Ravi came home from school that day and sat in the dining room with his family. His mom was in the kitchen, his dad was reading the newspaper and his sister was busy on her cell phone.
Nobody said anything! Not even a "hi" or "how was school?" His mom came out of the kitchen, brought her son a glass of orange juice and then went back into the kitchen. That's it! Everybody was in their own world! Nobody seemed to care!
That frustrated Ravi! He already had problems at school, he didn't need more problems with his family! Ravi had his outcast friends he hung out with at school but that was it! He had no one else! That was really tragic to be ignored by his own family! That was a terrible thing! No one should be ignored by their own family, especially the immediate family!
