"There isn't going to be some over-the-top announcement, is there?"
"Hell if I know." Inuyasha looked over at his brother, who was still hovering over the females at the far end of the garden. "I didn't grow up around full youkai."
Kouga grinned, wrapping an arm around Inuyasha's neck. "Just do what I did: yell it into the cave while everyone's eating."
Inuyasha shoved him away, his face as red as his fire-rat. "That was before I'd even agreed, ya bastard."
The wolf just laughed from his spot on the ground. "Didn't stop ya from saying yes, though."
"Keh!"
Kagome joined in on Kouga's laughter, his arms once again going around Inuyasha's neck. The sound caught Sesshoumaru's attention, and she gave him a soft smile. She didn't need anything fancy.
He was enough.
