As expected the Yokai and villagers gathered around Hakurei Shrine, this time the Memory Orb had been brought by Vạn Thư to place it inside the front yard of the shrine as Reimu used it as a chance to sell more merchandise.

The Kappa and fairies began to sell foods as the villagers lined up out of curiosity where they wanted to see the new event created by Reimu. Vạn Thư meanwhile tested the orb again as she wanted to see how much projection it had and how long she could maintain it.

Akyuu: I don't understand. If you had no magic how could you use it?

Vạn Thư: You don't need to. The Memory Orb is a very special artifact that could project the memory of anyone as long as they touched it. Sadly it had been lost in the ancient past as an imperial ship sunk beneath the ocean.

Vạn Thư grabbed Akyuu hand then put her hand onto the surface of the orb. The light engulfed them again as Akyuu began to experience her past. Vạn Thư was quite surprised about the life of Akyuu.

Vạn Thư: Is this what you called infinite reincarnations?

Akyuu: Yes, I always die and reborn. If you are an immortal librarian who wrote the history of Hakoniwa in the series Hakoniwa Record I meanwhile reincarnate to complete my Gensokyo Chronicle which was a historical record of Gensokyo.

Vạn Thư: Interesting, could I had your book collection later?

Vạn Thư showed her interested to Akyuu's knowledge

Akyuu: I though you wanted to burn books?

Vạn Thư: Geez, only the dangerous one!

Akyuu giggled at her annoyed face. Then, the memory ended and they returned back to normal.

That night, everyone began to watch Vạn Thư historical journey as she showed everything in a great detail about the Warring State Era in Hakoniwa. The villagers unfortunately forgot everything as Keine interfered and removed everything happened tonight as she deemed such knowledge about Hakoniwa to be a dangerous thing.

Akyuu: Why did you remove that part of history even though it was totally harmless to the villagers?

Keine: I could sense a dangerous outcome if other found out about the way Hakoniwa worked, the Yokai is what I worried the most. The villagers should never know too much about another world outside of Gensokyo as it could potentially lead to unchecked outcome in the future.

Akyuu and Keine began to discuss after that night inside the Hieda Temple School

Yet such event had been noted by Yukari as she had been spying on them the whole time, while she could easily know the history of Hakoniwa through Alternative Yukari's words it was better for her to watch it in detail within such golden chance.

The next day at Hieda Temple School

Vạn Thư became a student at the school upon her own choice but as she sat behind the other students they didn't bother to look at her aside a feel curious look.

The orb meanwhile had been kept inside Suzunaan as Kosuzu liked that orb as it could entertain her whenever she got bored. However what Yukari did was beyond imagination.

Kosuzu: What do you mean by revealing Vạn Thư's past without her hand?

Kosuzu asked in a confused look as Yukari sat in the opposite direction of her sipping her tea

Yukari: The true power of the Memory Orb wasn't simply about revealing the memory of the user but it could possibility reveal the past of another person through the lenses of the other user.

And then the boundary suddenly opened, another Yukari appeared.

Kosuzu: EEEKKK!

Kosuzu looked at both Yukari in panic

Alt Yukari: I am the parallel Yukari in Hakoniwa, or you can call me as the Second Founder.

Kosuzu: Oh…

Kosuzu looked at her in curious, while both Yukari wore different costume but their appearance was too similar. Purple dress, blonde hair, mysterious smile, it was so easy to look at them as sister.

Alt Yukari: Still, thank you for keeping your words of letting me having a trip to Gensokyo, Yukari.

She then walked toward the Memory Orb as she welcomed Kosuzu to join her. Yukari however returned to Hakoniwa as she wanted keep an eye on the Crane and other.

Alt Yukari: Come, Kosuzu. Yukari told me that Vạn Thư never revealed this information. Let's see if she was right about this or not.

Alternative Yukari put her hand into the orb as the entire place engulfed in white light.

The scene showed a dark place filled with scrolls along with Vạn Thư. It was the Imperial Library.

Alt Yukari: This place was the place where Vạn Thư got imprisoned back then.

Kosuzu looked at the table in curious as she saw Vạn Thư was writing something on her paper

Kosuzu: Fountain of Miracle? How did you know about this detail?

Alt Yukari: Just like Yukari I too had the ability to walk among the portal. As I had my hatred toward the Legendary Crane I had been spending years to keep an eye on Hakoniwa to check on every event and wait until an important event happened.

The scene then changed with Vạn Thư arrived at Gensokyo with her Scroll of Teleportation but inside her was actually two scrolls. The first scroll had been burned by her Duality Brush while the second scroll had been staying hidden inside her sleeve for the whole time.

Kosuzu: Is that the Fountain of Miracle!?

Kosuzu asked in surprise, Alternative Yukari nodded with a mysterious smile

Alt Yukari: This is the first time I talked to a person in Gensokyo. I'm quite interested in this place just like Yukari who got an interest in Hakoniwa.

Kosuzu: But what does the Fountain of Miracle actually do?

Alt Yukari: To simply put, it allowed her to recover her magic to a full power and she might not need the scrolls or her brush anymore. Yet such Fountain didn't exist in Hakoniwa, if there was such thing then the fate of the librarians in Hakoniwa wouldn't fall into such decline like today.

Vạn Thư knew the truth but she stubbornly believed somewhere in Gensokyo there must be a Fountain somewhere around here. That's why Yukari told me she came here not simply because she wanted to have a peaceful life but she secretly wished to search for that Fountain.

Kosuzu: But I saw her visiting me very often and she already stated that she wished to retire. Did she give up on finding it?

Alt Yukari: I afraid I can't be sure. Still, if she still keep that scroll around then there is chance that she still want to search for it.

The scene changed as Vạn Thư put her secret scroll into a small box with a lock.

Kosuzu: She kept that scroll as if it was her treasure

Alt Yukari: That's means she would try to find the Fountain no matter how much she wished to retire, she might change her mind in the future if something happened to her to push her in the opposite direction as she currently was.

The historical scene ended as both of them returned to the reality

Still, I would love to have a trip in Gensokyo now. Yukari was kind enough to give me a chance to visit this place.

Eventually Kosuzu and Alternative Yukari began to visit various place around the Human Village.

Yet such event disturbed Keine, Akyuu and other Yokai.

Mamizou: A parallel Yukari arrived in here? Hmmm

Mamizou began to smoke her pipe with a deep though and a huge interest

Aya: Such good news for me!

Aya began to stalk them as she used her camera to record every moment that Alternative Yukari walked with Kosuzu around the Human Village

Akyuu meanwhile showed her worry as she saw Alternative Yukari walked so casually on the street among the curious villagers

Keine: She doesn't try to hide herself huh?

Meanwhile the news reached the Bamboo Forest of the Lost as Kaguya read the news from the Bunbunmaru Newspaper.

Kaguya: Hmm…a Yukari who doesn't afraid of showing in front of the public!?

The same reaction could be found at Scarlet Mansion, Remilia looked at the news with an amused look.

Remilia: Looks like we got a new threat in Gensokyo now. Or so I say…Hakoniwa invader?

Yet just before any of them could make a move, Alternative Yukari ended her tour and returned to Hakoniwa again.

Kosuzu: I don't understand. If you could hide behind the boundary just like Yukari then why you showed up in front of the villagers so casually?

Alt Yukari: It was because I can't use too much magic like the other Yukari. I already lost many of it after my failure against the Legendary Crane long ago and without Yukari help I could never beat the Crane or the Gods who were more powerful than me.

Yukari alone could defeat all of them without relying on any scrolls. After all I realized I had no choice but to rely on her as my limited power was beneath her and other.

Alternative Yukari made a happy smile as she requested Kosuzu before she entered her portal

Alt Yukari: Let's keep our journey as a secret

Kosuzu: Actually, everyone already knew about it

Kosuzu handed her the newspaper and Aya already spread the news across Gensokyo by the time she arrived here. Alternative Yukari giggled she read the headline.

Alt Yukari: It doesn't matter anyway. It's not like I would wage war against other anyway.

Kosuzu waved her hand saying goodbye to Alternative Yukari as she entered her portal back to Kotou. Yukari however gestured her toward another burning stack of scrolls.

Alt Yukari: You got into a fight with them again?

Yukari: And this time they surrendered for real, their dislike for my meddling lead to this moment.

But at the same time they refused to talk to us as they stationed in their own hermit reclusive place. Still, I can guarantee you they would have no interest in interfering with our business anymore.

Both Yukari then looked at the new Library. It was totally 'modern' in the Kappa style because Nitori only build modern tech.

Alt Yukari: I was expecting to see a different kind of Library you know?

Alternative Yukari sweat dropped at the alien structure in front of her, this is not she wished for!
