"So, how do you think this is going to go?" Izuku asked the sixteen people accompanying him.

"Worst case scenario, we repeat the smackdown we laid on Mugen the first time around," Ryouji said, grinning as he checked his gauntlets.

"Are we certain that's the worst case scenario?" Momo asked cautiously, creating more weaponry within the vestige-realm.

"Perhaps not," Isamu replied. "Still, we cannot prepare for every eventuality. We can take into account that things may become worse than last time, but be unable to prepare how. We can't prepare for what we can't predict, so we have to anticipate what we can and wing it from there."

"No pressure or anything," Ochako said, holding the terrain they were currently floating on, as Izuku, Nejire, and Nana flew it across the mental space within the Quirk.

Conversation died quickly as they approached the gate between One for All and All for One. Rather than sparkling with lightning on both sides, the gates gave off a light glow on either side. Green with a hint of white on theirs, red tinged with black on Mugen's.

As they approached, they could see that several figures were sitting pressed up against the gate, like refugees waiting for the opportunity to sneak past a border to salvation. When the group landed, several of them looked ecstatic and the crowd began to clamor.

"Oh god, you're here!" the vestige of a nondescript man said. "Please tell me you can free us!"

"Can we really join you instead?!" a woman in a forgotten Hero costume asked. "I want to punch that bastard like you wouldn't believe!"

"Is Multitasking okay?" a scrawny looking vestige asked. "What happened to the Quirks that escaped?"

Izuku gulped as they approached. The sea of people separated by an invisible wall was quite intimidating. Their voices were getting louder and the intensity was getting

"Okay, this is going to get out of hand," Yoichi said, facepalming.

"If it hasn't already," Nana added.

There was a loud snap of someone's fingers as the voices of the vestiges were silenced. They looked confused until they saw a scruffy looking man and a female idol singer looking at them.

Izuku put a finger to his chin, "Mute and Megaphone, correct?" The two of them nodded.

MUTE prevents everyone who hears the snap of the user's fingers from speaking for three minutes. MEGAPHONE amplifies any sound the user wishes by pointing at the source. Neither of these vestiges are immune to the effects of MUTE.

Nodding at Quirk Understanding's explanation, Izuku debated his next step, until Momo produced a literal megaphone and stated, "Everyone, please remain calm. If you speak out of turn, we would appreciate if Mute and Megaphone assist us once again."

The nondescript man at the front raised his hand, as did several others. The group indicated he could speak. Once Mute was no longer in use, he replied, "Hi, so, what happened to the others who escaped? Search and Super Regeneration and all that?"

"Well, um… sir?" Izuku said, unsure of how to refer to him.

"Lactic Acid Elimination," the vestige said. "I reduce the chances of muscle cramps from overexertion. No one refers to our original names here."

"Some of us forgot them," the scrawny Vestige said. "Not me. Eidetic Memory. My original name is unimportant, though. He died ages ago," he added.

Ryouji interrupted, "Any Quirks that came in here got yeeted into the core and stopped existing. We can use them, but they're basically dead."

"Futatsuya-san…" Momo said in shock.

"I'm just ripping off the bandage," the second user said coolly.

"They're gone?" Eidetic Memory's face paled.

"So we're stuck with imprisonment or oblivion…" a vestige in All for One said.

"I'll choose oblivion!" someone replied.

"My original self is dead anyway!" another shouted.

"If I can help One for All kill the bastard, I don't care if I survive or not!" the woman in the costume said.

Testing carefully, Izuku went up to the barrier. He placed his hand slowly towards it, until it met with an invisible barrier. He sighed in disappointment.

"Figures," En said.

"Ribbit, maybe try Blackwhip?" Tsu suggested. "That doesn't follow a lot of rules…"

Izuku did so, and the black energy tendrils managed to pierce through the barrier like it was nothing. It wrapped around the hand of the woman in the Hero costume. He pulled her in, but the woman wouldn't pass through the barrier.

"Sorry," Izuku said.

"No worries. Would've been nice to see you popping Air Cannons at the bastard after how many times he's abused my Meta Ability…" the woman, Air Cannon, said.

Momo decided to try creating a staff to touch the wall, and surprisingly, it went through. Unfortunately, her hands met with the same resistance. "Odd. Perhaps the barrier prevents vestiges from passing through, but not creations of our Quirks."

"Well, that makes things a little easier," Ryouji said, conjuring up a Laser Disc and popping it into his gauntlets to charge. "Any volunteers or should we just start blasting?"

Izuku nearly choked, "Ryouji-ji-san!"

Isamu nodded, standing by his husband, "Every Quirk we destroy here is one that can't be used against us later."

Izuku looked down, Yui taking his hand in hers.

"Wait, we can't just eliminate Quirks indiscriminately!" Melissa chimed in. "If we do, he'll absolutely notice!"

"We should start with the duds just to see how he reacts, maybe take out a couple of Quirks a day just to be on the safe side?" Mei asked.

"It can't be anything he uses often, though," Daigoro added. "Nothing he'd notice if he was missing…"

"Shit," said Air Cannon. "I have to stay for now, then…" she began to grumble.

"Me too!" said a blindfolded man. "He'll notice if Infrared's gone, it's his primary means of getting sensory input now."

"Wait, you're here?!" Lactic Acid Elimination said, "I thought All for One would have you held close to his core Quirk, along with Life Force, Super Regeneration, and Neural Rewrite!"

"He tried," Infrared stated, shrugging. "His security's not the best, thanks to the fact he's trying to store about fifty Quirks."

"If only that were true outside his own Quirk…" Yoichi mused.

There was a great clamor among All for One's vestiges before Mute and Megaphone repeated their earlier trick. As silence reigned, Toru asked, "Neural Rewrite?"

"It lets him grow additional neurons on command and shunt their use around," Izuku said, remembering it in the first volume of his notebooks detailing All for One's Quirks. "It's the primary reason that he survived All Might's attack six years ago, it basically gave him a backup brain and let him grow a new one once Garaki got a hold of him."

Standing in front of them was a trembling Eidetic Memory, "D-dispose of me f-first."

Several of his peers gasped. "Buddy, that's not like you!" Lactic Acid Elimination said.

"You're the one who wanted to escape most of all!" Air Cannon added.

Eidetic Memory gulped, "I… I want to continue… I'm s-scared to stop existing… B-but if this is going to succeed, then Sh-shigaraki needs to f-f-forget what Quirks he has. He still might… He didn't search for Bonding… but if I'm gone, he's more likely to forget about us. Less likely to realize we're gone…"

Tearing up, Izuku said, "Thank you for your sacrifice… Satoshi Kankura. We'll remember it…"

Eidetic Memory smiled, "Konokoshi-kun told you, huh? Well, Quirk Understanding did at any rate. I suppose-"

He was cut off by a Laser Disc to the head, which caused him to disintegrate instantly.

Everyone stared at Ryouji, who was feeding another Laser Disc into his gauntlets.

"What? It was quick, painless, and he wasn't expecting it so he didn't go out afraid!" the second user defended his actions.

"Well, we did destroy other Quirks last time, and there was a reason we had Momo-chan make these weapons," Yoichi sighed.

Lactic Acid Elimination butted in, "As distasteful as it might seem, he has a point. Now, if we-" and suddenly, a throwing knife embedded itself in his forehead and he disappeared.

Everyone turned to Isamu who was recovering from his throwing stance, "Hey, there's a reason I asked Yaoyorozu for these knives! And I'm pretty sure that All for One won't catch onto the fact that he can get muscle cramps now, since he can't feel anything below the neck!"

"We should probably leave it at that for now," All Might cut in, his vestige still looking like a golden flame. "We'll judge All for One's reaction before continuing."

"Agreed," Hikage said. "Maybe we should limit ourselves to five a day, maximum."

"I can handle that," Ryouji said. "We'll cook Mugen like a frog in slow-boiling water."

"Really, ribbit?" Tsu asked, exasperated.

There was an awkward pause before Ryouji replied, "All right, that's my bad. Sorry."

"Honestly, ribbit, the idiom doesn't bother me as much as the fact that it's based on a complete myth," Tsu replied.

"All right, then, we'll meet up here tomorrow," Izuku said.

"Dibs on the next Quirk!" Mei said, holding up the minigun Momo gave her as the others shuddered.

In 1-A's common room, Momo took a drink from her cup of tea as she sat among several other 1-A girls, "Now, I will say that I have benefitted a great deal from working with Yoroi Musha. He is a veteran of the industry with a great deal of experience. He has taught me a great deal about Quirk use and quick thinking on the battlefield…

"I'm merely saying that, if I saw him bleeding out on the street, I would certainly help him, but not before delivering him a swift and solid kick to his codpiece," Momo stated elegantly.

"He's that bad?" Ochako asked, placing a hand on her shoulder and looking concerned.

"He attempts to hide it, from the public at least, but he is quite obsessed with wealth and fame," Momo said, displeased. "It's clear that he is debating whether or not to retire, and that the only thing influencing that decision is whether All Might's retirement will enhance his standing as a Hero or not. Additionally, he has made several overtures that are subtle-yet-obvious attempts to fish for opportunities for partnerships with my family's various investments…"

"Yikes," Setsuna flinched. "I'll see if I can score you a spot with Majestic for the next round."

"That would be preferable," Momo said, relaxing a little.

"Man, now I feel a little bad that working with Gang Orca's pretty awesome," Kyoka said.

"You need not worry! He is a serviceable mentor for the moment!" Momo said quickly.

Kyoka smirked, "I only said it was a little. I feel the same way about my internship with Death Arms. Adequate Hero, gave me some good training, but I wouldn't spend another second with that arrogant jerkwad out of my own free will."

"Gonna have to find someone for the next round," Mina said. "I think my grades can handle it, now."

Setsuna put on an exaggerated sigh, "It's tough being the brains in our relationship." She then put the back of her hand to her forehead dramatically. Mina grumbled in response, to which Setsuna detached that hand and used it to affectionately rub Mina's hair.

Itsuka looked down at her tea, which caused Kyoka to turn to her, "Kendo-chan, is everything okay?"

"I'm just… worried about all of us," she said. "I mean, nothing's ever gone smoothly for us before, and with so many of us out on work studies, I'm just afraid it's going to end up with something catastrophic happening."

Kyoka shyly brought her jacks together, clacking them nervously, "Yeah, it sometimes feels like the other shoe's going to drop eventually."

Ochako nodded, "I mean, the League of Villains is mostly dealt with, but Tomura Shigaraki's still out there, and he hates us in general and Izu-kun in particular. Who knows what he's up to?"

Tomura watched as a Nomu spat out a healing salve onto Dabi. Dabi swore in pain as the concoction healed his burns (his new burns, his older ones were a lost cause). Tomura said, bluntly, "I know Gigantomachia's an elite unit, but I've been getting nothing but duds on my gacha rolls and I refuse to be a fucking whale."

Dr. Garaki shook his head, "Be patient, Tomura-kun. Machia's a true believer in his Lord, and that belief gives him power. You just need to prove that you're truly the successor of his will. You're leading him here, and worst comes to worst, I'll convince him…"

Garaki considered his plans. He still had the original form of All for One's namesake Quirk, ready for implanting. And he was leading Tomura and his battle with Gigantomachia away from Deika City, and thus, the attention of another villain group.

Garaki wasn't fond of putting all his eggs in one basket, but he didn't have many baskets remaining…

"He's not the only source of strife we have endured," Ibara stated, looking serious. "Iida-kun faced the Hero Killer, and Midoriya-kun encountered that Yakuza leader to rescue Eri-chan. Even discounting the League, we are beset on all sides by potential adversaries. We must be vigilant of all threats."

"And we're still glad your boyfriend made it out alive with Stain, Shiozaki-chan," Kyoka smirked.

Ibara sighed, "Look, I will admit that Iida… that Tenya-kun and I are fond of each other and that we share certain traits that make interaction pleasant, but neither of us are in any true rush to further our relationship beyond what it currently is."

"Wait, really?!" Mina had stars in her eyes, "Sweet! Vine-Powered-Engines is set to go on a slow burn! Go for it at your own pace!"

Ibara's blush took over her face as Itsuka said, trying not to laugh, "Maybe you should work on your ship names, Ashido…"

Mina pouted as Setsuna said, "Going back to Shiozaki-chan's main point, we had that weird batch of hate videos that went our class rep's way…" she tried not to shudder as Ochako and Momo's eyes went dark and their auras became ominous. "Any further news on them?"

"Nouenbou-kun has been monitoring social media, and has advised Izu-kun on using his accounts," Momo said, relaxing, but only by a hair. "Between the picture of Miruko and All Might having a tea party with Eri-chan and his posts advising people on how different Quirks could apply for Hero work, I believe that whoever posted that tripe would be severely disappointed…"

"Tell me there is something salvageable here…" Re-Destro said, liver spots multiplying across his head.

"Ever since we transferred Finger from the shock troops to Feel Good Inc. to focus exclusively on online propaganda, we've seen marked improvement in the spread of his work and our ideology," Skeptic said. "The spread of our cause has risen tenfold."

"And the thief's reputation has risen a thousandfold!" Re-Destro snarled. "His domestic shenanigans with that little orphan traitor is drowning out the message of our liberation!"

There was a pause, before Skeptic said, "Someone is investigating the finances of Shoowaysha Publishing."

Re-Destro's face became completely black, and he icily said, "What."

Skeptic seemed to shrug over the phone, "Your day was already ruined."

"What about the Tea Spillers?" Mina asked. "You know, those guys who leaked the documents. Gentle Compress or whatever?"

"Is that their team name?" Kyoka asked.

"It's the name the Internet gave them, so yes," Mina replied.

Itsuka frowned, "Honestly, they feel more like Vigilantes than true villains. Particularly given the information that's been revealed about the HPSC."

"Guess Captain Collateral Damage served a purpose for us," Setsuna quipped.

"And for that, we will allow him to live," Ochako said.

Her tone wasn't exactly unhinged, but the hinges in question weren't very sturdy.

"It does raise the question, what is the Commission attempting to do while they sneak about in the shadows?" Ibara asked.

"So, you have failed to give us anything of value, Hawks," The stern face of the President of the Hero Public Safety Commission looked at the current Number Three Hero. And soon, once the yearly rankings were announced, the Number Two Hero.

"Look, Ma'am, the class hasn't heard from the League of Villains in months and I haven't been able to get anything useful out of my intern," Hawks fired back lazily.

"We have the potential of a new All Might," the President said. "It would be best for us to properly mold him into a Hero for the coming generations. There must be something we can offer him."

Hawks sighed, "I've told you before, between All Might, Nezu, and the fact that he's dating the Yaoyorozu heiress, there's nothing we can offer him, and the consequences of trying to interfere outweigh the gains we'd get by successfully manipulating him."

"That's for us to decide," The President said harshly. "Keep fishing and tell us if anything comes up."

Resigned, Hawks gave a flippant salute and took off.

Yokumiru Mera sighed. The President wasn't exactly willing to accept a negative answer. He'd been present for enough of her rants about All Might being too untouchable for the Commission to mess with and her fury at their inability to control him.

It didn't even matter that All Might never did anything that outright opposed their goals, the fact that he wasn't under her thumb rankled her. The thought of a new All Might, equally outside of her influence…

Mera sighed. He had actual business to attend to. The Remedial Licensing course would begin soon. With luck, this would be the day Shishikura finally learned not to solve his problems by turning people into horrifying lumps of immovable flesh.

They lacked working mouths, but somehow Mera could still hear them scream.

"It's too bad that Tokoyami-kun's ability to spy on them has been compromised," Momo said.

"Not necessarily," Mina replied. "Apparently, Hawks isn't too fond of the Commission either…"

"Wish that Aizawa-sensei didn't decide to force all of us into infiltration lessons as a result," Setsuna shivered.

"Tokoyami-kun was so devastated afterwards," Ochako said. "Does anyone know how he's doing?"

"He and Yanagi-san were spotted in one of the trees on campus holding hands and saying ominous things to people passing by," Kyoka answered.

"I love those two edgy dorks," Itsuka said.

"Still salty about the training, but yeah, anyone messes with them, I'll give them a wet willy when they least expect it," Setsuna groused.

"It's hard to believe our work-studies will be ending soon," Ibara said.

"And then we have the School Festival," Kyoka said. "That'll be odd, huh?"

"Particularly since we won't be ending things without some kind of huge battle," Itsuka said.

"Izu-kun's still working with Miruko, so I wouldn't rule that possibility out," Momo said.

"I'm wondering if she'll even let him leave," Ochako said.

"Does she know that it's illegal for Provisional License Holders to work for more than a certain amount of days each school year?" Ibara pointed out.

"I'm fairly certain she does, but even so, I doubt she'll actually care," Ochako replied.

The other girls swiftly agreed with that sentiment.

Gentle Criminal appreciated the aroma of his tea before he took a drink, "This has been quite the amazing shift in our popularity, has it not?"

La Brava nodded her head so often she resembled a bobblehead, "It's so amazing how they're talking about us! So many people have been commenting about how our leaked info has been a godsend! The Destro takedown alone has been seen by hundreds of millions already!"

"Odd that the video had been censored to begin with," Gentle stroked his beard in thought.

"The original video was considered detrimental to law and order," Mr. Compress said. He wasn't wearing his mask or balaclava, and was keeping his hands busy idly shuffling around playing cards. "At first, the government didn't want anything circulating that glorified vigilantes, as 'Metas' were still seen as dangerous. That Destro was taken down not by concerted efforts of the government but by another Meta, that was a state of affairs that no one in power wished to reveal to the masses."

"But why would they still keep it under lock and key after the HPSC was formed?!" La Brava asked.

"Partly inertia, partly public relations," Compress shrugged. "The bigwigs only wanted the image of a certain type of Hero, one based on popular approval and adherence to the law above all else. Charger wasn't merely a Vigilante, he was a brutal one who murdered dozens of people and cared little for authority or public opinion. You heard that snippet where Destro was confused that Charger hadn't killed him, and Charger retorted that killing him would be too good for him, that he wanted Destro to live to see the world change into the one he strove to avoid. Not the type of person the suits want to glorify alongside their rule-abiding moneymakers…"

Gentle's fist rose to the air, "How wonderful! We expose the forgotten history of a great man, downtrodden by society, and in doing so we make our own mark on the world!"

La Brava swooned as she heard Gentle's words.

Compress struggled to think of how to stave off his companions' flirting when his burner phone vibrated. Frowning, he flipped it open and simply said, "Be quick about it."

There was a chuckle, "I'd have thought you'd be more theatrical about it, Compress."

Compress's face brightened, "Ah, Giran! Sorry, I get so few callers and none are as pleasant to converse with as you!"

"Glad to hear I mean so much to you," Giran's voice dripped with sarcasm. "Now, you've managed to make quite a name for yourself… And that means there's a lot more heat on you. I was wondering if you were willing to hire some more help…"

Compress stroked his chin in thought, "I do think it would be prudent to have some more able bodies at our disposal, wouldn't you say?" he asked Gentle and La Brava.

La Brava looked uncertain, to which Gentle said, "We'll have to vet them before we consider them for our fledgling team."

Compress nodded, putting the broker on speaker, "We'll consider it, Giran, if they pass the audition."

"Well, if you need able bodies, this guy is the one you want. He's got a duplication Quirk. A bit of an oddball, particularly the way he speaks, but he's insanely loyal if treated well. Honestly, he needs a break, and I think he could serve you well," Giran said.

"Hmm. Well, we are, at our hearts, showmen. A clown or two wouldn't be out of place," Mr. Compress smiled. "And I do owe you for discouraging me from seeking out the League of Villains."

Compress shook his head at his earlier curiosity about the group. He thought they might be the group to catapult him to being the true heir of his ancestor's legacy. Instead, they were just a bunch of idiot kidnappers whose few surviving members were now stuck in hiding.

"I just told you that Shigaraki had no more vacancies and that he wouldn't accept new hires," Giran seemed to shrug over the phone. "I had no way of knowing he was a flash-in-the-pan."

"Much like the Hero Killer," Mr. Compress sighed. "Sad to see such big names fall so quickly."

"Speaking of them, though, I want you to watch out," Giran became serious. "The League's down to three people, but one of them managed to escape. And that's become a bit of a problem for us…"

"Is it truly bad?" Compress asked.

"It is. I'd make sure you guys have tactics for dealing with shapeshifting infiltrators," Giran said.

"Any other advice you can give us?" Compress asked.

The response was ominous, "Try not to bleed."

"Now," Nezu had a glint in his eyes, "I have the shift to the schedules for the first year Hero Course students!"

All Might looked concerned, "That's not too far away. Doesn't this seem a little rushed?"

There was a collective giggle throughout the staff. Present Mic replied, "Buddy, we're lucky he told us now and not the day it was happening."

"Our students have been through a great deal of hardship over this past year," Nezu said. "As such, I've elected to use some of my own personal funds to provide them with a more enjoyable curriculum. After our annual School Festival, we will be flying our students for survival training on Kuraudo Island."

"Wait a minute, isn't that-" Eraserhead began.

"It is!" Vlad King interrupted, seeing Nezu about to start laughing and wanting to prevent this meeting from running an additional hour.

"It's been a while since I've been there," All Might said. "Dr. Cuvier is a good man, as was his father and aunt…"

"Indeed," Nezu said, composing himself. "Both classes will also be learning to work with international Hero teams for the duration. 1-B will be participating alongside America's Xavier Institute, while 1-A will be working alongside Mexico's Santo Kaliman Academy. It always helps prepare them for dealing with the World Heroes Association."

"Yamada-kun, I'm going to ask you to help drill my students before we attend," Vlad King said.

Eraserhead sighed, "I'm going to have to find resources for my students to learn Spanish, aren't I?"

All Might grinned, "I have some people I can call on to help, but rest assured that your students aren't as ill-prepared as you may think…"

"I dread to learn what you mean by that," Eraserhead deadpanned.

"Now then, following that, we'll have both teams spending the month of December on a tropical southern island," Nezu continued. "We'll be having our typical Joint Training Exercise there, alongside our plans to have them practice working as their own Hero Agency. Unlike in previous years, All Might and I have worked to ensure that the exercises focus on inter-class cooperation rather than the typical rivalry."

Vlad King frowned, "I always think some healthy competition between our classes does them good. Keeps them striving to be the best they can be…"

There was a pause, and everyone present replied with "Monoma."

Vlad King opened his mouth as if to protest, closed it, then sighed, "All right, you have a point. I'll tone it down."

"We're not going to just leave them, are we?" Eraserhead asked. "They're trouble magnets."

"Oh, we're not leaving them to their own devices as we initially planned," Nezu crossed his arms to form an X. "The two of you and All Might will accompany them, as will the Big Three. By necessity, Eri-chan will need to be present, so we'll be including Inko Midoriya as well…"

Midnight practically purred, "Oh, are you giving All Might and Inko-chan a tropical honeymoon~?"

After being rewound by Eri's Quirk, All Might no longer coughed up blood at frequent intervals. That comment, however, almost made him start again.

"That being said, I will allow two other members of staff to help chaperone the trip," Nezu stated.

Immediately, Present Mic shouted out a "YEAH!" that almost cost the room's residents their eardrums.

"Not me," Recovery Girl grumbled. "Midoriya's doing well in his medical classes, so concentrating all our healing in one place is a mistake."

"Me neither," Power Loader added. "Having Hatsume join 1-A for those will serve as vacation enough for me."

"I could use some downtime," Snipe drawled.

"Me, too," Thirteen said.

"Aw, come on!" Midnight said. "I need to work on my tan without the suit!"

"We'll decide the two via deathmatch," Nezu said cheerfully.

All Might looked around at the other faculty members, "So, I still haven't been here long enough to tell whether or not he's serious or just messing with us…"

"Honestly, he'd just be messing with you if that were the case," Ectoplasm replied.

"Well then," Nezu's eyes gleamed as he ignored those comments, "we'll soon see who will be joining our students for their end-of-year trip to Kuraudo and Nabu Island!"

The announcement that they were going to be spending the end of the year island-hopping led to 1-A letting out loud, raucous cheers that were silenced with a single clearing of Eraserhead's throat.

"Our first outing will be a combination of survival training and international cooperation, alongside accelerated coursework on genetics and ecology. You'll be some of the few people alive lucky enough to secure a visit to Kuraudo Island."

Koji uncharacteristically shouted out "WHAT?!", and fainted, as Setsuna let out a high pitched squeal of joy.

Momo gasped as Kinoko and Izuku rushed to revive Koji, "This is unprecedented! Not even my family has been able to secure a visit there!"

"Um…" Eijiro looked around, at several people looking shocked at Momo's proclamation, and Setsuna still squealing, "Sorry, but what's Kuraudo Island?"

Setsuna's squeals stopped, as her face popped up and got right into Eijiro's, "What rock have you been under?! It's the Dinosaur Island!"

"Wait, that's real?!" Eijiro exclaimed. "I thought that was just a movie!"

"The movie's actually pre-Quirk!" Izuku said. "It's only thanks to one family line that it survived to this day! Marcus Cuvier was one of the first people to have a Quirk that could change ecosystems! His Quirk, De-Extinction, could convert biomass and create extinct animals! He revived so many animal species thought lost forever, like the great auk, the aurochs, and the thylacine! It was dependent on mass and how long the species has been extinct! Sadly, he died of Quirk overload after creating a founder population of wooly mammoths…"

"Wow, he could go that far back, ribbit?" Tsu asked, eyes widening.

"Not quite," Momo stated. "The wooly mammoth only became extinct around 2,000 BCE. A population of them existed on a remote island off the coast of Siberia long after they went extinct elsewhere. Though, in addition to the population experiencing dwarfism, they suffered from numerous compounding genetic defects that contributed heavily to their eventual death…"

"Luckily, Cuvier's Quirk allowed him to make versions that were genetically diverse," Izuku said. "And his descendants had increasingly stronger versions of his Quirk!"

Eraserhead nodded, "Yes, we have been granted an invitation thanks to Nezu convincing Dr. Marcus Cuvier VII. He is technically a pro Hero who works on ecological recovery, and with his crew, he maintains Kuraudo Island as a means of studying evolutionary relationships by recreating prehistoric ecosystems. Including, yes, populations of pre-avian dinosaurs."

As Setsuna fangirled once more and Koji looked more excited than usual, Eraserhead looked at them sternly, "I expect you all to be on your best behavior. You'll all be the esteemed guests of Jurassic Mark."
