepared her Abomination fists. The invisible force revealed itself to be a newt in black armour.

It laughed sinisterly as he showed them his metal wrist blades. "Hello there."

"Amity!" Luz pulled out a plant glyph while Amity formed an Abomination sword just as General Yohan began to run like a South American big cat straight towards them.

Luz quickly activated her plant glyph, causing the vines to wrap around the newt but they quickly cut themselves out using their sharp tale. Yohan jumped forward towards the girlfriends and began to try and slice them with his wrist blades.

Amity deflected the blade on his right while Luz was doing her best to avoid the blades. She got to a safe distant to activate an ice glyph that tried to impale the newt, but it shattered once it made contact to their shoulder.

Amity then formed an Abomination fist and tried to punch Yohan in the chest but it only caused him to back away a few inches.

They then used their sharp tale to try and slice Amity, who quickly stepped back, but it did cause her black robe to have a small cut by the chest area. He then kicked Amity in the chest, sending her flying.

Luz jumped on the newt's back and placed fire glyphs on his face, but they grabbed Luz by her arms and threw her towards Amity.

Then, Yohan felt explosive bags being thrown on his body. Turns out, Maddie was alive, well and throwing some magic to try and put them off. But he dodged the next batch by moving slightly to the right before moving like a jaguar and pounced on Maddie. And just as he was about to stab him, he felt someone wrap some kind of rope on his tail.

Turns out, Amity had got the newt's tail in an Abomination rope while Luz ran towards his arms and placed two plant glyphs that held him down. She used all her strength on the vines to keep him down while Amity focused all her might on the newt's tail.

"Maddie, place the boomshrooms as quick as possible!" Luz yelled.

Maddie jumped over the newt, whom was still struggling to break free from his binds. But then, he used one of his free feet to grab Luz by the face and began crushing her skull.

"Luz!" Amity panicked as she accidentally let go of the Abomination while Luz let go of the vines trapped around Yohan. He then used his tail to knock Amity on the head and crashing to the ground. While he used the vines to try and whip Luz who kept trying to avoid them.

Just as Luz got out an ice glyph, he did manage to get a hit on her arm, causing her to let it go. He then wrapped one of the vines around Luz's ankle, raised her high and began spinning her around and round. This was causing the human witch to get rather queasy and she accidentally swallowed some of her own vomit.

He then let go of the vine, causing Luz to crash into Amity, whom was beginning to gain consciousness.

Yohan quickly pounced towards Maddie, whom was about to set the shrooms to blow, until she got grabbed like she was some kind of dog's chew toy. Yohan raised Maddie to his newt eyes which Maddie could only describe as the only thing of an amphibian that remains.

"There won't be an explosive climax today." Yohan said before throwing the frog witch towards Luz and Amity, whom were beginning to gain consciousness.

The newt General then picked up the boomshrooms, pressed them and threw them towards the witches. Luckily, Amity quickly formed an Abomination shield to protect themselves from the blast.

Once the smoke cleared, the heavily beaten girls slowly stood up to stare at their attacker with tiredness. They then collapsed to their knees and began panting.

Yohan laughed as he scraped his wrist blade on the ground. "Hahahahahah! You thought you could defeat me? You are wrong. I am the shadow that is going to haunt you in every corner of your mind, I am the face you're going to see when The Core takes over your worlds, I am the one you cannot beat! I am, General Yohan; The Gutter."

Luz groaned. "Wouldn't happen to be related to Yunan, by any chance?"

"I'm nothing to or like Yunan." Yohan replied. "She's just a waste of space in the great Newtopian army. But, I am disappointed by one thing however." He then pounced to Luz and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt.

Amity tried to form an Abomination to save her girlfriend. But then, Yohan kicked her in the face, knocking her out and causing her a massive nosebleed.

"Then, what are you?" Luz asked.

"You never asked why they'll call me The Gutter." Yohan said.

"My opinion, you need a better name." Luz said.

"You see, I ask my victims if they ever wondered what their guts looked like." Yohan explained. "Then, I'd show them and finally, to would be the last thing they see. Me showing their guts."

Luz grinned like a maniac. "Honestly, you need a better. The gutter? Really? You know that's what we call a drain, right?"

Yohan grinned. "Oh, you got jokes?" Yohan laughed before coughing. "Well, so have I. Have you ever wondered what your guts looked like?"

Luz began to sweat as Yohan slammed her to the ground and lifted up her shirt. "Oh hey, couldn't I at least get some last words in?!" Luz was panicking. "I mean, you wouldn't kill a child, right?"

"I've killed baby kill-a-pillars so killing a human child would mean nothing to me." Yohan said.

"Luz…." Amity cringed as she held her hands out to reach out.

Luz, scared for what might happen decided to give her girlfriend some reassurance. "Amity, everything is going to work out. Just wait for my word, okay?"

"It will be a horrifying scream." Yohan raised his wrist blade in the air, ready to gut the human witch.

"Yohan, wait!" Luz pleaded.

"Oh now what?" Yohan asked. "This is getting ridiculous and mildly uncomfortable! If I don't gut something soon, I'm going to be really mad."

"Could I at least say goodbye to Maddie?" Luz asked.

"Uh…Fine." He then looked forward and noticed that the frog witch wasn't there anymore. "What?!"

Luz grinned. "Yeah. Invisibility glyphs are quite handy."

Yohan's eyes went wide as he turned around and saw Maddie setting the boomshrooms to the factory and were ready to go kaboom!

"No!"

"Amity, now!"

Amity squirted some Abomination goop into Yohan's amphibian eyes, temporally blinding him as he struggled to pull them off.

Luz stood up and sorted her shirt out and placed a fire glyph to Yohan's chest before tapping the glyph on his chest and sending him flying backwards into the factory. Maddie threw some bags into the general's eyes, blinding him some more before running off to join Luz and Amity.

Luz was carrying the beaten Amity as she began to run with Maddie following behind. "Maddie, how long?!"

"Three, two, one, now!" Maddie responded as the factory blew up in the background. "Kaboom!" Luz and Amity grinned at their new frog friend as they made their escape. And began to rendezvous with the rest of the team.

But at the destroyed factory, General Yohan burst out of the rubble alive and well without a scratch on him. He stood up, walked out of the wreckage and watched as the witches made their escape. "Run witches. You might have thought you escaped me. But you haven't won. I still live and when we see each other again, I will not go easy this time."

Later at the Wartwood resistance, Amity had changed out of her robe and was now in a pink sleeveless shirt while Percy was inspecting her nose. They were sitting in the healing centre with Amity laying on a bed.

"Yup, this is pretty broken." Percy said.

"I did not know that." Amity retorted sarcastically.

"Luckily, Sasha has taught me this trick in case." Percy said. "Now, this will hurt." He then twisted Amity's nose, causing her to form an Abomination fist, punching Percy across the city and crashing into Felcia's teashop where Felicia was sewing Amity's robe.

Amity, now with cotton up her nose, walked up to Luz and Maddie, whom were relaying info to Sasha and Anne at some cafe.

"So we did manage to find the factory and destroy it, but we got distracted by someone who seems new to Andrias' group." Luz explained. "He calls himself General Yohan: The Gutter." Luz hands Sasha a piece of paper which happened to be a detailed drawing of General Yohan.

"Wow, this is surprisingly detailed." Sasha remarked.

"Draw me next! Draw me next!" Sprig yelled as he jumped up and down.

"Sprig, go hang out with Ivy, we're busy." Anne requested.

"Okay." Sprig jumped away to hang out with his girlfriend. "I haven't spent a lot of time with her. I should spend every second with her."

"I hope he doesn't." Sasha said. "Because I got a mission for them tomorrow. Luz, tell us more about this Gutter. What does he do? Sewer maintenance?" Sasha and Anne laughed.

"No, he calls himself the Gutter because he likes to gut his victims." Luz explained. "He tried to gut me. But that's not the worst part."

"He is absolutely indestructible." Maddie said. "We couldn't even keep him down. He was impossible. It only took our intuition and brains to actually beat this guy."

Sasha sighed. "So, we got the Core, Malsacc and this General Yohan to deal with. Unbelievable."

"So Maddie, how was it hanging out with a bunch of witches?" Anne asked.

"Besides getting our butts whooped?" Maddie asked.

"Besides that."

"To me, they're not my allies whatsoever. Heck, they don't deserve it." Maddie said.

"What?!" Amity exclaimed.

"We were just talking on our way to the factory!" Luz said.

"Let me finish." Maddie said. "You don't deserve to my allies because I kind of see you as my friends."

"Wait, really?" Amity asked. "After a day?"

"It happened with me and Marcy." Maddie pointed out.

Luz grinned. "Plus, me, Gus and Willow became friends on first meeting."

"Anyway, do either of you two wanna help me resurrect a dead flea?" Maddie asked.

"I never performed a resurrection." Luz said. "That should be fun."

Amity shrugged her shoulders. "Eh, I'm not in the Boiling Isles anymore so why not?" The witches walked away to perform the resurrection while Anne and Sasha watched on, smiling.

"Sasha, I think I see the beginning of a beautiful friendship." Anne remarked.

"Yeah, they seem perfect." Sasha said. "And thankfully, they haven't tried to kill each other."

Later, they approached Dipper, Pacifica and Hunter, whom were sitting by another table. Hunter had a blanket wrapped around him as he looked absolutely traumatised. Braddock, walked up to the young boy with a cup in her hand.

"Here you go kid, you might need this." Braddock said.

"Tea, right?" Hunter asked as he held the mug and began to drink it.

"Yup."

Anne and Sasha walked up to the paranormal investigator couple. "So Team Pines, what went down?" Sasha asked.

"Well, mission was successful." Pacifica replied.

"But, we had an encounter with an old friend." Dipper said.

"Malsacc." Anne clenched her fists.

"How the heck is he still alive?" Sasha asked.

"I call it dumb luck." Dipper said. "Here's how it went."

"Before we begin, Braddock, did you give Hunter tea?" Sasha asked.

"I'm pretty sure I did, commander." Braddock replied.

"His eye is twitching."

Hunter's eye was twitching due to the drink Braddock handed him and he was grinning. "Ha! Can I have more?! Haha! This tea is delicious! Can I have some more?! Hahah!"

Sasha narrowed her eyes at Braddock. "How?"

"They look alike!"
