*Sometime Later*
"That Hedgehog is more respectable than that Eggman person. No wonder many here trust him as much as you do." Salieri said
"He's no human, Salieri. He understands what must be done to accomplish something. That is why I respect him to the highest degree." Atalante Alter replied
"Which is why I must ask you. I promised Sonic I would help him and his friends destroy this land. And what the consequences are if they aren't dealt with. Tell me, are you helping Sonic with all this, or are you just using him as a tool for your benefit? You know he hates when people use him for something or their benefits." Salieri asks
"Ummm..."
"*Noises Of Gunshots Can be Heard Outside* Enemy attack! EWney attack!"
Atalante Alter and Salieri rushed out of the tent and noticed Badnicks invading the rebel's stronghold, shooting the Yagas running for their lives, and killing them without mercy. Many young Yaga parents died in front of them as the Badnicks continued to grow havoc inside the Rebel Stronghold.
"Where is Sonic? We must locate, Sonic! Now!" A Badnick shouted
"T-Those robot enemies! How did they find us? How did they manage to make their way inside? D-Did they work to track down Sonic while they made their way back here?!" Atalante Alter said
"HOHOHOHOHOHO! It was bound to be discovered one way or another, Wolf lady!" Dr. Eggman laughed
"Y-You! Who are you!?" Atalante Alteer shock
"No need for introductions, leader. I am only here to locate Sonic The Hedgehog and his friends, that's all. Do you believe your army could stand up against my army of Badnicks?" Dr. Eggman said
"Y-You stupid bitch! I'LL KILL YOU FOR THIS! *Lunges Towards Eggman And Attempts To Attack Him But Misses Him* Tch..." Atalante Alter said
"Nice try, leader. But that won't be enough to stop me! After many humiliating defeats against that filthy rat, I finally learned how to dodge easier than ever! So you can thank that Hedgehog for that. Now then, if you want me to stop this whole thing. You tell me where this Hedgehog is, and I'll let these wolf people free." Dr. Eggman said
"I-I-I don't know where he is located at. He said he was off somewhere to help us, but he hasn't returned since!" Atlante Alter replied
"Oh! How very unheroic that move is. Look's like he ditched you guys once again. Well, if he hasn't returned in a while. Then allow me to fix this place up for you, leader!"
The Badnicks continued to destroy the stronghold as the Yagas, still alive, continued to run for their lives to prevent being killed or captured by the Badnicks. Atalante Alter can only watch the massacre around her as the Badnicks had no remorse for doing such atrocious things.
*Later*
Sonic and the group arrive back at the stronghold after getting more meat for the army to eat. As they made their way inside the fort, they quickly noticed that the defense was destroyed, and many Yagas died due to Eggman's ambush against the rebel army.
"*Running Around The Stronghold In A State Of Shock* W-What happened?! Who did this? It was just peaceful here when we left. Why did this have to occur now?" Sonic shock
"Could this be one of Eggman's ambush against us? Is he trying to warn us about something?" Tails said
"I believe it's something bigger than that, Tails. But with limited healing supplies, we have. We won't be able to save as much as we like." Avicebron replied
"S-Sonic... Guy... S-Shit, they got us real good..."
"A survivor! What happened to Atalante and everyone else?" Billy asks
"The screams... That Fat bastard and his robots showed up before we could even sound the alarm... I don't get it... How did this happen... Why...why did we...have to die...? No... I don't... I don't want to die! I..."
"*Watches As The Life Of The Yaga Fades Away In Front Of Him* N-No... *Falls On All Fours As Fours. Shock To See Such Another Disaster In Front Of Him* Why? Why again?! Avice, give me the details of the location..." Sonic whispers
"I sent out golems to search the stronghold. They tell me the number of dead bodies and the number of Yaga who were here before we left don't match. Had they all been killed, there would be more corpses here for us to find." Avicebron said
"Does that mean..."
"Over half of the rebel army is likely still alive. They must have been taken captive after they were defeated." Avicebron said
"*Looks Over To Sonic And Notices That His Blue Fur. Begins To Change To Dark And His Quills Standing Up* S-Senpai?! W-What's going on? Y-Your body is..." Mash confuse
"NO! I've seen "That" from Sonic before. When he's like that, he isn't the Sonic, you know. He's a monster! *Rushes Towards Sonic And Tries To Calm Him Down* Calm down, Sonic! Please calm down, I know all of this is too much for you, but you have to settle down! We can show Eggman a piece of his mind once when we see him again. I promise you that we will!" Tails said
Sonic doesn't listen to Tails as his fire continues to become darker slowly, that is, until a Badnick appears in front of the group and begins to talk.
"Blame your partner, Hedgehog. Blame the one who you thought was your friend at first." A Badnick said
"*Slowly Looks Up At The Badnick As His Fur Slowly Returns To His Blue State* Friend? What do you mean, friend?" Sonic confuse
"It was that Wolfman you knew when you arrived here the first e simply surrendered when faced, with I, van The Terrible guy in the capital." The Badnick said
"P-Patxi?!" Mash shock
"And also, Dr. Eggman wanted me to send to this gift as a suprise." The Badnick said
Moments later, sounds growling can be heard as a giant being, all in white, slowly walks towards them, full of anger on his face, ready to kill the group.
"I'LL KILL YOU...AND...EAT YOU...!"
*Eyes Widen* Asterios?!" Sonic shock
"It's the Minotaur. Eggman said this is a way of defeating you and your friends from his plans. No matter what."
"I'LL...KILL YOU!"
Moments later, the Minotaur sends Sonic and Avicebron to his labyrinth as the Minortuar ready himself to kill Sonic with his duel axes. Sonic also gets into a fighting stance as Mintuar roars and charges up to Sonic, who quickly gets out of the way. Minotaur slams both his axes down on the ground, causing two small carters underneath the axes as Sonic jumps off a pillar, homing attacks Minotaur in the back of the head multiple times, and forcing Mintouar to lose his balance as he falls onto the ground as Sonic performs a rocket kick down at Minotaur's head and crushes his head between his shoe and the environment. The Minotaur roars angrily as he attempts to grab Sonic from behind, but Sonic quickly jumps away. As the Minotaur quickly gets back up, grabs his axes once again, and begins to chase down Sonic while swinging his weapons at him violently. Sonic uses his speed to dodge the attacks from the Minotaur while also jumping on the pillars, getting an extra boost as the Minotaur continues to swing violently at him. After a while of not spotting an opening to attack the Minotaur, Sonic calls upon the Black Wisp as he transforms into a giant bomb as begins to roll towards the Minotaur. The Minotaur roars angrily as he charges at the giant bomb moving toward him. As he raises both axes and slams them down onto the bomb. However, as soon as he attacks the bomb with his axes, the bomb explodes and sends Minotaur flying back, hitting the wall soon after and kneeling to the ground as he looks up and notices Sonic dashing towards him and throwing two punches at him before finishing it off with a kick across the face before running into a safe area. As he waited for the Minotaur to chase him down, he heard a gate closing echoing throughout the labyrinth as everything was tranquil once again.
"Hmph. That will calm him down for a little. Now, I need to find a way to get out of this place. And fast! *Dashes Away*" Sonic said
*A Few Minutes Later*
Sonic continues running for a few more minutes until he realizes he is running in an infinite loop with no. Sign of any exit in sight. Eventually, Sonic stops running around as he realizes he is running around the same rooms and decides to look around for a bit.
"Looks like I'm stuck here by myself. Well, I guess to make myself comfortable around for a while." Sonic said
"Mind if I join in?"
"*Quickly Turns Around And Notices Paxti Standing In Front Of Him* Patxi?! What are you doing here?!" Sonic shock
"If you have something to say. Just spit it out. I'm ready for the consequences." Patxi said
"Why? Why would you betray us like that? Do you know how many lives were ruined during that attack on the stronghold?!" Sonic asks
"*Silent For A Few Seconds* I had to, Sonic. I just had to. I'm not as strong as you. All I am is just a failure to everyone." Patti replied
"What are you trying to say?" Sonic said
"I-I saw him. I saw the Tsar for myself. That Red Coat guy sent me to see him. He's something different than I have ever seen before." Patxi replied
*Later*
Now that Sonic and Patxi were alone inside the labyrinth. Patxi explains everything that happened when he was gone since the attack back at his own home where his other was living. Everything that Patxi has told Sonic has given Sonic the realization that Eggman is stepping up his game even more than ever to eliminate him. And teaming up with Ivan The Terrible would make things easier to work around that goal.
"You may fear this I, van the Terrible guy, but as I said before. I will defeat Ivan the Terrible. No matter what. I don't care what he looks like. An enemy is an enemy to me, and that's final. You don't have to participate in this battle if you don't want to. I understand if you are scared about facing this guy again." Sonic said
"See, I told you. You have more confidence than I can ever have. I have no point in fighting a battle I know I can't win. I can still believe that you are still pissed about what happened to my betrayal. I expect for a suprise attack any moment now." Patxi replied
"Patxi, what you did back there was utterly unnecessary, but... I get what you tried to do. I had told this before to everyone I met that has backstabbed me before. I don't have a grudge against you. Never had. Never will.'"Sonic said
"Why? Why are you doing this?!" Patxi said
"Listen to me when I say this. This isn't the real Russia, you know. My and Mash's Russia is entirely different from this Russia we are currently in. No of this that is happening right isn't accurate at all." Sonic replied
"Wait. If what you are saying is true. Does that mean Ivan is or was?"
"*Nods At Patxi* Not even these Beasts we have run across never existed. All of this s just fantasy brought into reality. And here's one more piece of information you need to know. Right now, underneath this Island, the current Russia of my world still stands. More peaceful than so call land. And you, remember, you originated from Mash's world and teleported here thanks to something called Master Emerald." Sonic replied
"Man, I missed out on all of the information about this. Tell me, what do you do in life? What is every adventure to you? Does it always involve Blood and violence? Are they more peaceful than what's happening? And tell me about these Servants you befriended before. I heard through the grapevine that they always mistreated you at first, but in the end, they always became your friend. Ain't that a suprise." Patxi asks
"So you wanna know more about me, huh? Let's find a place to sit down, and I'll tell you everything about myself. I'll tell you some of the adventures I partook in before." Sonic replied
*One Long Conversation Later*
"Wow, Sonic, there's so much about you that I never realized. You are an adventurer. Aren't yall?" Patxi said
"Yea. It's my favorite hobby to do
"Hey, everything you told me right makes me respect you more than ever. Even your look tells me you have no intention of ditching me. Say, if we both manage to escape this hellhole, would it be okay if I stuck with you again? And actually, help you?" Patxi said
"Hehe! Sure thing, buddy! Besides, you were still on our side at the end of the day." Sonic replied
"You can still look at me as a traitor. It's my fault so many were wiped out. I know I can't show my face around them...but I'd still like to stick with you guys again until then." Patxi said
"Don't worry. Together, we will solve this mess and bring peace to this land: one way or another. I may have been humiliated multiple times throughout this adventure, but you are still smiling and pushing forward to solve the problem. That should be you as well. Push forward and don't think about the past." Sonic replied
"I'm glad someone like you is around to cheer up a bastard like me. I doubt I'll be much help...but if there's anything I can do to be helpful, just let me know." Patxi said
"Sounds good to me. Would you like to help me take these robots with me?" Sonic said
"Heh! I always wanted revenge to shoot these bastards down. *Reloads His Weapon* Let's kill them, Sonic!" Patxi replied
Moments later, Sonic and Patxi both charged at the Badnicks as Sonic homing attacked many Badnicks in a few seconds, destroying them quickly as he had ever since he was a little Hedgehog. Patxi rushes at a couple of Badnicks while removing their heads off their bodies with his weapons and firing at a few as well. For the next few minutes, the two animals continue fighting off the Badnicks, destroying tons around them and leaving pieces of metal on the ground as they beat. More Badnicks continue to arrive and attempt to attack Sonic and Patxi. The two knew this would be a while as The two were circled inside a nasty of nasty nicks.
"*Surround By More Badnicks* Dammit! I'm almost out of ammo!" Patxi shouted
"Hang in there, Patxi! We almost got it!" Sonic replied
Suddenly, the Badnicks around the two all exploded as the two covered themselves from the explosions. Once the smoke cleared away from them, and they stopped coughing, the two noticed a female sword user standing in front of Sonic with a smile on her face.
"Hey, there, Master! I heard you're calling from Chaldea and decided to come to help you! I hope it wasn't that late." Musashi said
"Musashi! I'm glad the Chaldea Communicator called upon you for backup!" Sonic suprise
"You bet, Master! While you were busy with your work. I was just fighting off Robots and advanced soldiers that got in my way of exploring and looking for you, so I took care of them quickly for you! Can't you believe those two sides attacked me the second you called upon me? It's like Fate always wanted me to fight for you! *Dashes Everywhere And Continues Slashing The Badnicks Easy With No Effort At All* HAHAHAHAHAHA!" Musashi replied
Sonic and Patxi watch as Musashi dismantles all of the Badncks, attempting to capture Sonic and Patxi.
"There we go! Now that those robots have been taken care of. Why don't you say we continue our journey of getting out of this place? I'm destined to explore more!" Musashi said
"That's the plan all along, Mushashi. Let's go!" Sonic replied
*A Little Later, Out Of The Labyrinth*
"So THAT'S what's going on here. This place is an Island located above Master's world. And you're after the guy- Dr. Eggman? Who caused this whole mess? And on top of THAT, it's only five people trying to destroy these things? What a great team of heroes. It makes me want to hug every one of you!" Musashi said
"Well, two of them are back at Chaldea, watching our movement as we speak. I'm guessing you know about them." Sonic said
"Is it only five people trying to save the world? Quite insane for a bunch of people like you all!" Patxi commented
"Well done, everyone. Now that you're out of there, we can continue on our mission as always." Mash said
"Where the hell have you been, Sonic? We were trying to communicate with you, but you never responded to us! Did you break the Communicator or something?!" Olga said
"I guess that Asterios Noble Phantasm cut off the Communicator's system while they transferred him into that place. Luckily, he managed to escape with Patxi and his Servant Mushashi safely. Well done, you three." Da Vinci said
"However, just as the previous Servants call. I won't be here as long, so don't expect me to be here the whole time." Mushashi said
"No need to worry. Now that I finally have an idea of fighting tough guys like Asterios. I feel even more confident in taking down Ivan!" Sonic replied
"...What, are you still planning to defeat him? It's impossible! He's that much of a monster. Large doesn't begin to describe it. He's on a whole other level." Patxi said
"Let me tell you something, Patxi. I fought against three Beasts of Humanity before. I have befriended two out of the three Beasts already. I don't mind befriending another one. Let alone take them down once more." Sonic replied
"That's what I like to hear from you, Rodent!" Beowulf said
"Beo!" Sonic shock
"I came as soon as possible after the Yaga. I had to watch this place tell me what was happening... but I guess I was too late. So, what do we do about the plan now?" Beowulf asks
"Defeat Ivan The Terrible! No more buts!" Sonic replied
"Good! Glad your spirit isn't broken. You'll be all right if you can keep your chin up like that. Hang on. Is this all the Servants we had?" Beowulf said
"Don't do it! You shouldn't even be THINKING about fighting him! He's so far beyond us I can't even put it into words. Even thinking about fighting him or beating him doesn't make sense. He's...he's a god. I mean a GOD!" Patxi shouted
"A god is nothing to us heroes. Including Sonic!" Beowulf said
"That's exactly right! You ask Sonic himself. He's befriended more Gods and Goddesses than you can think." Mash said
"He's taken part in many battles! He's saved our butts thanks to his bravery in taking down our opponents!" Da Vinci said
"Wolfman, this Hedgehog, whether times are tough, will continue to stand up and fight for what's right! No matter what!" Olga said
"YEAH! I have seen him save the world countless times before! I also took part in his amazing adventures in the past as well!" Tails said
"Which is why we will invade the capital and defeat the Badnicks occupying that location! Together and Beowulf's army, we will rush in and barge our way into the money, where not only where we will meet Ivan but also Egghead and Anastasia! And while we're in that capital, we will also save our captured friends!" Sonic said
"That's perfect and all, but it won't be easy. I had some Yaga tail them, and they told me they bypassed the capital and brought the captives somewhere else: An old fortress they turned into a prison." Beowulf said
"Well, isn't that surprising? No matter will just have to locate them then!" Sonic replied
"Patxi. What was it like arriving at the capital? Were the many Yagas afraid of Ivan?" Tails ask
"I didn't hear a single bad-mouthing the Tsar when I was there. Not to mention all those damn robot enemies roaming the place." Patxi replied
"Based on what you just said. It sounds like this Ivan king is on the verge of finally waking up from his nap. If a disturbance happens inside the area. Then that will undoubtedly wake that king up." Tails said
"That's what I want to happen, Tails! Once he wakes up, We will finally defeat him once and for all! But before we can do that. We have to save Atalante and Salieri!" Sonic replied
*Later, Inside The Snow Mobile*
"Well, well, it seems that our Vehicle is packed with heroes! First, Mash, Tails, and I occupied this Vehicle. Now it's a party in here!" Sonic said
"You're telling me, Senpai! This is practically Chaldea's second unofficial home as well!" Mash replied
"Hey, if you tell me what this Chaldea place looks like. I can maybe change a few things here that will be somewhat similar to that in vehicle form." Tails said
"This is the fastest thing I can ever travel on! It's amazing in comfortable in here!" Musashi said
"If you never realized. This snowmobile can also transform into a plane! But it only allows a certain number of people to be inside the plane!" Tails said
"So what?! This thing can turn into different vehicles as well!?" Patxi shock
"Modern-technology, Patxi. Modern-technology! We shall arrive at the capital in 30 minutes to an hour. I hope all of you guys are ready to deal with the number of enemies inside the capital. Sonic, I hope you are ready to summon some of your friends to the battle." Tails said
"Don't worry, Tails, I'm already prepared than last time! I know who to summon next! Eggman will soon regret ever messing with us!" Sonic replied
Finally, after everything that had happened to the group, the group broke into the capital and began their rampage of taking down the Badnicks that occupied the city. Beowulf and Billy go their separate ways to deal with the Badnicks alone while Tails runs over many of the Badnick with the snowmobile. He crushes and flatters the Badnicks as much as possible to go deeper into the capital as the battle continues for the team. They wanted him to do something as the group continued fighting the Minotaur inside. They eventually located Atalante but were suddenly interrupted when Minotaur appeared again and attempted to attack the group again. Still, Sonic and the Servants were now prepared as the group began fighting Minotaur. The Minotaur tries to fight back against Sonic and his team of Servants, but even with his strength, he is still overly matched against Servants he considered weaklings. Eventually, Minotaur again uses his Noble Phantasm at the group and sends them back to the labyrinth.
*Back Inside The Labyrinth*
Sonic has returned to the labyrinth to fight Minotaur once again, but instead of being alone, he's brought a couple more friends to join him in fighting back the Minotaur. Beowulf and Minotaur clang weapons at one another as the labyrinth shakes each time the two clang weapons. As the two were clanging guns and trying to overpower the other one. Atalante Alter rushes toward the Minotaur and unleashes a series of slashes with her claws at different angles of the Minotaur's body, leaving stretch marks around his body and spewing out Blood soon after. Minotaur roars in pain as Sonic jumps right at the Minotaur's face, extends his foot forward, and delivers a barrage of lighting speed kicks directly at his face and making him lose focus of his surroundings as Mushahi dashes towards the Minotaur and unleashes a series of fighting short sword slashes around the Minotaur, leaving behind sword marks around its body and Blood spewing out and dripping on the floor. Mushashi wasn't done yet as they lunged toward the Minotaur's chest and made a perfect slash through it. Blood spewed out of his chest and fell to the ground, causing him to roar in extreme pain. Beowulf sees this as an opportunity to finish the attack as he quickly charges Minotaur, who notices him charging at him.
"DIE! *Slashes Minotaur Across The Body*."
"NOT YET...NOT YET! I HAVEN'T EATEN ANYTHING YET!"
"Asterios! *Jumps Directly At Asterios And Sits On His Shoulder As He Watches Him Slowly Calm Himself Down* Does this remind you of two people you cared most for?" Sonic asks
Minotaur begins having memories of two of the most influential people he cared so much for. A Hedgehog and Goddess, smiling beside one another. Ones who used to make fun of each other are now considered best friends. He then sees the Hedgehog show his previous COmmand Seal change to his current Command Seal as he wags his finger soon after.
"*Smiles* FRIENDS. THOSE TWO... WERE MY FRIENDS! MASTER. *Vanishes*."
"*Asterios Name Reappears In The Chaldea Communicator Servants Name* Heh. Great to see you again, Asterios." Sonic said
"My apologies for my tardiness, Master. It seems I have done something that my Master can only see as. Betrayal, even to his Servant." Avicebron said
"Isn't that your other Servant, Sonic?" Musashi asks
"Yea. Avicebron, what did you do that you said those words so calmly." Sonic said
"I'll tell you that right now. With the Minotaur gone, there is no one left to claim ownership of the labyrinth. However...if we act now, we can use this labyrinth as our means—a perfect body for a golem. The ones I have been using in combat are mere replicas designed for the briefest of use. Unfortunately, they alone won't be enough to defeat Ivan the Terrible. I got a glimpse of him before the rest of you. Dr. Eggman showed me. What you are going against, Sonic is something you never faced before." Avicebron said
"Are you also saying that I'm not capable of fighting Ivan? Is that what you mean?" Sonic replied
"Don't get the wrong idea. You are still the strongest Master I have ever met. You just need a little extra help. That's all. This is why my only choice to help you is to become a core to this Golem myself. Also, I have a confession to make. Among the lives I have taken, one was a child. Your Servant betrayed your ultimate rule, Master. I threw away the sense of pride and the morals I held dear, all in pursuit of that goal. I killed my own Master, who was just a child. They torment me, proving beyond any doubt I am just as driven by my desires as any other ruthless mage. I apologize, Master. I hope you can forgive me in such a way. This will be the only time I can hope for forgiveness. I hope to see you some other day, Good luck, Master. *Vanishes Soon After*" Avicebron said
Sonic watches as Avicebron vanishes away in front of him. He was waking up from his slumber. He looks at the device once more as Avicebron's name changes. "Currently In The Process Of Being Your Official Servant. Please Hold." As soon as he reads that out loud, the labyrinth begins to shake as violently as it begins to turn into a giant golem. Everyone and the Badnicks started to run away as the ground shook violently. Sonic, Musashi, and the rest made their way out of the labyrinth to see the chaos outside as the ground shook violently.
*Outside*
"Holy shit, this is not good at all. We are toasted." Musashi said
"Everyone, take cover! Tails, take cover inside the snowmobile!" Sonic shouted
Moments later, the ground opens as a giant mammoth smashes its way out of the snow and roars very loud so that everyone can see what Ivan truly is.
"Anastasia! Eggman! Have you betrayed me!?" Ivan The Terrible roared
The civilians begin to run away from the giant Mammoth as it steadily makes its way around the capital, angry by such betrayal.
"*Looks Up And Notices The Giant Mammoth* So that's Ivan the terrible?!" Sonic shock
"I have never seen one of this size. I think he would even give the gods of Olympus's basic forms a run for their money." Atalante Alter said
"See!? This is why I told you not to wake the Tsar up!" Patxi shouted
"After analyzing that giant monster! I found its weak spot! It's his natural body! Sonic, the Golem!" Tails shouted
"With pleasure! Golem, go!" Sonic commanded
The Golem follows Sonic's orders as Sonic jumps onto the Golem's shoulder, lunges towards Ivan, and throws a massive punch at the giant Mammoth, pushing it back with all its might.
"*Standing On The Golems Shoulder* This is the end for you, Ivan! You're finished!" Sonic shouted
"Who are you?! Where did it come from?!" Ivan shouted
"I am Sonic The Hedgehog! The fastest Hedgehog to ever exist! And I will be the one to take you down!" Sonic shouted
"Sonic! The one Eggman has told me about! YOU! CURSE YOU!" Ivan shouted
"Let's settle this. Hedgehog vs. God!" Sonic shouted.
Tails, Mash, Atalante Alter, Musashi, and Beowulf, watched as the Golem threw powerful punches toward Ivan The Terrible, causing massive shockwaves that caused the Island to shake violently. Sonic continues to command the Golem to punch and block Ivan's attacks and deal less damage to him. The Mammoth raises his trunks to call down lighting strikes at the Golem, on which Sonic commands the Golem to dodge as many lighting strikes as possible. Everyone on land watched in awe. Sonic perfectly controlled the Golem and dodged more attacks than it could against Ivan. The Golem then throws a massive uppercut that knocks up the Mammoth as it roars in pain after that powerful punch. The Golem then throws another punch across the Mammoth's face, pushing the Mammoth away from it a few feet back from the Golem to have space between them. Ivan then calls upon more lighting and strikes down at Sonic and the Golem as the Hedgehog and God continue battling to the death to one-up one another. For the next several minutes, both giants continue fighting each other with devastating blows to one. One can be described as a battle of the gods with Hedgehog. The Servants on the ground decided o help out the golem attack Ivan and the Mammoth, but their attacks were all useless against Ivan. Though still powerful, Sonic and the Golem continue fighting back against Ivan. As the battle continues, music can suddenly be heard throughout the town. Sonic and the Servants listened to the theme, "Dies Irae-Day Of Wrath," as they noticed Ivan being affected by the music.
"This sound... This anger... Stop! Do not bind my heart!"
Moments later, the Golem throws a powerful punch toward Ivan, causing it to roar in pain from the massive force of the point.
"SONIC! Listen well, Ivan the Terrible! Yaga of grief and anger! You have been doing the pruning for a long time, but now, it is your turn to be cut away! You may be livid, but your anger is misplaced! You supped the Blood of hundreds...thousands of Demonic Beasts to gain that enormous body! For countless years, you have used your power for cruelty and tyranny! You say everything you did was done to survive. But even so... your existence now is nothing more than a monument to sin!"
"How dare you worm your way into my mind...! Begone, miserable little musician!" Ivan shouted
"Not if I have anything to say about it! Salieri! Continue playing that music! It's working!" Sonic shouted
The Golem then resumes throwing powerful punches toward Ivan, dealing massive damage to him and pushing him back a few feet back each point thrown. Ivan continues striking down more, lighting strikes down at the Golem as the Golem gets hit by a few but still stands as it throws punches at Ivan. Moments later, the two giants began clashing as a powerful shockwave.
"Golem! Finish HIM!"
"Cursed stone statue! You dare impede me...!? You would protect my palace in my stead!? Impudent clod! How dare you...!? I shall send you back to the ground from whence you came! Lightning runs through my veins! My trunk calls forth tempests! *Trunks Begin To Glow As Lighting Sparks Out Of It*!" Ivan shouted
"NOW!" Sonic shouted.
Moments later, Ivan unleashes his most devastating attack on Sonic as a beam head straight toward Sonic. Sonic was about to be engulfed by the beam.
"GAUSS RIFLE!"
Suddenly, a giant purple beam zooms by Sonic as it hits the beam heading toward Sonic and stops it entirely from its track towards Sonic. Sonic watches as both beams explode in front of him and quickly turns around to see Mash firing a giant futuristic cannon straight toward Ivan, stopping the attack from finishing her Master. Moments later, the beams exploded as the Golem slowly walked back from the explosion while protecting Sonic. Sonic quickly turns around to see Mash wearing full body armor with a giant cannon beside her.
"Mash!" Sonic shouted
"SEEEEEENNNNAPPPPIIIII! From here on out, I'll be joining you on the front lines again!" Mash shouted
"You like the new design, Sonic? Thanks to the brains of Edison and mine! We managed to upgrade Mash's arsenal to staggering numbers! Possibly infinite! She's a machine god now!" Tails said
"A machine god that will only protect my Master. Now, you can use me as much as you like, Senpai! I am now your Machine Goddess! And only Goddess!" Mash replied
"A new Servant...!? No matter! I shall blow you all away just the same! *Begins To Charge Up Again*!" Ivan shouted
"Senpai! *The Cannon Besides Mash Grows Bigger As She Grabs Both Grips In Front Of Her* Your power is nothing compared to Tails genius! I can hear the calls of my name from him. I told him that he didn't want me to be left behind! And I certainly won't! And never will be!"
Moments later, both the cannon and Ivan's trunks fired at one another as they collided and caused a massive explosion that can only be described as a supernova-like explosion that caused an enormous shockwave around them. Everyone watched as the beams pushed back one another as best they could. It was an intense few moments until Mash unleashed more firepower with her cannon as the purple beam grew more extensive until a massive explosion erupted soon after. Both beams exploded, pushing the Golem and Ivan back a few feet. After the attack, the Cannon that Mash used transforms back into her regular Shield as she watches Ivan motionless for a few moments.
"That light...! That was the very light of peace I have been searching for! The holy light has at last revealed itself to me! I must have it! I must have it for myself...! That light shall support my Russia for years to come...!"
"I'll handle this, Master! There's no better time for me to show what I'm truly capable of! Come hither, my roaring sword! Ishana Daitenshou! *Unleashes Her Noble Phantasm, Slashing Ivan Off The Mammoth Perfectly Before Vanishing Soon After*." Musashi shouted
"*Watching At The Distance With Eggman* Impossible... Did she just cut the Tsar!? It seems as though she split his enormous trunk clean in half...!" Anastasia said
"Grrrrrr! Sonic now has Human friends capable of taking down powerful beings like that! It seems that he has more backup than I assumed. Once Ivan is gone, no matter will show Sonic and his friends who the bigger people are!" Eggman said
"Golem! Now!" Sonic shouted
The Golem quickly grabs Ivan The Terrible from the Mammoth and pulls him off as Ivan unleashes more lighting and strikes down at it as Blood spews out of the Mammoth. Moments later, the Golem throws Ivan straight down onto the ground before stomping on him, splashing Blood, and Sonic jumps off the Golem's shoulder soon after.
"You did it, Master! You took down that massive Demonic Beast!" Mash excited
"*Looking At Mash While Free Falling Straight Down* NO, Mash! It was you who took down the Beast! If it wasn't for Tails and Edison, who designed your upgrades weaponry. We wouldn't be able to win this!" Sonic shouted
*Back Onto The Ground*
After a few minutes, Sonic and Mash reunited with one another as Sonic checked out Mash's newly designed Shield, and Mash showed him some of the examples of weaponry she's able to use in battle.
"Hehe! I'm glad you enjoy your new toys, Mash! They will be great for our future battles!" Sonic said
"And a lot easier to fight now that I have weapons for combat instead of my Shield. I shall thank Tails and Edison for helping me become who I am right now. Cause together, protecting you will be easier than ever before." Mash replied
"That's what I like to hear, Mash! Welcome back to the party!" Sonic said
"Halt, you two. I must come forth and ask something. I hope you will answer me honestly." Ivan said
Mash and Sonic notice Ivan slowly walking towards them while bleeding as the two prepare themselves to battle but still listen to him.
"Tell me, Sonic, what is your goal in taking down this land? Is it worth slaughtering every Yaga struggling to survive here just for your benefit!? With your actions, We will be driven to extinction, our very existence erased when this land dies. Do you have the strength of will to do that? To save your world means to destroy ours. If you do this, you will be responsible for the death of every Yaga in Russia. Are you genuinely going to order these Yaga to die!?" Ivan said
"I never thought about that until now. I don't have an answer for you." Sonic replied
"If you wish to continue with this. Then I will be your opponent. These injuries are nothing to me! I shall keep this world safe! Behold the power of the Yaga... The power of the Tsar...!"
"Get ready, Mash! This is it!" Sonic said
"Understood, Master! Engaging in combat! *Commands Her Shield As It Transforms Into A Deadly Lance Slightly Bigger Than Her And Her Body Obtaining A Female Armor Version Of Berserker Lancelot's Armor, As Well As A Helmet* Let's do this!"
"*Whistle* Now that's an upgrade if I have ever seen one," Sonic said
Moments later, Sonic dashes toward Ivan, jumping at him, curling into a ball, and homing attack hundreds of times at Ivan's face as he is slow to stop him from attacking him. Sonic continues homing, attacking Ivan's face as Mash lunges toward Ivan and slashes Ivan at different angles of his body with her lance with devastating slashes, causing Blood to spew out of Ivan even more than before. Ivan roars in pain as he attempts to crush Mash with his feet, but Mash disrupts the attack by slashing his feet with her lance, creating a cut through his feet and causing Blood to spew. Ivan roars in pain as Sonic moves his boots directly at Ivan's face, pushing him back a few feet back as he groans in anger. After being pushed back but Sonic and being heavily injured by Mash. He raises his staff and fires a beam of lightning toward Sonic to attack him. Still, Mash quickly gets in front of her Master as she blocks the lighting attack with her lance easily and soon throws her spear at Ivan, stabbing him through the chest, rushes towards him, pulls the lance out of his chest, Blood spewing out of him and unleashing a series of devastating lance attacks at Ivan, and causing more Blood to spew out. Sonic watches in amazement as Mash attacks and blocks Ivan's attack with her new upgrade, sensing the fight for her to protect him. Mash jumps back and cleans the Blood off her lance as Ivan extends his horns, charging up an orb of lighting between them and firing it at Mash and Sonic. Sonic and Mash both jumped out of the way as the ball hit the ground and soon exploded afterward. Ivan slams his feet on the ground, unleashing a series of devastating pillars lighting from the bottom toward Sonic. Sonic outruns the posts of lighting strike chasing after him as he quickly dashes toward Ivan, dodging each lighting beam attack thrown at him, jumps at Ivan, curls into a concussive ball, and saws both horns out of Ivan's face as they fall on the ground and Blood spewing out of them soon after. Ivan roars in pain as he attempts to fire another beam of lighting toward Sonic but all of a sudden. A lance stabs through his chest as he slowly turns and notices Mash, stabbing her lance through the God and pulls the lance out of him soon after as he kneels, spits out Blood, and slowly begins to glow. Mash and Sonic jumped back as they watched Ivan struggling to get up.
"Ah... Aah... Aaaaaah... Such teamwork... from you two... This is the end... You may be ordinary fighters. But fighters with heart and empathy for others. Yes... I remember now... My empress...Anastasia...was like that...too... she wept for others' misfortune... It was that...excess...that I found to be...the most beautiful thing about her... That is why...this world...was defeated... It is because...we lost everything...we should have cherished...above all else... ...Victory...is yours, Sonic The Hedgehog... I accept...my defeat... Even if you refuse to do so...I get...my loss...and so...I must...depart... *Vanishes Soon After Back To The Throne Of Heroes Back At Mash's World*."
"*Transforms Back Into Her Normal State* Ivan the Terrible's disappearance...confirmed... It's over, Senpai." Mash said
"We indeed won, didn't we? After what felt like forever. It's finally come to an end." Sonic replied
"Hell! That was a hell of a fight for you two. Well done!" Beowulf said
"..."
"Heh, glad you enjoyed the show, Beo! Now that everything has calmed down, we should focus on that dang tree over there." Sonic replied
"Your job isn't over yet, Hedgehog. You still need to take down two more opponents!" Eggman said
"*Quickly Turns Around And Notices Eggman, Anastasia... And Atalante Alter* *Eyes Widen* A-Atalante?" Sonic shock
"I'm... so sorry... Sonic... But Eggman told me about the Yagas that would disappear if you defeated Ivan. I spent so much time among the Yaga that I could not help but care for them. I couldn't just stand back and let that happen. So I am siding... with Eggman..." Atalante Betraying Sonic
"Atalante..."
"It's too late for that, Sonic! You hurt many homes of the Yagas for your benefit. You put yourself in this place, and the only person you should blame is yourself!" Eggman said
"I cannot desert the Yaga. Not when I know too well the pain of abandonment...!"
"But one thing that came out alright is the Tsar. We no longer need to live in fear of the Tsar. I do appreciate that. But that no longer matters. Still, the least we can do for your efforts is to ensure that your deaths are quick and painless." Anastasia said
"Why did it come to this? You did nothing wrong, and neither did they. All I wanted...was to save this world."
"*Stares At Atalante With A Face Of Sadness Until It Switched To A Face Of Anger* EGGMAN!" Sonic shouted
"HOHOHOHOHOHOHO!"
"Mash!" Sonic shouted
"Yes, Master! Engaging in combat once again!" Mash replied
"Let us make one last music together," Salieri said
"I'll deal with these Yaga traitors!" Beowulf said
Moments later, Sonic dashes at Atalante Alter. He kicks a pile of snow at her face, blocking her view, performing a roundhouse kick across her face, and throwing her back a couple of feet away from him. Atalante Alter yells in anger as she rushes towards Sonic and unleashes a barrage of claw attacks at him while he dodges them as fast as he can, getting a few cuts here and there in the process. As she attempted to attack Sonic with her claws, several bullets hit her as she stopped in her tracks and looked at Salieri playing music as his minions continued to fire at Atalante Alter. Atalante Alter transforms into a boar as she dashes toward Salieri, ramming him and causing him to fly away for a while, stopping him by skidding on the snow, running towards Atalante Alter, and slashing her a couple of times with his sword. Still, Atalante Alter dodges each of Salieri's attacks and cuts him multiple times at different angles of his body before jumping on him and biting him on his neck as block spews out of him. Salieri didn't budge from the attack as he quickly stabbed Atalante with his sword before throwing him away from him. Mash lunges towards Atalante and swings her Shield at Atalante Alter multiple times as the two are clanging on one another, trying to attack another. Still, Atalante Alter kicks Mash away as Sonic performs a rocket kick down at her. Still, Atalante Alter grabs Sonic's leg, stops the attack, and slams him down onto the snow multiple times as he begins bleeding through his nose after being slammed on the ground numerous times before being thrown away and rolling on the floor. Sonic slowly looks as he watches the other Servants' battle against Atalante, still not being able to land a good hit on her as he slowly gets attempts to get back from the ground, injured.
"My strength...is leaving me... Perhaps it's because...my role here has ended..."
"Not yet! As long as Master hasn't given up...!"
Moments later, Sonic dashes toward Atalante Alter as the Yaga Rebel Soldiers aim their weapons at Sonic and fire at him. Sonic notices the Bullets heading towards them, about to be hit by them, until someone rushes in front of him and takes the hits instead of him. Sonic stops running towards Atalante as he turns around and notices a familiar face bleeding from the gunshot wounds and holding his chest. It was Patxi who the hits for the Hedgehog.
"P-Patxi!" Sonic shouted
"*Looking At Sonic And Breathing Heavily* I hate you... I'll never forgive you." Patxi said
"Huh?!"
"*Rushes Towards Sonic And Shoves Him Down Onto The Snow In A Fit Of Rage* I'll never forgive you, for as long as I live. Do you know why? Because thanks to you, I now know there's another, a happier world out there. Be the stronger one then out of these damn Servants! Be proud. Hold your head up high, and fight for your weak little world. Sure, you hate Blood and seeing other people like this! Especially Blood in your gloves. You won't be able to pretend it never happened. But that's the reality! Face it, Sonic! War is hell! And we can't do anything to change it! Don't worry. We Yaga barely even feel pain or fear. You, Tails, and Mash must've been through more terrible shit than I have ever been. It must've hurt a lot worse for you. But that's precisely why you have to keep on fighting. Why do you have to be the ones to live? Well? Say something, dammit. Let me...hear your answer..." Patxi said
"*Looks At Patxi For A Little Before Looking Down* All of this was not meant for me, Patxi... I can't stand the people I try to save falling around me... I failed as a hero... I can't call myself Sonic The Hedgehog if all I see is the people falling around me... Begging me to save them and just me watching them... I just can't..." Sonic replied
"Yes, you can... Sonic, I know you are more vital than that! You told me before each time you fell... You stood back up with your head up high... continuing the fight not only for you but for everyone... After all the shit that has happened... I see you... still as... Sonic... The Hedgehog... The Hero every Yaga child wanted to be... So please... show that you can continue the fight... No matter what... Friend... Do it for everyone... *Slowly Falls Dead Onto The Snow*."
"*Looks At Yaga's Dead Body As A Tear Rolls Down His Face And Falls Down Onto The Snow, Heartbroken* Patxi..." Sonic whispers

"*Thinks To Himself For A Little Until He Finally Got The Message From Patxi As He Wipes The Tears Off His Face And Slowly Stands Back Up* Mash... Do you still see me as a Hero? Even after what happened here on this Island? Am I... Different?" Sonic asks
"Master! To me, you're still Sonic The Hedgehog! No matter what! I still love you for who you are! You are someone I admire most than anyone else! You showed me many times that even when times are difficult. You still fight to correct things, and I always learn from that! As long as you are here, Master... I'll always be there with you! *Runs Up To Sonic And Hugs Him Tightly As Tears Roll Down Her Face* I love you... Sonic... I'll always do!" Mash replied
"*More Tears Roll Down Sonic's Face As Smiles After Hearing What Mash Said* Thank you... Mash... I'm glad I was able to meet someone like you..." Sonic said
The Rebel soldiers aimed their weapons at the two, ready to kill them until their guns fell from their grip suddenly.
"What the...!? M-my gun!"
"This ain't no fit place for the likes of you. Let the two have their moment together." Billy said
"Billy!" Mash shouted
"Well, s'pose I didn't quite make it in time to save Patxi...but at least Master's still with us. Awright, then, Ms. Greek Huntress of Myth. I'm Billy the Kid, and I'm callin' you out!"
"...Understood. My name is Atalante. Billy the Kid, I would make just one request of you. Please, go easy on the Yaga. All they ever wanted was to live their lives. I cannot blame them for that. They have done nothing wrong." Atalante Alter said
"That much I can do. *Aims His Upgraded Pistol At Atalante Alter, Fires It As The Bullet Goes Through Her Eye And Out Of Her Skull Behind Her Head* Easy. Rest in peace, Atalante." Billy said
"BOSS!"
"I am...so sorry, everyone... I failed the one I trusted my life with... And it made him cry... I knew it was the wrong idea to be here... I also knew that...in the end...some things would need to be cut away... I knew that, and yet...I never told you... I suppose I should have also known this was bound to happen...since I could never make up my mind..." Atalante said
"...No. No, Boss! You've got it all wrong! We always knew too! We know how you used to lie awake at night, crying, trying to muffle your sobs so we wouldn't hear! We know you've been apologizing to us all along, even though you're stronger than any of us... and we know you believed in our future, even though you should've cast us aside because we're weak... Anyone could see where this was going! But you still never gave up! Even though we meant to let, you die! We knew you would die, even if we managed to win... We can never make up for that..."
"...I see. I never knew...I was such a poor actor... Do not worry about it... None of you did anything wrong... It is only natural for living things to try to survive. It is their purpose... Sonic... Patxi...was right... Please...keep fighting to keep your world safe... I may have lost any right. I had to cheer for you... ...But at least...I can still pray...that you succeed... *Vanishes Back To The Throne Back To Mash's World*." Atalante said
"You doin' all right there, Salieri?" Billy said
"...Yes. My strength may be gone, but it seems there is still something I must do."
"All that's left now..."
"HOHOHOHOHOHOHO! Now that you had your little moment there! It's time for the Grand Finale! Young lady, are you ready!" Eggman said
"I have become the Tsaritza of this Land. Now I shall annihilate this world. *The Tree Of Epitness Begins To Shake*."
"Eggman! What are you doing!" Sonic shouted
"It's a wedge from outer space. I am designed to let this world take root. Your world is as good as finished. The Tree of Emptiness brought this Island to life. I'm going to defeat you. Come, Viy. My spirit of disaster and the Romanov Dynasty's secret treasure. Show these people your true form. Show them your dreaded Mystic Eyes that can pierce anything and everything! *Viy Appears behind Anastasia* I am Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova. I am the new Tsaritza, and I shall destroy the Docter's enemies, for they are Russia's enemies as well...!"
"HOHOHOHOHO! It's over, Sonic! You cannot do anything anymore now that you lost!" Eggman laughed
"That's easy for you to say, but I guess I have to bring a couple more friends into the battlefield," Sonic replied
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Eggman said
"*Raises His Arm Straight Up As The Command Seal On His Right Fist Glows*."
"What?! What is going on?!" Eggman confuse
Moments later, three Servants appear in front of Sonic, with Eggman shocked to see these three unknown individuals helping Sonic out of all people.
"What the?! Who are those people?! You never told me about them!" Eggman shock
"You may think you can beat me now that you have a powerful Servant. However, those months of being gone have introduced me to people I never thought I would ever meet, nor do I think of becoming my friend. But, now that I did. I'll introduce you to some of my friends along the way." Sonic replied
"*Body All Dark With One Red Eye Glowing In Flames* Hahahahaha! Good choice, Rodent! I'll show no mercy to your enemies! They will both die and rot in hell when I'm around." Edmond Dantes said
"*Eyes Glowing Red* Fear not, contractor. I hath come in answer to thy summon. Thy heads shall soon be mine!" Hassan said
"You have chosen well, Master. Only you can use me as a weapon against our enemies. And I'll protect you." Enkidu said
"Dantes! Hassan! Enkidu! You guys came!" Mash said
"..."
"Grrrrr! I won't be intimidated by a bunch of freaks! Young lady, ATTACK!" Eggman shouted
"Let's do this, team!" Sonic said
Moments later, Anastasia fires a beam of ice toward Sonic, attempting to attack him from the previous fight. Still, Hassan blocks the attack with his Shield, protecting Sonic as he teleports behind Anastasia and slashes Anastasia across her body as a series of slashes appear around her and attacks her multiple times. Eggman was shocked to see Hassan easily block Anastasia's attacks and counter back with a sword attack soon after. Anastasia, though affected by Hassan's attack, summons pillars of ice to cover Hassan and attempts to attack him while frozen inside the block of ice. Hassan manages to break free from being trapped inside the ice and swings his sword down at Anastasia, but she quickly dashes away from Hassan as he slams his sword on the ground and causing a shockwave around him. As she steps away from Hassan, a shoddy figure with one glowing red eye appears behind her quietly and slashes her multiple times with dark energy while laughing uncontrollably. Anastasia takes damage from Edmond's attacks as a giant creature appears behind her and blows ice on the ground as solid pillars of ice begin to appear from the ground and head strength toward Edmond. Edmond laughs as he quickly jumps out of the way of the post of sharp frost. As he charges up his dark energy and fires a beam down at the ice, destroying it as pieces of ice fall all over the ground around Anastasia. He charges up again as he places his hands down on the floor as pillars of dark energy erupt around Anastasia. Some of them hit and punctured his body, taking damage while laughing uncontrollably. Once he stands back up, he charges again as he dashes straight towards Anastasia and throws a punch at her.
The giant shadow creature behind Anastasia blocks his punch. It blows a wind of ice toward him before he suddenly vanishes, and rappers behind Sonic as Mash rushes towards Anastasia and swings her Shield at her multiple times. The creature blocks her attacks easily. However, Mash had another attack on her sleeve as her guard transformed into a Gauss Rifle. As she jumped back and fired a beam toward the creature, hitting it and causing damage to the Beast, forcing the animal to disappear and injured from the beam attack from her newly designed Shield, thanks to Tails and Edison's work. Moments later, Enkidu summons several portals as they appear around Anastasia as chains wrap around her, forcefully tying her up. A few more outlets appeared around her, and weapons flew down and struck her, dealing good damage. Anastasia uses her strength to break free from being wrapped in the chains, but the chinas squeeze more tightly than before.
Enkidu looks at Sonic, who smiles and nods, telling him it is his turn to finish this. It was now Sonic's turn to deal with Anastasia after witnessing and going through so much trouble that it was time for some payback for everything that had happened. Sonic gets in a stance and dashes toward Anastasia as Tails throws a ring at him, grabbing it in midair as Sonic curls into a ball, spinning even faster than ever before as he unleashes a series of powerful homing attacks toward Anastasia, hitting her in different angles of her body, dealing tons of damage as well. As he continued to homing attack Anastasia, the faster his attacks were as he was homing attacked Anastasia in pretty every angle of her body while being chained from Enkidu. Finally, Sonic finishes off the fight by homing attacking directly at her face while being released by the chains and knocking her back. Dropping her onto the snow as Sonic uncurls himself and skids on the snow, stopping himself from speeding away, and looks at the tired and defeated Anastasia. Sonic smiles as he thanks his three Servants as they slowly teleport away back to Chaldea and continues on the current situation by himself and the others.
"NO! Impossible! How can you defeat someone like her?! She's supposed to be stronger than you weak beings! All the stuff that has happened here all came for nothing again in the end!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"What are you talking about anyway? We are Servants, and our only job is to top our Master at all costs, especially after hearing you hurt Sonic multiple times with no end. I think it's time to show you something in return. *Aims His Pistol At Eggman, Directly At His Head Pulls The Trigger As The Bullet Head Towards Him, But Instead Of Hitting Eggman, Anastasia Took The Bullet Instead As Slowly Kneels On The Snow*."
"*Shock* What?! Young lady!" Eggman shouted
"It's okay, Docter, it's better for me to go than see you go. I am a Servant, remember? We were supposed to go at some point from our Masters, but you aren't my Master's, but still." Anastasia said
"You didn't need to do that, young lady... I could've saved us together if you gave more time..." Dr. Eggman said
"What would be the point of winning like that? I'm Anastasia. The rightful heir to the Romanov Dynasty. No need to worry about me anymore. I'm already happy with who I am—no more holding those feelings back. Even though you are an enemy to Sonic, I can't agree with your works the last time. Eggman watches as Anastasia vanishes in front of him as he slowly looks up at Sonic and the Servants behind him. Sonic dashes toward Dr. Eggman, spinning, dashing right him until suddenly, the Island begins to shake violently, allowing Eggman to escape from this land and disappear into the clouds quickly. Everyone else, on the other hand, was feeling the shaking of the Island violently underneath them as something was happening.
"UH! Tails! Da Vinci? Anyone, what the heck is going on?!" Sonic said
"I'm detecting a massive wave of magical energy coming from the Tree of Emptiness! But how is that possible?! That is your world, with no traces of magical energy at all. If we don't do something, this world will be turned on its head! No exaggeration!" Da Vinci replied
"Which means we need to destroy it as fast as possible! Sonic, do you have anyone that defeated that tree faster than any of us?!" Tails said
"*Thinking* Come on, Sonic! Think! Think! Should I summon Tiamat? Would she appear in my world in time?!" Sonic shouted
"Wait! Master, look up!"
Sonic looks up at the tree as an Unknown Woman is seen floating and looking at the tree. Sonic squints his eyes for a better look at this unknown being as she slowly puts her palm on the tree and begins to freeze until, eventually, the tree breaks into small pieces in front of the group, as the unknown lady disappears soon after. Sonic was just as confused as everyone but quickly realized that the war was finally over. The war on the Island has finally ended.
"D-Did we win?" Mash asks
"Tails?" Sonic said
"I can confirm in the Miles Electric that there is nothing to be spotted on this Island anymore. It has been called out and will begin to disappear very shortly. I guess that's our queue to get going. I'll get the X-Tornado for our escape."Tails running back to the X-Tornado Snow Mobile
"I can't believe it. We finally won the war. But with mass losses. We get to return to Chaldea and explain everything to everyone finally." Mash said
"Before we go. I need to give respect to Patxi. Find him a place so when can rest. Alongside this Island that will soon disappear as well." Sonic replied
Later, the group made a proper burial for Patxi in an undisclosed location. They buried his body soon after. As they were putting Patxi to rest, the sky above them went from all white and cloudy to clear blue skies of Mobius. Something Sonic and Tails were fond of. As well as Mash. The X-Tornado transforms back into its plane mode as Tails, Sonic, and Mash are inside of it. Ready to leave the Island.
"Are you ready to go back, Mash?" Sonic asks
"I'm ready, Master! This journey is going to be much more challenging than our last one. We don't want to see things will happen, no matter what. We are here to save your world by destroying other worlds. Because we have to, for your world to live." Mash replied
"I know. I'm prepared for what those other Islands have to offer us. But understand this, just like right now. We will destroy those worlds. No matter what." Sonic said
Sonic looks out of the window and watches as Billy and Beowulf wave goodbye to all three of them as they vanish in front of them. Sonic looks at Salieri, who just cares for him, and smiles, giving him a thumbs up as the X-Tornado begins to fly away and out of the Island as Salieri slowly walks. Before vanishing himself. And the Island starts to fade away as well gradually.
The Anastasia Island Has Been Destroyed.
