Chapter 31
Filiz's point of view
"You are so hard to impress, " he remarked; flashing that luminous smirk at me; causing the dents in his cheeks to become more prominent.
"If you had been honest with me from the beginning about your life, we would have gotten married a long time ago, " I countered; raising both my eyebrows at him.
"There are always hurdles to attaining true love, " he answered; now assembling the more spicy tasty bits of the biryani on my plate with the silvery fork and spoon and stuffing all of it carefully in my mouth.
"I have gotten a one-month holiday for Christmas, " I confessed; cocking my eyebrows at him.
"I have already started talking with the manager of the hotel to make reservations of a room in December, " he stated; the pad of his thumb stealing across my chin to wipe off the sticky spicy portions of the biryani; causing me to dissolve me into a thousand pieces.
"We will finally have that long anticipated honey-moon that you have always wanted," I declared; my cerulean eyes boring deeply into his brown orbs.
