In the wee hours of the morning, the two returned from their night of carnal activities. Husker and Angel stayed at the bar, eagerly waiting on the report of how their first date went. The pair came in giggling and drenched head to toe in blood. "I can't believe that guy called me a kitten! I'm so offended!" Both of them let out a hearty laugh.

"Hey guys!" Angel looked mildly disgusted with their current state of attire. Blood patches were all over their clothes and in their hair.

"And then he exploded!" Selena seemed to be really into their conversation having not heard her friend nor acknowledging anyone else in the room. She continued on and on about the hysterical gore that had commenced from as she put it 'a night of reaping.' Alastor seemed to be listening to her and hanging on every word. Something Husk found odd. They walked to the bar where Selena finally noticed the two of them. "Angel! What are you doing up this late?"

"Waitin' on ya guys to see how the happenin's went. An' how dare ya finally notice me! I called out to ya guys already." He had a hand on his hip preparing to act like the parents.

"Sorry, Fluffy. I was just so excited. We went on a massacre and some of the most hilarious deaths ensued. As for our date, it was awkward as hell. He rambled for most of it and then we got out of the restaurant, were having a moment, and then it got ruined by greedy bastards which led to a night of slaughter. That's where the fun began." Alastor had walked to the bar with the widest grin on his face. He signaled to Husker that he wanted his usual as he listened to the conversation between Selena and the spider. She began recanting their night of slaughter in great detail. It made Angel sick. He was always up for a beating but what she was laughing at was sinew in odd positions over a corpse or the way they landed after she or Alastor had killed them.

"I didn't think you could get so excited over death, Foxy."

She thought for a moment and her face dropped. "I've been less like myself the longer I'm here. Killing people used to bother me; these days it's a want. I laugh and live for the kill. Admittedly, these people don't die so it gives my conscious solace, but a part of me is terrified that I've become like this."

"Nothing to be ashamed of, dear!" Alastor gave her words of reassurance.

"I think I'm going to get cleaned up and catch a couple hours of shut eye. See you, Alastor. I had fun." She waved the red demon off and went up the stairs.

"So how'd it go?" Husk broke his silence.

"Splendid, my good fellow! Admittedly, it was not easy at first, but now I think things progressed smoothly."

"So did you plan a slaughter?" Husk kept his composure despite wanting to slap the dumbass for possibly planning for a first date.

"Yes, I did, but it happened much sooner than it should have been according to our date itinerary. Some lower demons decided to hustle me during a heart to heart with the charming dame. Even put her in the crossfire. We annihilated them, but that awoke her hunger so we proceeded with it. Why?"

"Well if it works it works I guess." Husk murmured. "I just don't think that was first date material, personally. But it is you. So I should have expected nothing less. What else did you do?"

"Yeah! Tell us! Gimme the goods, hot stuff!" Angel's comment caused Alastor to shudder.

"Well we had dinner at my favorite in city restaurant. Well, second favorite since it possessed 'vegan' options." He air quoted. "Then I took her to my favorite garden in the city. Followed by a night of massacre. All in all I think I did quite well!" Husk and Angel were surprised that he put any thought into it at all.

"Not bad." Husk admitted. "Just try not to always go on nightly tangents. I don't think Hell can handle the both of you doing that all the time."

"So what did you learn about Foxy?" Angel was beyond curious.

"That her life was blessed, but her family not so much." He picked at his gloves, obviously bored with this conversation. "Other than that, I learned her humor is almost as dark as mine!" He got up. " I think I'll go handle my radio station now." He disappeared in the blink of an eye.

"Well it could have gone worse. I guess we got nothing to worry about." Angel seemed happy with the result.

"We should probably still keep an eye on them. Whaddya say?" Husk patted Angel's hand on the bar in a seemingly show of affection.

"I'm down for that." Angel noticed that Husk seemed a little off. "Wanna fuck?"

The question shook the older demon to his core. Fucking hell. Might as well at this point. "Fine." He sighed a groan, but followed Angel to his room.
