Again, fanfiction dot net is still acting like a fool, so I'll try to do what I can in the author's notes. And as a side note, if you have a recommendation or request, all you gotta do is reach me out in the comments/reviews. No need to pay me, I do this shit for free.

Anyways, here's the long awaited chapter where we get to see Eto again lol. Haise isn't in this chapter, but in the next one he will be, and so will a fully recovered Rize. Keep in mind, she wasn't all there after being stuck in a black box for three days in her own filth, and she went through a lot of mental trauma herself, so now that she's in a better place, her and Haise will actually be able to mend their past and move on to better things, that way I can expand on Rize's character while still keeping her in character (Possessive, selfish, jealous, thinks that Haise is the one for her, promiscuous, loves food and to be pampered).

Probably going to have Roma stay with Haise, considering that she technically wasn't supposed to be alive according to TSC. So I'm gonna describe her as growing her hair out to slightly past shoulder length with bangs over her forehead, like how she looked in that one panel where Uta was cutting her hair. Might bring Uta back too, because if there's one person who would survive getting decapitated in the Clowns, it's Uta and probably Roma (If Urie didn't destroy her head).

Anyways (I prefer 'anyways' to 'anyway', and you can't convince me otherwise to use its correct form of grammar), the author's notes will be at the bottom. Thank you, and please enjoy!

His first day training to help out around Anteiku wasn't too challenging for Kaneki, who was already experienced with the world of business through his conversations with Hide, who he relied on to oversee GOAT's resources and trade. However, Kaneki did find himself getting distracted with the sheer amounts of ghouls which came all over Tokyo to meet with him while he was trying to attend to his duties.

To remedy this, Touka had tried delegating Kaneki to the kitchen to avoid being seen in the public eye. Unfortunately, the commotion of the One-Eyed King's arrival at the quaint coffee shop meant an influx of customers— many of them would repeatedly ask to meet the young man who was picking up the much needed slack from Tokyo's Security Committee. There were a good portion of those ghouls who would ask Haise who they would need to talk to in order to get recruited into GOAT, to which he patiently would always tell them to visit their website that Hide managed as well.

When it came time to close down the coffee shop at noon, so that they all could get their lunch hour, Touch was exhausted and needed to take a seat at the table she had finished wiping down. "Oh my God… I don't think we've ever had that many customers come in before…" Touka said with a scratchy voice, as she reached for the untouched iced pitcher in the middle of the table to pour herself a glass of water to cool her parched lips.

Coming up from behind the mentally fatigued manager, Kaya came to a stop once she was standing behind where Touka was sulking in her chair. "I know, isn't it wonderful? I think I've gotten more tips today than I usually get in a month!" Kaya said in a chipper yet tired tone of her own, as she reached into her grey vest's breast pocket to pull out the maroon-colored handkerchief.

Nodding her head, Touka let out a chuckle under her breath. "Yeah… Yeah, I mean, this little spike in sales will definitely come in handy when it comes time to pay rent later this month. And hey, don't we all deserve a little something-something for all our hard work?" Touka rhetorically asked, as she already knew just how overworked Kaya and Enji were.

"Yeah, you could say that…!" Kaya said, as she let out a deep sigh while wiping the sweat from her forehead with her own handkerchief, and made sure to fix her long parted black hair from her bangs before smiling mischievously at the back of Touka's short head of hair. "I mean… Not to be nosy, buttttt… I couldn't help but notice that you and that cute guy were chatting it up earlier— you never spend that much time with a customer…~!"

Curling her lips into an amused smirk, Touka raised her head up to stare up towards the ceiling before letting out a chortle. "Yeah, no kidding! That weirdo kept talking about McDonald's breakfast! He was freaking something else, that's sure!" Touka mused with a tickled pink expression on her smiling face.

"Really? You two talked a lot, and it didn't look like a one-sided conversation from where I was standing," Kaya pointed out with a shit-eating smug look on her narrow-eyed face, and found herself needing to hold back a laugh as she saw Touka's smile suddenly disappear from her lips.

"Oh? If that's the case, then maybe you outta use those big tips of yours to invest in a pair of glasses to see better, because nothing happened between us," Touka stated in an annoyed tone, as she lowered her head from facing the ceiling, before looking over her shoulder to glare daggers into the bemused face of her employee. "Are you trying to get on my nerves, Kaya?"

"Yeahhhhh, that's pretty much all I'm doing right now," the tall woman shot back with a good natured and mischievous smirk, which grew wider as she watched Touka's serious demeanor melt away into playful smirk. "And then we have it, ladies and gentlemen! The 'Wicked Bitch of the West' finally loosens up a bit! Who would have thought we would have seen history in the making today, folks~?!" Kaya announced playfully into her handkerchief, as she did her best game hostess impression while pointing her finger at Touka's wide grin.

"Pfffftt…! Oh shut the hell up, Kaya! Ara, ara…! You've been spending too much time around that jokester, Koma," Touka accused with a soft chuckle, before reaching down to the table to take another sip of her iced-cold water. "Speaking of him… Where is he? Doesn't he usually eat his lunch out here?" Touka asked with a raised brow, as she turned her chair backward so she could face Kaya.

"Oh, he went to that ramen place that opened up a few blocks away from that dragon smoothie stand near the movie theater. It's uh, hold on," Kaya said, as she reached into her apron to pull out her phone before checking her messages to pull up the address that Koma had sent to her. "Let's see… Ah, there we go: Ramen Ichiraku," Kaya said, before handing Touka her phone to take a look at the quaint ramen shop's website.

"Huh… Exclusively ghoul cuisine… Made with high-quality, artificial ramen noodles and vegetables grown locally…. Savory broth, poached eggs, and finely cut meat harvested from… From carefully-prepared dragon orphans?!" Touka read aloud with astonishment in her eye, as she couldn't believe what she had just read. "C-Can you even EAT shit from dragons?! I thought people get sick if they get their cells, or whatever— is it Fallout? Yeah, that! What gives? AND THEY HAVE FIVE STARS?!?"

Finding Touka's misinformed bewilderment amusing, Kaya giggled as she took her phone back from the frozen manager's hand. "Well yeah, you'll get really sick if you eat raw, or if you don't know how to prepare whatever ingredients you harvest from them," Kaya informed, as she watched as Touka recoiled at what she had just heard.

"It all depends on the breed and type of dragon you're looking to make a meal out of… If you've done your culinary homework and have the skills, you could make a pretty lucrative profit off selling prepared dragon products…" Kaya explained, before bringing up Ramen Ichiraku's website back up on her phone, "For instance, a bowl of 'Orochi Ramen' is selling for three-thousand and five-hundred yen— About twenty-five dollars."

"That much, just for some damn ramen?!" Touka asked with her eyes wide and her expression baffled, as she couldn't comprehend how anyone in their right mind would ever pay that much for something that they could get in a cheap packet for a fraction of the price. "Is it… Is it good?" Touka asked curiously, as she was still trying to rack her brain for how anyone could justify such a price for noodles.

"Well, the reviews are stellar, and a lot of them are actually from humans— believe it or not," Kaya said with an impressed look in her eyes, as she slowly scrolled her thumb up against the screen of her phone. "All of them are saying that despite being food meant for ghouls, it's so well prepared and cooked, that it actually tastes remarkably better than what they've had… A human envying a ghoul's diet— ain't that some shit?"

"Y-Yeah, that's… Wait," Touka trailed off, as she suddenly remembered vaguely hearing the name of the ramen shop, but she couldn't exactly point her finger as to where she had heard it before. "Ugh, uh… Nghhh… Oh, wait, I remember now. I think I heard Kaneki and his blond friend mention 'Ramen Ichiraku's' a while ago… Yeah, yeah, it was the day before Kaneki was supposed to do his interview… Before literally he went on a bullshit magic adventure, and came back all rich n' shit…" Touka said with a sour look on her face, as she suddenly found herself getting upset again.

"Ah, what's this?! You sound salty, Touka! Are you telling me that you're feeling jealous of that little emo dork?" Kaya asked playfully, which would have otherwise cheered Touka up, if it hadn't been true

"Well… Y-Yeah! Why wouldn't I be jealous of him?" Touka asked back in an angered tone, as she crossed her arms over her chest while looking up at Kaya's intrigued gaze. "He skips out on an interview for a position that we needed filled, and comes back two days later with Mr. Yoshimura giving him his blessings? Not only that, but that little shit owns a fully-operational underground city? Is making millions within the first two months of landing himself a job as some sort of hotshot? And on top of all of that, he's some sort of 'chosen-one' dickbag with 'main-character energy'?! What, he magically absorbs the cells out of a dragon and gains a kakuja?!"

"… And what do I get?! After busting my ass here since I was fourteen, all I've gotten is a shitty promotion at a dead-end job that I never FUCKING wanted in the first place!" Touka suddenly shouted, as she finally lost her cool the moment she hopped out of the chair, before grabbing it so she could throw it across the dining area. "So yeah! YEAH!!! I guess you could say that I'm just a liiiiiittle-BIT 'salty'!" Touka yelled in a sarcastic and mean-spirited voice, as she turned heel from the stunned ghoul to begin marching out of the dining area and out toward the exit.

Following behind the tantrum-throwing teenager, Kaya muttered, "Give me a break," beneath her breath, as she jogged behind her into Anteiku's lobby. "Oi, Kirishima! Where the hell do you think you're going, we have to open up in like, thirty minutes!" Kaya demanded with an annoyed look on her face, as she stood behind the pissed off ghoul, who was struggling to unlock the front door with her keys.

"I'm going to actually do what girls my age do, and go shopping, or exploring, get a bite to eat, see a movie, hang out with my best friend… Stupid, worthless ke— FUCKING WORK, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!!!" Touka screamed at the top of her lungs as the key wouldn't fit into the lock, before being moved aside by Kaya, who was able to easily unlock the door on behalf of the rampaging young woman.

Holding the door open for Touka, Kaya took in a deep breath before sighing with an exasperated look on her face. "Ugh… Alright Kirishima, you can go and do what you need to do to get all that anger out of you. I'll, uh… I'll keep an eye on things here and train Kaneki on how to brew the coffee…"

"Do whatever the hell you want, Kaya— I'm not the manager anymore…! Hell, I'm not even an employee anymore— I quit!" Touka shouted bitterly with her cheeks heated up with anger, as she pulled out the wad of yen from her apron as well as her cellphone, before shoving both items into her bra. "See you later, Kaya— I'll be back whenever I decide to come home!" Touka shouted defiantly into the air, with the crowds of passing pediatricians stumbling as they got out of her way.

Watching as Touka marched her way down the sidewalk and through the crowds of people carrying on with their days, none the wiser to the ghoul's defiant tantrum, Kaya pressed her back against the doorframe leading into the coffee shop. Raising her head up and sighing heavily, Kaya gritted her teeth in frustration and defeat as she slid down to the ground. "Oh Christ… These brats are the reason why my hair's already turning grey…"

As if on cue, footsteps and the fluttering sounds of heavy fabric flapping gently in the breeze alerted Kaya of the presence of the very young man who had indirectly caused Touka's meltdown. Holding a take-out bag with the Ramen Ichikura's symbol printed on it, Kaneki stared down at where Kaya was sitting with his eyeglasses reflecting the glare from the afternoon sun above— a methodical look of confusion on his brooding face as he and the older ghoul awkwardly stared at one another.

"… Ms. Kaya, uh… Why are you sitting on the ground?" Kaneki asked, before taking a quick peek inside the lobby to see if there were any customers waiting for them to open. "… I'm sure there's a good reason for it, right?" Kaneki asked with an uneasy smile, after he quickly gave up on trying to come up with a reason on his own.

Scoffing humorlessly in response to Kaneki's last sentence, Kaya smirked sarcastically at him as she suddenly knew what to say to him. "Oh, me? Eh, yeah I guess I have a reason: I just like the way the cement feels on my ass— cools the heat down there, ya know?"

"… I'm going to assume that you're joking with me," Kaneki retorted with a mildly amused grin on his face, before digging the heel of his comfortable dress shoes against the same ground that Kaya had claimed to be cooling her bottom. "… I believe I have forty minutes left for my lunch, so… If you don't mind?" Kaneki asked politely, and stood patiently as Kaya scrambled on the ground to make some room for the young man to pass through.

"Your Kingdom awaits, Your Majesty," Kaya said jokingly, while still sitting on the floor as Kaneki carefully stepped over her long legs— making sure to keep the plastic containers inside of his bag still, as he made his way through the first floor of Anteiku.

Past the dining area where he was scheduled to be back at one o'clock in the afternoon, Kaneki made his way up the flight of stairs leading up to the apartments upstairs. Traveling past the Kirishima and Fueguchi residencies as he walked through the cozy upstairs hallway until he came upon the Yoshimuras' apartment, Kaneki came to a standing halt when he finally reached the oak door at the end of the hallway.

Knocking on politely on their door with his red-gloved fist, Kaneki took a step back and patiently waited for someone to let him in. Wanting to keep track of time, Kaneki made sure to check his Pipboy that he had over his right forearm-sleeve, before lowering his arm back to his side as he heard the knob turning from the other side of the door. Being greeted with a wide-smile that was on Eto's face, Kaneki gladly extended his arm out to hand the half-ghoul the bag containing bowls of steaming-hot ramen.

Closing her eyelids softly while taking in a deep breath through her nose, Eto was oblivious to the way Kaneki was admiring her beautiful messy-green hair, as she was too busy getting lost in the sauce. "Oh wow…! I guess those five-star yelp reviews weren't lying after all! This smells great, Kaneki! Thank you for getting us lunch!" Eto said gratefully as she looked up at Kaneki with her large circular glasses completely fogged up from the steam emitting out of the take-out bag.

Smiling from the sight of seeing Eto's goofy expression, Kaneki couldn't help but to softly chuckle as he nodded his head at her. "Of course, it's the least I could do for you and your father… Thank you for taking the time out of your schedules for this," Kaneki replied back, as he gave his own gratitude to the still-smiling, and very much hungry, half-ghoul.

"Oh, don't even mention it, Kaneki! My father's retired and I'm sort of bumming it right now, so it's not like either of us have anything better to do with our time…!" Eto shamelessly admitted while subtly trying to look down from Kaneki's attractive face, so she could identify which bowl belonged to her. "Ah, where are my manners? Come in, come in! Make yourself at home," Eto invited, as she waved him inside her home with one arm, while still holding onto the take-out bag with the other.

Once inside, Kaneki joined Eto and Kuzen in prayer after they had set their bowls and plastic utensils down on the living room kotatsu— a wooden table that had a blanket attached to its underside to keep the legs and feet of its occupants warm. Having left his shoes, trench coat, car keys and gloves beside the front door, Kaneki brought his Pipboy with him and had it attached over the white sleeve of his dress shirt.

Using his chopsticks to take a bite of the sliced Orochi meat, Kaneki let out a content and quiet hum as the taste of the broiled dragon meat reminded the one-eyed ghoul of what sliced filet mignon steak tasted like— or it least it would have, had Kaneki ever actually been in a financially secured enough place to ever try it in the first place. Swallowing a mouthful of artificial ramen, seaweed, a piece of carrot and an Orochi poached egg with his next bite, Kaneki was once again baffled at how spectacular his food was.

While his daughter was clearly enjoying herself and had no qualms about making it clear to the men she felt comfortable enough to be her true self around, Kuzen stayed true to his gentleman's code, and displayed an impressive amount of restraint as he took small bites of food that was beyond anything he had ever had in the past. "This is… Quite the experience, isn't it? And to think, the artisans behind these masterpieces had managed to create miraculous dishes that surpass that of what humans were used to eating? What a marvelous time to live… It's only a shame that this food was the result of a catastrophe that took the lives of billions…"

"… Let us take every comfort we can in this unforgiving world, but lest we forget those who were lost along the way," Kuzen said solemnly, which both Eto and Kaneki acknowledged with a moment of silence, before continuing to eat the rest of their ramen at much more humble pace. And although both Kuzen and Eto took their responsibilities as hosts completely seriously, the two of them were able to kick back and relax without worrying too much about what Kaneki thought of them.

Dressed in only her striped blue panties and an oversized shirt, Eto laid down on the mocha-colored velvet couch that was positioned only a meter behind where her father was still sitting down at the kotatsu. With one arm dangling down the side of the couch and her other hand nursing her filled stomach, Eto let out a peaceful sigh as she rested her eyelids while resting her head into one of the small pillows she took from the papasan chair in the corner of the room.

"Ah…! Now that hit that spot, if I do say so myself— And do say so myself," Eto said jokingly with a thin smirk on her face, before suddenly letting out a small burp that caught her by surprise. Embarrassed, Eto's eyes went wide as she reached up to cover her mouth with both of her hands, before slowly lowering them back down to where she had them. "Ah?! M-My apologies for that… Erm… E-Excuse me," Eto said with a small blush forming across the soft pale cheeks that Kaneki thought made her face look especially adorable.

'Wow… Just wow,' Kaneki thought amorously to himself, as he gazed at Eto's youthful and beautiful enchanting facial features, while she had her eyelids closed behind her thick round glasses. 'She's so confident… So gorgeous and not afraid to be herself… And she writes books…!' Kaneki continued to think to himself, as he built up the feats of the woman who had developed a crush on since the moment she kissed him on the cheek, on the day he had returned her father back home to her.

And as Eto blindly tried grabbing out toward the kotatsu's table top to grab her bottle of iced-tea where she thought she had left it last, all Kaneki could do was wish to himself that he had the confidence and charm to one day approach a woman like her to make the first move. Unfortunately, despite being more confident in himself and carrying himself in a way that often gave him the respect of complete strangers, the truth was that Kaneki was still extremely insecure when it came to women.

'Maybe I wouldn't feel this way if Kurona and Nashiro were here… Or if one of them was actually my girlfriend,' Kaneki thought sadly to himself, as he still remembered the heartache and disappointment he felt the day he had asked the two twins what their relationship technically was. Having seen Kaneki as the One-Eyed King who was above them and needed to spread his strong genes throughout the wasteland, both sisters had told Kaneki that they would be there to provide him 'relief' whenever he asked them to do so.

As to not oppose Kaneki's chances of breeding with as many women as possible, the Yasuhisa twins had refused to move into Kaneki, and told him that they wouldn't leave Tokyo until the children that were growing in their wombs were given birth to— in order for them to best ensure their survival. In short, Kaneki could use them for sex, and that was all they saw themselves for for while being his concubines. In fact, they even told Kaneki that he wouldn't need to worry about raising their children, for so long as he would financially provide for the twins, they could put their time and effort into being full-time mothers— a concept that Kaneki was still trying to wrap his head around.

Although Kaneki lives next door to the twins and had access to them and their home whenever he felt like it, the fact was that his skills with women weren't ever going to improve with them, considering that they always took charge in the bedroom and wouldn't allow Kaneki to improve on any skill that would remotely boost his confidence with women.

'I've got everything that I thought I needed, and I still don't have what it takes to ever get a girlfriend like Eto— or just a girlfriend in general.' Kaneki thought sorrowfully to himself, while remaining content on the outside as he listened and took notes on his Pipboy during the lecture that Kuzen was giving him on the characteristics of a good leader, and a good man.

Drifting his gaze away from the screen of his Pipboy, Kaneki instantly felt his pants growing tighter the moment he found his wandering eyes gazing upon Eto's pale thighs, and her large and shapely ass that fit snugly in her tight panties. Swallowing back the lump in his throat and feeling himself beginning to grow hot beneath the collar the moment he realized he could see the outline of Eto's vagina through her stripped-panties as she rolled over on her side to get more comfortable, Kaneki had to force himself to turn his attention back to Kuzen to keep his mind focused.

Noting Kaneki's tenseness and wide-eyed expression as he stared intently at the screen of his Pipboy, Kuzen raised a white brow at the Black Reaper before asking, "Young man… Are you feeling okay? You seem… Rather on edge." Kuzen asked, while curious as to what was causing Kaneki to seem so distracted.

Hearing the cushions beneath Eto's bottom shift as she lifted her leg up to adjust her snug panties, it was then that Kaneki got a glimpse at her slightly-hairy vulva for a split second, and nearly felt his heart explode at what she said next. "Hey Kaneki, if you're feeling a little hard, I could give you a deep tissue massage! I wouldn't mind rubbing that stress out of you!"

The way she had said it indicated to Kaneki that she had no intention of making what she said sexual to him, but that didn't change the fact that seeing Eto experiencing a wardrobe malfunction before offering to 'rub that stress out' of him was all it took for the young man to succumb. Filled with shame and guilt for having been defeated so easily, Kaneki lowered his head and let out a sigh as his tensed body eased up.

"No… No, that won't be necessary… Not anymore at least— I'm good," Kaneki said with an embarrassed look on his face that did his best to hide behind the green-glowing lights of his Pipboy, while Kuzen and Eto took a moment to exchange glances at one another— silently telling one another that they were confused by Kaneki's moment of strange behavior.

Author's notes time:

I'm glad that the Haise x Roma chapter went well and was enjoyed, I think that might have been the first time I've ever actually written fluffy smut. Roma would very much be attached to Haise and think of herself as his wife, while Haise does that want that, he's still a fuck boy who's gotta deal with Mutsuki…

Wait, idea! Haise makes sure to use a condom whenever he has intercourse with Mutsuki, and when Mutsuki learns from Juuzou that Haise is seeing a girl who lives with him, he immediately takes things from zero to one-hundred. I can see Mutsuki tipping off TSC that Roma is living there, but only stopping once he considers Haise's safety. To make sure that Haise won't leave him, Mutsuki brings a thumbtack from his desk and pokes all of Haise's condoms with small holes, and waits until night to ask him to take him on a date, and spend the night at his apartment.

That, or we use the original idea where Mutsuki ended up getting pregnant before Haise left to go to Vault 079, and we just include a chapter where he shows him a positive pregnancy test and tells him that his going to be a father— all without knowing that Haise is banging other girls and Mutsuki isn't even the main chick. Idk, spicy drama and what not.

Still gotta figure out what I should do with Elizabeth… Thinking about her being with the Brotherhood of Steel as the Elder's daughter. AO3 is meh, I prefer this tbh. So keep on with that while this website pulls itself up, or do both, up to you lol.

It's called a conjugal visit btw, and yeah at least Haise will be able to visit Roma while she serves her sentence. Thinking about doing that, that way it doesn't complicate things too much. Maybe he can even occasionally take her out for a little bit, before needing to return her back to the jail. But yeah, excited to get around to Mutsuki later on (soon), and having Haise just developing a connection with Rize. Cause like I said, I love expanding on characters and dabbling with them.

Alright that about does it for lol. Have a damn good day.
