Everyone is up a grade from their last year starting with this chapter. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne are now in sixth grade and Lori and Bobby are in their senior year, Luan is in ninth grade and Lynn is now in eighth grade.

It was early morning of Tuesday, September 2, 1986, and Lori and Bobby were sleeping in their bed in Lori and Leni's bedroom. Outside, a rooster crows in the distance before Lori wakes up, taking a stretch before she gets out of bed.

"Wow! It looks like our big school year is about to begin today!" Lori said as she quickly and happily gets up and throws her curtains open. She then turns to Bobby and Lincoln,

"Rise and shine, Bobby!" and Bobby wakes up.

"Hey, Lori. What's the holdup?" Bobby said as he woke up, "I'm trying to sleep."

"Bobby! Today's our first day as seniors! That means it's the first day of school!" Lori said happily.

"Oh yeah, that's right," Bobby realized, "School starts today though Lily's daycare year doesn't start until next Monday!"

"Why don't we get ready for school?" Lori asked Bobby, "I'll wake Lincoln up and you wake Lily up."

With that, the two went ahead to wake their children up with Lori going to Lincoln's room to wake him up.

In Lincoln's bedroom, he was sleeping soundly and holding on to his Bun-Bun, when Lori slowly opens the door and comes in with a big smile on her face. She then kneels down to Lincoln and spoke softly to him, "Rise and shine, sweetie!"

Lincoln then wakes up and slowly opens his eyes to see Lori with a sweet look on her face.

"Good morning, Lincoln," Lori said sweetly to Lincoln as he yawns.

Lincoln then yawned and asked Lori, "Good morning, Mom. I'm just happy that you woke me up."

"I had to, Lincoln. That's what a parent like me does every morning whenever there's school going on. Now why don't you get ready? We have a big school year ahead of us," Lori said happily.

"Well, okay, Mom. Here we go. Time for my first day at sixth grade," Lincoln said eagerly in happiness as he got out of bed and started getting ready for his first day of school as he and Lori both got dressed. Once after they got dressed and got ready, Lori decided to wake her sisters up as well.

"Come on, everybody! It's time to get ready! You don't want to miss out on your first day back to school!" Lori called for her sisters politely.

With that, the other Loud girls woke up and got out of bed and got dressed for their first day of school as Bobby was carrying Lily in his arms. Some of them of course groaned and moaned when they woke up.

"Ugh. School is gonna be boring," Lola complained.

"Yeah, bro. We ain't gonna have no fun," Luna complained.

"Do not worry my fair siblings. The department of education is a very interesting place to be," Lisa tried to explain, "You can learn a lot of new things like the history of Greece, or trigonometry, or…"

"Can it Lisa. You're not helping," Lynn denied.

"Yeah dude. Going to school is already gonna be totally bogus," Luna denied.

"Come on, everybody. Going to school is important. You need it so it can help you with your everyday livelihoods," Lori explained.

"Lori's right! You're all going to school whether you like it or not!" Bobby agreed in a stern tone.

The siblings all sigh in response and they start heading down to the kitchen.

Once in the kitchen, the family started eating their breakfast.

"Cheer up guys. What did the owl say to the other owl? Your life's gonna be a hoot," Luan laughs but Lori was very angry with her.

"That isn't funny, Luan. Sick her, girls!" Lori commanded and everyone threw a piece of scrambled eggs and booed at Luan.

"Man. I am already pissed and depressed. Going to school makes me even more depressed," Lucy said angrily.

"Yeah. What if I meet a snotty kid that wants to be my friend?" Lola complained.

"I would love that," Lana replied.

"Of course you would, Lana," Lola replied.

Please quit your yapping and finish your breakfast!" Bobby sternly suggested.

"Yeah! We don't want to be late!" Lori agreed in a stern tone.

With that, everyone else finished their breakfast and got their new backpacks and school supplies and went out to Vanzilla as they waited for their parents in the van.

"Say, I wonder what's taking Mom and Dad so long?" Lori asked with worry.

"You know, they're just having trouble finding the keys to the van," Bobby replied with worry.

"Gee, Mom and Dad. You seem to be the only one that handles them well," Lincoln explained, "You're both definitely parents compared to them."

"Yes, hon. I know. I just cannot wait to start my senior year. This is gonna be a big experience," Lori said happily.

Back inside the house, the parents were looking for the keys to the van.

"Honey, have you seen the keys to Vanzilla?" Lynn Sr. asked with worry.

"Did you check your shoe?" Rita suggested.

"Never mind. I found them. They were on the lamp table," Lynn Sr. corrected.

Once he got the keys, they went out the front door and into Vanzilla and Rita drove them onto the road to the schoolgrounds to drop their kids off in order from youngest to oldest with everyone from Lisa to Lynn dropped at Royal Woods Elementary-Middle School and Luan, Luna, Leni, Lori and Bobby all being dropped off at Royal Woods High School.

At Royal Woods Elementary-Middle School, Lincoln faces the school with a big smile on his face and clears his throat.

Just then, Ronnie Anne comes alongside Lincoln and spoke with him, "Morning, brother. You ready to start your first day in 6th grade? Because I know I am."

"Everyone. It's time we all get back to school and if we all do our best at the school, we'll be fine," Lincoln said eagerly.

With that, Lincoln and the other siblings all started going into the school all together.

Lincoln then started singing a song, "This is it, it's back to school"

Ronnie Anne then joined in and sang along with Lincoln, "And we'll make our first day back look easy"

Lynn then started singing along, "But we're not lit"

Lana then joined in and sang, "And we're not cool"

And Lola joins in too and sang, "And my stomach's not so pretty"

Lucy also started singing, I don't think I can go through with it"

Lisa then started singing as well, "Just take a deep breath and get a grip"

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne then started singing together, "Our strategy is tight, our game is strong... We got this on our first day back, we'll get through it all together, we got this on our first day back"

Ronnie Anne then sang, "We're invincible, We're a family, we're a troop, We're the best forever young sibling group"

Lincoln then sang, "We've got your back, I know that you've got mine, trust us and we'll be fine"

Lola cradled in a corner below some ruffians and sang, "I am feeling impending doom"

"Getting shoved inside a locker" Lucy sang as she gets shoved in a locker.

"I can't find my classroom" Lana sang as she looked at a maze map.

"And this machine just ate my dollar" Lynn sang as she pounded the snack machine but the machine hits her back.

"I miss Pizza Day already" Lisa sang in fear.

Ronnie Anne then sang, "Look at this devilish mystery, we can rule this hallway side by side"

Lincoln then sang, "Trust us and we'll be fine"

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne then both sang together as the pulled the younger sisters through the halls, "We got this on our first day back"

Lincoln then sang, "Trust us and we'll be fine"

Ronnie Anne then sang, "Trust us and we'll be fine"

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne then both sang together finishing up the song, "Trust us and we'll be fine"

And with that, the song ends and te bell rings for school. Lincoln, Ronnie Anne and all of the younger sisters enter their separate classrooms as Lisa headed for Mrs. Shrinivas' classroom and met with Darcy.

"Wow. I am so excited to be back in school. Another year of learning. I plan to have all A's all year long," Lisa said happily.

"Hi, Lisa. It's our first day in kindergarten," Darcy said happily.

"Yep, Darcy. It sure is indeed," Lisa said happily.

"Are you ready to have fun at school?" Darcy asked happily.

"If by fun, you mean learning? Then yes. I believe I am prepared," Lisa said happily.

In Ms. Leonard's classroom, the twins were unimpressed that they have to go back to school.

"Boy, school feels rather unusual," Lola said to herself, "Sometimes, it can boring and some of my friends aren't in my same classes but Lincoln told us that if we trust him and Ronnie Anne, we'll be okay."

"I know right? If I pick my nose or do anything else gross, I'll get sent to timeout," Lana said to herself.

"Well you better make sure you don't be disgusting, grease monkey," Lola suggested.

"Whatever you say, Princess Toadstool," Lana replied.

"Yeah, Right," Lola replied back.

With Lucy, she was not feeling good about school.

"Jeez, I rather be in a convention than at school," Lucy said sorrowfully.

"Yep. School makes me even more depressed," Haiku agreed.

With Lincoln, he and Ronnie Anne were feeling good about starting up their 6th grade year fresh and new.

"Wow, this year is gonna be a big blast," Lincoln said happily.

"Whatever you say. I feel like I'm not gonna make it out alive," Clyde commented nervously.

"Yeah, neither am I, brother," Ronnie Anne agreed with Clyde.

"Come on, guys. My mom taught me a lot of basics of getting good grades when I was in 2nd grade and she was in 8th," Lincoln explained, "Now we just gotta wait for our new teacher to come into the classroom and we'll be all set."

"All right, then," Ronnie Anne said to herself.

With Lynn, she was not happy with how their first day back was going to go.

"Man, this stinks. This is really not gonna be fun, Margo," Lynn complained.

"Yeah. School is gonna be so boring," Margo agreed.

"Yep. Expect me not to pay attention in class," Lynn agreed.

"Me and you both," Margo agreed.

At the high school with Luan, she decided to make another pun.

"What did the owl say when he went to school? This is gonna be a hoot," Luan laughs, but everyone threw paper at her and jeered at her in response.

"Shut it, Luan," Maggie complained.

"Give it a break, comedian," Benny complained.

Luan then just sits in her desk with a straight look on her face.

"When will they start liking my school puns more?" Luan asked to herself sorrowfully.

In Ms. Rivers' classroom, Luna was just listening to some nicely made rock music on her personal stereo with her headphones on.

"Whoooo! I love this song. So rad, man," Luna shouted to herself quietly and happily.

"Luna? Are you there? Luna? Luna?" But Luna was still not responding and Ms. Rivers decided to step in and scream for her, "LUNA!" before she takes her personal stereo away.

"Hey, Ms. Rivers," Luna greeted nervously.

"Luna, what are you doing?" Ms. Rivers said in a stern voice, "You know you shouldn't be listening to music during class. You'll get it back after school."

"Ms. Rivers is right, you'll do fine without that stereo. Just make sure to pay attention to the assignment," Sam suggested.

"No it's not. Now I'm gonna be bored," Luna replied sorrowfully.

"You know, Luna? You're not wrong about that," Sam agreed.

With Lori, Bobby and Leni, they were walking to their classroom together.

"Well, Leni. We're here. Leni. Leni?" Lori called only to see Leni talking with her friends on the phone.

"Oh no. Dana, this class is gonna be such a bummer. And Jackie's gonna feel the same," Leni explained to her phone.

"When will Leni ever learn to lay off that stupid phone of hers?" Bobby said to herself.

"You got that right," Lori said to Bobby before she decided to scream for Leni, "LENI!"

Suddenly, Lori's outburst was enough to grab Leni's attention.

"Hey, don't bother me while I'm talking right now," Leni denied.

"I just want you to know that we're he..." but suddenly, Lori and Bobby were in shock to see Leni was actually talking on her phone, "What in the...?"

"What are you talking about?!" Leni asked in concern before Lori snagged the phone from her.

"Who's there on the phone?" Dana asked on the phone.

"I'm gonna have to get onto Leni. She'll call you back once we get home," Lori said before she hangs up the phone and she and Bobby both turn to Leni with angry looks on their faces, "Leni Lydia Loud! Were you planning on talking to your friends on your damn phone during class?!"

"What? No, Lori. I just wanted to focus on my schoolwork," Leni confessed.

"Good, Leni! Because I don't want to see anybody chatting and talking on their personal phones during class!" Bobby said to Leni a stern manner.

"Get moving, Leni! We got work to do!" Lori added in a stern voice, "And we must make sure to pay attention to the teacher and do everything that he or she says, whatever the teacher's gender is.

"You're the boss," Leni said to herself as she caught up to Lori and Bobby and the three started walking to their new classroom.

And with that, their first day of school officially starts and Agnes Johnson enters the classroom.

Good morning, class," Mrs. Johnson greeted everyone, "My name is Agnes Johnson. Welcome back to school. I hope you all had a great summer."

But almost everyone looked at her in silence.

"Well, Ronnie Anne and I had a great summer together like brother and sister," Lincoln replied.

"Yeah, and we just cannot wait to start back," Ronnie Anne agreed with Lincoln.

"Well, I'm glad you said that, Lincoln. I'm just glad to hear that Bobby and Lori are now seniors this year," Mrs. Johnson explained.

"Yeah! That's right. Mom and Dad are in their senior year," Lincoln explained, "By the way, do we still have you again, Mrs. Johnson? I thought we were all held back this year.

"Held back?" Mrs. Johnson laughs in response, "Why would you say that, Lincoln? That's not really true. The truth is that I actually teach 6th grade and my classroom is presented for the 5th and 6th grades. By the way, isn't anyone excited to be back in school?"

"Yeah. Uh-huh. We're set. We're ready. We're set to go," they all replied, some despondently.

"Okay then. Let's begin our first day back here at school with an assignment you'll all know within the whole year. Let's start out by saying..." Mrs. Johnson said as she prepares to write the very first assignment for their class on the board as she distinctly chatters to herself. But just then, Chandler throws a piece of paper at her, "What the...?" and she turns around in response, "Who threw that?"

Everyone just stared at her but suddenly, Ronnie Anne rose up to defend Lincoln and she points at Chandler.

"Chandler did it, Ms. Johnson. I saw him do it," Ronnie Anne explained.

"Why are you pointing at me, Ronnie Anne?" Chandler complained.

"I might have known it was you, Chandler," Mrs. Johnson responded to what Ronnie Anne told her.

"But Mrs. Johnson, I was just..." Chandler tried to confess.

"I don't even want to hear about it, Chandler! Don't do it again!" Mrs. Johnson demanded.

"Whatever you say, missy," Chandler said as he got out a new piece of paper for his work as Mrs. Johnson continues to write on the board.

"Okay, now let's begin with some pretty simple math lessons first," Mrs. Johnson explained to her class.

"Starting out with some math? Pretty simple and fair," Clyde said to himself.

"Believe me, Clyde. I do know some of this math very well, fair and square," Ronnie Anne agreed with Clyde.

"Clyde, Ronnie, no talking please. Just let me do the teaching and we'll all go from here perfectly fine," Mrs. Johnson suggested while Lincoln and Ronnie Anne started doing his work on his paper.

"I have to say, this first day back is one I really needed," Lincoln said happily to himself.

"Yeah, you can say that again," Ronnie Anne agreed.

"Hey, Lincoln! How are you doing?" Mrs. Johnson asked.

"Doing good, I'm paying attention," Lincoln replied.

"Well, I'm glad you're paying attention because this assignment is is very important," Mrs. Johnson said happily to Lincoln as he followed along with her as the assignment continued.

"Boy, it's going to be fun," Lincoln said happily to himself.

In Ms. Leonard's second grade class, the twins Lola and Lana were still unimpressed as Lola unsatisfyingly took notes.

"Ugh. School is so boring. I can't believe I have to go through another year in school. It happens every year," Lola complained to herself but suddenly sees Lana chewing gum from under the desk, "Ewww. Lana! Is that even necessary for you to chew gum from under the desk?"

"What's the big deal, Lola? I didn't eat enough breakfast," Lana replied but Lola ignores her and takes notes. Suddenly, Lana picks her nose, "Oooh. Looks like I got a winner."

At that moment, Lana flicks her booger at the teacher which lands right into her face which upsets her.

"Ew! Lana, did you just flick a booger at me?" Ms. Leonard asked angrily.

"But, Ms. Leonard! I didn't mean to..." Lana confessed.

"No buts, young lady! Detention! Now!" Ms. Leonard demanded.

"Haha! You've been fooled, bitch!" Lola shouted.

"Ahem," Suddenly, Lola was shocked by Ms. Leonard who was angry with her, "Did you just swear in class, Lola?"

"Uh..." Lola said nervously.

"Tell me the truth right now, missy!" Ms. Leonard said in an angry tone.

"Y..y...yes, ma'am. I swore towards Lana," Lola explained nervously, "But don't worry. I'll just wash it out with soap and water."

"That is what I'm gonna make you do to your nasty mouth, young lady. To the sink right now!" Ms. Leonard suggested angrily.

With that, Lola was forced to go to the classroom's sink to wash her mouth out with soap and water which really made her unhappy. Afterwards, she felt pretty numb as her mouth was washed with soap and water.

"Ohhhhhh... my mouth feels numb," Lola said to herself in pain.

"So, Lola. Will you vow not to swear to your twin during classtime?" Ms. Leonard asked her angrily.

"Y...yes, Ms... Ms. Leonard," Lola replied nervously.

"Good," Ms. Leonard finished.

With Lynn Loud Jr., she was waddling up paper and throwing them in the trash can thinking it's basketball.

"Man, I'm so bored. This feels like a prison," Lynn complained.

"Yeah, same here," Margo agreed.

"You think maybe if we just sneak out, the teacher won't notice?" Polly Pain suggested.

"We can't do that. You're on roller skates," Lynn complained.

"I can just take them off," Polly Pain replied.

"Say no more. Let's do it," Lynn replied before they tip toe to the door, open the door slowly, close it behind them slowly, and walk out of school.

In Ms. Johnson's room, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne were paying close attention to what the teacher was doing, not noticing Clyde falling asleep on his desk but also drooling on it.

"Ew. Gross, Clyde," Lincoln complaind, suddenly waking Clyde up and he sees the drool.

"Oh, jeez," Clyde said as he uses his shirt to clean it off.

"Bleugh!" Ronnie Anne said in disgust and in response.

"Sorry about that. Clyde was just dozing off again," Lincoln explained.

"I see what you mean, Lincoln. Clyde, since you want to fall asleep in my class, how about you solve this math problem?" Mrs. Johnson suggested.

"Well, maybe I should do the problem for him since I'm feeling all hyped up today," Lincoln replied before he walked up in front of the class anyway.

"Go get 'em, tiger," Ronnie Anne said as she encouraged her brother Lincoln to solve the problem.

Once Lincoln, walked up to the front of the classboard, he picked up a piece of chalk.

"This won't be any problem. It says 6 times 5. Here goes," Lincoln said as he proceeded to answer the problem on the board in which he wrote the number 30, "Thirty, huh?"

"That's right, Lincoln. You got it right," Mrs. Johnson said happily before suddenly, the whole class except Ronnie Anne and Clyde laughed at him which caused her to put her foot down and bang her shoe on her desk, "All right! That's enough! Everyone be quiet!" The whole class was now quiet.

"Guys, Lincoln just solved the math problem and got it correct!" Ronnie Anne said in a stern voice, "And there is absolutely no need for you all to humiliate my brother whenever he does something good!"

"Ronnie Anne, thank you for addressing the truth and being honest," Mrs. Johnson thanked Ronnie Anne.

"Please, Mrs. Johnson. Don't let them humiliate me," Lincoln said with worry.

"Not to worry, Lincoln. You'll be fine. Why don't you go back to your seat?" Mrs. Johnson replied softly to him before Lincoln heads back to his seat feeling confident.

"I sure feel like a genius already," Lincoln thought to himself.

"Yeah, you sure do, brother," Ronnie Anne agreed.

In Ms. Miller's 11th and 12th grade classroom, many of the students were bored but Lori and Bobby were the only ones who were really excited as the two alongside Leni were busy doing the work they were assigned.

"Man, school really sucks," Whitney complained.

"I agree. It's a bunch of boredom, man," Becky agreed.

"Come on, everybody. We're almost through with school. Don't you get it? We're seniors now," Lori explained, "I know we can do this. Even Bobby will help you get through this. I know it's tough, but we've got this. Just like what my son Lincoln said."

Suddenly, Whitney and Becky were shocked.

"Wait a minute? Lori? Lincoln's your son?" Becky said in surprise.

"Yes, but he's my adopted son. I took him in soon after he was born. By the way, he's on his first day in sixth grade alongside Ronnie Anne. And we're both in the senior class now," Lori continued, "Bobby and I also have another daughter by the way, her name's Lily. She just got accepted into daycare last month, though she doesn't start until Monday next week."

"Whoa! You must be a very special person here then," Whitney said happily to Lori.

"Well, maybe we should talk more on that during lunch, all right? I don't want Mrs. Miller to get angry at us," Bobby explained.

"You're right. We should be like Leni right now," Becky replied, "She's already focusing on her schoolwork."

It turns out Leni was focusing on her schoolwork as well.

"Hmmm... so no matter what kind of question it is, I should at least be able to get through anything," Leni said to herself., "Just like what Lori and Lincoln told me."

"Leni, could you please keep your mouth zipped shut? There are others studying here," Lori suggested.

"Sorry, Lori. I'm focusing on the first assignment our teacher gave us," Leni replied.

"Look, Leni. Bobby and I are focusing on the assignment too," Lori explained.

Leni then replied, "Yeah, I know. Since I'd like to focus on talking with my friends on the phone whenever all my homework is done!"

But Lori and Bobby didn't listen to her as they were both focused on their first few assignments.

"Oh, Leni, what are we gonna do with you?" Lori asked to herself.

"Maybe this whole thing you taught me at the mall is going too far into my mind..." Leni said to herself as the three of them then continued to work on their assignments.

"Maybe you're right," Lori replied to herself.

Back with Lana, she was sitting in detention and picking her nose.

"Young lady, what you did in your class was absolutely unacceptable," Mr. Reynolds said angrily.

"What? I just flicked a booger at her," Lana confessed.

"That's exactly why you're here. You can't do that to a teacher. It is considered a big offense to a teacher like her," Mr. Reynolds explained.

"Hmmm... very well, Mr... uh..."

"Reynolds," Mr. Reynolds replied.

"Right. How long am I gonna be in here by the way?" Lana asked.

"Until your next class starts," Mr. Reynolds replied.

"All right, then. I can deal with it," Lana then falls asleep on her desk.

With Lucy, she was feeling bored as she was drawing something depressing.

"Man. It feels like a real prison," Lucy said as it turns out that she was drawing a picture of her holding a skull.

"Hey, Lucy. That is pretty good," Haiku replied.

"Sure is. I feel like a big old thundercloud," Lucy commented.

"Jesus Christ. I hate school. I want it to just go away forever," Haiku commented.

"Yes. This place is a graveyard even for us," Lucy agreed.

"Well, why don't we just leave?" Haiku commented.

"That sounds like a good idea," Lucy agreed.

The two of them then go towards the door but their teacher catches them.

"Where do you girls think you're going?" Ms. Collins asked.

"Uh… we were just about to head to the bathroom," Haiku explained.

"Together?" Ms. Collins added.

"We both felt it at the same time," Lucy explained.

"Ok. Go ahead," Ms. Collins replied before the two of them then leave the classroom and began to leave the school without anyone noticing.

"All right, Lucy Let's ditch this place and go to Maggie's house," Haiku suggested.

"Ok, then," Lucy finished.

With that, they left the school to go to Maggie's house.

Back at the high school, Luna and Sam weren't feeling good during their classtime in Ms. Rivers' classroom.

"Hey, Sam," Luna greeted.

"Luna, what is it?" Sam asked her, "You thinking about something?"

"The teacher left the room. We can do what we want," Luna suggested.

"Awesome!" Sam said happily.

With that, she and Luna both stood on their desks and started playing their guitars.

"Rock on, class!" Sam shouted before their teacher comes back in and they suddenly stop.

"Luna Loud! Sam Sharp! What do you think you're doing on my desks?" Ms. Rivers yelled at them.

"Uh, we were just playing our guitars during class on your desks?" Sam replied in worry.

"Young lady! You know you and Luna shouldn't do that during classtime! The only time they're appropriate to be played on is the music room!" Ms. Rivers yelled at them, "Both of you to the principal's office immediately!"

With that, Luna and Sam both went to the principal's office.

In Mr. Allen's classroom, Luan was not feeling happy.

"Man. This day feels so numb to my mind. I wonder what I should do to pass the time," Luan said to herself before she got an idea, "Wait, I have an idea." and she prepared to crack up a joke to one of her classmates, "Hey, you. Knock knock."

"Who is there?" a female classmate asked.

"Boo," Luan replied.

"Boo who?" the classmate asked.

"No need to cry," Luan laughs along with her classmate before suddenly, Mr. Allen turns to them with an angry look on his face.

"What? I wasn't doing anything bad. I swear," Luan confessed.

"Luan, if I hear another peep out of you, you'll be sitting your ass down in detention!" Mr. Allen demanded, "Do I make myself clear?!"

"Y..yes, Sir." Luan replied in fear.

"Thank you, Luan! Now get back to work, or I'll..." suddenly, she started juggling some bowling pins but Mr. Allen soon turned back to her with an angry look on his face.

"Hehe. Sorry," Luan put the bowling pins away and focused on her work.

"Her parents probably might not be doing their job properly," Mr. Allen said to himself, "But it's good for me to find out that Lori can do their job right."

In Mrs. Shrinivas' classroom, Lisa was finishing up her work without making eye contact to anyone.

"Okay, Mrs. Shrinivas. All my work is complete. You may take it if you need to," Lisa explained.

With that, Mrs. Shrinivas takes up Lisa's work and grades it. After that, she hands it back to Lisa with an A+.

"Yes. I get another A+," Lisa exclaimed happily.

"That's great Lisa. Wanna play with my giraffe?" Darcy asked happily.

"Nah, thanks though," Lisa replied.

With Lynn, she was outside the school with Margo and Polly Pain.

"This is great. School doesn't end for another 3 hours. What are we gonna do?" Lynn asked.

"Let's go to your house, Lynn," Margo suggested.

"Uh… I don't think that's a good idea," Lynn replied nervously.

"Come on, Lynnsanity. Your parents shouldn't even be home by now," Polly Pain explained.

"You're right. Let's go," Lynn replied before they went over to the Loud house.

Three hours later, their first day back to school has ended and Rita and Lynn Sr. picked up all of their kids and Lori and Bobby sat with Lincoln in the van.

"Hi, kids. How was school?" Rita asked.

"It was spectacular. Bobby and I had a great first day as Seniors at High School," Lori said happily, "And boy, was it like a breath of fresh air for the two of us," Lori said happily.

"You and I could smell some serious work up ahead, Lori," Bobby agreed.

"I got an A- on my first assignment because I am really smart like Lori and I paid attention," Leni explained in a very satisfied tone, "And guess what? I wasn't busy talking on the phone this time, thanks to Lori."

"Got sent to the principal's office for playing music," Luna replied sorrowfully.

"I was just joking around," Luan replied dejectedly.

"I paid attention to the teacher just like Mom and Leni," Lincoln replied happily.

"I, uh... I actually paid attention in class, too," Lola said nervously.

"I got sent to detention for flicking boogers at the teacher," Lana said despondently.

"I got an A on my first assignment just like Leni," Lisa said happily.

"Well I'm glad you guys had a good time," Lynn Sr. replied despondently.

"Wait just a sec. Where's Lynn and Lucy?" Rita asked with worry.

"I got a feeling they must be back home by now," Lori explained.

"Didn't we drop them off at the school this morning?" Lynn Sr. asked her.

"Yes, I know we dropped them off," Lori replied," Wait a minute, I think we know where they are."

With that, the whole family went back home, where Lynn already was with Margo and Polly Pain.

"Boom! GOAAAAAL!" Lynn screamed out before suddenly, The Loud family enters the house and Lori and Bobby were both furious.

"Ahem." Bobby said in an angry tone.

"Oh. Hey guys," Lynn said nervously.

"Margo, Polly, why don't you head on home while Bobby and I deal with Lynn right now?" Lori said in a stern tone before Margo and Polly leave.

"All right, LJ! Why are you home so early?!" Bobby asked in an angry tone.

"Uh… I ran here?" Lynn said nervously before her the two of them suddenly glare at her, "Ummmmm..."

"Tell us the truth right now, LJ!" Bobby yelled at her.

"YES! Tell us right now, young lady!" Lori yelled angrily at Lynn.

"Ok. Ok. I left school," Lynn confessed.

"WHAT?! Lynn Morgan Loud Jr.! Why would you do that?!" Lori and Bobby both yelled at Lynn even louder and angrier.

"Because I thought school was boring, guys," Lynn confessed.

"That's no excuse, young lady! You're grounded!" Bobby yelled back at Lynn.

"Yeah! And just before you ask how long you're grounded, it is for the rest of the school week!" Lori yelled sternly at her sister, "Now you march straight up to your room, Junior and don't even think about leaving school early again or else I'll be sending you to military school to get your behavior fixed!"

"You're the boss," Lynn replied dejectedly before she walks upstairs to her room. Once she entered her room, she closed the door behind her.

"Now where's Lucy?" Lynn Sr. asked before they all shrug.

"I think maybe we should get back into the van and find her," Lori said before she turned to Bobby, "Bobby, would you mind watching Lynn while we go find Lucy?"

"Sure thing, dear," Bobby replied, "I'm able to keep watch of LJ very well."

"Come on, everybody! Let's get back into the van so we can find Lucy!" Lori said as they all got back into the van and drove off to find Lucy.

Speaking of Lucy, she was at the graveyard with Haiku.

"This, I have to say, Haiku," Lucy said to Haiku in a calm voice, "This is quite better than schoolwork."

"Yeah, it seems quite right," Haiku agreed before suddenly Vanzilla pulled in towards the cemetery entrance.

At that moment, Lori started calling for Lucy, "LUCY RINA LOUD! COME OUT EXACTLY WHERE WE CAN SEE YOU, YOUNG LADY! YOU ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!"

"Uh oh. Sounds like my family has come for me," Lucy said in fear.

"Maybe you should talk to them right away," Haiku replied before Lucy goes to the family with Lori aiding them.

"Hello?" Lucy greeted Lori who was very unhappy with her.

"Lucy! What have you been doing for the past few hours?!" Lori said to Lucy in a stern tone, "And why did you go to the cemetery?!"

"To try to summon ghosts," Lucy replied despondently.

"What?! Did you leave school early too?!" Lori raised her voice towards Lucy.

"Ummmm...," Lucy tried to confess.

"Don't lie to me, Lucy! I know you can be honest with me!" Lori said to Lucy in an angry and stern tone.

"Yes. We both left school early," Lucy replied despondently.

"Unacceptable, Lucy! Bobby and I are grounding you for the rest of the school week. We are going home immediately and once we get home, you'll be going straight to your room!" Lori said sternly to Lucy, "And Haiku, you get your butt back home immediately as well!"

"Well, I guess I will see you tomorrow, Haiku," Lucy finished before she left the cemetery and went back home.

Once everyone got home, Lucy immediately went upstairs to her room where Lynn was and she laid down on her bed.

"Well, guys. It does feel good to be back home after such a hard first day back at school, isn't that right?" Lori asked them and they all replied in unison, "Yeah/Uh-huh./It was really rough./Mm-hmm."

"You know, Lori. Why don't we all watch some TV together as a family?" Rita asked.

"That sounds like a great idea," Lori replied.

"Yeah, it's much needed after a long day of working hard on our first day back at school," Lincoln agreed.

With that, they all said "Yeah" in unison and sits on the couch. They all decide to watch something they all like together as everyone started hugging one another.

"Mmmm. We love you kids," Lori said happily.

"Awww, gee. We love you too," Leni responded happily.

"Yeah. Families should always be there for one another," Lincoln agreed.

"And nobody should be left behind," Luna added.

"Or forgotten," Luan finished.

"Yeah, we definitely need to relax our brains each day after a long school day," Lori said softly as they all continued hugging one another and started watch TV together.
