I Think We're Alone Now - Tiffany
December 20th
"I'm sorry," Jeff said, holding a hand up to cut Eddie off. "She did what?!"
"She stole my phone cord," he grumbled, chomping viciously through a pretzel.
"I mean… I think we all know you're dating an evil genius by now, right?" Gareth said, flinching away at the look Eddie gave him. "What?! We all know you shouldn't take the damn call!"
Eddie made a face at the table but didn't argue. If his dad ever got, he would be unbelievably angry that Eddie hadn't taken the call and that was the only reason he ever put up with it. But as Beck had pointed out, he was now nineteen and he didn't need to hide from his father.
"How's my sulky birthday boy?"
Beck's arms were suddenly around his neck as she hugged him from behind, flopping forward onto him. His friends watched his demeanor lift instantly like it usually did when she was around and he pushed to his feet, lifting her with him as he stayed bent over. Laughing she dropped back to her feet and Dustin scooted over to make space for her.
"So," Mike cut in, ever the one looking to keep equilibrium within the group, "how exactly are we supposed to track down a villain who doesn't have a name?"
Eddie grinned, kicking his feet up onto the corner of the table, which were promptly shoved off by an annoyed Todd.
"You have names," he said after a few playful shoves were exchanged.
"Okay but 'the Master of the Spider Throne' doesn't really help us," Dustin argued.
"It would seem your problem is chasing the wrong person," Eddie countered.
Beck watched the conversation pick up as they needled him about their upcoming session and he continued his vague line of hints and occasional ominous warnings.
Eddie had been pissed when the phone cord had turned up missing but Wayne had badgered him out the door and gotten him to school. He had ignored Beck for the first two periods until she ambushed him outside the guys' locker room, saying, "You know exactly why I did that" the second she saw him. He had softened but this was the first time she had seen him truly unwind since that morning.
When lunch ended, Eddie made her promise she would come over after school before she had to work which she was totally on board for. It was a weird promise to elicit since it happened frequently but she didn't question it until she walked in and saw the look he exchanged with his uncle.
"What…?" she asked, suddenly on edge.
"My nephew told me you're not interested in joining us for Christmas," Wayne said.
Beck sighed and crossed her arms dramatically, planting her feet apart in an exaggerated imitation of Wayne, which did earn her a small smile.
"I didn't say I wasn't interested," she said, shooting Eddie a glance. "I said it's a family holiday and I don't want to intrude on your holiday. It's fine. I promise. I have somewhere of my own and –"
Wayne looked over at Eddie and she stopped talking mid sentence.
"What is this secret Munson language?!" she exclaimed.
Eddie cracked up and she rounded on him, but Wayne drew her attention back to him.
"I just thought he was wrong. I didn't believe that you really didn't understand," he said.
"Understand what?"
"That you are family."
As always, Wayne was able to level her defenses with only a few words. Beck unexpectedly felt tears starting to roll down her cheeks and felt Wayne brush a few off her cheek with his rough knuckles.
"You going to join us then?" he asked, meeting her eyes and she nodded, trying not to audibly sob as Eddie pulled her into a tight hug.
When she was calmer, she started laughing which drew a look from both of them.
"And here I thought I was the clever one using you to take the phone cord," she told Wayne.
"Wait! You did?" Eddie exclaimed as his uncle started to laugh.
"Imagine my surprise when you both approached me about a clever ploy for the other one," he grinned.
"Great minds," Eddie said, planting a kiss on the top of Beck's head and rubbing her back.

"Love of GOD!" Dustin sighed. "Can you two not?!"
"You have no idea," Jeff said. "You weren't even here for–"
"Whatever you're going to say I would encourage you to reconsider, oh one who chooses to play a squishy character that needs protection," Beck cut him off and he rolled his eyes at her. "If this is how my character wants to be played–"
"So your character needs to hit on every NPC?" Gareth asked, his expression clearly calling bull on this excuse.
"Ever heard of a honey trap? I'm helping us gather vital intel."
"From the guy selling potions at a roadside stand?! He doesn't even have a name!"
She laughed despite herself. "Fine! I'll cool it," she placated. "There's just so many good D&D lines."
"There can't be that many," Dustin grumped.
"Oh I don't know…" Eddie smirked and leaned forward, locking eyes with Beck. "But I wonder how many our little wood elf here can think of. For example: 'what's your AC? Because I want to roll to hit that.'"
Mike laughed and when the guys looked at him he crossed his arms. "Oh really? None of you have ever noticed that?"
"You must be a cleric, because you're making me want to lay on hands," Beck replied quickly and Eddie rolled his eyes at her.
"Are you a druid? Because your shape is driving me wild," he returned, noticing the guys now giving in to the competitive nature of their exchange.
"You could grapple me and I wouldn't even try to break free," Beck said, leaning toward him.
Eddie could feel his cheeks flush and hoped it went unnoticed as he thought of a good follow up line.
"You must be a necromancer, because you're making my bone rise."
That got laughs and a few small cheers around the table but Beck knew she could match that.
"Call me a tiefling because you've got me horny," she said, laughing as there was a chorus of "Ooooo"s.
"You know orcs aren't the only ones with relentless endurance," Eddie countered. He shifted in his chair, trying to hide how much this was turning him on as his jeans started to feel uncomfortably tight.
"Good thing you're a fighter, because you're going to need that second wind tonight."
"Are you my dice? Because I want to roll you on the table all night," he said and even Beck clapped for that one.
She looked him over dramatically and he knew she was choosing to turn up the heat on their competition.
"My favorite terrain is your underdark," she said, eyes sparkling as the table erupted in laughter.
Beck watched Eddie hold her gaze and run his tongue along his teeth, clearly weighing his options.
"You may have it, Beck," Jeff crowed and that prompted Eddie to go for the line he had been toying with.
He said, "Are you a gelatinous cube? Because I feel like this encounter is going to end up with me inside you."
Beck burst out laughing and could not stop as the other guys cheered for him.
"I admit defeat," she called over the noise and they both dramatically shook hands though Eddie avoided her gaze completely.
As the party returned to discussing what the best method was to track down Kas the Bloody-handed, she felt Eddie's hand creep up her thigh. He was staring dead ahead and leaning in one hand while the other seemed to be busy with her. Finally he looked at her, and she knew for a fact she was indeed going to be a very willing gelatinous cube that night.
February 26th
Eddie kissed the top of Beck's head, pulling her close to him and trying to sneak his hand into her box of Sour Patch Kids. She pulled them away and stuck her tongue out at him before handing him a lone candy.
"I offered to buy you your own," she said.
"I only wanted a few of them…" he fake pouted but happily tossed the gummy into his mouth.
Beck sat up, waving as Sarah and Gareth walked up to their aisle. The two had started a really cute flirtation and she and Eddie were desperate for them to get together so they could double with them.
"Remind me how I was talked into seeing a puppet fantasy musical?" Sarah said, sitting next to Beck.
"David. Bowie. In. Tights," Beck emphasized and they both grinned.
"Will you be able to control yourself, ladies?" Eddie teased, trying for another Sour Patch Kid and getting his hand pinched.
The lights dimmed and Beck said, "I guess we'll find out."
When the movie started, Beck was immediately taken with the lead, Sarah. Any girl acting out a play in a park by herself seemed like her kind of person. And as Sarah was totally drenched by the rain, Eddie leaned over and murmured into her ear, "I'm getting flashbacks to our failed date," which made her stifle a laugh.
When the goblins started to wake, Sarah made a pointed joke about the band teacher that had them all in silent fits, but once the Goblin King entered they settled down.
And as they left the theater, Beck knew she was getting a copy of The Labyrinth movie poster as soon as she could. The closing line of "You have no power over me" resonated with her deeply and the ball scene was perfection in costuming. This was absolutely a new favorite movie and she would get Eddie to dress up as Ludo for Halloween or she would die trying.
After shakes and plates of fries at Frosty Dream, Beck convinced Eddie to go back to the trailer for the night. She finally admitted she had missed both spending nights together and the months they had enjoyed living together there, which melted his heart.
As they lay curled up on what had once been their bed, Eddie felt increasingly sentimental about the year that had passed. For all appearances, they were both going to graduate and then everything that had happened the past year would be worth it. They would be able to start a life together instead of just side by side.
Knowing from his even more insistent cuddles that he was feeling sentimental, Beck played with his hair. She knew he loved it so she worked as many tiny braids she could get away with into his curly hair before he decided to shake them all out. They fell asleep this way, with her trying to sneak in a last braid.
Eddie woke up to the sound of music coming from the bathroom and the noise of the shower. He looked at the clock and sighed. Ten am had been declared fair game for Beck to make noise when they slept together on the weekends. It was the only time she ever woke up before him and she got tired of waiting.
Children, behave
That's what they say when we're together
And watch how you play
They don't understand
And so we're
He rubbed at his eyes, smiling at the familiar song when it struck him what he was also hearing. Beck was singing along in the shower. She was pretty shy about singing around him but he could hear her belting the song over the noise of the shower.
A devious plan formed in Eddie's mind so he peeled off his pajamas and crept into the bathroom silently.
Look at the way we gotta hide what we're doin'
'Cause what would they say
If they ever knew? And so we're
"Running just as fast as we can," Eddie belted, throwing back the shower curtain and scaring Beck nearly out of her wits.
He winced at the volume of her scream but climbed into the shower with her, continuing to dramatically sing through the bridge. Beck finally felt her heart slow in time for the repeat of the chorus and gave in, singing the end of the song with him, both of them hamming it up for the other one as the water poured down on them.
The song ended and Beck laughed, pulling Eddie to her in a kiss while pinching him hard on the shoulder.
"Ow!" he cried, trying and failing to wriggle away from her.
"You scared me almost to death," Beck said. "That was mild compared to what you deserve."
"Oh yeah?" Eddie purred, sliding his hands up her wet body to cup one of her breasts. "You saying you want to punish me?"
"I don't think we have time for all the ways you should be punished," she replied, lowering her voice as she palmed his hardening cock.
Their lips met and they pulled one another close, water cascading over Eddie's back and shoulders as he blocked her from being sprayed in the face. Beck ran her hands down both sides of his hips and over the tops of his thighs as he moaned her name and lowered his face to her nipple. He grazed her with his teeth and she arched into him as his hands grabbed her ass and pulled her tight against him.
"So fucking hot," he groaned as she again ran her hand over his almost painfully hard erection. "Beck, I need–"
"Me too," she gasped, hooking one leg around his hips as he tried to lift her opposite leg at the same time.
And while Beck wasn't unbearably heavy, Eddie hadn't expected to need to lift all her weight right then. He fell forward, slipping in the tiny shower and grabbing for what he could.
Unfortunately the only thing at hand that wasn't a slick shower wall was the shower curtain which tore off as he fell forward and draped over them like a plastic blanket.
Eddie pushed himself back onto his knees, swearing profusely and fighting to turn off the shower so they didn't soak the room.
"Jesus! Beck, are you okay?!"
She was shaking underneath him and it took him a second to figure out she was laughing so hard she couldn't breathe.
"Oh my god that was so stupid but so funny," she finally wheezed and he started laughing because she was completely right. Clearly shower sex was more of a logistical nightmare than they had been planning for in their frenzy.
Beck looked up at Eddie, sitting back on his heels with a massive erection, soaking wet and hair dripping while he laughed. It was almost a perfect sight and she sat up to kiss him hard, parting his lips with her tongue and almost drawing her breath from his.
Eddie stood, puling her up with him and this time lifting her successfully to wrap her legs around his waist. He pressed her back hard against the wall and began to work her clit with his thumb. He was doing all he could to hold himself back as she came, moaning into his mouth as she held his face tight to hers.
He put her down, fishing a condom out from under the bathroom sink and rolling it on. Beck turned her back to him and he swore as he entered her from behind. As he began to thrust, she placed one of his hands around her throat and that nearly did him in as he gently applied pressure.
He did not last nearly as long as he would have liked, but he also came so hard that he felt his legs go numb so he was hardly disappointed. He let his head loll onto her shoulder, trying hard to catch his breath and Beck turned around to blow little puffs of air on his sensitive skin, causing him to squirm.
"Should probably buy a new shower curtain before I go to work," she teased and Eddie laughed, reaching for a towel and handing her one as well.
This is it everyone! Last chapter before we hit the events of season 4!
Pick up lines were largely from the ever brilliant Ginny Di on YouTube but this idea was all mine. :)
