Billy was taking his sister, Max, to the arcade to meet with her friends. He had gotten angry at her and broke her skateboard. So, as an apology, he was going to take her to her favorite place. Max was innocent in the family. Though she was a smart ass, she wasn't the one who got in trouble with his dad, her stepdad.

He was the one who got in trouble. He stayed there when he could, and should, move out. But he didn't care to move out. And knew his old man wouldn't kick him out, just hit him.

He didn't need people whispering about the family.

His father was to respected in the community to tarnish that.

So, he stayed there.

"I'm going to a party. So, you will need to get a ride from someone." Billy told Max. Max just nodded not looking at him but looking out the window. He sighed and when they pulled into the arcade, he pulled his wallet out and handed her his dad's card. He was told to use it for emergencies.

Max took it and went inside. "Hey!" He called to her. The redhead turned to glare at him. "I'll... I'll get the board fixed." He told her. "You better." She told him before going inside where her friends would be coming to hang out with her.

He waited till she was inside, before driving off again.

He was speeding through an ally way, when someone threw something at his car, making him slam on his breaks. He turned around and saw a very familiar blonde. Hailey Munson. She went over and hit his window.

"Are you crazy! You could've killed me!" She shouted at him.

He couldn't help but grin. "Sorry about that." He told her. She just rolled her eyes and shook her head before going back to where she was waiting before.

He looked her over from his mirror. She had on a black mini skirt with purple flowers. A gray tank top with another white over shirt, a gray light fabric sweater like thing. She had on combat boots like shoes.

She was waiting there. "What are you waiting for?" He asked out of his car window. "I'm waiting on my brother to come back with my car." She said. "If you want, I can give you a ride. I'm headed to a party." He offered. "With how you drive? No thanks." She said looking away now.

"Come on. Live a little." He taunted. "I already have plans Billy Boy." She told him. Billy raised an eyebrow at the nickname. "And what plans are that?" He asked her. "I'm going to the bowling alley. The one with Lazer tag and an arcade." She told him.

"Well... I can get you there. Just message your brother to let him know you got a ride." He told her. "I can get you there faster." He continued. She made a face as she thought about it. "Fine. But that's it." She told him as she walked over to the car.

He grinned and unlocked his car for the blonde to get into his car.

She got in and got her phone out. She texted her twin and then Chrissy that Billy was giving her a ride to the party.

She then sighed deeply and told him where the place was.

He looked down and saw her pale luscious thighs and legs. He licked his lip as the thoughts of biting them filled his mind.

"Don't make me regret this. I will get out." She told him when she saw his eyes were on her skin. She used her arms to cover her legs. Billy chuckled and started driving his Corvette.

When they arrived at the bowling alley she was going to. She got out and saw that he was going to park. Hailey was confused. Didn't he tell her he was going to a party? This didn't seem like his kind of party.

Billy got out and walked up to her. She raised an eyebrow at her. "What?" He asked leading her inside. "This isn't the kind of party you would want to be a part of." She told him. "Plus, didn't you say you were going to a party as well?" She asked.

"Well, it can wait. I want to spend some time with a pretty girl like you." He said grinning. "You do realize that the law says I'm a Minor, and you aren't so you saying that makes you sound like a pedophile." Hailey told him.

He stopped when she told him he was like a pedo.

Billy grabbed her arm angerly, and glared at her. "Don't. Call. Me. That." He growled angerly. Hailey's eyes widened in fear. She jerked her arm away when his grip loosened. "Hey Hailey!" It was Steve. He stopped when he saw Billy standing there with the blonde.

Billy looked over and saw Steve there.

"Hey there Harrington." Billy greeted tauntingly. Steve rolled his eyes before looking back at Hailey. "We are over here." He said. Hailey started walking over to him, but Billy wrapped an arm around her waist and held her close to him.

She turned to glare at him. "We will be right there Harrington. We need our shoes." He told the other one. Hailey mouthed 'Im sorry' to Steve. He nodded and stood there and waited for her to be done.

Steve didn't like Billy being around Hailey. Past her tough girl act, she was a sweet and innocent girl. To innocent for Billy. Hell! Even for himself. He needed to make sure Billy stayed away from her.
