This is the 48th chapter. Okay here's how this is going to down, I'm planning to merge more than one episode in the future chapters it comes to mostly in fighting. Though, it'll take a while.

Alubarna Grieves!
In the Land of Oasis, a dry cloud of sand blankets the people with anguish. Some clinked to hope, and others seek to destroy it. As the pass cross, they mark an era in a countries history that will forever be over shattered by sands. With the help of the Supersonic Duck Squadron, Zoro and the others act as decoys to draw away the Baroque Works officer agents. Meanwhile, Vivi sets out on her own to try and stop Koza and his rebel forces. However, Anna managed to stop one of the Baroque Works and have Crocodile get what he wants in order to take down the Baroque Works agents. The anticipated battle has finally begun as the rebel army attacks the capital city of Alubarna and the royal armies seeks to defend it.
Alabasta, Alubarna
After Usopp gives Sanji and Ventus an explanation of how he and the camel was beaten by Mr. 2, it got the two very annoyed since the liar couldn't even fight him and shocked that Mr. 2 was going after Vivi.
"Mr. 2 is going after Vivi." Ventus states with a serious expression on his face.
"No doubt about it, Vivi is in real danger." Sanji agrees. "Usopp, go and see what you can do to help Chopper, alright?"
"Chopper?" Usopp repeats in confusion.
"He's at the ruins is the Southeast Gate. Get to it!" Ventus ordered when he and Sanji head for Vivi, leaving Usopp and the camel alone when he tried to move, but collapsed.
Ventus and Sanji rushed through the capital city to get to Vivi before Mr. 2 could kill her while Usopp slowly tried to get to the ruins to help Chopper fight against Mrs. Merry Christmas and Mr. 4.
"Vivi, please just hang in there a little longer. We're on our way. Please, just hold on." Sanji pleads.
"Sanji, watch out!" Ventus warns with a shout as he and Sanji stops when arrows shot next to them, turned their attention to the royal guards. The royal guards fired more arrows, but both Ventus and Sanji quickly dodge them while taking cover next to the wooden crate.
"It's a rebel! They're here!"
"A rebel? Yeah right." Sanji scoffs with annoyance.
"If it's one thing, it's another." Ventus adds with annoyance. "And speaking of which, the rebels are here."
And it seems Ventus was right when the rebel army approaches from the other side.
"Hey, it's a royal soldiers! Shoot 'em now!"
"Dammit! We don't have time for this!" Ventus growled.
Sanji and Ventus then made a quick work out of the rebels and the royal guards, knocking them out. After they knocked them out, both Sanji and Ventus continued to find Vivi.
At the Southeast Gate of Alubarna, Chopper was out alone fighting against Mrs. Merry Christmas and Mr. 4 after Sanji left when the ducks informed them. Usopp was on his way to help the reindeer. Chopper is right now trying to sniff them out when Mrs. Merry Christmas and Mr. 4 were hiding somewhere in the ruins.
"They're gone." Chopper muttered. "They gave up too quick, I don't trust them. Where can Mr. 4 and Mrs. Merry Christmas have disappeared too?"
Until, something burrowing from the sand chasing after Chopper which it got his attention then he turned over his shoulder, dodges by leaping and lands, but he was able to jump when the hole has revealed. Chopper lands on ground, but stumbled when his foot fell off of the hole when he quickly rolled out of the way. He was about to fall off of the hole, but moved out of the way and look at the hole.
"Hey, what's going on here?! I don't understand! Who are you guys anyway?!" Chopper demands with a pant, hearing Mrs. Merry Christmas laughing.
"The question is, who are you? And why are you talking to yourself?" Mrs. Merry Christmas asks, still in a hole. "Let me introduce to you to our number four batter."
And then, Chopper turned when he noticed Mr. 4 revealed himself from the hole with his baseball bat ready.
"Foooooouuuuuurrrrr!" Mr. 4 said slowly as Chopper watches him swings his bat with his eyes widen and his jaw dropped.
"Number 4?" Chopper repeats in shock while Mr. 4 swings his bat again. "Batter?"
Mr. 4 then swings his bat the third time which it got Chopper noticed the cracks from the ruins, leaving him shocked. Mr. 4 then repeatedly swings his baseball bat.
'Okay, right now, I'd just have to do whatever I can. I'd just have to remember, that I am a pirate.' Chopper mentally thought, but snapped out of his thoughts when Mrs. Merry Christmas came out of the hole.
"TIME TO DIE!?" Mrs. Merry Christmas yelled, readied to attack.
While at the South Gate, Mr. 2 revealed his true form after found Vivi and Karoo at the desert.
"Poor Princess Vivi, you see? This desert is where you'll die." Mr. 2 mocks, using the pirouette when Vivi dodges.
Karoo then grabs hold of Vivi and flees when Mr. 2 missed the pirouette again. Mr. 2 watches Vivi and Karoo ran for Alubarna with his raised eyebrow and a sigh.
"Oh, now, you see? You two can't get away! Swan Dash" Mr. 2 then taps the ground several times and then takes a giant leap forward, chasing after them. "You heard me! There's no escape from you, just give up now! Okay? I've gone to travel you both with a grace of a ballerina!"
It didn't take them to noticed that Mr. 2 was pursuing after them since his legs were long enough to catch up to them. Vivi then turns to the South Gate, realize where they're heading.
"Karoo, it you go straight, you will be cornered on the stairwell." Vivi warned the duck.
"Fools! Listen to me! Just give it up and stop right there!" Mr. 2 shouts while pursuing after them.
"Karoo, let me off here! I'm going to fight him!" Vivi suggests.
However, Karoo has other plans which instead of running towards the South Gate, the duck is heading towards the cliff which it got Vivi confused.
"What are you doing?! That way is a cliff!" Vivi protests when Karoo quacks loudly.
"What are you doing?!" Mr. 2 yelled when Karoo climbed up of the cliff with his talons, stopped and watched the duck climb up. "You can't be serious! That duck is actually running up at the sheer face of a cliff?!"
While Karoo continued to climb up of the cliff, the duck is starting to slow down and was about to reach for the top. Mr. 2 watches in confused, but smirked when Karoo was about to fall which the duck is starting to flap its wings.
"Dumb duck! Nice try, but now you'll fall back down here and Ballet Kenpo will finish you off!" Mr. 2 shouts with a sneer.
Karoo then tried to reach for the ledge while remembering of Luffy telling them that those bandages are the sign of friendship which it got the duck cry in tears. After the duck finished remembering, Karoo then tried to get to the top of ledge which he was struggling to fly up while Mr. 2 was waiting for the duck to fall so he'll kill him and Vivi, but Karoo quickly manage to grab hold of ledge.
"How'd he do that?!" Mr. 2 exclaims in disbelief.
"Karoo, that's amazing! You flew!" Vivi said, amazed of the duck with a smile on her face. "Surely, Mr. 2 won't be able to follow us at this point."
Unfortunately, it got Vivi and Karoo's attention when it quacked with panic, noticed Mr. 2 somehow climbed up of the cliff with his feet, like a ballerina.
"That was a cute little move, duck, but it's no use!" Mr. 2 shouts, chasing after them. "There's nothing I can't do! With the help of my incredible Ballet Kenpo, I can relevate ride up at this cliff!"
Karoo was struggling to get to the top of the cliff, but they managed to get up there. However as soon as they made to Alubarna, they watch the rebels and the royal guards fighting against each other, killing after one another. Vivi knew that this would come since Crocodile and the Baroque Works plan have set in motion, but she has no time to mourn because she has a plan that really would end this war.
"Karoo, do you think you can make it through the battlefield?" Vivi asks when the duck quacks. "I hope Ventus knows what he's doing, but we'll look for Chaka. We need to reach for the royal palace and we have to make it before the rebel army reaches the center of the city, we must."
"Oh my, I'm here!" Mr. 2 shouts with a sneer as Vivi and Karoo head for the palace while he lands on the top of the cliff.
Suddenly, a gunshot was fired, and Karoo was shot at the battlefield which it got Vivi widen her eyes with dread as the duck started to run slowly and about to tumble down to the ground.
"A stray bullet! Oh no!" Vivi exclaims. "Karoo!"
It doesn't stop Karoo as he began to run out of the battlefield while Mr. 2 chases after them. As soon as they made it out of the battlefield, Karoo started to slowly stop running as he now tumbled down to the ground and Vivi crashes down to the ground, got off of the duck.
"Karoo!" Vivi called him with worry, but no respond. "Karoo!"
Karoo then remembered the time of how much he and Vivi were close in Alabasta during her childhood and growing up. Karoo now quacks, telling her to run to the palace without him when Mr. 2 managed to catch up to them.
"Just give up! I told you, it's no use!" Mr. 2 shouts.
Karoo kept telling her to go without him, causing her to shed in tears.
"Alright..." Vivi said.
"Stay out of my way, ducky! And maybe you won't get hurt, okay?!" Mr. 2 shouts, going after Vivi and Karoo.
Karoo then stood up and quacked, ready to fight when Vivi pleads the duck not to fight. Until, one of the two Supersonic Duck Squadron knocked Mr. 2 and sent him flying right into the ground, leaving Vivi shocked.
"It's you guys." Vivi said as the two ducks quacked when both Ventus and Sanji arrived.
"Nice work there, Captain Karoo." Sanji praises the duck. "You did a damn good job."
Vivi then turns her head to Sanji and Ventus.
"Sanji! Ventus! You're here!" Vivi exclaims.
"At ease ducks, stand down." Sanji said as the ducks saluted them. "Now, Vivi, don't you have a rebellion to stop? Go on, I'll take care of this creep."
Sanji and Ventus then turns to Mr. 2.
"So, I take it you're that ridiculous face changing freak, huh?" Sanji asks with his eyes narrowed.
"You really should stay out of my way!" Mr. 2 points out with a smirk. "But first, just who are you?"
"Vivi, go." Ventus told her, earned a nod from her.
"You guys, watch Karoo." Vivi suggests.
And with that, the two ducks take Karoo somewhere safe and away from the fight while Vivi head for the palace.
"I'll go with Vivi to the palace in case the Baroque Works are coming after us." Ventus suggests. "He's all yours."
"Right." Sanji nods as Ventus catches up with Vivi.
"No! She's getting away!?" Mr. 2 shouts. "Ugh, you've gotta be kidding me! Give me a break here! Well, now you'll get to die!"
"I think I'll get started by having you return our sharpshooters prized goggles." Sanji states as he and Mr. 2 begin their fight. "And that's just the beginning."
"Huh?" Mr. 2 said in confusion.
"I hope you didn't think I would be as easy to beat as him." Sanji states with a smirk.
"You're with the Straw Hats, huh? Well, then, that must make you the mysterious 'Prince'." Mr. 2 points out with a glare when Sanji dropped his glasses.
"My name is Sanji, and I'm the best cook in the entire ocean." Sanji told him.
"Cook?" Mr. 2 repeats in confusion. "I happen to be a Super First-Class Top Rate Cookers as well, but I use my skills to support in underworld organization, not some useless kingdom."
"You're not the only one who knows the underworld, I happen to be a cook and a pirate." Sanji points out.
"Well then, there should be quite interesting." Mr. 2 states with a smirk when Sanji blows the smoke out of his smirk.
"I'll make this clear, Kepp your hands off this country." Sanji suggests with a smirk of his own.
At the West side of Alubara, Zoro placed his hand next to the blade with a serious scowl on his face, looking at Ms. Double Finger and Mr. 1. Nami was behind him along with the two ducks, cheering for him which it really annoys the swordsman.
"Go get 'em, Zoro! What are you waiting for?! Punch 'em out!" Nami cheered for Zoro.
"I don't need a cheering squad, go hide somewhere!" Zoro shouts with annoyance, turns to the two Baroque Works agents. "Alright you guys, do you think you can make this a little challenging?"
When Mr. 1 and Ms. Double Finger starts walking, Zoro readied his blade while Nami and the two ducks kept cheering, but it him noticed that the two just walk past through him and towards Nami. Nami just stopped cheering and noticed they're heading towards her.
"What do you think you're doing?" Zoro demands, turns over his shoulder. "Hold up!"
"Primary rule to assassinations says all weaker targets are to be eliminated first." Mr. 1 explains.
"We'll show you how professionals handle these sorts of things." Ms. Double Finger adds with a smirk.
Nami then noticed that the two ducks already left her behind as she raises her hands.
"What? You mean me?" Nami asks, points herself when they're getting closer as she raises her hands. "Hold on just a minute, getting rid of me won't accomplish anything at all. Sure I'm pretty and I know how to dress, but that's it. I really don't have any fighting skills."
"Yes, we know, it's fairly obvious." Ms. Double Finger points out. "As we said, picking off the weak ones first is the fastest way to work."
Nami then began to realize the reason why the two agents are after her which it got her eyes widen with dread.
"Sure, of course it is." Nami said with a nervous smile, lightly smacked her head. "Well naturally, I know you're right about that one, I'd do the same thing myself in this situation."
And with that, Nami started running with a scream while Mr. 1 and Ms. Double Finger chased after her, leaving Zoro alone with a sweat drop.
"And that's exactly why I told her to shut up and hide somewhere." Zoro groans with annoyance, but decided to catch up with them.
While at the Southeast side of Alubarna, Usopp finally manage to get to the ruins after making some recovery. Usopp is hiding next to the ruin while looking for Chopper since he was having trouble fighting against Mrs. Merry Christmas and Mr. 4.
"Well, this is the Southeast gate that Sanji and Ventus meant, right?" Usopp questions himself, gulped nervously while looking for Chopper. "Well, looks like the fight is over. Where's Chopper?"
Then, Usopp manage to find Chopper, but only beaten and knocked out.
"Chopper!?" Usopp exclaims, rushed towards him while shaking him up a little. "Chopper! Hey, Chopper! Come on, wake up! Open your eyes!"
Chopper groans and opened his eyes, turns to Usopp.
"Oh, Usopp, it looks like you're alright. That's great." Chopper groans.
"Don't be ridiculous, you're the one we need to worry about." Usopp points out as Chopper pulls himself up.
"No, it isn't serious." Chopper told him.
"So, this is all that's left of the Mr. 4 pair, huh? And here I came to help you." Usopp states which was a lie, stands up proudly. "I, the Great Captain Usopp, the Champion of the Seas, the Hero of the World, was going to demonstrate my fighting skills by bravely coming to a friends rescue!"
"Be careful, they're still here waiting for us." Chopper warned him.
"What?! Why didn't you say so?" Usopp questions with a scream, hid behind Chopper.
He only got a silent respond from Chopper when they're scanning the desert area, waiting for either Mrs. Merry Christmas or Mr. 4 to reveal themselves from one of the holes. Suddenly, they heard an explosion that was coming from the ruins as it collapses down.
"What was that?!" Usopp demands. "How did that happened?! There's no one even out there!"
"That's because they're underground." Chopper explains. "Mrs. Merry Christmas ate the Mole-Mole Devil fruit, and now she's a mole woman."
"A mole woman?" Usopp repeats.
"The other one, Mr. 4, is a fourth batter." Chopper continues. "And his dogs the pitcher."
"What?! None of that jibber-jabber made any sense!" Usopp exclaims in disbelief. "What the hell does that mean?!"
Until, a bazooka dog is having the urge of sneezing, fires the baseball right towards them which it got their attention.
"Look out!" Chopper yelled, moves out of the way along with Usopp to avoid the baseball when Mr. 4 revealed himself.
"FOOOOUUUURRRR!" Mr. 4 yelled as he swings his baseball bat, hits the ball.
And then, the baseball heads right to Usopp and Chopper, leaving them helpless as it was about to hit them, but the liar ducks down and made it missed instead, explodes and left them knocked out. Just as the smoke clears, Chopper and Usopp were able to recover while coughing out of the smoke.
"Are you okay, Usopp?" Chopper asks with a groan.
"Man, that was really close. I'm glad you were there, Chopper." Usopp states with a groan, coughed the smoke out. "What exactly was that thing anyway?"
"Like I said, that's Mr. 4's thing. He's a fourth batter." Chopper explains. "He works together with his dog."
"Which brings back to my earlier point, none of that makes any sense." Usopp told him as the bazooka dog approaches them, earned their attention.
"Look, he's over there!" Chopper shouts, points at the bazooka dog.
The bazooka dog is a sandy-brown weapon with handles on the sides and a contoured barrel.
"A dog?" Usopp asks with his raised eyebrow, confused. "Gah! What is that weird thing?!"
Suddenly, the bazooka dog is having a running nose and has the urge to sneeze, causes Chopper to panic.
"That's not good!" Chopper exclaims.
"What?! What's that?" Usopp asks as the dog sneezed, fired the baseball at them.
"Here it comes!" Chopper shouts.
"Not good!" Usopp adds as he and Chopper dodges the baseball when Mr. 4 pops out of the hole.
"FOOOOOUUUUURRRR!" Mr. 4 yelled as he swings his baseball bat, hits the ball again.
The baseball then headed towards Usopp which it got him panicked.
"Usopp! You have to get away from there! Quickly! Hurry now!" Chopper yelled with a warning.
Usopp decided to duck and cover when the baseball is close, but it explodes and knocked him out.
"Usopp! No!" Chopper shouts as he rushes towards Usopp when the smoke clears.
Usopp groans and coughed out of the smoke when Chopper approaches him, kneels down to his knees.
"Are you alright, Usopp?" Chopper as with worry when Usopp sat up.
"Okay, one more time, what is that?" Usopp asks with a groan.
"The ball is a timebomb, it explodes when it's set to, whether or not it hits anything." Chopper explains, watched Mr. 4 got out of the hole and very slowly walk towards the ruin. "Basically, Mr. 4 can calculate the time needed and then hit the ball. The ball will then explode when its time is up. I tried to catch one before it exploded and then throw it back at him, but it's as heavy as a wrecking ball, there's no way to catch it, and it's impossible to throw. The fact that Mr. 4 can hit it with the bat at the speed he does is absolutely incredible. His strength is extraordinary, it's beyond anything I've ever seen before."
Just when Mr. 4 leans against the ruin and placed the baseball bat next to it, the ruin collapses and the bat lands on the ground, causes Usopp to budge his eyes out and his jaw dropped with shock.
"LAAAAASSSSSOOOOOOO!" Mr. 4 called the dog.
"That bat of his just knocked out a brick wall! How much can that thing possibly weigh?!" Usopp exclaims in disbelief.
"Hey! Mr. 4! Mr. 4!" Mrs. Merry Christmas called his name with a shout, bonked his head with a wooden club. "What are you doing, you moron?! You moron! Go and get 'em instead of just standing there! Come on, let 'em have it already! Go now! Go on, moron! Chew 'em! Smoke 'em! Blow 'em up! Moron! Moron! Ron! Ron! Ron! Now! Do it now!"
Mr. 4 only just slowly groans when Chopper turns to her.
"Over there, it's the mole woman!" Chopper points out.
"She is a mole!" Usopp agrees.
"I HAVEN'T EVEN CHANGED IT! YOU! RON! YOU MORON!" Mrs. Merry Christmas yelled in annoyance, showing a tick mark on her head.
"Chopper, you'll have to take from there." Usopp cried, faking his death. "Do me a favor and have my body buried and see what I've gone, okay?"
"You cowardly jerk! You just got done saying you'd come here to help!?" Chopper shouts with his eyes budging and shark-like teeth.
"Look here, you! How do you expect me to fight against a freaky muscle man, his weird dog-gun hybrid, and a mole woman?! There's no way!" Usopp remarked with white eyes and shark-like teeth, repeatedly tapping the ground with his hand. "I'm a human! Do you think you can understand that?!"
"I'm a human too, jerk!" Chopper argues, also with white eyes and shark-like teeth
"No you're not! You're a big furry monster!" Usopp argues back.
"What about you? Have you seen that long nose of yours?" Chopper asks.
"Well, at least my nose isn't blue!" Usopp remarked, insulted Chopper.
"Alright, long nose! Now you've done it!" Chopper growled, about to duke it out.
"Do you really think this is the best situation in which to be arguing?!" Mrs. Merry Christmas growled in annoyance and impatience.
Usopp and Chopper turns to her with a panic, quickly stood up.
"Very sorry." Usopp and Chopper apologizes, bowing to her.
"Anyway, his name is Lassoo. He's the gun that ate the Dachshund variety of the Mutt-Mutt fruit. Are we clear?" Mrs. Merry Christmas asks, after explaining to them which it got the two shocked.
"Let me get this straight, are you saying that a gun ate a Devil fruit?" Chopper demands.
"It's a new technique here on the Grand Line, even inanimate objects can eat a Devil fruit." Mrs. Merry Christmas explains.
"Ha! You call that lying? If he was originally a gun, how can he eat anything?" Usopp asks, not believing her explanation. "A gun can't even move on its own! You're just making all of this up, you mole woman!"
"SHUT UP!" Mrs. Merry Christmas yelled. "It's top secret anyway, and would've told you, except for you going to die! A gun can't help it if it moves! So there! There! There! There! So there! Now isn't that right, Mr. 4?"
Mr. 4 can only respond by slowly nods with an agreement while petting Lassoo.
"Anyway, like I was saying, you're going to die here." Mrs. Merry Christmas told them, patting her back. "You have no hope of escaping now you've entered our territory. Nope! Nuh-uh! No hope at all! You should enjoy this! Welcome to our territory we call 'Mole Hill Block 4'."
And with that, Mrs. Merry Christmas began using her Devil fruit, turning herself into a mole-hybrid.
"Look! Now she's turning into a mole woman thing! For real" Usopp exclaims in panic which she already revealed her form. "A penguin?"
"NOT A PENGUIN! I'M A MOLE! YOU SHUT UP!" Mrs. Merry Christmas yelled in annoyance as she then jumps down to ground, digging a hole.
"She's underground." Usopp states as he and Chopper wearily scanning the area. But he decided to run. "Now's my chance!"
"Wait! Hey!" Chopper shouts with his eyes budging.
"You can handle it from here, I'm sure!" Usopp yelled back.
Then, Lassoo pops out of the hole and saw Usopp running, sneezes the baseball right towards him.
"Watch out, Usopp!" Chopper shouts with a warning.
Usopp then turns and saw the baseball heading his way, but he slightly dodges.
"It missed!" Chopper states.
"Close!" Usopp adds.
Mr. 4 then pops himself out of the hole and swings his baseball bat, hitting the baseball. The baseball is flying right above the air which it got Usopp panicked.
"Oh no! Usopp! Look! It's above you!" Chopper warned him when Usopp looks up and noticed the baseball. "It's a flying ball!"
"Ha! No problem! Looks like they're cleaned up batter can't clean up very well, huh?" Usopp mocks with a smirk as the baseball flies down. He then run towards the Southeast gate. "How sad, I can dodge this one with my eyes closed!"
"Spin ball!?" Chopper exclaims when the baseball lands on the ground and spins right towards Usopp. "Look out! Behind you!"
Just when Usopp turns around and saw the baseball is close to him, the baseball explodes.
