(Odaiba high: A couple of weeks later)
It's been a while since Kari asked me out on a date and after I woke up, Veemon and Gatomon both agreed to go into the Digital world this Saturday and spend some time together.
I got a new Digimon named Vorvomon while I was training with the others in the dungeons.
Herissmon, Pulsemon and Wizardmon all managed to go to the Ultimate level, which surprised me since I didn't think that would be possible.
Renamon, Gammamon, Veemon and Vorvomon have managed to go to the champion level.
I got new spirits such as the Human spirits of Light, Wood, Wind, Thunder, Ice and Darkness and their Beasts spirits as well.

Okay, not bad at all. I am getting stronger which is good but I don't know if that's gonna be enough to save the DigiWorld.
Even if it isn't, I've got my friends to back me up and my Gamer powers to give me a boost.
Besides now that I have all of the Legendary Spirits, it'll be easy to destroy the control spires and stop the Digimon emperor from taking digimons to do his bidding.
I pack my backpack and close the door to go to school so I can either study or go to the digital world.
I'll need to train Agumon and Veemon so that they can be on the Ultimate Level because something tells me Ken isn't ready give up just yet.
-Pov change-
"I want all of the control spires to come back to base and also, all of my dark rings. The digifools have mocked me for the last time. Especially you, Davis Motomiya."Ken seethes at the picture of a smiling Davis with Kari, Sora and Tai standing besides him as they all throw a peace sign at the camera, angering him even further.
The digimon emperor kept on thinking of ways to defeat the digidestined but after a minute of critical thinking, Ken finally had a full proof plan to destroy those meddlesome brats once and for all.
"Let's see if they can defeat a mega level Digimon."He says as he looks at the incoming control spires and laughs manically, finally happy that his plan will be executed in the way that he likes it.

Okay, I'm officially done with math class for today and I'm waiting for the others in computer class so we can all go in the DigiWorld and destroy a couple of control spires.
Demiveemon who's in my backpack just gets out of there to see if the others are coming or not.
Kari, T.K., Yolei and Cody are busy doing extra work for their classes so I should be fine but just as I was about to enter the digital world, they arrive with their Digimon partners alongside all of Tai's team, which is surprising since most of them are busy with High school and Mimi is supposed to be in America.
"Hey Davis, you ready?"Tai says as Kari comes to give me a hug, bringing me out of my thoughts and nod at his words.
"Yep, let's do it. DigiPort, open!"I shout as I direct my D-3 to the computer, which sucks all of us in and takes us to the DigiWorld.
Once we're there, we check our surroundings and see that we're inside a forest so we do our best to get out of there so we can find a control spire.
Heading out the forest thanks to our Digimon that somehow managed to Digivolve, we take a look around the area and something's going on here.
"Guys, crazy thought but... do you think that Ken took away all of the control spires in the DigiWorld? Maybe he realized that he couldn't win and gave up"I say as T.K. just scoffs at the idea.
"Okay, now that's just stupid oh fearless leader. First of all, he's pure evil and people like him are always scheming and plotting. There's no way that you of all people, managed to get him to stop his conquest to rule the Digital World."He says as I just look at him with anger before Kari grabs my hand, telling me to calm down.
"T.K., Davis is just considering a possibility. You don't have to be so rude, ya know."Mimi chimes in as Izzy now has a look of pure shock on his face.
"Izzy, what's up?"Tai asks him but the guy is too busy trying to figure out what the heck's going on.
"I just checked the map of the Digital World and there's not one control spire anywhere. I don't know what you did to him Davis but looks like he's finally given up or is plotting something with the control spires."The nerd replies as I ponder on why before remembering one of my fights with Ken.
Ken managed to control an ultimate level Digimon but what if, with whatever he's planning, the control spires were able to give the controlled Digimon more power as it continued to fight?
For example, if Tai's Agumon was being controlled by the Digimon Emperor and was forced to fight against us, then as it would fight, it could go straight to Mega while having enough power to reach some kind of... Super Ultimate level.
That means we have to start searching for Ken's base and put an actual stop to whatever he's planning but... will we be enough?
I know I said I was gonna trudting the others but most of us can't even reach the Mega level.
Heck, even with the Gamer powers, I'm still weaker than I was than when I first got them.
We need to train but to do that, we have to go to the Clock tower shop and the only person that can guide them to it is...me.
"Guys, we need to prepare."I say while looking at the ground.
"Wait what? What do you mean 'prepare'?"Sora asks as I take a look at Tai, who nods in understanding, to which I reply with one of my own.
"Ken's planning something bug and I don't think we're ready for it. That's why I'm going back to real world and show you a place where you can train with your Digimons and maybe get them to mega."I say to them as they all are baffled.
"It's impossible for us to reach the mega level as it originally took our crests to even get to ultimate but now, you want us to go beyond that without them? Yeah, there's no way that's gonna work."Mimi says as Tai has an exasperated look on his face before staring at me, promoting me to continue my explanation.
"I know a place where we can train and also maybe there's a way for you guys to get our crests."
"Davis, you don't have to worry about me having a crest. I somehow got mine when me and T.K. went to go find our Digi-eggs." Kari says as we all look at her with pure shock.
"Could this only happen when you guys give us your Digi-eggs?"Joe asks as I shrug, not knowing what to say.
"Maybe but either way, we need to go back to the real world to plan our next move."Tai says as we all head back into the forest and go back to the real world once we find the tv we used to get here.
-A couple of minutes later-
We have finally arrived at the Clock tower shop after getting lost for a couple of times.
Still looking at you Tai, told you we should've gone left but nooo! You had to prove that your instinct is too OP and made us take a right.
Heading inside of the building, I can see the old man cleaning a Digivice when he spots me and the gang, putting the device on the counter and making his way towards us as if nothing had happened.
"So kid, what brings you and your friends here?"He asks as I quickly explain what happened, him nodding before putting the close sign on the shop then he goes further into the store so we follow and we are left amazed by the sight of this dimension.
"Welcome Digidestined, to the Quartz dimension. This place slows down time, allowing you to train your Digimon to their full potential. Also, don't worry about hurting the Digimon here as they all are hostile replicas of the original, meaning you can go all out. For those who used to have a crest, then I can safely say that my Digivces will prove to be an significant upgrade compared to what you usually have."The Old Man explains to us as he then hands Tai and his group some new Digivices except Mimi, who's given a different kind of Digivce so I use [Observe] on both to see what the upgrade is.
The Digivice (Upgraded)
Description: TheDigivice is the upgraded version of the first generation of Digidestined's Digivices.
Like the previous Digivice, it allows the user to Digivolve their Digimon partner, but this version can fully facilitate Digivolution without the need for Tags or Crests, and also includes functions such as hologrammatic communication, DigiCode translation, andDigimon Analyzer.
When a Digivolution is triggered, the circular ring lights up revolving clockwise in the user's assigned color, with increasing clockwise revolutions for higher level Digivolutions; once for Champions, twice for Ultimates, and twice counterclockwise for Megas. When a fusion is triggered, the ring instead lights up revolving twice counterclockwise in both users' colors.
Digivice Burst
Description: The Digivice Burst allows Digimon to digivolve via"D.N.A. Charge! Overdrive!" to the Mega level. It has all the same functions as the Data Links, plus the ability to use"Charge! D.N.A. Burst Mode!
Perfect, now we've got some serious firepower against Ken.
The others start training in how go to the mega level while I'm tryng to get Agumon and Veemon to the ultimate level by having them spar against EmperorGreymon and WarGreymon for GeoGreymon and as for ExVeemon, he's sparring against Shakkoumon and Silphymon, Armadillomon and Hawkmon's ultimate level Digimon forms.
"Strike of the Seven Stars!"Seraphimon shouts as the seven balls of light hit ExVeemon, sending him crash into GeoGreymon as T.K. runs towards me then once he's in range, he punches me in the face.

"Come on, leader. Get up! Get up so I can show everyone here who the real leader of this group is. Tai should've never chose you as the leader of the second generation of the Digidestined. As a matter of fact, Kari should've never chose you. They should've chose me! ME! I am the Digidestined of Hope! YOU ARE NOTHING compared to me, nothing."He says with pure hatred in his eyes as I stand up then get all of my Digimons out and make them go to their strongest forms while also healing GeoGreymon and ExVeemon.
"Alright then, Takaishi. You wanna fight me? So be it but don't blame me for what happens next."I say as I slip into a random fighting stance as he does the same.
We then charge at each other with our Digimon in tow, ready to settle this debate for good.

Hey guys, been a while hasn't it? Sorry for the delay but a lot of my stories needed my attention so I took care of those before going back to this. However, I'm gonna to leave this story as it is to focus on taking care of my non Gamer stories. Once that's done, I promise to come back to this masterpiece.
